Lighting system

Abstract

The purpose of the present disclosure is to facilitate the provision of illumination light that takes the elderly into consideration. An illumination system (A1) comprises: a light source unit (10) that outputs illumination light; an operation unit (21); and a control unit (13). The operation unit (21) receives an operation input relating to the output of the light source unit (10). The control unit (13) controls the output of the light source unit (10) on the basis of an instruction corresponding to the operation input. The correlated color temperature of the illumination light is set so as to fall within a prescribed range defined by an upper limit value and a lower limit value. The upper limit value is a value within a first range of 7000 K to 8800 K. The lower limit value is a value within a second range of 3000 K to 4500 K.
