The invention provides a post-grafted bone distraction fusion cage which comprises a lower fusion piece and an upper fusion piece, the upper fusion piece covers the lower fusion piece, the lower fusion piece comprises a front inner plate, a rear inner plate and a lower fusion plate, and the front inner plate and the rear inner plate are vertically arranged on the front side and the rear side of the upper end face of the lower fusion plate. The upper fusion piece comprises a front side outer plate, a rear side outer plate and an upper fusion plate, the front side outer plate and the rear side outer plate are vertically arranged on the front side and the rear side of the lower end face of the upper fusion plate, the front side inner plate is located on the inner side of the front side outer plate, a front limiting piece is arranged between the front side inner plate and the front side outer plate, and the rear side inner plate is located on the inner side of the rear side outer plate. According to the distractable fusion cage for bone post-grafting, the upper fusion piece and the lower fusion piece can be distracted, the distracting distance between the upper fusion piece and the lower fusion piece is locked through the front limiting piece, bone grafting is conducted after distracting, the bone grafting amount is increased, and bone fusion is facilitated.
