Steel slag leaching reactor and usage method thereof

By designing a steel slag leaching reactor with components such as an ammonium salt solution storage tank, a gas buffer tank, and a rotary agitator, the problems of unstable parameter control and material enrichment in traditional reactors during ammonium salt leaching were solved, and gas recovery and leaching efficiency were improved.

Abstract

Provided in the present invention are a steel slag leaching reactor and a usage method thereof. The reactor comprises an ammonium salt solution storage tank and a leaching reactor, which are arranged from top to bottom, wherein the ammonium salt solution storage tank and the leaching reactor are connected by means of a gas buffer tank; several water sprayers connected to the ammonium salt solution storage tank are provided in the leaching reactor; the leaching reactor is provided with a temperature measurement port and a pH testing port; and a rotary disk stirrer is provided in the leaching reactor. During a leaching reaction process of the steel slag leaching reactor of the present invention, generated gas can be returned to the ammonium salt solution storage tank, thereby realizing recovery and reuse of materials and thus reducing costs. Moreover, the materials are thoroughly stirred by means of the rotary disk stirrer, and the combined action of a plurality of water sprayers is also used, thereby preventing the materials from accumulating in corners, facilitating the complete reaction of the materials, and also preventing slag-phase residue after the reaction has been completed. In addition, parameters such as temperature and pH in the reactor can be monitored during the leaching process, thereby ensuring stable leaching efficiency.
