Rhinoplasty aid fixing tape

Abstract

The design in question is a tape with rectangular holes for securing a nasal retina to the nose for the purpose of correcting or preventing cleft lip, external nasal deformities due to cleft lip, deformities after rhinoplasty, and nasal inlet stenosis. It is designed with emphasis on not placing stress on the skin and preventing sunburn. It is also designed to securely secure the nasal retina, but is also intended for easy application, assuming frequent replacement. It is used as shown in the reference photographs explaining its usage. First, as shown in Reference Photo 1, which shows the usage state, the blue object inserted into each nostril is the nasal retina. The yellow part of the tape body is the release paper, and the white part is the tape's adhesive layer. Peeling off the release paper from the band-shaped holding portion reveals the white adhesive layer. Next, peeling off the release paper from the main body reveals the white adhesive layer. Align the left and right tubular holes of the nasal retina with the rectangular holes in the tape, and secure it with the holding portion (Reference Photo 2, showing the usage state). In this state, the device is inserted into the wearer's left and right nostrils and the nasal alar adhesive part is attached (see Reference Photo 3, showing the state of use).Then, the end of the nasal alar adhesive part is covered and fixed in place with the nasal tip adhesive part (see Reference Photo 4, showing the state of use).
