Abstract
A steel material according to the present disclosure contains, in mass%, 0.0300% or less of C, 0.200% or less of Si, 0.10-0.50% of Mn, 0.0300% or less of P, 0.0300% or less of S, 0.0200% or less of Al, less than 0.0080% of N, 0.001-0.030% of O, and 0.0030-0.0130% of Sb, the remaining portion being Fe and impurities, and Fn defined by formula (1) being 10.0-22.0. (1): 4.26×ln(Sb×(10×Sb+6×P))+47.05 To each element sign in formula (1), the contained amount of a corresponding element is assigned in mass%, and ln in formula (1) indicates natural logarithm.
