[0023] The invention is described in more detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.

[0024] The Fig.1 and Fig. 2Figure 1 shows a wall-hung toilet comprising a seat cover (1), a seat seat (2), a smart device (3), a rear box (4), and a toilet body (5). The smart device (3) includes the smart system (31), a housing (32) which covers the smart system (31). The housing (32) comprises a first housing part (321) and a second housing part (322), the second housing part (322) being mounted in the rear box (4). The rear box (4) is connected to the rear part of the toilet body (5). The first housing part (321) is mounted on the toilet body (5), and the seat cover (1) is pivotally mounted coaxially with the seat seat (2) on the first housing part (321).In this embodiment, the housing of the smart device (3) is divided into two parts arranged one behind the other. One part is located at the rear end above the toilet body (5), and the other is located at the rear of the toilet body (5). A support frame (6) is located under the second housing part (322) to support the smart control unit, thus allowing for a larger control unit and enabling more efficient and appropriate internal wiring and device arrangement. The rear box (4) encloses the second housing part (322) and the support frame (6). The two side plates (42, 43) are adjusted by means of an adjustment device by setting the clamping depth to create the most seamless possible connection with the sides of the toilet body (5), thereby improving the overall appearance of the toilet. Furthermore, the rear box (4) includes, as shown in . Fig. 3The diagram shows an upper cover plate (41), a first side plate (42), a second side plate (43), and a lower connecting plate (44). The first side plate (42) and the second side plate (43) are detachably connected on both sides to the upper cover plate (41) and the lower connecting plate (44), forming a complete frame. In this application example, this frame consists of four sides, which makes the back of the toilet flatter, conceals the more complex internal structure, and gives the toilet a more visually appealing overall appearance.

[0025] Furthermore, the first side plate (42) and the second side plate (43) are curved plates whose curvature approximates the curvature of the side of the toilet main body (5). When the first side plate (42) or the second side plate (43) has been connected to the rear part of the toilet main body (5), the transition between the side plate and the side of the toilet main body (5) is smooth and flat from front to back.

[0026] Furthermore, as in Fig. 10shown, in the rear box (4) also a support frame (6), with which support frame (6) the toilet main body (5) and the second housing part (322) are supported. This invention enables a larger smart device (3) compared to conventional devices. One part is placed in the rear box (4) of the toilet. Therefore, a support element is required to bear the weight of this part of the housing (32) in order to prevent bending or deformation of the housing (32) due to stresses between the junction between the first housing part (321) and the second housing part (322) and the rear edge of the toilet during free installation. In addition, the underside of this toilet main body does not come into contact with the floor; therefore, the support frame is firmly connected to the toilet main body and must bear the weight of the toilet main body and then, during use, also the weight of the user.

[0027] Furthermore, the support frame (6) comprises a first part (61), a second part (62), and a third part (63); the first part (61) is arranged parallel to the second part (62); the third part (63) is attached between them. The second housing part (322) is placed on top of the first part (61) and the second part (62); the second part (62) serves to connect to the toilet main body (5); the first part serves to connect to the wall. The length of the third part (63) can be precisely adjusted according to the size of the housing part (322) of the smart device (3). The shape of the first part (61) and the second part (62) and the curvature of the sides can be designed according to the contour of the back of the toilet main body.At least the outer contour of the first part (61) and the second part (62) must not be larger than the contour of the toilet main body (5); this ensures that after the first part (61) and the second part (62) are connected to the side panels, the first side panel (42) or the second side panel (43) corresponds to or is similar to the lateral contour of the toilet main body (5).

[0028] Furthermore, the first part (61) and the second part (62) have the same shape and are arranged symmetrically from front to back. In the space between the first part (61) and the second part (62) is the first through-hole (64) for the passage of a water supply line, and on both sides are a first mounting hole (66) and a second mounting hole (65) for the passage of a suspension element. The first part (61) and the second part (62) have the same shape and size, but the diameter of their first mounting holes (66) and second mounting holes (65) differs. The mounting hole is determined only after it has been established which part of the support element rests against the wall and which rests against the main body of the toilet. The assembly is axially symmetrical based on the third part (63), so that when installing the first part (61) and second part (62) on the toilet main body (5), it is not necessary to pay attention to which part is connected to the toilet main body (5) and which part is connected to the wall. As in . Fig. 11As shown, the technician can attach either side of the support frame to the rear of the toilet body (5) without affecting the connection of the installation on the other side. The part of the support frame located on the side of the toilet body is provided with a first mounting hole (66) for the passage of a suspension element, and the part of the support frame located on the wall side is provided with a second mounting hole (65), the diameter of which is at least equal to or greater than the diameter of the second mounting hole (65). The support frame (6) is connected to the toilet body (5) by means of a suspension element and a fixing nut.If the diameter of the second mounting hole (65) is smaller than the diameter of the first mounting hole (66), the movement of the suspension element in the hole can be controlled, thus the installation position of the toilet main body can be increased and at the same time made more precise.

[0029] Furthermore, the support frame (6) is made of metal, and its length corresponds to the length of the second housing part (322). A layer of damping foam is provided on the outside of the first part (61) and the second part (62), wherein the damping foam has the same shape as the first part (61) and the second part (62). Since the support element has to bear a lot of weight, metal is the most suitable material for this purpose. This not only ensures better holding force for managing the weight of the toilet main body and the user, but also prevents the problem of the support frame becoming easily deformed after a long period of use. This ensures that the entire installation of the first side plate (42) and the second side plate (43) is not impaired, and the aesthetic appearance of the toilet main body (5) can be maintained over the long term. When connecting the first part (61) and the second part (62),of the second part (62) with the rear part of the toilet main body (5), which is mainly made of ceramic, since noise can easily occur due to the friction between the metal and the ceramic material, a layer of damping foam is added on the side where the first part (61) or the second part (62) is connected in order to minimize the noise.

[0030] In summary, a metal frame is added to the rear end of the toilet bowl (5), extending it, and the electronic part of the toilet is then attached to this frame. The metal frame and ceramic bowl are secured together using a suspension element and fixing nut. Simultaneously, damping foam is added between the metal frame and the ceramic bowl to prevent direct contact between them. The electronic components of the smart toilet are located above the metal frame; there is ample space for the smart system.

[0031] Furthermore, as in Fig. 4As shown, the upper cover plate (41) is provided with a first adjustment device (7) on both sides, and the first side plate (42) and the second side plate (43) are provided with a first clamping mechanism (422) on the inside of the upper edge. The first adjustment device (7) cooperates with the first clamping mechanism (422) so that the clamping depth of the first side plate (42) and the second side plate (43) can be adjusted at the top.Since gaps can occur during the assembly of the side panels on the toilet main body (5), due to the inability to perfectly align the curvature of the side panels with the curvature of the sides of the toilet main body (5), the difficult manufacturing process, and economic considerations, not only can dust enter the rear compartment (4), which is difficult to remove, but the overall external appearance of the toilet can also be easily impaired. In this embodiment, the first adjustment device (7) is connected to the first clamping mechanism (422), allowing adjustment of the clamping depth so that the first side panel (42) or the second side panel (43) can compensate for any gaps after assembly, thereby improving the overall aesthetics of the toilet.

[0032] Furthermore, the lower connecting plate (44) is provided with a second adjustment device (8) on both sides, and the second clamping mechanism (423) is attached to the inside of the lower edge of the first side plate (42) and the second side plate (43). The second adjustment device (8) cooperates with the second clamping mechanism (423) so that the clamping depth of the first side plate (42) and the second side plate (43) on the underside can be adjusted. The second adjustment device (8) and the second clamping mechanism (423) can further adjust the clamping depth of the underside of the first side plate (42) and the second side plate (43) on the basis of the first adjustment device (7) and the first clamping mechanism (422), and thus any gaps on the underside found during assembly can be further compensated for, thereby improving the overall aesthetics of the toilet.

[0033] Furthermore, the first adjusting device (7) comprises, as shown in Fig. 4, Fig. 5 and Fig. 7shown, the first plate (71), the first screw bolt (72), the first positioning block (73), the first spring (74), and the first adjustment block (75). The first plate (71) is arranged vertically below the upper cover plate (41). The distance between the edges of both sides of the upper cover plate (41) corresponds approximately to the length of the first adjustment device (7). The first positioning block (73) is attached to the center of the first plate (71) and faces the outside. The outside is the side that can be butted with the first side plate (42) or the second side plate (43). The first screw bolts (72) are attached symmetrically to both sides of the first positioning block (73) with the center line of the first plate (71) as the axis. The first screw hole (721) is provided on the first screw bolt (72).The first spring (74) can be placed on the first screw bolt (72), and the length of the first spring is greater than the length of the first screw bolt (72). The first cavity (751) is located in the center of the first adjustment block (75), wherein the first cavity (751) is empty to accommodate the positioning block (73). The first adjustment block (75) is provided with a first slot on both sides of the back, wherein the size of the first slot is dimensioned such that it can accommodate the spring connected to the screw bolt (72). The first adjustment block (75) is provided on the outside with a second screw hole (755), wherein the size and position of the second screw hole (755) correspond to the first screw hole (721). The first adjustment block (75) can be placed on the first screw bolts (72) via the first slot. The first positioning block (73) can be embedded in the first cavity (751).By tightening the adjustment block (75) with screws, the connection between the side plates and the top cover plate (41) is established, and the mounting position of the side plates can be adjusted based on the flatness with the curvature of the toilet main body (5).

[0034] Furthermore, the first adjustment block (75) is provided on the upper side with an L-shaped elastic element (753), wherein the L-shaped part forms a groove with the upper edge of the first adjustment block. The L-shaped elastic element (753) on the upper side is provided with a trapezoidal clamping part (7531); the trapezoidal clamping part (7531) is adapted to the first clamping mechanism and can form a clamping connection. When the first trapezoidal clamping part is connected to the first clamping mechanism, the L-shaped elastic element deforms to ensure better locking, and the groove allows the L-shaped elastic element space to slide downward. This ensures even better locking and thus more stable installation of the side walls.

[0035] In this embodiment, the first adjusting device (7) and the first clamping mechanism (422) are assembled using the following steps and relationships: First, the first spring (74) is placed on the first screw bolt (72) on the side of the upper cover, then the adjusting block is mounted on the side of the upper cover. Due to the first spring (74), there is a certain degree of movement on the adjusting block in the direction of the axis of the screw bolt, the extent of which is adjusted by changing the screw's insertion depth.

[0036] Furthermore, the first adjustment block (75) is provided with a wing (754) on both sides, and the first side plate (42) and the second side plate (43) are provided with a side flange (421) on both sides. When the first side plate (42) or the second side plate (43) is mounted with the first adjustment device (7), the first wings (754) can form a clamping connection with the side flange (421). The first wings (754) themselves are also made of elastic plastic, which allows for a tight fit against the inner side wall and reduces the axial displacement of the first side plate (42) or the second side plate (43) along the first spring. This allows for more precise control of the mounting depth of the first side plate (42) or the second side plate (43), enabling better adaptation to the sides of the toilet bowl body.

[0037] Furthermore, the second adjusting device (8) comprises, as shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 8The figure shows a second plate (81), a second positioning cylinder (82), a second screw bolt (83), a second fastening element (84), a second wing (85), a second spring, and a second adjusting block (87). The second plate (81) is mounted vertically on the two end edges of the lower connecting plate (44). The second screw bolt (83) is mounted in the center of the second plate (81) and faces outwards, and the third screw hole (831) is located on the second screw bolt (83). The outside is the side that can be butted together with the first side plate (42) and the second side plate (43), respectively. The second positioning cylinder (82) is mounted on one side of the second screw bolt (83). The second spring is placed on the second positioning cylinder (82), with the second spring being longer than the second positioning cylinder (82).The position and number of the second positioning cylinders and the second screw bolts are, of course, variable. That is, the second screw bolts are mounted in the center of the second plates, and the second positioning cylinders are mounted on both sides of the second screw bolts; however, the effect is the same as if the second positioning cylinders were mounted in the center and the second screw bolts on both sides. The lower connecting plate (44) is provided on both sides with a pair of second flanges (441) that extend horizontally outwards on both sides. The second fastening elements (84) are located on the second flanges (441) and are attached to both sides of the positioning cylinder (82). The second wings (85) are attached to the second flanges (441) and are located on both sides of the second fastening elements (84).The second wings (85) can abut the inner wall of the first side wall or the second side wall, respectively. The second wings control the depth of displacement of the first side plate or the second side plate in the axial direction of the second spring, thereby allowing better control of the mounting depth of the first side plate or the second side plate and better adaptation to the sides of the toilet main body.

[0038] Furthermore, the fastening elements (84) have a through-hole on their surface, through which they are connected to the side of the support frame (6) by means of a screw or a bolt.

[0039] Furthermore, the second adjustment block (87) comprises a vertical part (871) and a horizontal part (872), wherein the vertical part (871) forms an L-shape with the horizontal part (872) on its front side. The vertical part (871) has a fourth screw hole (8711) in the center, the position and size of which corresponds to the third screw hole (831). The vertical part (871) has a second slot (8712) in the center of its rear side, with a third slot (8713) on either side of the second slot (8712) on the rear side. The horizontal part (872) is provided with a second groove (8721) which can be locked into the second clamping mechanism (423). The second adjusting block (87) is placed on the second screw bolt (83) and the second positioning cylinder (82) via the second slot (8712) and the third slot (8713).The second adjusting block (87) is tightened with the screw to establish the connection between the side plates and the lower connecting plate (44), and the mounting position of the side plate can be adjusted based on its flatness with the curvature of the side of the toilet main body (5). In this embodiment, the assembly of the second adjusting device (8) and the second clamping mechanism (423) is carried out according to the following steps and relationships: The lower connecting plate (44) is mounted on the support frame (6). First, the second spring is placed on the screw bolt (83) of the lower connecting plate (44), then the second adjusting block (87) is placed on the lower connecting plate (44). Due to the spring, there is a certain degree of movement on the second adjusting block (87) in the direction of the axis of the screw bolt (72), the extent of which is adjusted by changing the screw's insertion depth.

[0040] Furthermore, the second clamping mechanism (423) comprises, as in Fig. 6 The figure shows a third clamping element (4231) and a fourth clamping element (4232), wherein the fourth clamping element (4232) is attached to both sides of the third clamping element (4231) and the third clamping element (4231) can be embedded in the second groove (8721). The fourth clamping element (4232), in combination with the elastic element, provides mutual support. The two-layer connection method—the connection by embedding the third clamping element (4231) and by support with the fourth clamping element (4232)—ensures a stable and secure connection between the first side plate (42) and the second side plate (43) with the lower connecting plate (44).

[0041] Furthermore, the third clamping element (4231) has the shape of a downwardly curved L, with the downwardly curved part fitting into the second groove (8721). Fitting the downwardly curved part into the groove (8721) simplifies the installation of the side plate; the side plate and the lower connecting plate (44) are better aligned for installation.

[0042] Furthermore, the fourth clamping element (4232) has a flat shape, and the second fastening element (84) is provided on its underside with a rotatable elastic element (841), the elastic element (841) resting on the fourth clamping element (4232) due to its elasticity. This makes the connection between the fourth clamping element (4232) and the second fastening element (84) more stable and less likely to fall off, thus improving the stability of the installation of the side plate on the lower connecting plate (44).

[0043] In summary, the first clamping mechanism (422) at the upper end of the first side plate (42) or the second side plate (43) forms a clamping connection with the first adjusting device (7) of the upper cover plate (41), and the second clamping mechanism (423) at the lower end of the first side plate (42) or the second side plate (43) forms a clamping connection with the second adjusting device of the lower connecting plate (8). If any deficiencies are found when checking the fit of the side plate to the toilet body (5), the position of the side plate can be adjusted by adjusting the position of the first adjusting device (7) or the second adjusting device (8) so that the parts no longer protrude from the toilet body (5), thus ensuring that the toilet body has a permanently smooth and aesthetically pleasing overall appearance. As in Fig. 3The downward-curved section of the outer edge of the seat cover (1) is shown as the side cover (11), wherein, when the seat cover (1) is in the closed position, the side cover (11) covers the first housing part (322) and the seat frame (2). When the side cover (11) completely covers the first housing part (322) and the seat frame (2) under the seat cover (1), the ingress of dust and dirt into the housing (32) during periods of non-use is prevented.
