A new full weighing chamber

Abstract

This utility model discloses a novel full-exhaust weighing chamber, including a weighing chamber body with an air inlet at the top. An air inlet pipe is fixedly embedded inside the air inlet. A mounting shell is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the weighing chamber body. By using an anti-static base plate, it has good conductivity. With the connection of the bottom copper foil grounding strip to the building grounding electrode, the static electricity generated during the weighing process can be quickly and stably conducted to the ground, avoiding static accumulation. At the same time, the anti-static base plate and the partition are connected by stainless steel anti-static bolts, and conductive rubber pads are placed at the bolt penetration points to ensure the continuity of the conductive path and further enhance the static electricity removal effect. In addition, the ion fan inside the mounting shell releases positive and negative ions, which can neutralize the static charge in the air. Working in synergy with the anti-static base plate, it reduces the interference of static electricity on the readings of the weighing equipment from the source, significantly improving the accuracy and reliability of the weighing results.
