Preparation method of expanded graphite bipolar plate

Abstract

The invention relates to a preparation method of an expanded graphite bipolar plate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) crushing expanded graphite into graphite powder; (2) mixing and stirring graphite powder, modified asphalt and resin; (3) performing surface carbonization treatment on the mixture; (4) carrying out a coating process on the carbonized mixture by using an adhesive, so that the carbonized mixture is uniformly sprayed on an aluminum foil, and carrying out Z-shaped folding and compaction on the sprayed aluminum foil to obtain the bipolar plate; the expanded graphite bipolar plate prepared by the invention has good air tightness, thermal stability, wear resistance and conductivity.
