Abstract

Compounds of formula (Y) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof are provided herein, where L, R1, R2a, R2b, R3a, R3b, R3c, R3d, R4, R5a, and R5b have the meanings set forth herein. The provided compounds inhibit the enzymatic activity of KAT6, in particular KAT6A and / or KAT7, and are useful in the treatment of cancers treatable by KAT6 inhibition, in particular KAT6A and / or KAT7. Pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds, methods for their use, and methods for their manufacture are also disclosed.
