Abstract

This switchboard is a switchboard in which a drawer-type device (2) is to be accommodated, and comprises: a conductive partition (20) which separates a high-pressure compartment (100D) and a drawer device compartment (100A) and which is movable to a pulled-out position and an inserted position in association with a pulling-out operation and an inserting operation of the drawer-type device (2); and a socket (7) which is fixed to a fixing frame (30) which is provided on a casing (1) of the switchboard and to which a fixed terminal (10) which is to be engaged with a main circuit terminal (11) of the drawer-type device (2) is attached.

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present disclosure relates to a switchboard. TECHNOLOGICAL BACKGROUND

[0002] One of the conventional switchboards having a drawer-like device is configured as follows. A socket that opens a connection terminal for the drawer-like device is penetratingly provided on an inner partition wall of the switchboard. A movable shield plate is provided in the switchboard so as to oppose a front surface of the inner partition wall and moves between a position close to the front surface of the partition wall and a position close to and covering a front surface of the socket in association with insertion and withdrawal of the drawer-like device. The movable shield plate has a window hole through which the socket can be passed, and a closure plate is attached to the movable shield plate so as to open / close the window hole in association with movement of the movable shield plate (see Patent Document 1 below). [0006] The present disclosure has been made to solve the above problem, and an object of the present disclosure is to provide a switchboard for which the number of components is small, an assembly work is easy, and reliability is ensured. MEANS TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM

[0007] A switchboard according to the present disclosure is a switchboard in which a drawer-type device is to be accommodated, the switchboard comprising: a conductive partition wall that separates a high-pressure compartment and a drawer device compartment for accommodating the drawer-type device in the switchboard, and that is movable to a pulled-out position and an inserted position in association with a pulling-out operation and an inserting operation of the drawer-type device; and a socket that is fixed to a fixing frame provided on a casing of the switchboard and to which a fixed terminal that is to be engaged with a main circuit terminal of the drawer-type device is attached. DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS [Description of a switchboard with a drawer-like device as a reference example]

[0009] Fig. 1 is a reference view showing an overall structure for describing a switchboard having a drawer-like device.

[0010] Here, before a description of a switchboard with a drawer-like device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the overall structure of the switchboard with the drawer-like device will be described first using the reference view of Fig. 1.

[0011] In Fig. 1, the interior of a cabinet 1 of the switchboard is divided into a plurality of compartments by a fixed partition 4. The plurality of compartments includes, for example, a drawer device compartment 100A, which is a compartment where a drawer-type device 2, such as a circuit breaker (vacuum circuit breaker), is housed, a busbar compartment 100B, which is a compartment where busbars 5 for three phases (R-phase, S-phase, T-phase) are housed, and a cable compartment 100C, which is a compartment where cables 6 as outdoor wires are housed. In the present disclosure, the busbar compartment 100B and the cable compartment 100C are referred to as high-pressure compartments 100D. In addition, a control compartment where a control device is housed is presented, although not shown.

[0012] In the drawer device compartment 100A, drawer mounting frames 3 are provided, for example, in two stages, and the drawer-like devices 2, such as circuit breakers, are placed on the drawer mounting frames 3, respectively. The internal configurations of the drawer-like devices 2, such as circuit breakers, are known and are therefore not shown in the drawing.

[0013] In the busbar compartment 100B, the busbars 5 for three phases (R-phase, S-phase, T-phase) are provided and the busbars 5 are electrically connected to fixed terminals 10 which are attached to a socket 7 via terminals.

[0014] In the cable compartment 100C, the cables 6 for three phases (R-phase, S-phase, T-phase) are provided, and the cables 6 are electrically connected to the fixed terminals 10 attached to the socket 7 via terminals.

[0015] In the reference view of the Fig. 1, the fixed partition 4 is fixed to the housing 1 of the switchboard and to partitions of the drawer device compartment 100A and the high-pressure compartments 100D (busbar compartment 100B and cable compartment 100C).

[0016] The socket 7 is mounted on the fixed partition 4, and the fixed terminals 10, which are to be engaged with main circuit terminals (not shown) of the drawer-like device 2, are penetratingly mounted on the socket 7. The socket 7 serves to insulate between a grounded part and the fixed terminals 10, which are parts to which a high voltage is applied.

[0017] The socket 7 has openings on the side of the drawer device compartment 100A through which the fixed terminals 10 and the main circuit terminals (not shown) of the drawer-like device 2 are engaged with each other.

[0018] In order to ensure reliability for a worker in a state where the drawer-like device 2 is pulled out, the openings of the socket 7 are closed by a shutter 12. When the drawer-like device 2 is inserted, the shutter 12 moves in the up-down direction in conjunction with a movement of the drawer-like device 2, so that the openings of the socket 7 are opened, whereby the main circuit terminals (not shown) of the drawer-like device 2 and the fixed terminals 10 can be engaged with each other when the drawer-like device 2 is inserted. [Description of an Embodiment of the Present Disclosure]

[0019] Next, the switch panel according to the embodiment of the present disclosure will be described using the drawings.

[0020] Fig. 2 is a sectional side view showing an internal structure of the switchboard according to the embodiment, and shows the inside of the drawer device compartment 100A and the high-pressure compartment 100D. Fig. 2 shows a sectional view when the drawer-like device 2 is inserted.

[0021] As in Fig. 2, a conductive partition wall 20 made of metal or the like is provided between the drawer device compartment 100A and the high-pressure compartment 100D and separates both compartments.

Since the lower shutter 50B is attached to the sixth shutter drive link 56, as shown in Fig.12, the lower shutter 50B moves downward in conjunction with a movement of the sixth shutter drive link 56, so that the openings 7A of the sleeve 7 are opened.

[1] Control panel in which a drawer-like device is to be accommodated, wherein the control panel comprises: a conductive partition separating a high-pressure compartment and a drawer-type compartment for housing the drawer-type device in the control panel, and which is movable into a pulled-out position and a inserted position in conjunction with a pull-out and insertion actuation of the drawer-type device; and a socket which is fixed to a mounting frame which is provided on a housing of the switchboard and to which a fixed terminal is attached which is to be engaged with a main circuit terminal of the drawer-like device. [2] Switchboard according to claim 1, further comprising a conductive earthing element provided on the side of the drawer device compartment of the partition and concealing an outer edge of the socket when the drawer-like device is pulled out.
