Abstract

This versatile exercise tool supports stretching, strength training, movement training, and Pilates; its seating surface includes both an inclined and curved section; fine-textured protrusions cover the outer surface (except the bottom) to prevent slipping; the curved section is slightly rounded, and the left and right sides have different incline angles for varied exercises; the tool's width-to-length ratio is approximately 20 cm to 50 cm, allowing users to lie on their back with arms and legs extended while effectively stretching the muscles around the thoracic spine and ribcage in both vertical and horizontal directions simultaneously, all while maintaining a stable position.
