Description

[0001] If damaged, perforated plasterboard panels with square holes cannot be repaired.

[0002] With the help of the repair kit, a repair is possible and the plate does not have to be replaced.

[0003] The repair kit for perforated plasterboard panels is for the subsequent repair of hole breaks in square perforations 8 / 18 Q and 12 / 25 Q perforated panels.

[0004] The breakouts are completely filled with filler material and sanded flat.

[0005] By placing the drilling template, protection claim 1, in the surrounding original hole of the defect, the drill is centered on the center of the hole or defect and fixed in the drilling direction at an angle to the hole plate in order to ensure a hole at 90 degrees to the hole plate.

[0006] A hole adapter (claim 2) with the corresponding square hole size 8 / 18 or 12 / 25 is inserted and aligned into the round hole created by the drilling using the installation key (claim 3) and D3 wood glue.

[0007] Plasterboard perforated panels with round holes can be repaired using the drilling template (protection claim 4). By placing the drilling template in the surrounding original hole, the drill with the corresponding hole diameter is centered on the center of the hole in the defect and fixed at an angle to the perforated panel in the drilling direction to ensure a hole at 90 degrees to the perforated panel.
