Ventilation air conditioning system

Abstract

A ventilation air conditioning system (100) is provided with: a ventilation device (1); a first damper device (10) having an air passage switching means; a coil device (20) having a heat exchange means; a refrigerant leakage detection means for detecting leakage of a refrigerant from the heat exchange means; and a control circuit unit (50) for controlling the ventilation device (1), the first damper device (10), and the coil device (20) on the basis of the detection state of the refrigerant leakage detection means. When the refrigerant leakage detection means does not detect the leakage of the refrigerant, the control circuit unit (50) switches the air passage switching means of the first damper device (10) to select a main air passage (111), and ventilates the coil device (20) to supply air into the room. When the refrigerant leakage detection means detects the leakage of the refrigerant, the control circuit unit (50) switches the air passage switching means of the first damper device (10) to select a sub-air passage, and does not ventilate the coil device (20) to supply air into the room.
