Description

Technical Field

[0001] The utility model belongs to the technical field of waste gas treatment, in particular to an industrial waste gas desulfurization device. Background Art

[0002] Industrial waste gas refers to the general term for various pollutant gases discharged into the air during fuel combustion and production processes in the factory area of an enterprise. In order to prevent pollutants in the waste gas from polluting the atmosphere, the waste gas usually needs to be treated. Desulfurization of the waste gas through a desulfurization device is one of the conventional treatment steps for industrial waste gas, but it still has the following disadvantages in actual use:

[0003] The utility model with publication number CN220257612U discloses an industrial waste gas desulfurization device, wherein a rotary adsorption mechanism comprises a servo motor fixedly mounted at the middle position of the surface of a desulfurization box, a disc bracket is movably mounted inside the desulfurization box, and a circular ring cover is fixedly mounted on the outer surface of the disc bracket. When the desulfurization device performs desulfurization treatment on the waste gas, due to the high flow rate of the waste gas, it is usually difficult for the reagent to fully contact with the waste gas, resulting in the waste gas needing to circulate in the device for multiple times to ensure the desulfurization efficiency of the waste gas. When a large amount of industrial waste gas is continuously treated, the untreated waste gas will cause the air pressure in the device to rise during the circulation, making it difficult for the waste gas produced subsequently to quickly enter the device, resulting in low waste gas desulfurization treatment efficiency;

[0004] When desulfurization of industrial waste gas is carried out, a spray structure is usually used to spray liquid medicine into the device. The waste gas is treated by contacting the atomized liquid medicine with the waste gas. Although the contact efficiency between the agent and the waste gas is improved, the content of the agent in the airflow increases. When the waste gas is desulfurized and the next treatment is carried out, a large amount of agent will leave the device with the high-speed airflow. However, it is difficult to quickly condense all the agents in the waste gas by setting a condensation structure to condense the agent, resulting in waste of some agents. Utility Model Content

[0005] The utility model aims to provide an industrial waste gas desulfurization device, which solves the problem that when the desulfurization device treats the waste gas, the waste gas is difficult to contact with the reagent efficiently, and the waste gas needs to be circulated to ensure the desulfurization efficiency of the waste gas. When the reagent is sprayed through the spray structure, part of the vaporized reagent will leave the device with the airflow, resulting in the waste of part of the reagent.

[0006] In order to solve the above technical problems, the utility model is achieved through the following technical solutions:

[0007] The utility model is an industrial waste gas desulfurization device, comprising a spray box, a cyclone separation component and a reagent box, a sealing cover is fixedly connected at the top of the spray box, an exhaust pipe is penetrated and welded at the top of the sealing cover, a return pipe is penetrated and welded at one end of the outer peripheral surface of the exhaust pipe, a cyclone separation component is clamped in the spray box, a high-pressure air pump is arranged at one end of the cyclone separation component, a connecting pipe is penetrated and clamped at the bottom of the high-pressure air pump, a mixing box and a reagent box are clamped and fixed from top to bottom at the bottom of the spray box, a liquid pump is penetrated and clamped at one end of the outer peripheral surface of the reagent box, and a plurality of spray pipes are penetrated and welded at the top edge of the mixing box;

[0008] When the exhaust gas is desulfurized, the exhaust gas is firstly pumped through a high-pressure air pump and enters a cyclone separation component, and the exhaust gas and solid particles are separated by the cyclone separation component to prevent the particles in the exhaust gas from clogging the spray pipe, and then the exhaust gas is pumped into the mixing box through the connecting pipe to make the exhaust gas and the reagent in the mixing box preliminarily mixed and reacted, and then the reagent in the reagent box is continuously pumped into the mixing box through the liquid pump, so that the reagent in the mixing box and the exhaust gas are sprayed into the spray box through the spray pipe under pressure. When the exhaust gas and the reagent enter the spray pipe and are sprayed out, due to the small cross-sectional area of a single spray pipe, the exhaust gas and the reagent can fully contact and react, thereby improving the exhaust gas desulfurization treatment efficiency, and reducing the amount of reagent entering the spray pipe, thereby preventing a large amount of vaporized reagent from being discharged with the airflow when the exhaust gas is discharged. When the reagent and the exhaust gas are sprayed in the spray box, the exhaust gas and the atomized reagent can contact and react again in the spray box, ensuring The sufficient contact between the exhaust gas and the reagent reduces the number of times the exhaust gas needs to be circulated and treated, and improves the treatment efficiency. When the reagent is sprayed on the spray box, it can cool the exhaust gas passing through the cyclone separation component, which is convenient for recovering heat energy. When the gas containing the atomized reagent enters the exhaust pipe, when the sulfide content in the exhaust gas is monitored to exceed the threshold, the exhaust gas and the atomized reagent can be refluxed through the reflux pipe, so that when the exhaust gas is desulfurized again, the contact time between the exhaust gas and the reagent is increased, and the treatment efficiency of the exhaust gas during the second desulfurization treatment is improved, the number of waste gas circulation treatments is reduced, and a large amount of industrial waste gas can be continuously desulfurized. When the exhaust gas enters the mixing box again, the vaporized reagent in the airflow can be retained in a large amount of reagent, ensuring that the amount of atomized reagent sprayed through the spray pipe is relatively fixed, so that when the sulfide in the exhaust gas reaches the emission standard, the content of atomized reagent in the exhaust gas is low, which is convenient for rapid condensation and avoids waste of reagents.

[0009] Furthermore, a liquid discharge pipe is welded through the bottom of the outer peripheral surface of the spray box, an air quality detection component and a solenoid valve are clamped through the outer peripheral surface of the exhaust pipe from bottom to top, the return pipe is located between the air quality detection component and the solenoid valve, and a semiconductor refrigeration component is clamped and fixed on the top of the outer peripheral surface of the exhaust pipe;

[0010] When the waste gas undergoes a desulfurization treatment and enters the exhaust pipe, the sulfide content in the waste gas can be detected through the air quality detection component. When the sulfide content in the waste gas is monitored to exceed the threshold, the waste gas and the atomized agent can be refluxed through the reflux pipe, so that when the waste gas is desulfurized again, the contact time between the waste gas and the agent is increased, thereby improving the treatment efficiency of the waste gas during the second desulfurization treatment, reducing the number of waste gas recycling treatments, and enabling a large amount of industrial waste gas to be continuously desulfurized. When the sulfide in the waste gas reaches the emission standard, the content of the atomized agent in the waste gas is low, and the waste gas and the agent passing through the reflux pipe are cooled by the semiconductor refrigeration component to condense the atomized agent and avoid agent waste.

[0011] Furthermore, an air inlet pipe and an air exhaust pipe are welded through the outer peripheral surface of the cyclone separation component, and both the air inlet pipe and the air exhaust pipe are inserted through the outer peripheral surface of the spray box, and the bottom of the return pipe is inserted through the top of the outer peripheral surface of the air inlet pipe;

[0012] The cyclone separation component is evacuated by a high-pressure air pump, so that the exhaust gas enters the cyclone separation component under the action of air pressure, and the solid particles in the exhaust gas are screened out by the cyclone separation component to prevent the solid particles from entering the spray pipe and causing blockage of the spray pipe. When the exhaust gas passes through the cyclone separation component, the spray pipe can spray a low-temperature agent on the outer peripheral surface of the cyclone separation component to cool the exhaust gas and facilitate the recovery of heat energy.

[0013] Furthermore, the high-pressure air pump is clamped and fixed to one end of the air extraction pipe, a slag discharge pipe is clamped through the bottom of the cyclone separation assembly, and the slag discharge pipe is clamped through the bottom of the reagent box and the mixing box;

[0014] When the waste gas enters the mixing box through the high-pressure air pump and the connecting pipe, the waste gas comes into contact with a large amount of reagents, causing the waste gas and the reagents in the mixing box to undergo preliminary mixing and reaction. When the waste gas that does not meet the emission standards enters the mixing box again, the vaporized reagents in the airflow can be retained in the large amount of reagents, ensuring that the amount of atomized reagents sprayed through the spray pipe is relatively fixed.

[0015] Furthermore, a liquid inlet pipe is inserted through the top of the liquid pump, the top of the liquid inlet pipe is inserted through the outer peripheral surface of the mixing box, the bottom of the connecting pipe is inserted through the outer peripheral surface of the mixing box, a porous plate is fixed in the mixing box, the bottom of the connecting pipe and the bottom of the liquid inlet pipe are both located at the bottom of the porous plate, and the plurality of spray pipes are plugged into the inner edge of the spray box;

[0016] The reagent in the reagent box is continuously pumped into the mixing box by a liquid pump, so that the reagent and waste gas in the mixing box are sprayed into the spray box through the spray pipe under pressure. When the waste gas and the reagent enter the spray pipe and are sprayed out, due to the small cross-sectional area of a single spray pipe, the waste gas and the reagent can fully contact and react, thereby improving the desulfurization treatment efficiency of the waste gas, and reducing the amount of reagent entering the spray pipe, thereby avoiding a large amount of vaporized reagent being discharged with the airflow when the waste gas is discharged. When the reagent and the waste gas are sprayed in the spray box, the waste gas and the atomized reagent can contact and react again in the spray box, thereby ensuring sufficient contact between the waste gas and the reagent, reducing the number of times the waste gas needs to be circulated for treatment, and improving the treatment efficiency.

[0017] The utility model has the following beneficial effects:

[0018] The utility model solves the problem that when the desulfurization device carries out desulfurization treatment on the waste gas, due to the fast flow rate of the waste gas, the reagent is usually difficult to fully contact with the waste gas, resulting in the waste gas needing to circulate in the device for many times to ensure the desulfurization efficiency of the waste gas. When a large amount of industrial waste gas is continuously treated, the untreated waste gas will cause the air pressure in the device to rise during the circulation, making it difficult for the waste gas produced subsequently to quickly enter the device, and the waste gas desulfurization treatment efficiency is low. When the waste gas is pumped into the mixing box through the high-pressure fan, it first contacts with a large amount of reagents, so that the waste gas and the reagents in the mixing box are preliminarily mixed and reacted, and at the same time the liquid pump pumps the reagent box The reagent in the mixing box is continuously pumped into the mixing box, so that the exhaust gas and the reagent enter the spray pipe under pressure and are sprayed in the spray box through the spray pipe. Since the cross-sectional area of a single spray pipe is small, the exhaust gas and the reagent can fully contact and react. When the reagent and the exhaust gas are sprayed in the spray box, the exhaust gas and the atomized reagent can contact and react again in the spray box, ensuring full contact between the exhaust gas and the reagent, reducing the number of times the exhaust gas needs to be circulated, and when the exhaust gas is circulated through the reflux pipe, the exhaust gas contains a certain amount of atomized reagent, which can prolong the contact time between the exhaust gas and the reagent, improve the treatment efficiency of the exhaust gas during the second desulfurization treatment, and reduce the number of times the exhaust gas is circulated.

[0019] The utility model solves the problem that when desulfurization of industrial waste gas is carried out, the spray structure is usually used to spray the liquid medicine into the device, and the waste gas is treated by contacting the atomized liquid medicine with the waste gas, which improves the contact efficiency between the medicine and the waste gas, but causes the content of the medicine in the airflow to increase. When the waste gas is desulfurized and the next step of treatment is carried out, a large amount of medicine will leave the device with the high-speed airflow, and it is difficult to quickly condense all the medicine in the waste gas by setting a condensation structure to condense the medicine, resulting in the waste of part of the medicine. When the waste gas and the reagent are sprayed into the reagent box through the spray pipe, the waste gas and the reagent enter the spray pipe together, resulting in a decrease in the content of the sprayed reagent, thus preventing a large amount of vaporized reagent from being discharged with the airflow when the waste gas is discharged. When the waste gas is circulated, when the waste gas and the atomized reagent enter the mixing box, the vaporized reagent can be retained in a large amount of reagent, ensuring that the amount of atomized reagent sprayed through the spray pipe is relatively fixed, so that when the sulfide in the waste gas meets the emission standard, the content of atomized reagent in the waste gas is low, which is convenient for rapid condensation and avoids waste of reagent. [0029] When the waste gas is desulfurized, the high-pressure air pump 201 is started to evacuate the cyclone separation component 2, so that the waste gas enters the cyclone separation component 2, and the waste gas is separated into gas and solid by the cyclone separation component 2, and then the waste gas is pumped into the mixing box 301 through the connecting pipe 202, so that the waste gas and the reagent in the mixing box 301 are preliminarily mixed and reacted, and the reagent in the reagent box 3 is continuously pumped into the mixing box 301 through the liquid pump 302, so that the reagent in the mixing box 301 and the waste gas enter the spray pipe 305 under pressure, and the waste gas and the reagent are sprayed into the spray box 1 through the spray pipe 305, and the reagent and the waste gas are fully contacted and reacted when entering the spray pipe 305, and when the reagent and the waste gas enter the spray box 1, the waste gas and the atomized reagent contact and react again, Ensure sufficient contact between the waste gas and the reagent. At the same time, the low-temperature atomized reagent cools down the waste gas passing through the cyclone separation component 2. When the waste gas containing the atomized reagent enters the exhaust pipe 102, when it is monitored that the sulfide content in the waste gas exceeds the threshold, the waste gas and the atomized reagent are refluxed through the reflux pipe 107, so that when the waste gas is desulfurized again, the contact time between the waste gas and the reagent is increased, and when the waste gas enters the mixing box 301 again, the vaporized reagent in the air flow is retained in a large amount of liquid reagent, so that the amount of atomized reagent sprayed through the spray pipe 305 is relatively fixed, and when the sulfide in the waste gas reaches the emission standard and is discharged through the exhaust pipe 102, the waste gas is cooled by the semiconductor refrigeration component 104, so that the atomized reagent is condensed and refluxed back into the spray box 1.

[0030] Among them Figure 1-3 As shown, a drain pipe 106 is welded through the bottom of the outer peripheral surface of the spray box 1, an air quality detection component 103 and a solenoid valve 105 are clamped and connected through the outer peripheral surface of the exhaust pipe 102 from bottom to top, a return pipe 107 is located between the air quality detection component 103 and the solenoid valve 105, and a semiconductor refrigeration component 104 is clamped and fixed on the top of the outer peripheral surface of the exhaust pipe 102;

[0031] When the waste gas undergoes a desulfurization treatment and enters the exhaust pipe 102, the sulfide content in the waste gas is detected by the air quality detection component 103. When it is monitored that the sulfide content in the waste gas exceeds the threshold, the solenoid valve 105 is closed and the reflux pipe 107 is opened, so that the waste gas and the atomized agent enter the reflux pipe 107 for circulation treatment. When the sulfide in the waste gas reaches the emission standard, the solenoid valve 105 is opened and the reflux pipe 107 is closed. The atomized agent content in the waste gas is low, and the semiconductor refrigeration component 104 is used to cool the waste gas and the agent passing through the reflux pipe 107, so that the atomized agent is condensed and refluxed into the spray box 1, and the high-temperature waste liquid is discharged by opening the drain pipe 106 at a fixed time.

[0032] Among them Figure 1 , 2 As shown in 4, the outer peripheral surface of the cyclone separation component 2 is penetrated and welded with an air inlet pipe 204 and an air extraction pipe 203, and the air inlet pipe 204 and the air extraction pipe 203 are penetrated and inserted into the outer peripheral surface of the spray box 1, the bottom of the return pipe 107 is penetrated and connected to the top of the outer peripheral surface of the air inlet pipe 204, the high-pressure air pump 201 is clamped and fixed to one end of the air extraction pipe 203, and the bottom of the cyclone separation component 2 is penetrated and connected with a slag discharge pipe 205, and the slag discharge pipe 205 is penetrated and connected to the bottom of the reagent box 3 and the mixing box 301;

[0033] When desulfurizing industrial waste gas, the high-pressure air pump 201 is started to evacuate the cyclone separation component 2, so that the waste gas enters the cyclone separation component 2 through the air inlet pipe 204 under the action of air pressure, and the solid particles in the waste gas are screened out by the cyclone separation component 2. When the waste gas passes through the cyclone separation component 2, the spray pipe 305 sprays the low-temperature agent on the outer peripheral surface of the cyclone separation component 2 to cool the waste gas. When the waste gas enters the mixing box 301 through the connecting pipe 202, the waste gas contacts a large amount of agent, so that the waste gas and the agent in the mixing box 301 are preliminarily mixed and reacted. When the waste gas that does not meet the emission standards enters the mixing box 301 again, the vaporized agent in the air flow is retained in the large amount of agent, ensuring that the amount of atomized agent sprayed through the spray pipe 305 is relatively fixed. After the waste gas treatment is completed, the slag discharge pipe 205 is opened to discharge the accumulated waste slag in the cyclone separation component.

[0035] When the waste gas continuously enters the mixing box 301, the liquid pump 302 continuously pumps the reagent in the reagent box 3 into the mixing box 301 through the liquid inlet pipe 303, so that the reagent and the waste gas in the mixing box 301 are diverted through the porous plate 304 under the action of pressure, so that the waste gas and the reagent enter the multiple spray pipes 305 more evenly, the waste gas and the reagent contact and react in the spray pipe 305, and then are sprayed in the spray box 1, the waste gas and the atomized reagent contact and react again, ensuring sufficient contact between the waste gas and the reagent.

[0036] The specific working principle of the utility model is as follows: when desulfurizing industrial waste gas, the high-pressure air pump 201 evacuates air from the cyclone separation component 2, and the waste gas enters the cyclone separation component 2 through the air inlet pipe 204, and the solid particles in the waste gas are screened out. When the waste gas enters the mixing box 301 through the connecting pipe 202, the waste gas contacts with a large amount of liquid reagents, and at the same time, the liquid pump 302 continuously pumps the reagents in the reagent box 3 into the mixing box 301 through the liquid inlet pipe 303, so that the reagents in the mixing box 301 and the waste gas are diverted through the porous plate 304 under the action of pressure, so that the waste gas and the reagents enter the multiple spray pipes 305 more evenly, the waste gas and the reagents contact and react in the spray pipes 305, and then are sprayed in the spray box 1, and the waste gas and the atomized reagents contact and react again, and when the airflow enters the exhaust pipe 102, the waste gas passes through the air quality detection component 103 to the waste gas. The sulfide content in the waste gas is detected. When the sulfide content in the waste gas is monitored to exceed the threshold, the solenoid valve 105 is closed and the reflux pipe 107 is opened, so that the waste gas and the atomized agent enter the reflux pipe 107 for circulation treatment, and when the waste gas is treated again, the atomized agent contained in the waste gas can improve the desulfurization efficiency of the waste gas. When the waste gas enters the mixing box 301 again, the atomized agent in the air flow is retained in a large amount of liquid agent. When the sulfide in the waste gas reaches the emission standard, the solenoid valve 105 is opened and the reflux pipe 107 is closed. The waste gas and agent passing through the reflux pipe 107 are cooled by the semiconductor refrigeration component 104, so that the atomized agent is condensed and refluxed into the spray box 1, and the high-temperature waste liquid is discharged by opening the drain pipe 106 at a fixed time. After the waste gas treatment is completed, the slag discharge pipe 205 is opened to discharge the accumulated waste slag in the cyclone separation component.
