A method for rapidly eliminating ciliary muscle tension based on divergent breakpoints

Abstract

This application provides a method for rapidly eliminating ciliary muscle tension based on a divergence breakpoint, comprising: S1, setting isolated and independently movable targets for the user's left and right eyes respectively; S2, moving the target corresponding to the left eye from a first initial position to the left and the target corresponding to the right eye from a first initial position to the right, thereby causing the user's visual axes to diverge until the single visual image separates or breaks into diplopia, thus obtaining the current divergence breakpoint; S3, setting a target point within a first preset radius of the current divergence breakpoint, thus obtaining the current target point; and performing a preset ciliary muscle relaxation method on the targets corresponding to the left and right eyes respectively at the current target point to relax the user's ciliary muscles until a preset stopping condition is met. The solution of this application can achieve the purpose of ciliary muscle relaxation without medication, thus solving the problem that relieving ciliary muscle tension through drugs can affect bodily functions.
