Description

wig

[0001] The present invention relates to a wig.

[0002] When all the hair on the entire head falls out due to chemotherapy, alopecia, or the like, a wig is used in place of the hair. A wig for the entire head is configured by implanting human hair (hereinafter referred to as "human hair") or artificially created hair (hereinafter referred to as "artificial hair") on a main body base.

[0003] Conventionally, as a type of wig, a turbowig including a flexible and stretchable short tubular turban and a wig implanted on a breathable base has been known (Patent Document 1). The turban and the wig are configured to be detachable using a fastening tool provided on the turban and a fastened tool provided on the wig.

[0004] In the turbowig, a ring-shaped member such as a rubber ring is used as the fastening tool, and a member including a base frame portion made of a spring material made of a steel plate and a comb-shaped clamping portion is used as the fastened tool, and the two are fastened by clamping the ring-shaped member between the base frame portion and the clamping portion.

[0005] Utility Model Registration No. 3194016

[0006] In the turbowig of Patent Document 1, when attaching the wig to the turban, it is necessary to repeatedly perform the operation of clamping the ring-shaped member between the base frame portion and the clamping portion, so the attachment is troublesome and time-consuming.

[0007] The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and the problem to be solved is to provide a wig in which the attachment of the main body member to the inner member is easier than the conventional turbowig provided with the fastening tool and the fastened tool.

[0008] The wig disclosed in the present application includes an inner member to be worn on the head and a main body member to be placed outside the inner member. The inner member includes a first adhesive body, the main body member includes a main body base and hair provided on the main body base, and a second adhesive body that adheres to the first adhesive body is provided on the main body member. The first adhesive body and the second adhesive body have self-adhesive properties with respect to each other.

[0009] According to the wig disclosed in this application, the inner member and the main body member can be bonded together simply by bringing the first adhesive body and the second adhesive body into contact, thus making the attachment of the main body member to the inner member effortless and troublesome.

[0011] (Embodiment) An example of an embodiment of the wig of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As an example, the wig 30 shown in Figure 1 comprises an inner member 10 that is attached to the head and a main body member 20 that is attached to the inner member 10.

[0012] First, an example of the inner component 10 will be described. The inner component 10 is a component that is worn on the wearer's head. As an example, the inner component 10 shown in Figures 1 and 2(a) includes a hemispherical (hat-shaped) inner base 11 with a recess in which the head fits. The inner base 11 is a whole garment (seamless) component that is knitted without sewing.

[0013] The inner base 11 can be manufactured using various machines such as seamless knitting machines, flat knitting machines, and stockinette knitting machines, or it can be manufactured by hand knitting. Specifically, it can be made by knitting using plain knitting (single jersey knit, stockinette knit), rib knitting (rib stitch, elastic knit, rib stitch), pearl knitting (garter stitch, links stitch, double-headed knit), thermal knitting (waffle stitch, honeycomb stitch), moss knit, reversible moss knit (reversible mesh), smooth knitting (interlock), reverse pile knitting (fleece, brushed back), jacquard knitting, intarsia knitting, etc.

[0014] Here, the case where the inner base 11 is made using whole garment technology is used as an example, but the inner base may be manufactured using methods other than whole garment technology. For example, in the case of knitted materials, linking may be used, and in the case of woven materials, sewing or heat bonding may be used. In addition, the inner base 11 may be made of cut-and-sew material (flat knit, warp knit, or circular knit).

[0015] In particular, when the inner base 11 is made of nylon, polyester, silicone, etc., it can be manufactured using various methods commonly used for making swimming caps, such as injection molding, sewing, and heat bonding. Injection molding is a method of forming by injecting molten material into a mold, sewing is a method of forming a three-dimensional shape by sewing together multiple parts, and heat bonding is a method of joining multiple parts by applying heat and pressure.

[0016] The inner base 11 can be made of synthetic fibers such as polyester and nylon, or natural fibers such as cotton and silk. The materials shown here are just examples, and the inner base 11 can also be made of materials other than those shown here (for example, rubber materials such as silicone). The material of the inner base 11 can be determined by considering factors such as adhesion, breathability, strength, and lightness.

[0017] An annular opening 11a for covering the head is provided at the lower end of the inner base 11. A first adhesive body 12 is attached to the periphery of the opening 11a by sewing. The first adhesive body 12 can also be attached to the inner base 11 by means other than sewing.

[0018] The first adhesive body 12 of this embodiment is constructed by joining together a single tape-like member 12a in a ring shape. The tape-like members 12a can be joined together by sewing, heat bonding, self-bonding, or other methods. The first adhesive body 12 is provided with fine ventilation holes 12b to ensure breathability. The ventilation holes 12b can be formed by a laser or the like. The ventilation holes 12b may be provided as needed and may be omitted if unnecessary.

[0019] The inner surface of the first adhesive body 12 is the surface that adheres to the head (skin), and the outer surface is the surface to which the second adhesive body 24 of the main body member 20 adheres. Therefore, the first adhesive body 12 must be made of a material that is at least bondable to the head on its inner surface and bondable to the second adhesive body 24 on its outer surface.

[0020] For example, the first adhesive body 12 can be made of a material that exhibits adhesive strength on its own simply by being in contact with the second adhesive body 24, that is, a material that has self-adhesive properties (in other words, self-adhesive strength) (hereinafter referred to as "self-adhesive material").

[0021] The term "self-adhesive material" in this application includes not only materials that exhibit adhesive strength between identical materials, but also materials that exhibit adhesive strength between different materials. Furthermore, the term "self-adhesive material" in this application includes materials that exhibit adhesive strength by contact with the second adhesive body 24 without the need for substances or chemical compositions that have the effect of joining two or more objects, such as adhesives, double-sided tapes, or hook-and-loop fasteners.

[0022] "Self-adhesive materials" include, for example, materials that adhere through intermolecular forces, molecular diffusion, or their own viscoelasticity between the items to be bonded. Furthermore, since the objective is achieved if the first adhesive body 12 is anchored to the second adhesive body 24 and does not slip laterally, in this application, "self-adhesive materials" include materials that exhibit frictional force when in contact with the second adhesive body 24.

[0023] It should be noted that some materials made of butyl rubber or the like, which are generally known as self-fusing materials, cannot be easily peeled off once bonded. Using such materials is undesirable because it would make it impossible to separate the inner member 10 and the main member 20. The "self-adhesive material" of this application is preferably a material that has appropriate adhesiveness, can be re-separated at the bonded surface, and can be repeatedly re-bonded.

[0024] Specific examples of "self-adhesive materials" include various polymer materials such as rubber-based, acrylic-based, silicone-based, and polyolefin-based materials. Examples include polyolefin foam materials and polyurethane foam materials.

[0025] The "self-adhesive material" may be an elastomer resin. Examples include acrylic thermoplastic elastomers, urethane thermoplastic elastomers, and styrene thermoplastic elastomers. These materials may also be combined in appropriate compounds. Furthermore, the "self-adhesive material" of this application may be a material that has temperature dependence or shape memory properties, as long as it has self-adhesive properties.

[0026] In this context, "temperature dependence" refers to the characteristic of being able to flexibly change in response to body temperature, meaning that when heated, it becomes softer and easier to deform. "Shape memory," on the other hand, refers to the characteristic of being able to maintain its shape for a certain period of time after being deformed.

[0027] The "self-adhesive materials" of this application include, at a minimum, "HUMOFIT®" of Mitsui Chemicals Fine Co., Ltd., "Erneston®" of Kuraray Plastics Co., Ltd., "Hygress®" of Seedam Co., Ltd., and "Technogel®" of Sekisui Chemicals, Ltd. Regardless of the name, materials having similar properties to these products are included in the "self-adhesive materials" of this application.

[0028] The surface of self-adhesive materials can be made uneven. By creating an uneven surface, it is expected that reflection will be suppressed through the diffusion effect of light, thereby reducing the reflection of sunlight. Self-adhesive materials can also be used in layers. For example, by laminating two self-adhesive materials and inserting a colored film in between, it is expected that the reflection of sunlight will be reduced.

[0029] For self-adhesive materials, it is preferable that at least the bonding surface be smooth. A smooth surface improves adhesion and reduces the risk of unintentional peeling. If foreign matter adheres to the bonding surface during use, it is preferable to clean the surface before use.

[0030] Self-adhesive materials can be those that possess the property of reducing internal stress over time when subjected to a certain strain (so-called stress relaxation). To put it more simply, stress relaxation, as used here, refers to the characteristic or degree to which a material slowly returns to its original state after being stretched in a given direction and then having the stretching force released.

[0031] In this embodiment, one example of the first adhesive body 12 is a case in which tape-like members 12a made of a single material are connected in a ring shape. However, the first adhesive body 12 can also be made by connecting tape-like members 12a with a connecting material 13, as shown in Figure 2(b). The tape-like members 12a and the connecting material 13 can be joined by sewing, heat bonding, self-adhesion, or other methods.

[0032] When forming the tape-like member 12a into a ring shape, it can be joined by methods such as sewing, heat bonding, or self-adhesion, but it is particularly preferable to join them by self-adhesion. Specifically, it is preferable to overlap any two points along the longitudinal direction of the tape-like member 12a and join them by self-adhesion.

[0033] In this way, by making the tape-like members 12a connectable by a self-adhesive method, it is easy to create a ring shape that fits the head dimensions of each wearer, and a highly fitted inner member 10 can be obtained.

[0034] Furthermore, the tape-like member 12a can be designed to be longer than the typical head circumference to allow the wearer to easily adjust the length themselves. In this case, the tape-like member 12a can also have markings or cut lines to serve as a guide or marker for the wearer when adjusting the length or cutting off the excess.

[0035] For example, stretch material or other materials can be used for the connecting material 13. It is preferable to apply various anti-slip treatments, such as silicone printing, to the inner surface of the connecting material 13. In addition, non-stretchable (or poorly stretchable) materials such as woven fabrics can also be used for the connecting material 13. In this case as well, it is preferable to apply various anti-slip treatments, such as silicone printing, to the inner surface.

[0036] Furthermore, in this embodiment, the first adhesive body 12 is shown as being composed of a single tape-like member 12a as an example, but the first adhesive body 12 can also be composed of two or more tape-like members 12a laminated together. In this case, for example, the inner surface and the outer surface can be made of different materials. In addition, the first adhesive body 12 can also be composed of different materials for the part to which the second adhesive body 24, which will be described later, is adhered and the other parts.

[0037] Next, an example of the main body member 20 will be described. The main body member 20 is a member that is used by covering (attaching) it to the outside of the inner member 10 which is worn on the head. As an example, the main body member 20 shown in Figure 3 comprises a main body base 21 and hair 22 implanted on the main body base 21.

[0038] The main body base 21 of this embodiment comprises a main body base portion 21a and a crown part 21b. The main body base portion 21a and the crown part 21b are joined together to form a member that covers the wearer's forehead, crown, both sides of the head, and the area around the back of the head from the outside of the inner member 10.

[0039] The main body base 21a is a mesh-like (net-like) member molded to the shape of the wearer's head. Similar to the inner base 11, the main body base 21a in this embodiment is a whole garment (seamless) knit-like (net-like) member, offering excellent lightness and breathability.

[0040] The body base 21a can be manufactured using various machines such as seamless knitting machines, flat knitting machines, and knitting machines, etc., and can also be manufactured by hand knitting. Specifically, it can be knitted and made by the above-mentioned plain knitting, milling knitting, pearl knitting, thermal knitting, dotted knitting, reversible dotted knitting, smooth knitting, back pile knitting, jacquard knitting, intarsia knitting, etc.

[0041] Similar to the inner base 11, the body base 21a of the present embodiment may be manufactured by a method other than a whole garment. For example, in the case of a knitted material, linking, and in the case of a woven fabric, sewing, thermocompression bonding, etc. may be mentioned. Further, the body base 21a may be made of cut-and-sew material (flat knitting, warp knitting, circular knitting).

[0042] The body base 21a of the present embodiment can be configured using, in addition to the same material as the inner base 11, a covering yarn 23 or the like. In the present application, the covering yarn 23 includes, for example, a yarn material in which a covering material (sheath yarn) 23b is wound around the outer periphery of a core material २3a in a coil shape as shown in FIGS. 4(a) and 4(b).

[0043] For the covering yarn २3, a yarn in which the covering material २3b is wound singly (single) as shown in FIG. 4(a) (single covering yarn) or a yarn in which the covering material २3b is wound doubly (double) as shown in FIG. 4(b) (double covering yarn) can be used.

[0044] For the core material २3a, a heat-sealing yarn having a property of melting by heating and solidifying (curing) by cooling can be used. Examples of the heat-sealing yarn include yarns made of various synthetic fiber materials such as nylon (polyamide) and polyester having a lower melting point than normal. The covering yarn २3 using the heat-sealing yarn as the core material can maintain its shape by heating and forming it into a predetermined shape and then curing it.

[0045] The heat-sealing yarn is, for example, a low-melting-point nylon / polyamide fiber or a low-melting-point polyester fiber, and in addition, various thermoplastic polymers and thermoplastic elastomers with adjusted melting points can also be used.

[0046] For the heat-sealing yarn, two or more different fiber materials can also be used. For example, the heat-sealing yarn can have a double structure, and a synthetic fiber material with a normal melting point can be used in the center, and it can have a core-sheath structure where the periphery is coated with a synthetic fiber material having a lower melting point than usual.

[0047] By doing so, the low-melting-point material around it melts due to heat, exhibits the function as a heat-sealing yarn, and the central part can maintain a predetermined shape, elasticity, etc. without melting due to heat. Not limited to such an aspect, the heat-sealing yarn can be a composite material using two or more materials having different melting points.

[0048] The heat-sealing yarn is, for example, a nylon fiber, which melts at about 71°C in hot water and about 118°C (105 - 125°C) in dry heat, or melts at about 62°C in hot water and about 105°C (95 - 115°C) in dry heat.

[0049] The heat-sealing yarn is, for example, a heat-sealing polyester fiber using a plurality of core-sheath composite filaments in which a high-viscosity polyester resin with a melting point of about 250°C is arranged in the core part and a crystalline polyester resin with a lower melting point of about 180°C (low melting point) than the melting point of the core part is arranged in the sheath part.

[0050] The heat-sealing yarn is, for example, a low-melting-point polyamide fiber, and has a melting point of 98 - 130°C.

[0051] As the heat-sealing yarn, for example, a multifilament structure using a plurality of filaments can be used, and those that are integrated and easily fused during melting can be used.

[0052] As the heat-sealing yarn, for example, a composite filament using a plurality of filaments with a sheath part arranged outside the core part can be used.

[0053] The heat-sealing yarn shown here is an example, and various materials can be used for the heat-sealing yarn. As its physical properties, for example, those with a hot water melting point of about 60 - 130°C, preferably about 60 - 90°C, and a dry heat melting point of 90 - 150°C, preferably about 100 - 135°C can be used.

[0054] In addition to the hot water melting point and dry heat melting point, the melting point of heat-fusible yarn can be evaluated by various methods, for example, by melting point measurement according to JIS L1013:2010. When evaluated by this method, heat-fusible yarn with a melting point of 90 to 140°C can be suitably used as the core material 23a.

[0055] The covering material 23b covers the outer circumference of the core material 23a. Normally, molded products using heat-fusible yarn become hard when the fusible yarn melts and solidifies, so if the heat-fusible yarn is used as is, it may cause discomfort when it comes into contact with the skin.

[0056] In this regard, by providing a covering material 23b on the outer circumference of the heat-fusible yarn, the feel against the skin is improved, and discomfort when it comes into contact with the skin can be reduced. The covering material 23b also has the effect of increasing the strength of the core material 23a, and consequently the strength of the main body base 21, thereby reducing the risk of damage to the main body base 21 during planting.

[0057] The covering material 23b can be made of various materials such as nylon, polyester, rayon, polyurethane, acrylic, polypropylene, polyethylene, synthetic protein, thermoplastic elastomer, cotton, silk, hemp, paper, wool, etc.

[0058] When thermoplastic or thermosetting chemical fibers are used for the covering material 23b, it is desirable that their melting point be higher than that of the heat-fusible yarn used as the core material, preferably 10°C or higher, and more preferably 20°C or higher. It is preferable that the covering material 23b be the same color or close color as the wearer's skin (scalp), or the same color or close color as the wearer's hair.

[0059] In addition to the above, the covering material 23b can also be made of synthetic fibers or natural fibers that have various functions such as sweat absorption, quick drying, antibacterial properties, deodorizing properties, odor elimination properties, and contact cooling properties. By using synthetic fibers or natural fibers (functional fibers) that have such functions, the main body base 21 can be given the various functions of the covering material 23b.

[0060] For example, if a functional fiber with the ability to control the pH of areas where sweat adheres to a slightly acidic level is used, it can suppress the growth of harmful bacteria by controlling the pH of the area where sweat adheres to a slightly acidic level.

[0061] The thickness of the fibers used for the heat-fusible yarn and the covering material 23b can be any thickness, taking into consideration the strength and thickness of the main body base 21, but for example, fibers of 10 to 200 denier are preferably used, and 20 to 100 denier are more preferable. Here, denier refers to the unit of measurement for fineness (thickness of the fiber).

[0062] Generally, heat-fusible yarn is used to melt and fix or bond to other components, and since providing a covering material 23b on the outer circumference may reduce the bonding or adhesion strength with other components, the outer circumference of the heat-fusible yarn is not usually covered with a covering material 23b.

[0063] In the main body base 21 of this embodiment, the primary expectation of the heat-fusible yarn is shape stability (the ability to maintain a state that fits the shape of the head). In this regard, as will be explained in the following embodiment, in the main body base 21 of the present invention, even when a covering yarn 23 having a covering material 23b on the outer circumference of the heat-fusible yarn is used, shape stability is not impaired, and sufficient shape stability can be ensured.

[0064] Furthermore, when the main body base 21a is constructed from woven fabric as in the conventional method, scraps are generated during cutting. However, when covering yarn 23 is used to produce the main body base 21a, no scraps are generated, thus reducing the environmental impact. In addition, since the main body base 21a, knitted with a single covering yarn 23, has no seams, it has a pleasant feel against the skin and can also be made lighter overall.

[0065] The aforementioned crown part 21b is a component provided near the top of the main body base 21. The crown part 21b has hair (hereinafter referred to as "crown hair") 21d implanted on a base part 21c made of artificial skin, knitted fabric, woven fabric, lace material, etc.

[0066] The base portion 21c is preferably the same color as or close to the main body base portion 21a, in other words, the same color as or close to the wearer's skin. The artificial skin is used to make the parting area look natural, like real skin.

[0067] The hair at the crown 21d can be made of human hair, artificial hair, etc. The hair at the crown 21d can be made by combining multiple strands of human hair, artificial hair, etc. of the same length or different lengths. The hair at the crown 21d is implanted so that it penetrates from the outer side to the inner side of the main body base 21 and then penetrates back to the outer side. The hair at the crown 21d is implanted in a way that makes it look like a natural crown.

[0068] The crown part 21b is constructed as a separate component from the main body base 21a. By constructing the crown part 21b as a separate component from the main body base 21a, only the crown part 21b, which is prone to wear and tear, can be replaced.

[0069] The crown part 21b can be attached to the main body base 21a by pressing, sewing, or other methods. The crown part 21b can also include a parting area in addition to the crown area. When artificial skin is used, the parting area can be made to look natural, like real scalp.

[0070] As shown in Figure 3, the main body base 21a is provided with a first protruding portion 21e at the lower side of both sides of the wearer's head, specifically near the wearer's sideburns, and a second protruding portion 21f at the lower side of the back of the wearer's head, specifically near the wearer's nape.

[0071] The main body base 21 is provided with a second adhesive body 24 that adheres to the first adhesive body 12 of the inner member 10. In this embodiment, the second adhesive body 24 is provided at the central position of the front of the main body base 21, at the position of the first protruding portion 21e (the position corresponding to the sideburns), and at the second protruding portion 21f (the position corresponding to the nape of the neck). The second adhesive body 24 can be attached to various parts of the main body base 21a by sewing, double-sided tape, or other methods.

[0072] As an example, the second adhesive body 24 shown in Figures 5(a) to (c) is rectangular in shape when positioned in the center of the forehead (front second adhesive body 24a), roughly L-shaped when positioned at the first protruding portion 21e (lateral second adhesive body 24b), and roughly rectangular with upper and lower pieces curved upward when positioned at the second protruding portion 21f (rear second adhesive body 24c). The second adhesive body 24 is provided with fine ventilation holes 24g.

[0073] However, the shape of the second adhesive body 24 described here is just one example, and the second adhesive body 24 can have other shapes. Also, the installation position of the second adhesive body 24 can be other than those described here. Furthermore, the number of second adhesive bodies 24 installed can be more or less than the number described here.

[0074] The second adhesive body 24 can be made of various materials that can adhere to the first adhesive body 12. The second adhesive body 24 can be made of the same material as the first adhesive body 12 or of a different material. Similar to the first adhesive body 12, the second adhesive body 24 can be made of a self-adhesive material that has self-adhesion properties with respect to the first adhesive body 12. Self-adhesive materials have already been explained, so their explanation will be omitted here.

[0075] Furthermore, the second adhesive body 24 only needs to be able to adhere to the first adhesive body 12 on at least its inner surface (i.e., the side facing the first adhesive body 12), and its outer surface does not need to adhere to the first adhesive body 12.

[0076] As shown in Figure 5(b), the outer surface of the lateral second adhesive body 24b is provided with a sideburn sticker attachment section 24d for attaching the sideburn sticker S1. The sideburn sticker S1 is a sticker with a picture or photograph of sideburns printed (displayed) on its surface. It is used by attaching one part to the sideburn sticker attachment section 24d and the other part to the area in front of the wearer's ear.

[0077] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 5(c), the outer surface of the rear second adhesive body 24c is provided with a nape sticker attachment section 24e for attaching the nape sticker S2. The nape sticker S2 is a sticker on which a picture or photograph of a nape is printed (displayed), and is used by attaching one part to the nape sticker attachment section 24e and the other part to the wearer's neck.

[0078] In addition, although not shown in the illustration, the front second adhesive body 24a may also be provided with a hairline sticker attachment section 24f (Figure 5(a)) for attaching a hairline sticker (not shown).

[0079] The hairline sticker is a sticker on which an image of the hairline (for example, a path-based illustration or a rasterized illustration) or photograph is printed (displayed) on the surface. It is used by attaching one part to the hairline sticker attachment area 24f and the other part to the area around the wearer's forehead. Each sticker can be attached by peeling off a release paper or similar material.

[0080] The sideburn sticker S1, nape sticker S2, and hairline sticker can be the same color as or close to the wearer's skin, or colorless and transparent. Furthermore, the shape, material, and color of each sticker are not limited to those exemplified herein. It is preferable that each sticker be placed in a position where part or all of it is hidden by the hair 22.

[0081] In addition, each sticker can be printed (displayed) with pictures or photographs of sideburns, nape of the neck, bangs, etc., or it can be plain. The sideburn sticker attachment section 24d, nape of the neck sticker attachment section 24e, and bangs hairline sticker attachment section 24f may be provided as needed, and may be omitted if not required.

[0082] Note that the shapes of the seals shown in Figures 5(a) to (c) are examples only, and the shapes of the seals are not limited to those shown herein. Each seal may be made of a self-adhesive material that has self-adhesive properties between it and the second adhesive body 24.

[0083] The hair 20 is a component of the hair of the wig 30. Similar to the hair 21d at the crown, the hair 20 can be made of human hair, synthetic hair, etc. The hair 20 can be made by combining multiple strands of human hair, synthetic hair, etc. of the same or different lengths.

[0084] The hair 20 is implanted so that it penetrates from the outer surface to the inner surface of the main body base 21a, and then penetrates back to the outer surface. The hair 20 can also be implanted in the main body base 21a by other methods. The hair 20 can also be bonded to the outer surface of the main body base 21a by means of an adhesive or the like.

[0085] Finally, an example of the procedure for attaching the wig 30 of this embodiment will be described. The wig 30 of this embodiment can be attached to the head by first attaching the inner member 10 to the wearer's head (Figure 6(a)), and then placing the main body member 20 over the outside of the inner member 10 so that the second adhesive body 24 adheres to the first adhesive body 12 of the inner member 10 (Figure 6(b)) (Figure 6(c)).

[0086] There are no particular restrictions on the timing of attaching the sideburn sticker S1, nape sticker S2, and hairline sticker; they can be attached at any time during the attachment process (Figures 7(a)(b), 8(a)(b)). Each sticker can also be attached in advance to the sideburn sticker attachment area 24d, nape sticker attachment area 24e, and hairline sticker attachment area 24f.

[0087] (Modification) In the above embodiment, one example is the case in which the inner member 10 is provided with a hat-shaped inner base 11. However, as shown in Figures 9(a) and 9(b), the inner base 11 can be omitted and the inner member 10 can be constructed using only the first adhesive body 12.

[0088] The inner member 10 in Figure 9(a) is made by connecting tape-shaped members 12a made of a single material in a ring shape, and has the same structure as the first adhesive body 12 in Figure 2(a). The inner member 10 in Figure 9(b) is made by connecting tape-shaped members 12a with a connecting material 13 similar to that in the above embodiment, and has the same structure as the first adhesive body 12 in Figure 2(b).

[0089] When forming the tape-like member 12a into a ring shape, it can be joined by methods such as sewing, heat bonding, or self-adhesion, but it is particularly preferable to join them by self-adhesion. Specifically, it is preferable to overlap any two points along the longitudinal direction of the tape-like member 12a and join them by self-adhesion.

[0090] In this way, by making the tape-like members 12a connectable by a self-adhesive method, it is easy to create a ring shape that fits the head dimensions of each wearer, and a highly fitted inner member 10 can be obtained.

[0091] Furthermore, the tape-like member 12a can be designed to be longer than the typical head circumference to allow the wearer to easily adjust the length themselves. In this case, the tape-like member 12a can also have markings or cut lines to serve as a guide or marker for the wearer when adjusting the length or cutting off the excess.

[0092] In the above embodiment, the sideburn sticker attachment portion 24d, the nape sticker attachment portion 24e, and the hairline sticker attachment portion 24f are provided on the main body member 20 as an example, but each sticker attachment portion can also be provided on the inner member 10. In addition, each sticker attachment portion can be provided with part on the main body member 20 and the other part on the inner member 10.

[0093] In the above embodiment, the case in which the first adhesive body 12 of the inner member 10 is made of a self-adhesive material is given as an example, but the inner member 10 can also be made entirely of a self-adhesive material. That is, both the inner base 11 and the first adhesive body 12 of the inner member 10 can be made of a self-adhesive material, or in other words, the inner member 10 can be made only of the hat-shaped first adhesive body 12.

[0094] Although not mentioned in the above embodiment, the inner member 10 may also be provided with an elastic hair tie (for example, a rubber band) 14 for tying the user's own hair, as shown in Figures 10(a) and 11(a) and 11(b). The inner member 10 equipped with the hair tie 14 is suitable for use by people who still have some hair remaining. Providing the hair tie 14 has the advantage of making the inner member 10 less likely to come off.

[0095] In the example shown in Figure 10(a), a reinforcing material 15 is provided at the joint portion of the first adhesive body 12, and a hair tie 14 is attached to the reinforcing material 15. The reinforcing material 15 can be attached to the first adhesive body 12 by sewing, heat sealing, or other methods. The hair tie 14 can be a ring-shaped item or a string-shaped item with both ends unconnected.

[0096] Figure 10(b) shows an example of an inner member 10 equipped with a hair tie 14 with an adjuster (e.g., a cord stopper) 17. By providing the hair tie 14 with the adjuster 17, the size of the inner member 10 around the head can be adjusted.

[0097] In the example shown in Figure 10(b), a pocket portion 16 is provided on the outer circumference of the first adhesive body 12, and the hair tie 14 is inserted into the pocket portion 16. The adjuster 17 is provided in the middle of the hair tie 14, and the head circumference can be adjusted by holding the hair tie 14 in a pulled state with the adjuster 17.

[0098] Figures 10(a) and 10(b) show an inner member 10 equipped with a hat-shaped inner base 11 as an example, but a similar hair tie 14 can also be provided to an inner member 10 without an inner base 11, as shown in Figures 11(a) and 11(b).

[0099] Figure 11(a) corresponds to Figure 10(a), where a reinforcing material 15 is provided at the joint portion of the first adhesive body 12, and a hair tie 14 is attached to the reinforcing material 15. As in the case of Figure 10(a), the reinforcing material 15 can be attached to the first adhesive body 12 by sewing, heat sealing, or other methods. The hair tie 14 can be a ring-shaped one or a string-shaped one with both ends unconnected.

[0100] Figure 11(b) corresponds to Figure 10(b), and a pocket portion 16 is provided on the outer circumference of the first adhesive body 12, with the hair tie 14 inserted into the pocket portion 16. The adjuster 17 is provided in the middle of the hair tie 14, and the size around the head can be adjusted by holding the hair tie 14 in a pulled state with the adjuster 17.

[0101] Here, the hair tie 14 is given as an example when it is made of elastic cord, but the hair tie 14 may be made of something other than elastic cord. Also, the hair tie 14 may be made of something with little elasticity, as long as it can be tied to the hair.

[0102] In the above embodiment, the main body base 21 is given as an example of a so-called full wig (a wig with a structure that covers the entire head), but the main body base 21 may also be a so-called half wig (a wig with a structure that covers a part of the head).

[0103] In the above embodiment, the case in which the nape seal S2 is horizontally elongated as shown in Figures 8(a) and 8(b) is given as an example. However, the nape seal S2 can also be shaped as shown in Figures 12(a) and 12(b), with a rectangular recess (hereinafter referred to as the "upper recess") S2a on the upper side and two lower protrusions S2b and a recess (hereinafter referred to as the "lower recess") S2c between them on the lower side.

[0104] By providing an upper recess S2a in the nape seal S2, the contact area between the first adhesive body 12 of the inner member 10 and the second adhesive body 24 of the main body member 20 is increased, thereby improving the adhesive strength between the inner member 10 and the main body member 20.

[0105] Furthermore, by providing an upper recess S2a and a lower recess S2c in the nape seal S2, the nape seal S2 can more easily conform to the curves around the neck (nape area), which is expected to result in a more natural appearance of the nape area.

[0106] The configurations of the embodiments and modified examples described above are merely examples, and the configuration of the wig of the present invention is not limited to the configurations of the embodiments and modified examples described above. Each configuration of the embodiments and modified examples can be appropriately modified, such as by substituting, omitting, or adding components, to the extent that the intended purpose can be achieved.

[0107] Furthermore, the embodiments and modifications disclosed herein are examples only and do not constitute a basis for restricting the technical scope of the present invention. The technical scope of the present invention is defined based on the claims. The technical scope of the present invention also includes equivalents to those of the claims.

[0108] The present invention can be suitably used as a wig 30 for the entire head.
