Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a fluid-tight container that can be used as a body cooler by sealing cold water containing carbon dioxide gas therein. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, products for cooling various parts of the body have been widely used. Examples of such products include cooling gel sheets and cooling devices in which a cooling agent or water is sealed in a package. Furthermore, cooling devices that can be filled with carbon dioxide (carbon dioxide gas, dry ice, etc.) along with or instead of water are also known.

[0003] For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a cooling bag that can be filled with dry ice, has one side provided with a large number of small holes through which carbon dioxide gas can pass, and has the other side formed from an insulating material that does not allow carbon dioxide gas to pass through. [0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2008-023274 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] Here, when cooling various parts of the body with a cooling tool, if the temperature is quickly lowered (below 15°C), blood flow to the part may be impaired, and the effects of improving fatigue and swelling may not be fully achieved. In addition, the cooling effect is likely to be localized. Therefore, it is desirable to allow carbon dioxide gas to pass through and penetrate the part at the same time as the cooling, so that the carbon dioxide gas's effect (maintaining or promoting blood circulation) is exerted along with the cooling effect. However, when using a cooling tool by sealing cold water containing carbon dioxide gas inside, there is a problem in that it is difficult to achieve both the ability to conform to the body at low temperatures (fit) and durability (resistance to tearing or cracking) if the container is to maintain carbon dioxide gas permeability at low temperatures.

[0006] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems, and relates to a fluid-sealed container that can be used as a body cooling device by enclosing cold water containing carbon dioxide, and that maintains carbon dioxide permeability at low temperatures while having excellent conformability to the body at low temperatures and durability at low temperatures. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The present invention provides a method for producing a thermoplastic resin-based container comprising: a body portion formed of a film made of a thermoplastic elastomer or a thermoplastic resin; and an injection port portion connected to the body portion and configured to be openable and closable so as to seal the body portion. The film forming the body portion is water impermeable, has a glass transition point of less than 0°C, and has a carbon dioxide gas transmission rate of 5 L / (m2) measured at 10°C in accordance with Appendix B of JIS K 7126-2. 2 This relates to a fluid-tight container having a compressible strength (tensile strength: 100 / single-layer thickness: 24 hr atm) or more, and further having a tensile strength of 8 N / 10 mm or more when measured at 10°C in accordance with JIS K 7161-1. Effect of the Invention

[0008] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a fluid-sealed container that can be used as a body cooling device by sealing in cold water containing carbon dioxide at 15° C. or less, which maintains carbon dioxide permeability at low temperatures, has excellent body conformability at low temperatures, and is durable at low temperatures. By sealing in this fluid-sealed container cold water containing carbon dioxide at 15° C. or less to use as a cooling device, cooling and relief of fatigue can be achieved without reducing the fit or blood circulation of the part of the body that is in contact with the container, and the cooling effect can be easily obtained over a wide range of the body, resulting in a cooling device that is unlikely to break or crack during use. [Figure 4] FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of an example in which the cooling device of FIG. 2 is worn around the neck. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0010] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In all drawings, similar components are given the same reference numerals, and duplicated descriptions are omitted as appropriate. In addition, in some drawings, reference numerals are not given (omitted) for convenience. Furthermore, the dimensional ratios of each component shown in the drawings may differ from the actual dimensional ratios in order to facilitate understanding of the invention.

[0011] [Overall structure] The overall configuration of the fluid-sealed container 100 according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 4. Figure 1 is a diagram showing an example of the fluid-sealed container 100 according to the present embodiment before cold water containing carbon dioxide gas is poured into the inside, and Figure 2 is a diagram showing a cooling device obtained by sealing cold water containing carbon dioxide gas in a modified version of the fluid-sealed container 100 according to the present embodiment. Figure 3 is a schematic diagram showing an example of a cooling device obtained by sealing cold water containing carbon dioxide gas in the fluid-sealed container 100 according to the present embodiment, which is hung around the legs. Furthermore, Figure 4 is a schematic diagram showing an example of a cooling device obtained by sealing cold water containing carbon dioxide gas in a modified version of the fluid-sealed container 100 according to the present embodiment, which is hung around the neck.

[0012] The fluid-sealed container 100 according to the present embodiment is a fluid-sealed container capable of sealing in carbon dioxide-containing cold water at 15°C or less and being used as a body cooling device, as shown in Fig. 1 or 2, and includes a main body 31 formed of a film made of a thermoplastic elastomer or a thermoplastic resin, and an inlet 21 connected to the main body 31 and configured to be openable and closable so as to be able to seal the main body 31. Then, carbon dioxide-containing cold water or the like is injected into the main body 31 through the inlet 21, the main body 31 is sealed, and further cooled if necessary, and then the cooling device can be used as shown in Fig. 3 or 4, for example. Furthermore, the carbon dioxide-containing cold water or the like sealed in the cooling device can be replaced through the inlet 21 and used, that is, it can be used repeatedly as a cooling device. 2, the main body 31 has two branched parts 31-1 that branch into two on either side of the injection port 21, and is curved or bent (for example, an embodiment in which the radius of curvature of the curved inner circumference is 15 cm or less). This makes it more suitable for use by hanging it around the neck, legs, etc. of the user in a stable and close contact manner.

[0013] <Main body> First, a description will be given of the configuration of the main body 31. The configuration of the film forming the main body 31 will be described later.

[0014] The main body 31 is a bag-shaped member having an internal space capable of containing carbon dioxide-containing cold water at 15°C or less, that is, it is a member that becomes the main body when used as a cooling device or the like. The main body 31 may be configured to contain at least carbon dioxide-containing cold water at 15°C or less, and may be configured to contain solids such as dry ice or gases, for example. It may also be configured to contain liquids other than cold water (such as hot water containing carbon dioxide). Here, "containing" means that a liquid or the like is contained in the internal space of the main body 31 and sealed, but in this case, as will be described later, carbon dioxide may be able to permeate to a certain extent through the film forming the main body 31.

[0015] It is preferable that the main body 31 has at least one cross section of the internal space that is circular or elliptical when the carbon dioxide-containing cold water of 15°C or less is enclosed, and it is more preferable that at least a part of the cross section in the short direction of the internal space is circular or elliptical. This is because it is easy to make it contact with various parts of the body and make it fit closely. Here, the "circular" means an approximately circular shape, and includes not only a perfect circle, but also an embodiment in which the shape of the cross section is a circle with a value of 2 or less, or even 1.5 or less, obtained by dividing the major axis by the minor axis. In addition, the "elliptical shape" also means an approximately elliptical shape, and the value of the major axis divided by the minor axis may be more than 2 and 10 or less, for example. However, the shape, etc. of the main body 31 is not limited to the above, and it may be in any other shape, such as a pillow shape or an ice pack shape, as long as it can be used by placing it in contact with at least a part of the body and has an internal space capable of containing cold water containing carbon dioxide at 15°C or less.

[0016] The size of the main body 31 is not particularly limited, but in order to make it easy to contact various parts of the body as a cooling device, the volume of the internal space of the main body 31 (the area capable of containing cold water containing carbon dioxide at 15°C or less) is set to 50 cm per container. 3 (0.05L) or more 2000cm 3 (2.0L) or less is preferable. The lower limit is 100cm 3 (0.1L) or more, 120cm3 (0.12L) or more. The upper limit is 1500cm 3 (1.5L) or less, 1200cm 3 (1.2L) or less is acceptable.

[0017] <Inlet> Next, the configuration of the injection port 21 connected to the main body 31 will be described.

[0018] The inlet 21 is connected to the main body 31, and can inject and seal the carbon dioxide-containing cold water into the main body 31, and can discharge the carbon dioxide-containing cold water. In other words, the inlet 21 is openable and closable, and can seal the main body 31. As long as the inlet 21 has such a configuration, there is no other limitation. For example, as shown in Figs. 1 to 4, the inlet 21 has a detachable cap and a cap mounting part, and the inner circumference of the cap and the outer circumference of the cap mounting part have male and female threads (spiral threads), which can be screwed together to be detachable and sealed. Furthermore, the cap may be completely detachable from the fluid-tight container 100, or may be connected to the cap mounting part by a hinge part or the like. In addition, the cap may be non-detachable, such as a type in which the opening is opened and closed by sliding a cap-shaped member (slide type), or may be a pinch type (a type in which the cap is sealed by pinching made of resin or metal). By providing such an injection port 21 and a main body portion 31 formed from a film as described below, the fluid-sealed container 100 of this embodiment can not only be used as a cooling device by sealing carbon dioxide-containing cold water or the like in the main body portion 31, but can also be used repeatedly as a cooling device by replacing the carbon dioxide-containing cold water or the like inside the main body portion 31 through the injection port 21.

[0019] In the fluid-sealed container 100 according to this embodiment, one or more of the above-mentioned injection ports 21 are connected to any region of the main body 31 so as to communicate with the internal space. The connection region of the injection port 21 is not particularly limited, but it is preferable that the injection port 21 is connected to a region that is unlikely to come into contact with the body when used as a cooling device.

[0020] The size of the injection port 21 is not limited, and for example, the opening diameter of the injection port 21 may be a size that allows easy injection of cold water containing carbon dioxide gas. Furthermore, the injection port 21 is preferably of a size and material that allows it to function as a grip when injecting cold water containing carbon dioxide gas into the fluid-sealed container 100 according to this embodiment or when using the obtained cooling tool. As the material of such an injection port 21, resin or metal is shown as a suitable example, but from the viewpoint of weight reduction of the fluid-sealed container 100 according to this embodiment, it is more preferable that the injection port 21 is made of a resin material such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polystyrene (PS), nylon (Ny), acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer (ABS), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polylactic acid (PLA), polycarbonate (PC), epoxy resin, or urethane resin. The same applies to the case where the above-mentioned cap is provided.

[0021] The fluid-sealed container 100 of this embodiment, which has the main body 31 and injection port 21 as described above, can be used as a cooling device by sealing cold water containing carbon dioxide gas or the like inside, and it is very suitable for use in such a manner that the main body 31 comes into contact with various parts of the body (for example, directly with the skin of various parts of the body, or comes into contact with various parts of the body via a cloth or clothing that is permeable to carbon dioxide gas) as shown in Figure 3 or Figure 4.

[0022] It is also preferable to use a plurality of cooling devices configured as described above and arrange them in predetermined positions to use as a wearable device (wearable cooling device). The internal spaces of the plurality of cooling devices may be connected by tubes or the like so that the enclosed carbon dioxide-containing cold water can move through them. In this embodiment of the wearable device, it is also very preferable to use the cooling devices so that they come into contact with various parts of the body (for example, directly contact the skin).

[0023] [Film forming the main body] Next, the film made of a thermoplastic elastomer or a thermoplastic resin that forms the main body 31 of the fluid-sealed container 100 according to this embodiment will be described in detail.

[0024] The film forming the main body 31 of the fluid-sealed container 100 according to this embodiment is, as described above, made of a thermoplastic elastomer or a thermoplastic resin, is water impermeable, has a glass transition point of less than 0°C, and has a carbon dioxide gas permeability of 5 L / (m2) or less measured at 10°C in accordance with Appendix B of JIS K 7126-2. 2 1.24 hr.atm) or more, and furthermore, the tensile strength measured at 10℃ in accordance with JIS K 7161-1 is 8N / 10mm or more. Each of these will be explained in detail below.

[0025] <Thermoplastic elastomer or thermoplastic resin> The film forming the main body 31 of the fluid-sealed container 100 according to this embodiment is made of a thermoplastic elastomer or a thermoplastic resin. In other words, this is a film containing a thermoplastic elastomer or a thermoplastic resin as a main component. Note that "containing as a main component" here means that it contains 80% or more by mass, more preferably 90% or more, even more preferably 95% or more, and may be 100% (a film made of a thermoplastic elastomer or a thermoplastic resin). Here, the term "thermoplastic elastomer (TPE)" refers to a material that has both the properties of a thermoplastic plastic and the properties of an elastomer (elastic properties), and is not limited as long as it is a thermoplastic elastomer that can be used to form the above-mentioned film, but examples of preferred materials include thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (TPU), thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer (TPO), and thermoplastic styrenic elastomer (TPS). It is more preferable that the above-mentioned film is composed of one or more materials selected from the group consisting of these. The thermoplastic resin is not limited as long as it is a material and has a thickness capable of forming a film that satisfies the above-mentioned water impermeability, glass transition point, carbon dioxide gas permeability, and tensile strength. However, a film formed from a polyolefin such as polyethylene is preferred, and in particular, a film formed from linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) is more preferred.

[0026] In addition, from the viewpoint of the feel when directly contacting the skin, the above film is more preferably made of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer or a thermoplastic polyolefin elastomer. In particular, it is more preferable to make the film of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, considering that it is easy to achieve a high compatibility between low-temperature body conformability and low-temperature durability while maintaining carbon dioxide gas permeability at low temperatures. In addition, the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer may be either an ether-based or an ester-based, but a film made of an ether-based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer is more preferable because it can achieve a high compatibility between low-temperature body conformability and low-temperature durability while maintaining high carbon dioxide gas permeability at low temperatures and can also have excellent water resistance. In addition, it also has excellent abrasion resistance. Here, an "ether-based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer" is one that has an ether bond (-O-) in the main chain of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer molecule, and an "ester-based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer" is one that has an ester bond (-COO-) in the main chain of the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer molecule.

[0027] In addition, when the film is made of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer, it is more preferable that the rubber hardness of the film is 50 or more and 85 or less, as measured according to JIS K 6253 with a durometer type A (for example, digital durometer EA760AS-11 manufactured by Ikeda Rika Co., Ltd.). This is because it is easy to maintain high carbon dioxide gas permeability at low temperatures while achieving a high compatibility between body conformity at low temperatures and durability at low temperatures. From the viewpoint of carbon dioxide gas permeability at low temperatures, the upper limit is more preferably 83 or less, and more preferably 80 or less. From the viewpoint of durability, the lower limit is more preferably 55 or more, more preferably 60 or more, more preferably 65 or more, more preferably more than 70, and more preferably 75 or more. In addition, a film made of an ether-based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer is preferable because it is easy to keep the rubber hardness within the above range.

[0028] <Water-impermeable> The film forming the main body 31 of the fluid-sealed container 100 according to this embodiment is water-impermeable as a whole. As a result, when the fluid-sealed container 100 according to this embodiment is filled with cold water containing carbon dioxide gas and used as a cooling device, there is substantially no loss of the enclosed cold water during use, etc. Note that the term "water-impermeable" here means that it does not allow liquids such as water to pass through. However, this film may have permeability to water vapor, which is a gas, in addition to the carbon dioxide gas permeability described below. For example, the water vapor permeability of this film measured at 25°C and 90% RH in accordance with JIS K 7129 is 5 g / (m 2 ·24hr) or more 200g / (m 2 -24hr or less.

[0029] <Glass transition temperature> The film forming the main body 31 of the fluid-sealed container 100 according to this embodiment has a glass transition point (Tg) of less than 0°C. This prevents the main body 31 from becoming excessively hard, reducing the fit, and becoming prone to tearing or cracking when used as a body cooler by sealing in carbon dioxide-containing cold water at 15°C or less. The glass transition point is more preferably -5°C or less, even more preferably -10°C or less, even more preferably -15°C or less, and even more preferably -18°C or less. From the viewpoint of durability, the lower limit is preferably -120°C or more, more preferably -90°C or more, even more preferably -60°C or more, and even more preferably -40°C or more.

[0030] <Carbon dioxide gas permeability> The film forming the main body 31 of the fluid-sealed container 100 according to this embodiment has a carbon dioxide gas permeability of 5 L / (m2) measured at 10° C. in accordance with Appendix B of JIS K 7126-2. 2 ·24hr·atm) or more. In other words, the carbon dioxide gas permeability of the film measured by a specified device in an environment of 10°C in accordance with Appendix B (Gas Chromatography Test Method) of JIS K 7126-2 (Gas Permeability Measurement Method, Constant Pressure Method) is 5L / (m 2 1.2 hr·atm) or more. As a result, when the fluid-sealed container 100 according to this embodiment is filled with cold water containing carbon dioxide gas to be used as a cooling device, the carbon dioxide gas can sufficiently penetrate the skin, etc. that the film forming the main body 31 contacts, and the blood circulation of the cooled area can be maintained or promoted. This also provides an effect of improving fatigue and swelling after exercise, etc., and the cooling effect can easily spread to the whole body rather than being localized.

[0031] From the viewpoint of compatibility with durability, the lower limit of this carbon dioxide gas permeability is 7L / (m 2 ·24hr·atm) or more is preferable, and 10L / (m 2·24hr·atm) or more, and 12L / (m 2 ·24hr·atm) or more, and 15L / (m 2 ·24hr·atm) or more, and 18L / (m 2 ·24hr·atm) or more, and 20L / (m 2 24hr atm) or more. This upper limit is 100L / (m 2 ·24hr·atm) or less, and 80L / (m 2 ·24hr·atm) or less is preferable, and 50L / (m 2 It is even more preferable that the film has a thermal conductivity of 1000 sq. m. (24 hr atm). This allows the carbon dioxide gas to be sufficiently transferred from the carbon dioxide-containing cold water through the film to the skin, etc., when used as a cooling device, and blood circulation is maintained or promoted, and the film is also likely to have durability. The carbon dioxide gas permeability can be adjusted by the constituent material and total thickness of the film forming the main body 31 of the fluid-tight container 100 according to this embodiment.

[0032] <Tensile strength at 10℃> The film forming the main body 31 of the fluid-sealed container 100 according to this embodiment has a tensile strength of 8N / 10mm or more measured at 10°C according to JIS K 7161-1. This makes the main body 31 of the fluid-sealed container 100 according to this embodiment excellent in durability at low temperatures. The lower limit is more preferably 10N / 10mm or more, even more preferably 15N / 10mm or more, even more preferably 20N / 10mm or more, even more preferably 30N / 10mm or more, and even more preferably 40N / 10mm or more. The upper limit may be 150N / 10mm or less, 130N / 10mm or less, 100N / 10mm or less, 80N / 10mm or less, or 60N / 10mm or less. Here, the "tensile strength measured at 10°C in accordance with JIS K 7161-1" refers to the tensile strength measured at 10°C in accordance with JIS K This is a physical property that takes into consideration cracking (high speed, local deformation) under low temperature use, measured based on 7161-1 (Plastics - Determination of tensile properties). A test specimen was cut into a rectangle of 10 mm wide x 70 mm long from the film and stored at 10°C for one day and night. Meanwhile, Orientec's Tensilon UTC-100W was prepared at 23°C with a chuck distance (distance between the chucks when the test specimen is attached before being stretched) of 30 mm, a head speed of 300 mm / min (stretching speed), and measurement conditions in normal test mode. Each time a test specimen was taken out of the 10°C environment, a tensile test was performed under the above conditions using the Orientec Tensilon UTC-100W within 2 minutes, and the breaking strength (tensile strength (tensile strength) when the film breaks, N / 10mm) was measured. This measurement was repeated three times, and the average value was measured. This tensile strength can also be adjusted by the constituent material and total thickness of the film forming the main body 31 of the fluid-tight container 100 according to this embodiment.

[0033] <Elongation rate when a load of 0.98 N is applied at 10°C> The film forming the main body 31 of the fluid-sealed container 100 according to this embodiment is not limited, but is preferably as described above because it tends to have better conformability to the body at low temperatures, and more preferably has an elongation rate of 2% or more when a load of 0.98 N (100 g weight) is applied, measured at 10°C in accordance with JIS K 7161-1. In other words, it is more preferable that the ductility at 10°C is at least a certain level. The lower limit is more preferably 3% or more, and even more preferably 4% or more. From the viewpoint of durability, the upper limit is more preferably 20% or less, even more preferably 18% or less, and even more preferably 15% or less. Here, the "elongation rate when a load of 0.98 N is applied, measured at 10°C in accordance with JIS K 7161-1" refers to the This is a physical property that takes into account the response to cracking (initial response to impact force) when used at low temperatures, measured based on 7161-1 (Plastics - Determination of tensile properties -), and takes into account the response to cracking when used at low temperatures (initial response to impact force). A test piece was cut into a rectangle of 10 mm wide x 150 mm long from the film and stored at 10°C for one day and night. Meanwhile, a Tensilon UTC-100W manufactured by Orientec was prepared under the measurement conditions of a chuck distance of 100 mm, a head speed of 300 mm / min, and cycle test mode at a 23°C environment. Each time a test piece was taken out of the 10°C environment, and within 2 minutes, a load of 0.98 N was applied in the elongation direction (forward path) under the above conditions to measure the elongation rate (the ratio of the elongated length to the length of the film before elongation, which is 100%) using the Tensilon UTC-100W manufactured by Orientec. This is the average value of three measurements. In other words, this indicates the ease of stretching the film at low temperatures. This elongation rate can also be adjusted by the constituent material and total thickness of the film forming the main body 31 of the fluid-tight container 100 according to this embodiment.

[0034] <Permanent deformation after 100% elongation at 10℃> The film forming the main body 31 of the fluid-sealed container 100 according to this embodiment is not limited, but is preferably as described above, since it tends to have better conformability to the body at low temperatures and better durability at low temperatures, and more preferably has a permanent set of 20% or less after 100% elongation measured at 10°C in accordance with JIS K 7161-1. The upper limit is more preferably 15% or less, even more preferably 13% or less, and even more preferably 10% or less. A film made of an ether-based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer is preferable, since the permanent set is easily within the above range. Here, the "permanent strain after 100% elongation measured at 10°C in accordance with JIS K 7161-1" refers to the This is a physical property that takes into consideration the response to repeated deformation (recovery from distortion) under low-temperature use, measured based on 7161-1 (Plastics - Determination of tensile properties -). A test specimen was prepared by cutting a rectangle of 10 mm wide x 150 mm long from the film and storing it in a 10°C environment for one day and night. Meanwhile, a Tensilon UTC-100W manufactured by Orientec was prepared under the measurement conditions of a chuck distance of 100 mm, a head speed of 300 mm / min, and cycle test mode in a 23°C environment. Each time a test specimen was taken out of the 10°C environment, and within 2 minutes, the test specimen was stretched to 100% under the above conditions using the Tensilon UTC-100W manufactured by Orientec, and then the head was returned to 0% at the same head speed. The elongation rate (the ratio of the elongated length when the film length before elongation is 100%, i.e., the permanent strain after 100% elongation) was measured in the recovery direction (returning path), and this measurement was performed three times. In other words, this indicates the ease with which the film returns to its original shape when stretched at low temperatures. This permanent deformation can also be adjusted by the constituent material of the film forming the body 31 of the fluid-tight container 100 according to this embodiment and its total thickness. In addition, the aforementioned elongation rate and permanent strain can both be measured using the above-mentioned device (such as Orientec's Tensilon UTC-100W) and measuring the forward and return paths in a cycle test with the above-mentioned settings, and the respective values can be read from the obtained measurement results.

[0035] Here, a large predetermined elongation rate at low temperature and a small predetermined permanent set at low temperature are more preferable characteristics in terms of achieving both resistance to cracking when the cooling tool is dropped when used at low temperatures and conformability to the body. That is, in order to prevent destruction such as cracking or breaking when an impact force is applied to the cooling tool, it is necessary to have either (1) strength that can withstand destructive forces (for example, a non-elastomer thick film such as LLDPE 100 μm film) or (2) elasticity that can instantly conform to rapid deformation stress. In the case of (1), the film is robust but has poor deformability and lacks conformability to the body. In addition, a film such as (1) may generate and accumulate permanent distortion when a load is concentrated partially during repeated use, and may easily break. On the other hand, as described above, if the predetermined elongation rate at low temperatures is large or the predetermined permanent set at low temperatures is small, such a risk is likely to be extremely low and the film is likely to have high conformability to the body.

[0036] <Melting point> The film forming the main body 31 of the fluid-sealed container 100 according to this embodiment is not limited, but since it tends to have excellent heat sealability, it is more preferable that the melting point (Tm) is 120° C. or more and 150° C. or less. The lower limit is more preferably 125° C. or more, and more preferably more than 130° C. The upper limit is more preferably 145° C. or less, and more preferably 140° C. or less.

[0037] Furthermore, when the main body 31 of the fluid-sealed container 100 according to this embodiment is formed by heat sealing the above-mentioned film, the seal strength is more preferably 10 N / 10 mm or more, and even more preferably 15 N / 10 mm or more. Here, the term "seal strength" refers to the average value of three measurements taken by cutting out a test piece, including the sealed portion, of 10 mm wide x 70 mm long (the width of the sealed portion is 1 mm, i.e., the sealed portion is 10 mm x 1 mm) from the film forming the main body 31, and measuring the seal strength based on the method of JIS K 6854-3 (T-peel test) using an Orientec Tensilon UTC-100W under measurement conditions of a chuck distance of 30 mm, a head speed of 300 mm / min, and normal test mode, except for the size of the test piece.

[0038] <Total film thickness> The total thickness of the film forming the main body 31 of the fluid-tight container 100 according to this embodiment may be appropriately set according to the constituent materials so as to maintain the above-mentioned physical properties, but the total thickness is preferably 50 μm or more and less than 250 μm, since this makes it easier to achieve a high degree of compatibility between the body conformity at low temperatures, durability at low temperatures, and carbon dioxide gas permeability at low temperatures. The lower limit is more preferably 80 μm or more, more preferably 100 μm or more, and even more preferably 120 μm or more. The upper limit is more preferably 230 μm or less, and even more preferably 200 μm or less. Here, the "total thickness" of the film refers to the total length of the film forming the main body in the thickness direction, that is, the total thickness of all layers constituting the film. Therefore, in a film having multiple layers including a coating layer, the total thickness refers to the total thickness of all the layers.

[0039] The fluid-sealed container 100 according to this embodiment can be manufactured by joining and molding the above-mentioned film, either as a single layer or as a multi-layer laminate, by heat sealing or the like to form a main body 31 having the shape described above, and then connecting the above-mentioned injection port 21 to a predetermined position of this main body 31.

[0040] The fluid-tight container 100 according to the present embodiment described above can be used as a body cooling device by sealing in cold water containing carbon dioxide gas of 15°C or less, and has a carbon dioxide gas permeability at low temperatures of a predetermined level or more, and is excellent in both its ability to conform to the body at low temperatures and its durability at low temperatures. Therefore, by applying a cooling device obtained by sealing in this fluid-tight container 100 with cold water containing carbon dioxide gas of 15°C or less by hanging it on a part of the user's body, particularly the legs or neck, and directly contacting the skin with the cooling device (for example, by applying it as shown in Figures 3 and 4), the cooling function of the cold water and the function due to the penetration of carbon dioxide gas are fully exerted due to the fit and carbon dioxide gas permeability, and it is possible to obtain a high cooling effect, an effect of maintaining or promoting blood circulation, etc. Furthermore, the cooling effect is easily obtained over a wide range of the body, not just the part where the cooling device is in contact. Furthermore, this cooling device is not likely to break or crack during use, etc.

[0041] For example, it is preferable to use a cooling device in which the fluid-sealed container 100 according to this embodiment is filled with carbon dioxide-containing cold water having a temperature of 15° C. or less and a carbon dioxide concentration of 300 ppm or more. The carbon dioxide concentration in this cold water is not limited, but is more preferably 400 ppm or more, even more preferably 500 ppm or more, and even more preferably 700 ppm or more. The upper limit may be 1500 ppm or less, 1200 ppm or less, or 1000 ppm or less. Note that this carbon dioxide concentration is a concentration assumed to be dissolved in the cold water in the range exceeding the carbon dioxide saturation amount of the cold water. The water temperature may be 15° C. or less (0° C. or more and 15° C. or less), but may be, for example, 10° C. or less.

[0042] As described above, the fluid-sealed container 100 according to the present embodiment can be used as a cooling tool by sealing in it carbon dioxide-containing cold water at 15°C or less. This includes not only filling the container with carbon dioxide-containing cold water at 15°C or less and sealing it to use it as a cooling tool, but also including an embodiment in which the container is filled with carbon dioxide-containing cold water, sealed, and then cooled with cold water or ice at 15°C or less to use it as a cooling tool. Therefore, when the temperature of the carbon dioxide-containing cold water contained therein rises during use as a cooling tool, it is also possible to cool it directly with cold water or ice to lower the temperature of the carbon dioxide-containing water contained therein. In addition, the fluid-sealed container 100 according to the present embodiment may be filled with cold water or the like and stirred, together with cold water or the like, and further cooled. This may also be further cooled as described above.

[0043] Furthermore, the fluid-sealed container 100 according to this embodiment can be used not only as a cooling device by sealing in cold water containing carbon dioxide gas at 15°C or less, but also for other purposes. For example, the fluid-sealed container 100 can be used as a heating device by sealing in hot water containing carbon dioxide gas. By hanging this heating device on the feet, neck, etc., it is possible to obtain a high warming effect and blood circulation promotion effect due to the heat and carbon dioxide gas permeation. Even in this case, the carbon dioxide gas concentration of the hot water containing carbon dioxide gas is preferably 300 ppm or more, the same as the above-mentioned cold water containing carbon dioxide gas.

[0044] Hereinafter, examples of the present invention will be described, however, the present invention is not limited to the following examples, and various modifications are possible within the technical concept of the present invention. EXAMPLES

[0045] A body portion having the shape shown in Fig. 2 was formed by heat sealing using a film or sheet made of the materials shown in Table 1 below to produce fluid-tight containers of Examples 1 to 8 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3. Then, 400 g of cold water containing carbon dioxide gas, the temperature of which was 10°C and the carbon dioxide gas concentration of which was 1000 ppm, was sealed in each of these fluid-tight containers to produce various cooling devices.

[0046] The details of each film or sheet are as follows. All of them are water impermeable. Examples 1 to 3: Films made of ether-based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (Elastollan 1180A, manufactured by BASF). Examples 4 to 6: Films made of ester-based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (Elastollan C85A, manufactured by BASF). Example 7: A film made of an ester-based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer (Elastollan C90A, manufactured by BASF). Example 8: Film made of linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) (manufactured by Seizo Nipponsha). Comparative Example 1: Film made of linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) (manufactured by TRUSCO NAKAYAMA CORPORATION). Comparative Example 2: A film made of 4-methyl-1-pentene-α-olefin copolymer (Absortomer, manufactured by Mitsui Chemicals). Comparative Example 3: A three-layer sheet with a film made of 4-methyl-1-pentene-α-olefin copolymer (Absortomer, manufactured by Mitsui Chemicals) as the outer layer and a film made of a styrene-based elastomer, which is a block copolymer of polystyrene, polyethylene, and polybutylene (SEBS, Septon 2063, manufactured by Kuraray Co., Ltd.) as the middle layer.

[0047] The carbon dioxide gas permeability (L / (m) at 10°C of these films or sheets forming the main body is 2The following properties were confirmed in advance as follows: elongation rate (%) when a load of 0.98 N was applied at 10°C, permanent set (%) after 100% elongation at 10°C, tensile strength (N / 10 mm) at 10°C, and seal strength (N / 10 mm).

[0048] <Carbon dioxide gas permeability at 10℃> According to JIS K 7126-2 (Gas Permeability Measurement Method, Constant Pressure Method) Appendix B (Test Method by Gas Chromatography), the carbon dioxide gas permeability of each film or sheet was measured in a measurement environment of 10°C. For the measurement, a gas permeability measuring instrument (GTR-10XFKS, gas chromatograph) manufactured by GTR Tech Co., Ltd. was used.

[0049] <Elongation rate when a load of 0.98 N is applied at 10°C> Based on JIS K 7161-1 (Plastics - Determination of tensile properties), multiple test pieces were cut into rectangles measuring 10 mm wide x 150 mm long from each film or sheet, and stored overnight at 10°C. In addition, an Orientec Tensilon UTC-100W was prepared under the following measurement conditions at 23°C. Chuck distance: 100mm Head speed: 300mm / min Cycle test mode And the following values were measured: - Extension rate under a load of 0.98N in the extension direction (forward) Each time a measurement was made, the test piece was taken out of the 10°C environment and the measurement was performed within 2 minutes. The measurement results were the average of N=3.

[0050] <Permanent deformation after 100% elongation at 10℃> Based on JIS K 7161-1 (Plastics - Determination of tensile properties), in the above elongation test, the above test piece was prepared under the above conditions (chuck distance: 100 mm, head speed: 300 mm / min, cycle test mode), and after elongation to 100%, the head was returned to 0% (head speed: 300 mm / min), and the elongation rate when the elongation stress becomes 0 N in the recovery direction (returning path) was measured as the permanent set after 100% elongation at 10°C. The measurement results were also averaged for N=3.

[0051] <Tensile strength at 10℃> Based on JIS K 7161-1 (Plastics - Determination of tensile properties -), test pieces were cut into rectangles measuring 10 mm in width and 70 mm in length, and prepared in the same manner as in the elongation measurement described above. A tensile test was performed under the following conditions using an Orientec Tensilon UTC-100W to measure the breaking strength (the tensile strength at which the test piece broke). Chuck distance: 30mm Head speed: 300mm / min Normal test mode The measurement results were the average of N=3.

[0052] <Seal strength> A test piece measuring 10 mm in width and 70 mm in length including the sealed portion was cut out, and the seal strength was measured under the following conditions (T-peel test) based on the method described in JIS K 6854-3, except for the size of the test piece. Equipment: Orientec Tensilon UTC-100W - Test piece width: 10mm Seal test direction length: 1mm (seal width) Chuck distance: 30mm Head speed: 300mm / min The measurement results were the average of N=3.

[0053] The results are shown in Table 1. The glass transition point (Tg: °C), melting point (Tm: °C), rubber hardness measured in accordance with JIS K 6253 using a type A durometer (digital durometer EA760AS-11, manufactured by Ikeda Rika Co., Ltd.), and total thickness (μm) of these films or sheets are also shown in Table 1.

[0054] Furthermore, the various cooling devices that were produced were evaluated for skin flushing, coldness, head chilliness, fit, and overall usability when worn around the neck of a user, as follows: Skin flushing, coldness, and head chilliness are mainly evaluations of carbon dioxide permeability at low temperatures and compliance at low temperatures; when there is sufficient carbon dioxide reaching the skin surface, blood circulation is promoted, causing skin flushing, and the cooling effect also extends to the head and other parts of the body.

[0055] <Skin flushing> After applying the cooling device to the neck area of one subject for five minutes, the skin in the area of contact was visually observed. If the skin was red, it was marked with an O; if there was no redness, it was marked with an X.

[0056] <Coldness> Three expert panelists placed the cooling device directly around the neck so that it was in contact with the skin for five minutes and performed the following evaluations. The evaluation environment was 30°C and 60% RH, and participants were allowed to acclimate to the environment for 30 minutes before the evaluation (N=3). The feeling of coolness after five minutes of use was evaluated by choosing the closest rating out of the three following levels, and the average of these three ratings was calculated. The average was rounded off to the nearest integer. 3 The coldness does not concentrate on the neck, but spreads comfortably / you feel a cool sensation over a wide area. 2 The neck feels cold and uncomfortable. The cool sensation extends beyond the neck. 1 Only the area of my neck where it touches is cold and painful.

[0057] <Feeling cold in the head> The following evaluations were made in the same manner as for the cold sensation described above. After five minutes of use, the three subjects chose the closest rating out of the three levels below for the feeling of head cooling, and calculated the average. The average was rounded off to the nearest integer. 3 Immediately after putting it on, you will feel a cold sensation rising to your head, and after 5 minutes of use, your head will feel cool. 2 After 5 minutes of use, my head feels cool. 1. My head doesn't feel cool.

[0058] <Fit> The following evaluations were made in the same manner as for the cold sensation described above. After five minutes of use, the three subjects chose the closest rating out of the three below for the softness, fit, and tightness of the cooling device around the neck, and calculated the average. The average was rounded off to the nearest integer. 3. It is soft even right after putting it on, and fits the curve of your neck. It fits closely to your skin. It stays in place the whole time you wear it. 2 It is a little stiff and doesn't feel like it sticks to the skin, but it fits the curved surface of the neck. Or it fits but feels sticky and uncomfortable. 1. It's hard and doesn't fit around my neck.

[0059] <Overall usability> The following evaluations were made in the same manner as for the cold sensation described above. The overall impression of the product after five minutes of use was evaluated by choosing the closest rating out of the three ratings below, and the average of these three ratings was calculated. The average was rounded off to the nearest integer. 3 I feel the effects both in the comfort of wearing it (the pleasant feeling of use) and in the cooling sensation on my head. 2 I feel the effects in either the comfort of wearing it (the pleasant feeling of use) or in the feeling that my head is cooling. 1. It is not comfortable to wear (it doesn't feel pleasant to use) and my head doesn't feel cold.

[0060] Furthermore, 400 g of 10°C water was poured into each of the various fluid-sealed containers produced, which were then sealed to serve as cooling devices. The containers were then left to stand for one minute to allow them to adjust to the temperature, after which their burstability when dropped from a height of 1.5 m was confirmed as follows.

[0061] <Explosiveness when dropped from 1.5m> Each cooling device was dropped under the following conditions, and the presence or absence of rupture was checked according to the following criteria 1 to 3. Squeeze the container so there is no air space (head space) except in the area where you added water, and pinch it tightly. - Drop from a height of 1.5m onto a floor covered with a stainless steel tray. The direction of the drop should be such that both ends of the U-shape of the cooling tool land at the same time. If it is tilted or only one side lands first, start over from preparing the cooling tool. Evaluation is based on N=1. The environmental temperature and humidity were 25°C and 50% RH. 3 There was no damage and no water leakage. 2 The film was not damaged, but the seal was damaged (pinholes and / or torn seal) causing water leakage. 1 The film cracked and the seal was damaged, causing water leakage.

[0062] These results are also shown in the lower part of Table 1 below. From these results, it was found that the glass transition temperature of the non-permeable film forming the main body is -20°C or lower, and the carbon dioxide gas permeability measured at 10°C in accordance with Annex B of JIS K 7126-2 is 7L / (m 21.24hr.atm) or more, and furthermore, the tensile strength measured at 10°C according to JIS K 7161-1 is 8.38N / 10mm or more. It was shown that Examples 1 to 8 are fluid-tight containers that can be used as body cooling devices by sealing in cold water containing carbon dioxide gas, which maintain carbon dioxide gas permeability at low temperatures while being excellent in both body conformity at low temperatures and durability at low temperatures. It was also shown that these can obtain a cooling effect in areas other than the contact area. In particular, Examples 1 to 6 formed from a film made of a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer having a predetermined rubber hardness of 85 or less maintain high durability at low temperatures and have higher carbon dioxide gas permeability at low temperatures and body conformity at low temperatures, resulting in more preferable cooling properties, and Examples 1 to 3 formed from a film made of an ether-based thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer additionally have a low predetermined permanent set, suggesting that body conformity at low temperatures and durability at low temperatures are superior. On the other hand, Comparative Example 1, which was formed using a film that had insufficient carbon dioxide permeability at low temperatures, did not maintain or promote blood circulation during cooling (only a localized cooling effect was obtained), and Comparative Examples 2 and 3, which were formed using films with high glass transition points, were poor in both conformance to the body at low temperatures and durability at low temperatures.
