[0001] Cross-reference to related applications

[0002] This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202411954593.5, filed on December 26, 2024, the entire contents of which are incorporated herein by reference. Technical Field

[0003] This application relates to the field of data processing, and more particularly to a method, apparatus, electronic device, medium, and program product for reducing or eliminating resource exchange. Background Technology

[0004] With the development of internet technology, more and more shops are opening online trading platforms so that users can buy goods online.

[0005] To boost sales, various online marketplaces offer discount coupons, vouchers, points, and instant reduction coupons, allowing users to deduct part or all of the cost when purchasing goods. Users who buy goods online often register accounts on multiple marketplaces, thus accumulating discount resources from various platforms.

[0006] However, when a user wants to buy a product, they may not have the discount resources provided by the trading platform where the product is sold. This prevents the user from using the discount resources to offset the purchase price. Furthermore, the discount resources provided by other trading platforms that the user holds are not used. As a result, the trading platform where the purchased product is sold does not attract the user to make another purchase, and other trading platforms cannot attract users to buy products by providing discount resources. In other words, discount resources have a low effect on improving user retention. Summary of the Invention

[0007] This application provides a method, apparatus, electronic device, medium, and program product for exchanging resources for reduced fees, which solves the problem that the effect of reducing resources on improving user retention rate is relatively low.

[0008] Firstly, this application provides a method for reducing or eliminating resource exchange fees, including:

[0009] Determine the first discount resource required for the product, the first account used to purchase the product, and the first identifier level where the first discount resource is located;

[0010] The identity identifier of the user associated with the first account is determined based on the account identifier of the first account, and the various second-level exemption resources held by the user at the first identifier level are determined based on the identity identifier.

[0011] Determine the exchange ratio for each second-reduction resource to the first-reduction resource, and determine the first ratio among the various exchange ratios. The first ratio is used to indicate the exchange ratio that is less than a preset threshold.

[0012] Exchange the second reduction resource corresponding to the first ratio for the first reduction resource.

[0013] In some embodiments, converting the second reduction resource corresponding to the first ratio into the first reduction resource includes:

[0014] Determine the first resource value of the selected first exemption resource and the current second resource value of the third exemption resource, wherein the third exemption resource is used to indicate the second exemption resource corresponding to the first ratio;

[0015] Based on the second resource value and the first ratio, determine the maximum resource value that the third reduced resource can be exchanged for the first reduced resource;

[0016] In response to the maximum resource value being greater than or equal to the first resource value, a target resource value is determined based on the first ratio and the first resource value, and the third reduced resource of the target resource value is exchanged for the first reduced resource of the first resource value.

[0017] In some embodiments, after determining the maximum resource value for converting the third reduced resource into the first reduced resource based on the second resource value and the first ratio, the method further includes:

[0018] In response to the maximum resource value being less than the first resource value, the third resource value of the maximum resource value is converted into the third resource value of the first resource value according to the first ratio;

[0019] A second ratio is determined among the various exchange ratios, wherein the first ratio is the minimum exchange ratio, the second ratio is greater than the first ratio, and the second ratio is less than a preset threshold.

[0020] The third resource reduction is converted into the first resource reduction with the third resource value, and the second resource reduction corresponding to the second ratio is converted into the first resource reduction with the fourth resource value according to the second ratio. The sum of the fourth resource value and the third resource value is the first resource value.

[0021] In some embodiments, determining a first ratio among various exchange rates includes:

[0022] Among the various exchange rates, the exchange rate that is less than the preset threshold is determined as the target rate.

[0023] Determine the value parameters associated with the second reduction resource corresponding to the target ratio;

[0024] The target proportion corresponding to the value parameter that is less than the preset value is determined as the first proportion.

[0025] In some embodiments, determining a first ratio among various exchange rates includes:

[0026] Among the various exchange rates, the exchange rate that is less than the preset threshold is determined as the target rate.

[0027] Determine the remaining usage time associated with the second reduction resource corresponding to the target ratio;

[0028] The target proportion corresponding to the remaining usage time that is less than the preset duration is determined as the first proportion.

[0029] In some embodiments, determining a first ratio among various exchange rates includes:

[0030] Obtain the user's historical usage records of the discounted resources;

[0031] Determine the user's usage patterns for various discounted resources based on historical usage records;

[0032] Based on usage patterns, identify the target discount resources to be redeemed from among the various second discount resources;

[0033] Among the exchange ratios for the various target-based resource reductions, the first ratio is determined.

[0034] In some embodiments, determining the identity identifier of the user associated with the first account based on the account identifier of the first account includes:

[0035] Determine the second identifier level at which the account identifier of the first account belongs;

[0036] The identifier associated with the parent level of the second identifier level is determined as the identity identifier of the user associated with the first account.

[0037] In some embodiments, before determining the first discount resource required for the product, the first account for purchasing the product, and the first identity level where the first discount resource is located, the method further includes:

[0038] Determine the user's secondary account in each institution based on the user's identity identifier;

[0039] A multi-layered identifier structure is constructed based on the user's identity, organization, secondary account, and secondary exemption resources;

[0040] In this multi-layered identifier structure, the user's identity identifier is at the parent level, the organization identifier corresponding to the organization is at the third level of the parent level, the account identifier of the second account is at the second level of the parent level, and the second exemption resource is at the first level of the parent level.

[0041] Secondly, this application provides a resource exchange reduction device, comprising:

[0042] The first determination module is used to determine the first discount resource required for the product, the first account for purchasing the product, and the first identifier level where the first discount resource is located.

[0043] The second determining module is used to determine the identity identifier of the user associated with the first account based on the account identifier of the first account, and to determine the various second exemption resources held by the user at the first identifier level based on the identity identifier.

[0044] The third determining module is used to determine the exchange ratio of each second reduced resource to the first reduced resource, and to determine the first ratio among the various exchange ratios. The first ratio is used to indicate the exchange ratio that is less than a preset threshold.

[0045] The exchange module is used to exchange the second reduction resource corresponding to the first ratio for the first reduction resource.

[0046] Thirdly, this application provides an electronic device, including: a processor, and a memory and a communication interface communicatively connected to the processor;

[0047] The communication interface is used to communicate with other communication devices;

[0048] Memory is used to store instructions that the computer executes;

[0049] The processor is used to execute computer execution instructions stored in memory to implement the resource exchange method provided in the first aspect.

[0050] Fourthly, this application provides a computer-readable storage medium storing computer-executable instructions, which, when executed by a processor, implement the resource reduction and exchange method provided in the first aspect.

[0051] Fifthly, this application provides a computer program product, including a computer program that, when executed by a processor, implements the resource exchange method provided in the first aspect.

[0052] The method, apparatus, electronic device, medium, and program products for exchanging tax-reduced resources provided in this application determine the first tax-reduced resource required for the goods, the account that purchased the goods, and the identification level where the first tax-reduced resource is located. The identity identifier of the user associated with the account is determined through the account identifier. Based on the identity identifier, the second tax-reduced resource held by the user at the identification level is determined, and the exchange ratio for each second tax-reduced resource to the first tax-reduced resource is determined. Among the various exchange ratios, a first ratio less than a preset threshold is determined, thereby exchanging the second tax-reduced resource corresponding to the first ratio into the first tax-reduced resource. In this application, the second discount resource held by a user is determined through the user's identity identifier, which is then used to redeem the first discount resource required for the product. This enables the mutual exchange of discount resources across different trading platforms. This not only increases the user's interest in purchasing the product on the trading platform but also enhances the user's interest in acquiring discount resources on the trading platform, thereby improving the user retention rate on each trading platform. In other words, it improves the effect of discount resources on user retention. Furthermore, the first discount resource required for the product and the discount resource held for redeeming the first discount resource are at the same identifier level, and the redemption ratio of the held discount resource is less than a preset threshold. This allows users to redeem the required first discount resource with a smaller amount of held discount resource. In other words, while ensuring the user's preferential rights, it improves the effect of discount resources on user retention and enhances the user experience. Attached Figure Description

Obviously, the described embodiments are only some embodiments of this application, not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments of this application, all other embodiments obtained by those skilled in the art without creative effort are within the scope of protection of this application. Furthermore, although the disclosure in this application is described according to one or several exemplary examples, it should be understood that each aspect of these disclosures can also constitute a complete implementation method on its own.

[0065] It should be noted that the brief descriptions of terms in this application are only for the convenience of understanding the embodiments described below, and are not intended to limit the embodiments of this application. Unless otherwise stated, these terms should be understood in their ordinary and common meaning.

[0066] Furthermore, the terms “comprising” and “having”, and any variations thereof, are intended to cover but not exclusively include, for example, a product or device that includes a series of components is not necessarily limited to those that are explicitly listed, but may include other components that are not explicitly listed or that are inherent to such product or device.

[0067] The term "module" as used in the embodiments of this application refers to any known or subsequently developed hardware, software, firmware, artificial intelligence, fuzzy logic, or combination of hardware and / or software code capable of performing the functions associated with that element.

[0068] It should be noted that the user information (including but not limited to user device information, user personal information, etc.) and data (including but not limited to data used for analysis, data stored, data displayed, etc.) involved in this application are all information and data authorized by the user or fully authorized by all parties. Furthermore, the collection, use and processing of the relevant data must comply with relevant laws, regulations and standards, and corresponding operation entry points are provided for users to choose to authorize or refuse.

[0069] With the development of internet technology, more and more shops are opening online trading platforms so that users can buy goods online.

[0070] To boost sales, various online marketplaces offer discount coupons, vouchers, points, and instant reduction coupons, allowing users to deduct part or all of the cost when purchasing goods. Users who buy goods online often register accounts on multiple marketplaces, thus accumulating discount resources from various platforms.

[0071] The inventors of this application have discovered that when a user is interested in purchasing a product, the user may not have the discount resources provided by the trading platform where the product is located. This prevents the user from using the discount resources to offset the purchase price, and the discount resources provided by other trading platforms are not used. Consequently, the trading platform where the purchased product is located does not attract the user to make another purchase, and other trading platforms cannot attract users to purchase products by providing discount resources. In other words, the effect of discount resources on improving user retention is relatively low.

[0072] The inventors of this application therefore conceived of a method to determine a user's second discount resource through their identity identifier, enabling the exchange of the first discount resource required for a product. This allows for the mutual exchange of discount resources across different trading platforms, increasing not only the trading platform's interest in the user's next purchase but also the user's interest in acquiring discount resources on the platform. This, in turn, improves user retention rates across different trading platforms, thus enhancing the effect of discount resources on user retention. Furthermore, since the first discount resource required for the product and the discount resource held for exchanging the first discount resource are at the same identifier level, and the exchange ratio of the held discount resource is less than a preset threshold, users can exchange a smaller amount of their held discount resource for the required first discount resource. In other words, while ensuring the user's preferential rights, this method improves the effect of discount resources on user retention and enhances the user experience.

[0073] The technical solutions shown in this application will be described in detail below through embodiments. It should be noted that the following embodiments may exist independently or in combination with each other, and the same or similar content will not be described again in different embodiments.

[0074] Referring to Figure 1, which is a flowchart of the resource reduction and exchange method provided in the first embodiment of this application, the resource reduction and exchange method includes steps S101-S104.

[0075] Step S101: Determine the first discount resource required for the product, the first account for purchasing the product, and the first identifier level where the first discount resource is located.

[0076] In this embodiment, the executing entity is the resource reduction and exchange device. For ease of description, the term "device" will be used to refer to the resource reduction and exchange device below. The device can be a server, a terminal device with resource reduction and exchange function, or a terminal device connected to various trading platforms.

[0077] When a user browses or purchases a product, the system displays available discount resources. These resources are the primary discount resources required for the purchase. These primary discount resources can be points, discount coupons, instant discount vouchers, or redemption coupons. For example, when a user clicks on available discount resources in the transaction application running on their terminal device, the device displays the types of discount resources available, such as points, instant discount coupons, instant discount vouchers, and redemption coupons. If the user clicks on the points option, then points are the primary discount resource. The terminal device sends this information to the device based on the user's selected primary discount resource, allowing the device to determine the primary discount resources required for the product.

[0078] After determining the initial discount resources required for the goods, the device determines the account for purchasing the goods, which is defined as the first account. For example, if a user uses a physical debit card from financial institution 1 to purchase the goods, the account associated with that card at financial institution 1 is the first account. Alternatively, if a user purchases goods online using an electronic account, the electronic account number is the first account. Or, if a user uses a shopping card issued by company A to purchase goods, the account corresponding to the shopping card is the first account.

[0079] In addition, the device also needs to determine the identification level of the first exemption resource, which is defined as the first identification level.

[0080] Specifically, for each user, the device constructs a multi-layered identifier structure, which can associate the reduced-value resources held by the user under accounts in different institutions. The multi-layered identifier structure consists of multiple layers of identifiers. The user's identity identifier serves as the first-layer identifier, i.e., the device identifier is the parent layer; the institution identifier of the user's account is the second-layer identifier, and the second-layer level is a sub-layer of the first-layer identifier level; the account identifier corresponding to the user's account in the institution is the third-layer identifier, and the third-layer level of the account identifier is a sub-layer of the institution identifier level; the identifier of the reduced-value resources is the fourth-layer identifier, and the level of the reduced-value resources identifier is a sub-layer of the account identifier level.

[0081] Before determining the first exemption resources required for the goods, a multi-layered identification hierarchy needs to be constructed. For example, the device determines the user's second account in various institutions based on the user's identity identifier. Based on the user's identity identifier, the institution, the second account, and the various second exemption resources held by the user, a multi-layered identification structure is constructed. In this structure, the user's identity identifier is the parent level, the institution identifier corresponding to the institution is a child level of the parent level in the third level, the second account identifier is a child level of the third level, and the second exemption resource is a child level of the second level. Referring to Figure 2, the user's identity identifier serves as the parent-level identifier, i.e., the parent token. Each institution's identifier is a first-level sub-token. For example, in Figure 2, Financial Institution 1 and Industry Institution 2 are listed. Financial Institution 1's identifier is created as token1, and Industry Institution 2's identifier is created as token2. The identifier levels of token1 and token2 are first-level sub-levels. A user can have multiple accounts under an institution. For example, a user under Financial Institution 1 has Card Base 1 and Account 1, and a user under Industry Institution 2 has Account 2 and Industry Member 1. Card Base 1, Account 1, Account 2, and Industry Member 1 each correspond to one account. The account identifier for Card Base 1 is created as token1.1, the account identifier for Account 1 is created as token1.2, the account identifier for Account 2 is created as token2.1, and the account identifier for Industry Member 1 is created as token2.2. The identifier levels of these account identifiers are second-level sub-levels, which are sub-levels of the first-level sub-levels. Each account has its own identifier for the discounted resources it holds. For example, if a user holds a discount coupon under Account 1, the coupon's identifier is token 1.2.2; if a user holds an instant discount coupon under Card Base 1, that coupon's identifier is token 1.1.1; if a user holds points under Industry Member 1, those points are identified as token 2.2.2; and if a user holds coupons under Account 2, those coupons are identified as token 2.1.2. The identifier hierarchy for discount coupons, points, coupons, and instant discount coupons is a third-level sub-hierarchy, which is a sub-hierarchy of the second-level sub-hierarchy. In essence, the user's identity identifier is used as the parent token, financial institutions, industry organizations, and merchants are used as first-level sub-tokens, Card Base, accounts, and industry members are used as second-level sub-tokens, and discounted resources such as discount coupons, instant discount coupons, and points are used as third-level sub-tokens.

[0082] The multi-layered identifier structure in Figure 2 is a four-layer identifier, which can be further expanded according to business needs, for example, to a five-layer or higher identifier structure.

[0083] It should be noted that after an organization distributes the reduced-off resources to a user, it identifies the account that receives the reduced-off resources, constructs an identifier for the distributed reduced-off resources based on the account, and associates the identifier with the account identifier in a multi-layer identifier structure so that it can find the reduced-off resources held by the user's accounts under different organizations in the future.

[0084] Step S102: Determine the identity identifier of the user associated with the first account based on the account identifier of the first account, and determine the various second exemption resources held by the user at the first identifier level based on the identity identifier.

[0085] After identifying the first account, the device determines the identity of the user associated with the first account based on the account identifier of the first account.

[0086] In one example, the device determines the identifier level of the first account's account identifier, which is defined as the second identifier level. The second identifier level is the level of the first account's account identifier in the multi-layer identifier structure. The device uses the identifier associated with the parent level of the second identifier level as the identity identifier of the user associated with the first account; the identifier associated with the parent level is the parent token.

[0087] In another example, the device determines the institution to which the first account belongs, which is the institution that opened the first account, and determines the institution's institution identifier in the multi-level identifier structure. The identifier associated with the parent level in the multi-level identifier structure is used as the user's identity identifier, that is, the parent token is used as the user's identity identifier.

[0088] After determining the identity identifier, the device determines the various second-level relief resources held by the user at the first identifier level based on the identity identifier. For example, the device determines a multi-level identifier structure with the identity identifier as the parent token. The first identifier level is a third-level sub-token in the multi-level identifier structure. When a user holds second-level relief resources, there will be a corresponding identifier in the multi-level identifier structure. Therefore, the identifier can be searched in the first identifier level, and the relief resources corresponding to the identifier are the various second-level relief resources held by the user at the first identifier level.

[0089] Step S103: Determine the exchange ratio of each second reduced resource to the first reduced resource, and determine the first ratio among the various exchange ratios. The first ratio is used to indicate the exchange ratio that is less than a preset threshold.

[0090] After determining each of the second-tier discounted resources, the device needs to determine the exchange ratio between the second-tier and first-tier discounted resources. This exchange ratio can be converted into a percentage, thus determining the size of the exchange. For example, if the exchange ratio between the second-tier and first-tier discounted resources is 1:3, then the corresponding percentage is 1 / 3; if the exchange ratio is 1:2, then the corresponding percentage is 1 / 2. Therefore, the former's exchange ratio is smaller than the latter's. To ensure the user's optimal rights, the device uses fewer second-tier discounted resources to exchange for more first-tier discounted resources. To this end, the device obtains the exchange ratio between each second-tier and first-tier discounted resource.

[0091] In one example, different types of discount resources have different exchange ratios. Therefore, the exchange ratio between the second and first discount resources can be determined based on the types of the second and first discount resources. For example, the exchange ratio between points and discount coupons is 1:3, the exchange ratio between instant discount coupons and redemption coupons is 1:2, and the exchange ratio between points and redemption coupons is 1:4. When the second discount resource is points, and the first discount resource required for the product is a discount coupon, the exchange ratio is 1:3.

[0092] In another example, the exchange ratio between reduced resources varies depending on the institution. For instance, the exchange ratio between reduced resources of institution 1 and institution 2 is 1:2. Different reduced resources within the same institution are exchanged at equivalent value. The device stores the exchange ratios between reduced resources of different institutions. The device determines the first institution that distributes the first reduced resource and the second institution that distributes the second reduced resource, thereby determining the exchange ratio between the second reduced resource and the first reduced resource based on the first institution and the second institution, i.e., obtaining the stored exchange ratio between the first institution and the second institution.

[0093] After determining the various exchange ratios, the device identifies a first ratio among them, which is less than a preset threshold. The preset threshold can be any suitable value, such as 1:1. The second-reduced resource corresponding to the first ratio is used to exchange for the first-reduced resource, thus achieving the goal of exchanging a larger amount of first-reduced resource with a smaller amount of second-reduced resource. Furthermore, when multiple exchange ratios are less than the preset threshold, the smallest exchange ratio can be used as the first ratio, meaning that a smaller amount of second-reduced resource is used to exchange for a larger amount of first-reduced resource.

[0094] Step S104: Exchange the second reduction resource corresponding to the first ratio for the first reduction resource.

[0095] Once the device determines the first ratio, it exchanges the second reduction resource corresponding to the first ratio for the first reduction resource. For example, if the first ratio is 1:3 and the first reduction resource is 30, then 10 of the second reduction resource needs to be exchanged for 30 of the first reduction resource.

[0096] After converting the second discount resource corresponding to the first discount resource into the first discount resource, a first electronic voucher for the first discount resource is generated, and the second electronic voucher corresponding to the second discount resource is deleted. For example, if the first discount resource is points and the second discount resource is a discount coupon, after converting the discount coupon into points, a points voucher needs to be generated, which can be used to deduct from the price of goods; while after converting the discount coupon into points, the discount coupon voucher corresponding to the discount coupon needs to be deleted to prevent the discount coupon from being used again.

[0097] In this embodiment, the mutual exchange of reduced resources can meet the operational needs of different enterprises, improve the level of enterprise services and user satisfaction. Furthermore, this embodiment supports the mutual conversion of various rights (reduced resources), the conversion of rights between different institutions, and the universality of rights between different accounts, thereby improving the effectiveness of promotional activities, promoting the return of commodity transactions, and achieving a win-win situation for all institutions. In addition, based on the device's cross-institutional advantages, it explores the interconnectedness and universality of preferential rights among different institutions, and even institutions in different industries, promoting cooperation and collaboration among various institutions.

[0098] In this embodiment, the first discount resource required for the goods, the account that purchased the goods, and the identification level where the first discount resource is located are determined. The identity identifier of the user associated with the account is determined through the account identifier. Based on the identity identifier, the second discount resource held by the user at the identification level is determined. The exchange ratio of each second discount resource to the first discount resource is determined. Among the various exchange ratios, a first ratio less than a preset threshold is determined, so that the second discount resource corresponding to the first ratio is exchanged for the first discount resource. In this embodiment, the user's second discount resource is determined by the user's identity identifier, which is then used to redeem the first discount resource required for the product. This enables the mutual exchange of discount resources between different trading platforms, which not only increases the user's interest in purchasing the product on the trading platform but also enhances the user's interest in acquiring discount resources on the trading platform. This improves the user retention rate on each trading platform, thus enhancing the effect of discount resources on user retention. In addition, the first discount resource required for the product and the discount resource held for redeeming the first discount resource are at the same identifier level, and the redemption ratio of the held discount resource is less than a preset threshold. This allows the user to redeem the required first discount resource with a smaller amount of held discount resources. In other words, while ensuring the user's preferential rights, the effect of discount resources on user retention is enhanced, thus improving the user experience.

[0099] Referring to Figure 3, which is a flowchart of the resource exchange method for reducing or exempting fees provided in the second embodiment of this application, based on the embodiment shown in Figure 1, step S204 includes steps S301-S303.

[0100] Step S301: Determine the first resource value of the selected first exemption resource and the current second resource value of the third exemption resource. The third exemption resource is used to indicate the second exemption resource corresponding to the first ratio.

[0101] In this embodiment, the device uniformly measures all discounted resources to facilitate their redemption. For example, each discounted resource can be uniformly measured using a resource value, such as a deduction value. For instance, a discount coupon has a resource value of 5 yuan; a discount coupon offers a 98% discount on a 1000 yuan item, so its resource value is 20 yuan; 200 points can be used to deduct 2 yuan, so the resource value of 200 points is 2 yuan. The device stores a conversion strategy for the resource value of each discounted resource. Based on the conversion strategy, it determines the first resource value of the selected first discounted resource and the current second resource value of the third discounted resource. The third discounted resource is the second discounted resource corresponding to the first ratio.

[0102] For example, if the user selects a product that can be discounted by up to 10 yuan, then the first resource value of the first discount resource used for the discount is 10 yuan. The device obtains the value of the third discount resource and converts it into a second resource value. For example, if the third discount resource is points and the current value of the points is 100,000, then the second resource value is 100 yuan. It should be noted that the exchange ratio refers to the ratio between the resource value of the second discount resource and the resource value of the first discount resource.

[0103] Step S302: Determine the maximum resource value that the third reduced resource can be exchanged for the first reduced resource based on the second resource value and the first ratio.

[0104] The device determines the maximum resource value that can be exchanged for the first reduced resource value based on the second resource value and the first ratio. For example, if the second resource value is 100 and the first ratio is 1:3, then the third reduced resource value can be exchanged for a maximum of 300 of the first reduced resource value, that is, the maximum resource value is 300.

[0105] In step S303, in response to the maximum resource value being greater than or equal to the first resource value, a target resource value is determined based on the first ratio and the first resource value, and the third reduced resource of the target resource value is exchanged for the first reduced resource of the first resource value.

[0106] If the maximum resource value is greater than or equal to the first resource value, it can be determined that the third reduction resource is sufficient to exchange for the first reduction resource required for the product. Therefore, based on the first ratio and the first resource value, the target resource value is determined, and the third reduction resource of the target resource value is exchanged for the first reduction resource of the first resource value. For example, if 100 units of the first reduction resource need to be exchanged, and the first ratio is 1:4, then the target resource value is 25, which means that 25 units of the third reduction resource are exchanged for 100 units of the first reduction resource.

[0107] In this embodiment, the device obtains the maximum resource value corresponding to the first ratio for exchanging the second reduced resource for the first reduced resource, thereby ensuring that the second reduced resource can be exchanged for the required first reduced resource based on the maximum resource value.

[0108] Referring to Figure 4, which is a flowchart of the resource exchange method provided in the third embodiment of this application, based on the embodiment shown in Figure 3, after step S302, steps S401-S403 are also included.

[0109] In step S401, in response to the maximum resource value being less than the first resource value, the third resource of the maximum resource value is converted into the third resource value of the first resource of the first resource according to the first ratio.

[0110] In this embodiment, when the maximum resource value is less than the first resource value, it can be determined that the third reduction resource is insufficient to redeem the first reduction resource required for the goods, and it is necessary to combine the other reduction resources held by the user to redeem the first reduction resource.

[0111] In response, the device first determines the maximum value of the third-reduction resource based on the first ratio and exchanges it for the third resource value of the first-reduction resource. For example, if 100 units of the first-reduction resource need to be exchanged, the exchange ratio between the third-reduction resource and the first-reduction resource is 1:4. However, the second resource value of the third-reduction resource is only 20. Therefore, the third-reduction resource can be exchanged for a maximum of 80 units of the first-reduction resource, and 80 is the third resource value of the first-reduction resource.

[0112] Step S402: Determine the second ratio among the various exchange ratios, wherein the first ratio is the smallest exchange ratio, the second ratio is greater than the first ratio, and the second ratio is less than a preset threshold.

[0113] After determining the third resource value, the device determines the second ratio among the various exchange ratios, while the first ratio is the minimum exchange ratio, and the second ratio is greater than the first ratio and less than the preset threshold.

[0114] For example, multiple exchange ratios include 1:4, 1:3, 1:2, and 2:1, while the preset threshold is 1. The ratio is regarded as the value of the numerator and denominator. Among them, 1:4, 1:3, and 1:2 are all greater than the preset threshold, and 1:4 is the smallest and is used as the first ratio. 1:3 and 1:2 are both greater than 1:4, and 1:3 or 1:2 can be used as the second ratio. Preferably, 1:3 is used as the second ratio.

[0115] Step S403: Exchange the third reduction resource for the first reduction resource of the third resource value, and according to the second ratio, exchange the second reduction resource corresponding to the second ratio for the first reduction resource of the target resource value. The sum of the target resource value and the third resource value is the first resource value.

[0116] After determining the second ratio, the third reduction resource is exchanged for the first reduction resource with the third resource value. Then, based on the second ratio, the second reduction resource corresponding to the second ratio is exchanged for the first reduction resource with the fourth resource value. The sum of the fourth and third resource values equals the first resource value. For example, if 100 units of the first reduction resource need to be exchanged, the exchange ratio between the third and first reduction resources is 1:4. However, the second resource value of the third reduction resource is only 20. Therefore, the third reduction resource can be exchanged for a maximum of 80 units of the first reduction resource, which is the third resource value of the first reduction resource. The second ratio is 1:2, and the second reduction resource corresponding to the second ratio is reduction resource A. Therefore, 10 units of reduction resource A need to be exchanged for 20 units of the first reduction resource, which is the fourth resource value. In other words, the sum of the third and fourth resource values is 100 = the first resource value of 100.

[0117] In this embodiment, if the maximum resource value is less than the first resource value, the device needs to redeem the required first reduced resource based on multiple second reduced resources to ensure that the first reduced resource required for the goods can be redeemed.

[0118] Referring to Figure 5, which is a flowchart of the resource exchange method provided in the fourth embodiment of this application, based on any of the embodiments shown in Figures 1 to 4, step S203 includes steps S501-S503.

[0119] Step S501: Among the various exchange ratios, determine the exchange ratio that is less than a preset threshold as the target ratio.

[0120] In this embodiment, the device needs to reasonably determine the second discounted resource to be redeemed. To do this, the device first determines a target redemption ratio that is less than a preset threshold among various redemption ratios.

[0121] Step S502: Determine the value parameter associated with the second reduction resource corresponding to the target ratio.

[0122] Different discount resources have corresponding value parameters, and the larger the value parameter, the greater the value of the discount resource to the user. The value parameter is determined based on the value of the goods that the discount resource can reduce. For example, if discount coupon 1 issued by institution 1 can be used to deduct the value of goods under 10,000, then the value parameter of discount coupon 1 can be 10,000; if instant discount coupon 2 issued by institution 2 can be used to deduct the value of goods under 2,000, then the value parameter of instant discount coupon 2 is 2,000.

[0123] The device acquires description information corresponding to each second reduction resource, and determines the value parameter of the second reduction resource based on the description information. For example, if the description information states that the second reduction resource can reduce the value of goods by less than 10,000, then the value parameter is 10,000. The device associates and stores the value parameter with the second reduction resource. After determining the target ratio, the device then acquires the value parameter associated with the second reduction resource corresponding to the target ratio.

[0124] Step S503: The target proportion corresponding to the value parameter that is less than the preset value is determined as the first proportion.

[0125] After obtaining the value parameters corresponding to each target ratio, the device selects the second reduction resource with the smaller value parameter to exchange for the first reduction resource. In other words, the second reduction resource with the larger value parameter is reserved for deducting the cost of higher-value goods. Therefore, the device uses the target ratio corresponding to the value parameter less than the preset value as the first ratio, meaning it uses the second reduction resource with the smaller value parameter to exchange for the first reduction resource.

[0126] For example, the target ratios include 1:3 and 1:2. The second reduction resource of 1:3 can be used to reduce the deduction of goods under 10,000, and the second reduction resource of 1:2 can be used to reduce the deduction of goods under 2,000. Then, 1:2 is used as the first ratio, that is, the second reduction resource of 1:2 is used to exchange for the first reduction resource.

[0127] In this embodiment, the device selects the second reduction resource with lower value to exchange for the first reduction resource, while retaining the second reduction resource with higher value, thereby improving the intelligence of the device's exchange process.

[0128] Referring to Figure 6, which is a flowchart of the resource exchange method provided in the fifth embodiment of this application, based on any of the embodiments shown in Figures 1 to 4, step S203 includes steps S601-S603.

[0129] Step S601: Among the various exchange ratios, determine the exchange ratio that is less than a preset threshold as the target ratio.

[0130] In this embodiment, the device needs to reasonably determine the second discounted resource to be redeemed. To this end, the device first determines a target redemption ratio that is less than a preset threshold among various redemption ratios.

[0131] Step S602: Determine the remaining usage time associated with the second reduced resource corresponding to the target ratio.

[0132] Each of the secondary relief resources held by the user has a time limit. The device can use the secondary relief resources that are about to expire, so that the secondary relief resources held by the user will not be wasted.

[0133] To this end, the device obtains description information of the second reduced resource, from which the remaining usage time of the second reduced resource can be determined. After determining the target ratio, the device determines the remaining usage time associated with the second reduced resource corresponding to the target ratio.

[0134] Step S603: The target proportion corresponding to the remaining usage time that is less than the preset duration is determined as the first proportion.

[0135] The device determines the target ratio corresponding to the remaining usage time that is less than the preset duration as the first ratio. For example, the target ratios include 1:3 and 1:2. The remaining usage time of the second reduced resource at a ratio of 1:3 is 3 days, and the remaining usage time of the second reduced resource at a ratio of 1:2 is 23 hours. The preset duration is 1 day. Therefore, the second reduced resource at a ratio of 1:2 is used to exchange for the first reduced resource, that is, the target ratio of 1:2 is used as the first ratio.

[0136] Furthermore, before determining each exchange ratio, the device first detects the remaining usage time of each second-reduction resource, and determines a fourth-reduction resource from among the second-reduction resources based on the remaining usage time. The remaining usage time of each fourth-reduction resource is less than the preset time. If the quantity of the fourth-reduction resources is greater than the preset quantity, the fourth-reduction resources are used to exchange for the first-reduction resources. If the quantity of the fourth-reduction resources is less than or equal to the preset quantity, each exchange ratio is determined, and the first ratio is determined among the various exchange ratios.

[0137] In this embodiment, the device selects the second reduced resource with a shorter remaining usage time to exchange for the first reduced resource, thereby avoiding the waste of the second reduced resource held by the user.

[0138] Referring to Figure 7, which is a flowchart of the resource exchange method provided in the sixth embodiment of this application, based on any of the embodiments shown in Figures 1 to 4, step S203 includes steps S701-S704.

[0139] Step S701: Obtain the user's historical usage records of the reduced resources.

[0140] Step S702: Determine the user's usage patterns for various types of reduced-price resources based on historical usage records.

[0141] In this embodiment, the device identifies suitable available discounted resources based on the user's usage patterns, and performs a first-stage discounted resource exchange. Specifically, the device obtains the user's historical usage records of discounted resources and determines the user's usage patterns for various types of discounted resources based on these records.

[0142] In one example, the device statistically analyzes the various discount resources used by the user based on historical usage records to determine the user's preferred discount resources as usage patterns. For instance, if a user uses instant discount coupons 50 times, points 10 times, and discount coupons once, the user's use of instant discount coupons is significantly greater than the use of points and discount coupons, indicating a preference for instant discount coupons.

[0143] In another example, the device uses historical usage records to identify patterns in when users use discounted resources. For instance, a user might habitually use discount coupons on Thursdays under Account 1 of Institution 1 to offset the cost of goods, or a user might habitually use points on Sundays under Account 4 of Institution 3 to offset the cost of goods.

[0144] Step S703: Based on usage patterns, determine the target resource to be redeemed from each of the second-level resource reductions.

[0145] After determining the usage pattern, the device identifies the target reduction resource from each of the second reduction resources based on the usage pattern.

[0146] In one example, the usage pattern is the user's preferred discount resource, and the type of the preferred discount resource is set as a preset type. The device will use a second discount resource that is not of the preset type as the target discount resource. For example, if the user prefers to use points to redeem goods, the user's points should not be redeemed for the first discount resource. Instead, the user's instant discount coupons or discount vouchers can be used as the target discount resource.

[0147] In another example, the usage pattern is the time pattern of users using discounted resources. The device determines the current time and, based on the time pattern, determines the target type of discounted resource the user will use at that time. The second discounted resource, which is not the target type, is then designated as the target discounted resource. For example, if the current time is Thursday, and the user habitually uses discount coupons on goods under Account 1 of Institution 1 every Thursday, and the user holds discount coupons under Account 3 of Institution 2, points under Account 5 of Institution 4, and discount coupons under Account 1 of Institution 1, then the user can use the discount coupons or points as the target discounted resource to redeem the first discounted resource.

[0148] Step S704: Determine the first ratio among the exchange ratios of various target resource reductions.

[0149] After determining the target reduction resources, the first ratio is determined among the exchange ratios of each target reduction resource.

[0150] Furthermore, in the embodiments shown in Figures 5 and 6, the various exchange ratios used to determine the first ratio can be the exchange ratios of the target reduction resources in this embodiment. That is, in the embodiments shown in Figures 5 and 6, the target reduction resources are first determined using this embodiment, and then the first ratio is determined from the exchange ratios of the various target reduction resources.

[0151] In this embodiment, the device reasonably determines the second discounted resource that needs to be redeemed based on the user's usage patterns of various discounted resources, thereby improving the user experience.

[0152] Based on the content described in the above embodiments, this application also provides a resource reduction and exemption exchange device. [0155] The third determining module 830 is used to determine the exchange ratio of each second reduced resource to the first reduced resource, and to determine the first ratio among the various exchange ratios. [0160] In response to the maximum resource value being greater than or equal to the first resource value, a target resource value is determined based on the first ratio and the first resource value, and the third reduced resource of the target resource value is exchanged for the first reduced resource of the first resource value.
