Abstract

1. The title of the product to which the design applies is a “cloak”; 2. The use of the product to which the design applies is “the protection of the photographer and equipment thereof”; 3. The essential features of the design are the shape and pattern of the cloak; 4. The broken lines depicted in the views show elements that are not part of the claimed design; the dotted camera is shown for illustrative purposes only and no protection is claimed, enabling the cloak to be viewed in different configurations during normal use; 5. Furthermore, the transparent window shown in the center of the cloak (perspective views 1.2, 1.3, 1.10 and front views 1.11, 1.12, 1.13 and left view 1.14) is the only transparent part of the product; in fact, even though the entire camera is shown in dotted lines in these views, it is not visible when it is not positioned behind the transparent window; 6. In perspective view 1.3, both pockets are pulled out during normal use to carry camera lenses, conversely, these two pockets are tucked into the cape in perspective view 1.11.
