Storage rack

Abstract

This item is a storage rack. It can be used in the home, especially under a bathroom sink, to efficiently organize and store small items. For example, it can be used to organize and store facial cleanser, hand soap, shampoos, detergents, as well as various cosmetics, toiletries, bathroom items, cleaning tools, and other items. This item consists of a roughly rectangular rack with an open front and top, and a rectangular open-top drawer housed within (perspective view). The upper edges of the side walls of this drawer have symmetrical, outward-hanging extended edges. Meanwhile, three intermittent horizontal rails, each with a reinforcing rib, are provided on the opposing inner surfaces of the lower side walls of the rack (perspective view of the rack alone, and cutaway perspective views of the rack alone (from the rear or bottom)). This item can be configured to store drawers with the open end of the rack facing up (normal position: B-B' cross section), or it can be configured to be upside down with the drawer's extended edge suspended on rails (three on each side) on the inside of the rack, allowing the drawer to slide (inverted position: (D-D' cross section)). Furthermore, the storage functions can be diversified by combining a drawer stored in a rack in the normal position with a drawer's extended edge suspended on the rails on the inside of a rack stacked in the inverted position on top of it (perspective view of two racks stacked on top of each other, reference perspective view 1-4 showing the state of use). The material of this item is preferably plastic, which can be colored in a variety of ways.
