Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of controllers, and discloses a controller assembly of an electric motorcycle, which comprises an aluminum substrate, the electrical function module comprises a power board, a capacitor board and a driving board, an electrode assembly is arranged on the capacitor board, a three-phase aluminum column is arranged on the surface of the power board, and the driving board penetrates through the three-phase aluminum column to be connected with the power board; the heat dissipation module comprises a waterproof cover, the waterproof cover penetrates through the three-phase aluminum column to be fixedly connected with the aluminum substrate, waterproof rings are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the waterproof cover, an annular waterproof piece is arranged on one side face of the waterproof cover, and a cable penetrates through the waterproof piece to be electrically connected with the three-phase aluminum column. Through the fixed connection design of the aluminum substrate, the power board and the capacitor board and the combination of the structure that the bottom of the power board is attached to the aluminum substrate through the heat conduction silicone grease, large-area efficient heat dissipation is achieved, and heat accumulation generated when the controller operates at high power is remarkably reduced.
