Abstract
It is a machinery safety management system that can be used by all professional users (1 ) performing field applications without requiring special training and expertise with Machinery Safety Risk Assessment, Safety Design, Safety Validation and Safety Controls, wherein; it comprises users (1 ) who log in to the platform via computers (2) or mobile devices (3) in order to conduct a Machinery Safety Risk Assessment, computers (2) that access the platform during the preparation of reports, mobile devices (3) that provide access to the platform to take photos next to the machine, scan QR codes and add hazards during the risk assessment, cloud environment (4) where the platform application is published, machines (5) for which risk assessment is performed, relationship algorithms (6) containing the relationships between machine types, hazard types, standards, hazard definitions and hazard reduction measures.
