Abstract

The embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method and a system for enhancing user engagement and target conversion through interactive context aware response on a digital platform The method includes receiving an action corresponding to a user behavior on an active page or at least one action element in a first region of the active page. Evaluate fulfillment of a plurality of trigger conditions, wherein the plurality of trigger conditions comprises a traffic source, a location, a user group, corresponding one or more criteria associated with the action and upon fulfillment of the plurality of trigger conditions, avatar alongside a widget in a second region different from the first region are displayed, thereby facilitating enhanced user engagement and target conversion by providing highly interactive and contextually relevant responses.

[0005] Embodiments of the present disclosure generally relate to system and method for providing interactive context aware responses in digital platforms. More specifically, but not exclusively, embodiments of the present disclosure pertain to system and method for deploying animated avatars that adapt in appearance and gesture based on changes in a digital environment, triggered by user interaction with the digital environment.

[0006] BACKGROUND

[0007] As digital experiences evolve across various domains including e-commerce, gaming, customer support, and interactive web platforms - chatbots have become an essential tool for engaging users. However, traditional chatbots are primarily confined to static text-based interactions within predefined chat windows, failing to adapt to the broader context of a user’s actions within a webpage or application. This lack of contextual awareness and visual dynamism (leveraging other engaging elements such as visual prompts, animations, or adaptive responses) limits their effectiveness in delivering personalized, engaging, and intuitive interactions.

[0008] In other words, these chatbots typically act in a passive manner, responding only when a user initiates a conversation. As a result, they do not proactively engage users based on real-time activities, leaving interactions feeling mechanical and uninvolved. In environments where timelyguidance, interactive engagement, or real-time support is crucial, such passivity reduces their utility. For example, users may hesitate on a particular section of a webpage, repeatedly view certain products, or scroll back and forth between options, signaling uncertainty or interest. Traditional chatbots do not detect or respond to such behaviors. In gaming applications, chatbots can enhance the experience by providing real-time hints, or responding to player choices. However, conventional chatbots remain isolated from game mechanics and do not adjust dynamically. In interactive learning environments, chatbots can assist based on a user’s learning progress, offer hints when users struggle with a concept, or encourage further exploration. Standard chatbots, however, do not monitor user progress and instead rely on direct user input. Beyond traditional customer service, chatbots have potential in sales and other domains where they can act as intelligent assistants. However, they currently lack the ability to respond dynamically to user behavior in real time. Unlike a human assistant who observes user engagement and adjusts responses accordingly, most traditional chatbots rely on pre-scripted interactions. This results in lost opportunities for engagement, assistance, and guidance.

[0009] To address these limitations, there is a pressing need for an approach that actively monitors user behavior within a webpage, a mobile application, or a web-based application and responds with relevant real-time interactive responses.

[0010] BRIEF DESCRIPTION

[0011] In accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for enhancing user engagement and target conversion on a digital platform through an interactive context aware response is provided. The method includes receiving an action corresponding to a user behavior on an active page being accessed by a user or at least one action element on a first region of the active page of the digital platform, evaluating fulfillment of a plurality of trigger conditions, wherein the plurality of trigger conditions comprises a traffic source, a location, a user group, and one or more criteria associated with the each of the action and upon fulfillment of the plurality of trigger conditions, contemporaneously or substantially in real-time, displaying the interactive context aware response for a predetermined period, wherein the interactive context aware response comprises an avatar alongside a widget in a second region different from the first region, whereinthe widget comprises at least one media, and at least one action message, wherein the avatar, the at least one media, and the at least one action message, each correspond to the action.

[0012] In accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure, a system for enhancing user engagement and target conversion on a digital platform through an interactive context aware response is provided. The system includes a processor. The system further includes a memory coupled to the processor, wherein the memory comprises executable instructions, that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to receive an action corresponding to a user behavior on an active page being accessed by a user or at least one action element on a first region of the active page of the digital platform, evaluate fulfillment of a plurality of trigger conditions, wherein the plurality of trigger conditions comprises a traffic source, a location, a user group, and one or more criteria associated with the action and upon fulfillment of the trigger conditions, contemporaneously or substantially in real-time, displaying the interactive context aware response for a predetermined period and interactive context aware response wherein the interactive context aware response comprises an avatar alongside a widget in a second region different from the first region, wherein the widget comprises at least one media, and at least one action message, wherein the avatar, the at least one media, and the at least one action message, each correspond to the action.

[0013] In accordance with another embodiment of the present disclosure, a method for enhancing user engagement on a digital platform through an interactive context aware response is provided. The method includes receiving a plurality of trigger conditions for triggering a display of the interactive context aware response, wherein the plurality of trigger conditions are provided manually by an authorized personnel of the digital platform via a user interface or by an artificial intelligence engine, wherein the digital platform is communicatively coupled to a service-provider platform via a communication network, wherein the plurality of trigger conditions comprises a traffic source, a location, a user group, one or more user actions, and corresponding one or more criteria associated with each of the one or more user actions. The method further includes receiving a plurality of response attributes corresponding to the interactive context aware response, wherein the plurality of response attributes are provided manually by the authorized personnel of the digital platform via a user interface or by the artificial intelligence engine, wherein the plurality of response attributes comprises an action message, at least one media, an avatar, a time period, anactive page URL (uniform resource locator), and a landing page URL, wherein the interactive context aware response comprises the avatar, the at least one media, and the at least one action message. Furthermore, the method includes upon saving the plurality of trigger conditions and the plurality of response attributes, causing an automatic display of the interactive context aware response on the digital platform upon fulfillment of the plurality of trigger conditions.

[0014] In accordance with yet another embodiment of the present disclosure, a system for enhancing user engagement on a digital platform through an interactive context aware response is provided. The system includes a processor and a memory coupled to the processor, wherein the memory comprises executable instructions, that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to receive a plurality of trigger conditions for triggering a display of the interactive response, wherein the plurality of trigger conditions are provided manually by an authorized personnel of the digital platform via a user interface or by an artificial intelligence engine, wherein the digital platform is communicatively coupled to a service-provider platform via a communication network, wherein the plurality of trigger conditions comprises a traffic source, a location, a user group, one or more user actions, and one or more criteria associated with the each of the one or more user actions. Further, the memory has executable instructions stored thereon, that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to receive a plurality of response attributes corresponding to the interactive response, wherein the plurality of response attributes are provided manually by the authorized personnel of the digital platform via a user interface or by the artificial intelligence engine, wherein the plurality of response attributes comprises an action message, at least one media, an avatar, a time period, an active page URL (uniform resource locator), and a landing page URL, wherein the interactive context aware response comprises the avatar, the at least one media, and the at least one action message and upon saving of the plurality of trigger conditions and the plurality of response attributes, cause an automatic display of the interactive context aware response on the digital platform upon fulfillment of the plurality of trigger conditions.

The service provider platform 10 may include a database 10A, an avatar library 10B, artificial intelligence engine 10C, and an API layer 10D. Detailed explanation of the service provider platform 10 is discussed further in the description. The avatar library 10B may store avatars and metadata related to the avatars. The database 10A may be a local database - local to a server on which the service provider platform 10 is hosted as a cloud-based platform or a remote database - server remote to the server on which the service provider platform 10 is provided. The database 10A may include data that is either received, stored, or generated as a result of functions implemented by the service provider platform 10.

[0032] Authorized personnel - authorized to deploy / integrate the improved interactive avatar and chat widget to the website or the mobile application or a web-based application may access the service provider platform 10 via a device 20 (alternatively, referred to as owner device). Furthermore, the interface 20D may also enable intercommunication between different logical as well as hardware components of the device 20.

A system for enhancing user engagement and target conversion on a digital platform through an interactive context aware response comprising:a processor; anda memory coupled to the processor, wherein the memory comprises executable instructions, that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to:receive an action corresponding to a user behavior on an active page being accessed by a user or at least one action element on a first region of the active page of the digital platform; evaluate fulfillment of a plurality of trigger conditions, wherein the plurality of trigger conditions comprises a traffic source, a location, a user group, and one or more criteria associated with the action; andupon fulfillment of the plurality of trigger conditions, contemporaneously or substantially in real-time, display the interactive context aware response for a predetermined period, wherein the interactive context aware response comprises an avatar alongside a widget in a second region different from the first region,wherein the widget comprises at least one media, and at least one action message, wherein the avatar, the at least one media, and the at least one action message, each correspond to the action.

9. The system as claimed in claim 8, wherein the avatar is an animated 3D (three-dimensional) virtual avatar.

10. The system as claimed in claim 8, wherein the second region is a region on the active page or a region on a landing page, based on the action.

11. The system as claimed in claim 8, wherein, in the absence of the user interaction or after a lapse of the predetermined period, a default interactive context aware response is displayed in the second region, wherein the default interactive context aware response comprises a default widget alongside a default avatar.

12. The system as claimed in claim 11, wherein the default widget is to enable the user to manually activate a chat window to initiate conversation with a chat bot or a live agent associated with the digital platform.

13. The system as claimed in claim 8, wherein the digital platform is a web page interface, a mobile application interface, or a web-based application interface.

14. The system as claimed in claim 8, wherein the at least one media comprises a text media, a voice media, an image media, a video media, or combinations thereof.

15. A method for enhancing user engagement and target conversation on a digital platform through an interactive context aware response comprising:receiving a plurality of trigger conditions for triggering a display of the interactive context aware response, wherein the plurality of trigger conditions are provided manually by an authorized personnel of the digital platform via a user interface or by an artificial intelligence engine, wherein the digital platform is communicatively coupled to a service-provider platform via a communication network, wherein the plurality of trigger conditions comprises a traffic source, a location, a user group, one or more user actions, and one or more criteria associated with each of the one or more user actions;receiving a plurality of response attributes corresponding to the interactive context aware response, wherein the plurality of response attributes are provided manually by the authorized personnel of the digital platform via the user interface or by the artificial intelligence engine, wherein the plurality of response attributes comprises an action message, at least one media, an avatar, a time period, an active page URL (uniform resource locator), and a landing page URL, wherein the interactive context aware response comprises the avatar, the at least one media, and the at least one action message; andupon saving the plurality of trigger conditions and the plurality of response attributes, cause an automatic display of the interactive context aware response on the digital platform upon fulfillment of the plurality of trigger conditions.

The method as claimed in claim 14, wherein receiving the plurality of trigger conditions and the plurality of response attributes provided by the artificial intelligence engine, comprising a trained machine learning model, comprises:automatically and dynamically setting and modifying, by the artificial intelligence engine, the plurality of trigger conditions and the plurality of response attributes.

A system for enhancing user engagement and target conversion on a digital platform through an interactive context aware response comprising:a processor; anda memory coupled to the processor, wherein the memory comprises executable instructions, that, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to:receive a plurality of trigger conditions for triggering a display of the interactive context aware response, wherein the plurality of trigger conditions are provided manually by an authorized personnel of the digital platform via a user interface or by an artificial intelligence engine, wherein the digital platform is communicatively coupled to a service-provider platform via a communication network, wherein the plurality of trigger conditions comprises a traffic source, a location, a user group, one or more user actions, and one or more criteria associated with each of the one or more user actions;receive a plurality of response attributes corresponding to the interactive context aware response, wherein the plurality of response attributes are provided manually by the authorized personnel of the digital platform via the user interface or by the artificial intelligence engine, wherein the plurality of response attributes comprises an action message, at least one media, an avatar, a time period, an active page URL (uniform resource locator), and a landing page URL, wherein the interactive context aware response comprises the avatar, the at least one media, and the at least one action message; andupon saving the plurality of trigger conditions and the plurality of response attributes, cause an automatic display of the interactive context aware response on the digital platform upon fulfillment of the plurality of trigger conditions.

The system as claimed in claim 16, wherein to receive plurality of trigger conditions and the plurality of response attributes provided by the artificial intelligence engine, comprising a trained machine learning model, is to:automatically and dynamically set and modify the plurality of trigger conditions and the plurality of response attributes.
