[0017] The following will explain in detail the features of each aspect of the present invention and exemplary embodiments. To more clearly understand the object, technical solution and advantages of the present invention, the present invention will be further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples. It should be understood that the specific examples described herein are only intended for interpreting the present invention and do not limit the present invention. For those skilled in the art, the present invention can be implemented without some of these specific details. The following description of the examples is only intended to provide a better understanding of the present invention by showing examples of the present invention. Note that the acquisition, storage, use, processing, etc. of information and data in the embodiments of the present invention are all authorized by the user or relevant institutions and comply with the relevant regulations of national laws and regulations.

[0018] With the continuous development of electronic information, electronic payment services have become one of the main development directions of payment technologies. Due to the advantages of the mobility, speed, safety, etc. of terminal devices, electronic payment services have shifted from computer processing to terminal device processing. The operating system of terminal devices standardly installs an electronic wallet, and users can link bank cards in the electronic wallet to make payments. Also, due to the convenience of barcode payment, users can install a payment application on the terminal device and use the payment application to perform scan payments. To expand the usage range of the electronic wallet standardly installed on terminal devices, the barcode payment function of the payment application can be integrated into the electronic wallet so that users can use the barcode payment function of the payment application through the electronic wallet. In the process of barcode payment by the electronic wallet, in order to manage the security of the payment, it is necessary to perform enhanced verification on users. The decision on enhanced verification needs to be made by the entity of barcode payment. The entity of barcode payment is the electronic wallet, and the owner of the electronic wallet is the device manufacturer of the terminal device. However, the security coefficient on the device manufacturer side is low, the risk of enhanced verification increases, and the security of the payment is reduced.

[0019] The present invention provides a method, apparatus, server, system, and medium for enhanced payment verification, which is applicable to a scenario where payment is made using the barcode payment function of a payment application integrated with an electronic wallet in a terminal device. Through the cooperation between a payment transfer side server belonging to the payment transfer side and an electronic wallet platform belonging to the terminal device manufacturer side, the payment transfer platform during payment can convert the determination of enhanced verification to be made through a verification determination platform. Both the payment transfer platform and the verification determination platform belong to the payment transfer side. The payment transfer side itself is responsible for the transfer of payments. By determining the enhanced verification method on the payment transfer side, the security coefficient is increased, the risk of enhanced verification is reduced, thereby improving the security of payments.

[0020] For ease of understanding, first, the scene architecture related to the present invention will be described here. FIG. 1 is a schematic diagram of an example of the scene architecture of a method for enhanced payment verification provided by an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the method for enhanced payment verification provided by an embodiment of the present invention involves the terminal device manufacturer side 11 and the payment transfer side 12. The terminal device manufacturer side 11 has an electronic wallet platform 111 and a terminal device 112, and the payment transfer side 12 has a payment transfer platform 121 and a verification determination platform 122.

[0021] Terminal devices 112 shipped by terminal device manufacturer 11 come standard with an electronic wallet, and the electronic wallet platform 111, which includes the backend server for the electronic wallet standard on terminal device 112, belongs to the terminal device manufacturer. The electronic wallet standard on terminal device 112 can be linked to the user's bank card through user operation, and payments using the bank card can be completed with the electronic wallet. Terminal device 112 can work in conjunction with the electronic wallet platform 111 to realize the functions of the electronic wallet standard on terminal device 112. Terminal device 112 may have a payment application with barcode payment functionality installed. In embodiments of the present invention, the electronic wallet standard on terminal device 112 can incorporate the barcode payment functionality of the payment application. Note that incorporating the barcode payment functionality of the payment application into the electronic wallet means that the electronic wallet can display the payment code of the payment application and can scan the payment code corresponding to the payment application, and does not mean that the user can jump from the electronic wallet to the payment application to use the barcode payment functionality of the payment application. For example, Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of an example of a display interface for an electronic wallet provided by an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Figure 2, the electronic wallet's display interface is capable of displaying a payment code 21 for a payment application, a scan function icon 22 for scanning a storage code for a payment application, and a payment icon 23 for a linked bank card. The electronic wallet has a bank card payment function and a barcode payment function for a payment application. The integration of the payment application's barcode payment function into the electronic wallet can be achieved through the cooperation of the electronic wallet platform 111 and the payment transfer platform 121. In some examples, the payment transfer platform 121 is used to distribute payment codes or storage codes, and the integration of the payment application's barcode payment function into the electronic wallet can be achieved through the cooperation of the electronic wallet platform 111 and the payment transfer platform 121.In several other examples, the payment transfer platform 121 collaborates with a platform, device, etc. that distributes payment codes or collection codes, and through the collaboration between the payment transfer platform 121 and the platform, device, etc. that distributes payment codes or collection codes, and the collaboration between the electronic wallet platform 111 and the payment transfer platform 121, the barcode payment function of the payment application is jointly integrated into the electronic wallet. The electronic wallet platform 111 may include one or more servers, and may also include other types of equipment, but is not limited herein. The terminal equipment 112 may include, but is not limited herein, devices such as mobile phones, tablet computers, smartwatches, smart bands, etc.

[0022] The settlement transfer side 12 is responsible for settlement transfers, and all types of electronic payments must be transferred through the settlement transfer side 12. The settlement transfer side 12 cooperates with the resource management side, and the resource management side's related equipment, such as a resource management server, realizes the deduction and transfer of transaction resources, completing the settlement. The settlement transfer platform 121 cooperates with the electronic wallet platform 111 and the verification decision platform 122, and is used to delegate the decision-making authority for the enhanced verification method to the verification decision platform 122. In embodiments of the present invention, the settlement transfer platform 121 may reuse a server that the settlement transfer side 12 uses to transfer other types of electronic payments, or it may be a dedicated server newly constructed by the settlement transfer side 12 to realize the payment enhanced verification method in embodiments of the present invention, and is not limited thereto. The settlement transfer platform 121 may include one server or two or more servers, and may include other types of equipment, and is not limited thereto.

[0023] The verification decision platform 122 is used to determine an enhanced verification method to be applied to a payment initiated by the barcode payment function of a payment application embedded in an electronic wallet. The electronic wallet and the electronic wallet platform 111 perform enhanced verification according to the applied enhanced verification method, ensuring the security of the payment and completing the payment. The verification decision platform 122 may include one or more servers, and may include other types of equipment, but is not limited herein.

[0024] Both the payment transfer platform 121 and the verification decision platform 122 belong to the payment transfer side 12. The security coefficient of the payment transfer side 12 is higher than that of the terminal equipment manufacturer side 11. Correspondingly, the security coefficients of the payment transfer platform 121 and the verification decision platform 122 of the payment transfer side 12 are also higher than those of the electronic wallet platform 111 of the terminal equipment manufacturer side 11. By processing the determination of the enhanced verification method on the payment transfer side, payment risks can be reduced and payment security can be improved.

[0025] In some examples, the payment enhancement verification method provided by embodiments of the present invention may further involve a resource management side, such as a bank. Figure 3 is a schematic diagram of another example of the scene architecture of the payment enhancement verification method provided by embodiments of the present invention, the difference between Figure 3 and Figure 1 being that the payment enhancement verification method in Figure 3 further involves a resource management side 13, which may have a resource management server 131, and the resource management server 131 is used to realize the deduction and transfer of user funds during settlement. The resource management server 131 may include one server or two or more servers, and may include other types of equipment, but is not limited herein.

[0026] The payment enhancement verification methods, apparatus, servers, systems, and media provided by the present invention will be described below.

[0027] A first aspect of the present invention provides a payment enhancement verification method applicable to a payment transfer platform, i.e., the payment enhancement verification method may be performed by the payment transfer platform. Figure 4 is a flowchart of a payment enhancement verification method provided by one embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention, and as shown in Figure 4, the payment enhancement verification method may include steps S301 to S305.

[0028] In step S301, when a payment is initiated, the electronic wallet platform receives a verification decision request based on the barcode payment function of the payment application embedded in the electronic wallet.

[0029] An initiated e-wallet-related payment may be based on the barcode payment function of a payment application embedded in the e-wallet and the bank card payment function inherent to the e-wallet itself. Step S301 can be executed if the payment is initiated based on the barcode payment function of a payment application embedded in the e-wallet. The e-wallet platform sends a verification decision request to the payment transfer platform, which is used to request the payment transfer side to determine and provide an enhanced verification method.

[0030] In some cases, a verification decision request may include terminal user-related information. This terminal user-related information includes characteristic information related to the terminal device and the user, and may be collected by the terminal device and the e-wallet platform. The terminal device can transmit the collected terminal user-related information to the e-wallet platform, which integrates the terminal user-related information it has collected and the terminal user-related information collected by the terminal device and transmits it to the payment transfer side, i.e., the payment transfer authority, through a verification decision request.

[0031] Specifically, terminal user-related information may include, but is not limited to, one or more of the following: terminal device information, terminal network environment information, account information, and terminal user usage habit information. Terminal device information may include information related to the terminal device, for example, one or more of the following: terminal device identifier, terminal device type, terminal device model number, terminal device location, etc. Terminal device location may represent the geographical location of the terminal device and is obtained based on a positioning device in the terminal device, for example, the terminal device location may be the Global Positioning System (GPS) location of the terminal device. Terminal network environment information may include network information and operating environment information related to the terminal device, for example, one or more of the following: terminal network environment information may include one or more of the following: terminal device Internet Protocol (IP) address, e-wallet version information, terminal device operating system information, etc. Account information may include information related to accounts in the user's electronic wallet on the terminal device. For example, account information may include one or more of the following: account registration date, user identifier of the registered account, and timestamp for updating the account's settlement password. Terminal user usage habit information includes information about the user's habits of using the terminal device. For example, terminal user usage habit information may include one or more of the following: the time the user typically uses terminal device payments, the frequency the user uses terminal device payments, and the typical amount range the user typically uses terminal device payments.

[0032] In step S302, a decision application request is generated based on the verification decision request and sent to the verification decision platform.

[0033] A decision request is used to request the verification decision platform to implement an enhanced verification method adapted to payments initiated based on the barcode payment function of a payment application embedded in an electronic wallet. The payment transfer platform can generate a decision request based on the information in the verification decision request and information it has collected, and send it to the verification decision platform.

[0034] In some cases, the payment transfer platform can retrieve user transaction-related information corresponding to the user indicated by terminal user-related information within the payment transfer platform, and generate a decision request based on the verification decision request and the user transaction-related information.

[0035] The generated decision request may include terminal user-related information and user transaction-related information. For terminal user-related information, please refer to the related explanation above and will not repeat it here. User transaction-related information includes characteristic information related to the user and transaction held by the settlement transfer side. Specifically, user transaction-related information includes one or more items from transaction user information, user risk level information, and settlement information. Transaction user information includes information related to the settlement user, for example, transaction user information may include one or more items from information such as user certificate number, user attributes, and user registration source. User risk level information can represent the user's risk level, with a higher user risk level indicating a higher risk for this settlement and a lower user risk level indicating a lower risk for this settlement. Settlement information includes information related to the settlement, for example, settlement information may include one or more items from information such as user-linked card source, settlement card number, settlement card type, merchant number, settlement method, and settlement amount.

[0036] In step S303, the verification decision platform receives an enhanced verification method to provide feedback in response to the decision request.

[0037] After receiving a decision request, the Verification Decision Platform assigns a corresponding enhanced verification method to the settlement based on the information carried in the decision request, and feeds the assigned enhanced verification method back to the settlement transfer platform. In some cases, the Verification Decision Platform can determine the enhanced verification method based on the decision request and pre-configured decision rules; that is, the enhanced verification method is determined by the Verification Decision Platform based on the decision request and pre-configured decision rules. The decision rules can embody the correspondence between the carrier information, settlement risk, and enhanced verification method supported by the decision request. The Verification Decision Platform can determine a corresponding enhanced verification method based on the decision rules satisfied by the information carried in the decision request. In some cases, the decision rules can be obtained from a pre-built knowledge base, which may be stored in the Verification Decision Platform or on a server built by another settlement transfer party, but is not limited thereto.

[0038] The higher the settlement risk associated with the information carried by the decision application request, the higher the security requirements for the corresponding enhanced verification method. In some cases, the enhanced verification method includes unverified direct pass, unverified direct termination, or verified. Unverified direct pass means that no specific enhanced verification is required and direct verification pass can be determined; unverified direct pass is an enhanced verification method for extremely low settlement risk. Unverified direct termination means that no specific enhanced verification is required and direct verification failure can be determined; unverified direct termination is an enhanced verification method for extremely high settlement risk. Verified means that specific enhanced verification is performed; the settlement risk associated with verified is higher than the settlement risk associated with unverified direct pass, but lower than the settlement risk associated with unverified direct termination. Verified may include, but is not limited to, one or more of the following: settlement password verification, authentication code verification, and biometric verification. Settlement password verification may refer to identity verification where the user is required to provide a settlement password. Authentication code verification may refer to identity verification where the user is required to provide an authentication code; the authentication code may include, but is not limited to, a short message authentication code or other types of authentication codes. Biological feature verification can refer to identity verification where the user is required to provide biological features, which may include, but are not limited to, one or more of the following: facial images, fingerprints, voiceprints, palm prints, iris, etc. Different types of verification within a verification process may be used individually or in combination, but are not limited to these.

[0039] In step S304, the enhanced verification method is sent to the e-wallet platform, and the e-wallet platform performs enhanced verification according to the enhanced verification method and obtains the verification result.

[0040] The payment transfer platform transmits an enhanced verification method to the e-wallet platform, allowing the terminal equipment manufacturer to finalize the enhanced verification method. This enables the e-wallet platform to collaborate with the terminal equipment to perform enhanced verification and obtain verification results. Enhanced verification is used to confirm the authenticity of the payment user's identity. The verification result can indicate whether the enhanced verification passed or failed, and through the enhanced verification result, it is possible to determine whether the payment user's identity is genuine or not. Passing the enhanced verification indicates that the payment user's identity is genuine, while failing to pass the enhanced verification indicates that the payment user's identity is not genuine.

[0041] In some cases, the e-wallet platform receives the enhanced verification method, sends a verification instruction to the terminal device based on the enhanced verification method, and the e-wallet in the terminal device responds to the verification instruction by displaying a verification interface and collecting verification information entered by the user. The terminal device feeds back the collected verification information to the e-wallet platform. The e-wallet platform receives the verification information, matches the verification information with the verification standard information, and obtains a verification result. The verification standard information is the true identity information of the payment user. If the verification information is successfully matched with the verification standard information, the verification result indicates that the enhanced verification has passed, the identity of the payment user is true, and the payment is secure. If the verification information fails to match with the verification standard information, the verification result indicates that the enhanced verification has not passed, the identity of the payment user is not true, and the payment is not secure. If the matching of the verification information and the verification standard information times out, the verification result indicates that the enhanced verification has not passed.

[0042] For example, if the enhanced verification method provided by the verification decision platform includes direct pass-through without verification, the payment transfer side indicates that the security of this payment is high, and the e-wallet platform does not perform specific enhanced verification, directly passes verification by default, notifies the terminal device that verification is unnecessary through verification instructions, and can continue the subsequent payment flow to complete the payment. If the enhanced verification method provided by the verification decision platform includes direct termination without verification, the payment transfer side indicates that the payment is highly suspicious and the risk is extremely high, and the e-wallet platform does not perform specific enhanced verification, directly fails verification by default, notifies the terminal device that verification is unnecessary through verification instructions, and can terminate this payment. If the enhanced verification method provided by the verification decision platform includes payment password verification during verification, the e-wallet platform notifies the terminal device to perform payment password verification through verification instructions, the terminal device displays a payment password verification page, prompts the user to enter a payment password, sends the payment password entered by the user to the e-wallet platform, matches the payment password entered by the user with the payment password set by the user in the pre-stored records, and obtains the verification result. If the enhanced verification method provided by the verification decision platform includes authentication code verification in progress, the e-wallet platform notifies the terminal device to perform authentication code verification via a verification instruction. The terminal device can display the authentication code verification page and prompts the user to enter a SMS authentication code. The SMS authentication code entered by the user is sent to the e-wallet platform. The e-wallet platform matches the SMS authentication code entered by the user with the SMS authentication code obtained from the authentication code generator and obtains the verification result. If the enhanced verification method provided by the verification decision platform includes bio-feature verification in progress, and the bio-feature verification is human face verification, the e-wallet platform notifies the terminal device to perform human face verification via a verification instruction. The terminal device calls the human face information collection page, collects the user's human face information, and sends the collected human face information to the e-wallet platform. The e-wallet platform matches the collected human face information with the user's registered human face information obtained and obtains the verification result. If the enhanced verification method provided by the verification decision platform includes bio-characteristic verification during verification, and the bio-characteristic verification is fingerprint verification, the e-wallet platform notifies the terminal device to perform fingerprint verification through a verification instruction. The terminal device then accesses the fingerprint information collection page, collects the user's fingerprint information, and transmits the collected fingerprint information to the e-wallet platform. The e-wallet platform then matches the collected fingerprint information with the user's registered fingerprint information obtained and obtains the verification result.

[0043] In step S305, if the verification result indicates that the enhanced verification has been passed, the system coordinates with the resource management server to complete the settlement.

[0044] The payment transfer platform can receive verification results sent by the e-wallet platform, and if the verification results indicate that the enhanced verification has been passed, it indicates that the payment is secure and can proceed with the payment flow. The payment transfer platform also works in conjunction with the resource management server, which completes the deduction of payment resources from the payment account and the transfer of payment resources to the receipt account.

[0045] In an embodiment of the present invention, when a payment is initiated, the payment transfer platform on the payment transfer side receives a verification decision request transmitted by the electronic wallet platform based on the barcode payment function of the payment application embedded in the electronic wallet, generates a decision application request based on the verification decision request, and transmits the decision application request to the verification decision platform, which then assigns an enhanced verification method appropriate for the current payment based on the decision application request. The payment transfer platform then transmits the enhanced verification method fed back by the verification decision platform to the electronic wallet platform, which performs enhanced verification according to the enhanced verification method to verify the authenticity of the user's identity for the payment, and if the enhanced verification passes, continues the payment flow to complete the payment. In this process, the implementation of enhanced verification is carried out by the electronic wallet platform on the terminal equipment manufacturer's side, but the determination of the enhanced verification method is entrusted to the payment transfer platform and verification decision platform on the payment transfer side, and the payment transfer side itself is responsible for the transfer of the payment, resulting in a higher security factor, stronger risk management, and higher security of the enhanced verification corresponding to the enhanced verification method obtained by the decision, thereby improving the security of the payment.

[0046] In some embodiments, before the settlement transfer platform receives a verification decision request in step S301, the settlement transfer platform may receive a transaction request, which includes a settlement identifier and an e-wallet identifier. The transaction request is used to initiate a settlement. The e-wallet identifier is used to identify the e-wallet, and it can be considered that e-wallets on different terminal equipment manufacturers are different, i.e., e-wallet identifiers corresponding to different terminal equipment manufacturers are different, and the e-wallet identifier may be used to identify the terminal equipment manufacturer. The settlement identifier is used to determine the settlement method, and the settlement identifier may include a settlement card identifier or a settlement application identifier. If the settlement identifier includes a settlement card identifier, for example, a bank card settlement token, the settlement method indicates that the settlement is made using a settlement card linked to the e-wallet. If the settlement identifier includes a settlement application identifier, the settlement method indicates that the settlement is made using the barcode settlement function of a settlement application embedded in the e-wallet. Correspondingly, in step S301 above, the receipt of a verification decision request by the payment transfer platform by the electronic wallet platform based on the barcode payment function of the payment application incorporated into the electronic wallet can be specifically subdivided into receiving a verification decision request by the electronic wallet platform when the payment identifier in the transaction request includes a payment application identifier, the payment application identifier indicates the payment application. When the payment identifier in the transaction request includes a payment application identifier, the transaction request further includes a user identifier, which is used to determine the user of the payment in the subsequent payment process, for example, the user identifier may include a user's mobile phone number or other identifiers that can identify the user. In embodiments of the present invention, it is possible to distinguish between payment card payments of the electronic wallet itself and barcode payments of payment applications incorporated into the electronic wallet through the payment identifier in the transaction request.Only when the payment is a barcode payment using a payment application embedded in an electronic wallet, is the decision of the enhanced verification method delegated to the payment transfer platform and the verification decision platform, and the decision made by the payment transfer side. If the payment identifier in the transaction request includes a payment card identifier, the electronic wallet platform can execute the normal payment flow of the electronic wallet, and there is no need to delegate the decision of the enhanced verification method to the payment transfer platform and the verification decision platform.

[0047] In some cases, after a payment transfer platform receives a transaction request, it can further feed transaction information back to the e-wallet platform, and this transaction information may include order information for the current payment. When a payment is made using a payment card linked to an e-wallet, the payment transfer platform feeds back the order information for the payment card to the e-wallet platform. When a payment is made using the barcode payment function of a payment application embedded in an e-wallet, the payment transfer platform feeds back the order information for the payment application to the e-wallet platform, and this order information may include information such as payment code, order number, merchant name, and order type. For example, in a scanned payment, the order information may include the payment code. In a primary scanned payment, the order information may include the order number, merchant name, etc.

[0048] In the above embodiment, the barcode payment function of the payment application incorporated into the electronic wallet may include a scannable payment function and a primary scannable payment function. Under the operation of the scannable payment function, the electronic wallet of the terminal device is capable of displaying a payment code, and the payment is initiated when the receiving party scans the payment code using the merchant's equipment, i.e., a scannable payment. Under the operation of the primary scannable payment function, the terminal device initiates payment by scanning the receipt code presented by the receiving party, i.e., a primary scannable payment.

[0049] In a scan-based settlement scenario, before the settlement transfer platform receives the transaction request, the e-wallet platform may send a payment code request to the settlement transfer platform and request a payment code. The settlement transfer platform receives the payment code request sent by the e-wallet platform and, in response to the payment code request, sends a payment code to the e-wallet platform, causing the e-wallet platform to provide the payment code to the e-wallet in the terminal device, making the e-wallet able to display the payment code. The payment code may be generated by the settlement transfer platform or obtained from a server for which the settlement transfer platform generates payment codes, but is not limited herein. The transaction request is triggered when the merchant device scans the payment code displayed by the e-wallet in the terminal device and is sent to the settlement transfer platform via the acquiring server. That is, the merchant device scans the payment code displayed by the e-wallet in the terminal device, the merchant device cooperates with the acquiring server, and the acquiring server sends a transaction request for the settlement triggered by the payment code to the settlement transfer platform.

[0050] In the main scan payment scenario, a transaction request is triggered when the electronic wallet in the terminal device scans the receipt code and is transmitted to the payment transfer platform via the electronic wallet platform. That is, the terminal device scans the receipt code on the receipt side, triggering a transaction request, the terminal device sends the transaction request to the electronic wallet platform, the electronic wallet platform sends the transaction request to the payment transfer platform, and the payment transfer platform receives the transaction request. The receipt code on the receipt side may be obtained in advance by requesting it from the payment transfer platform, or by requesting it in advance from a server for generating payment codes, and is not limited to these methods.

[0051] A second aspect of the present invention provides a payment enhancement verification method applicable to an electronic wallet platform, i.e., the payment enhancement verification method may be performed by the electronic wallet platform. Figure 5 is a flowchart of a payment enhancement verification method provided by one embodiment of the second aspect of the present invention, and as shown in Figure 5, the payment enhancement verification method may include steps S401 to S404.

[0052] In step S401, when a payment is initiated, a verification decision request is sent to the payment transfer platform based on the barcode payment function of the payment application embedded in the electronic wallet, and the payment transfer platform generates a decision application request based on the verification decision request and sends it to the verification decision platform.

[0053] In some cases, a verification decision request includes terminal user-related information. A decision request includes terminal user-related information and user transaction-related information. The user transaction-related information corresponds to the user indicated by the terminal user-related information within the settlement transfer platform.

[0054] Terminal user-related information may include, but is not limited to, one or more items from terminal device information, terminal network environment information, account information, and terminal user usage habit information. For specific details, please refer to the relevant descriptions in the above embodiments, which will not be repeated here.

[0055] User transaction-related information may include, but is not limited to, one or more of the following: transaction user information, user risk level information, and settlement information. For specific details, please refer to the relevant descriptions in the above embodiments, which will not be repeated here.

[0056] In step S402, the enhanced verification method transmitted by the payment transfer platform is received.

[0057] The enhanced verification method is determined by the verification decision platform based on the decision request. Specifically, the enhanced verification method is determined by the verification decision platform based on the decision request and pre-configured decision rules. For specific details, please refer to the relevant explanations in the above embodiment and will not be repeated here.

[0058] In some examples, enhanced verification methods include unverified direct pass, unverified direct exit, or verified. Verified may include, but is not limited to, one or more of the following: payment password verification, authentication code verification, and biometric verification.

[0059] In step S403, the system works in conjunction with terminal equipment to perform enhanced verification according to the enhanced verification method and obtain the verification results.

[0060] In step S404, the verification results are fed back to the settlement transfer platform, and if the settlement transfer platform indicates that the verification results have passed the enhanced verification, it cooperates with the resource management server to complete the settlement.

[0061] For the specific details of steps S401 to S404 described above, please refer to the relevant explanations in the above embodiment, and they will not be repeated here.

[0062] In an embodiment of the present invention, when a payment is initiated, the electronic wallet platform sends a verification decision request to the payment transfer platform based on the barcode payment function of the payment application embedded in the electronic wallet. The payment transfer platform generates a decision application request based on the verification decision request and sends the decision application request to the verification decision platform. The verification decision platform assigns an enhanced verification method appropriate for the current payment based on the decision application request. The electronic wallet platform can receive the enhanced verification method transferred by the payment transfer platform, performs enhanced verification according to the enhanced verification method, verifies the authenticity of the user's identity for the payment, and, if the enhanced verification passes, continues the payment flow to complete the payment. In this process, the implementation of enhanced verification is performed by the electronic wallet platform on the terminal equipment manufacturer's side, but the determination of the enhanced verification method is entrusted to the payment transfer platform and verification decision platform on the payment transfer side. The payment transfer side itself is responsible for the transfer of the payment, resulting in a higher security factor, stronger risk management, and increased security of the enhanced verification corresponding to the enhanced verification method obtained by the decision, thereby improving the security of the payment.

[0063] In some embodiments, prior to step S401, the e-wallet platform may further send a transaction request to the payment transfer platform, the transaction request including a payment identifier and an e-wallet identifier. Correspondingly, sending a verification decision request to the payment transfer platform in step S401, based on the barcode payment function of the payment application incorporated in the e-wallet, can be specifically subdivided into sending a verification decision request to the payment transfer platform when the payment identifier in the transaction request includes a payment application identifier. When the payment identifier in the transaction request includes a payment application identifier, the transaction request further includes a user identifier. The specific details of this part are to be seen in the relevant descriptions in the embodiments above and will not be repeated here.

[0064] In some embodiments, step S403 specifically involves sending a verification instruction to a terminal device based on an enhanced verification method. The terminal device receives verification information collected in response to the verification instruction. This step can be further subdivided into matching the verification information with verification standard information to obtain a verification result. For specific details of this part, please refer to the relevant descriptions in the embodiments described above, and will not be repeated here.

[0065] In the above embodiment, a payment initiated based on the barcode payment function of a payment application incorporated into an electronic wallet may include a scanned payment and a primary scanned payment.

[0066] In a scan-based payment scenario, before the e-wallet platform sends a verification decision request to the payment transfer platform, the e-wallet platform may further send a payment code request to the payment transfer platform. The payment transfer platform receives the payment code it provides in response to the payment code request. The payment code is sent to the terminal device, causing the e-wallet in the terminal device to display the payment code. The specific details of this part are described in the relevant descriptions in the embodiments above and are not repeated here.

[0067] In the primary scan settlement scenario, before the e-wallet platform sends a transaction request to the settlement transfer platform, the e-wallet platform can further receive a transaction initiation request sent by a terminal device, which is triggered when the e-wallet in the terminal device scans the receipt code. Accordingly, the sending of a transaction request by the e-wallet platform to the settlement transfer platform can be specifically subdivided into sending a transaction request to the settlement transfer platform in response to the transaction initiation request. For the specific details of this part, please refer to the relevant descriptions in the above embodiment and will not be repeated here.

[0068] To facilitate understanding, a specific example is given below to illustrate a payment flow employing the payment enhancement verification method in an embodiment of the present invention between an electronic wallet platform, a payment transfer platform, and a verification decision platform. [0072] In step a4, the e-wallet platform sends a verification decision request to the payment transfer platform.

[0073] In step a5, the payment transfer platform sends a decision request to the verification decision platform, requesting the verification decision platform to make a decision on the enhanced verification method.

[0076] In step a8, the e-wallet platform performs enhanced verification on the payment user according to the enhanced verification method and obtains the verification results.

[0077] In step a9, the e-wallet platform sends the verification results to the payment transfer platform.

[0078] In step a10, the payment transfer platform determines whether or not to proceed with the payment based on the verification results.

[0079] If the verification result indicates that the enhanced verification has been passed, the transaction will continue. If the verification result indicates that the enhanced verification has not been passed, the transaction will be stopped.

[0080] The payment transfer platform can work in conjunction with the resource management server, allowing the resource management server to complete the payment deduction.

[0081] For specific details of steps a1 to a10 described above, please refer to the relevant descriptions in the above embodiment, as they will not be repeated here.

[0082] The enhanced payment verification in embodiments of the present invention is primarily used in barcode payment scenarios of the barcode payment function of payment applications in electronic wallets, and barcode payments can include scanned payments and primary scanned payments. Scanned payments are commonly used in scenarios where there are strict requirements for settlement time and the merchant qualifications are good, such as large supermarkets and chain stores. Primary scanned payments are commonly used in scenarios such as small-scale merchant consumption and online payments. [0093] In step b9, the e-wallet platform performs enhanced verification on payment users according to the enhanced verification method and obtains the verification results.

[0094] In step b10, the e-wallet platform sends the verification results to the payment transfer platform.

[0095] In step b11, if the verification result indicates that the enhanced verification has been passed, the payment transfer platform can complete the payment deduction.

[0096] The payment transfer platform can work in conjunction with the resource management server, allowing the resource management server to complete the payment deduction.

[0097] In step b12, the payment transfer platform feeds the payment result back to the e-wallet platform, and the payment result indicates whether the payment was successful or not.

[0098] In step b13, the payment transfer platform feeds the payment result back to the merchant equipment.

[0114] A third aspect of the present invention provides a payment enhancement verification device applicable to a payment transfer platform. Figure 9 is a schematic diagram of the structure of a payment enhancement verification device provided in one embodiment of the third aspect of the present invention, and as shown in Figure 9, the payment enhancement verification device 500 may include a receiving module 501, a request generation module 502, and a transmission module 503.

[0115] The receiving module 501 is used to receive verification decision requests that the e-wallet platform sends based on the barcode payment function of the payment application built into the e-wallet when a payment is initiated, and the e-wallet platform includes the backend server of the e-wallet that is standard on the terminal device.

[0116] The request generation module 502 is used to generate a decision application request based on the verification decision request.

[0117] The transmission module 503 is used to send a decision request to the verification decision platform.

[0118] The receiving module 501 is further used to receive enhanced verification schemes that the verification decision platform provides as feedback in response to a decision request.

[0119] In some examples, enhanced verification methods include unverified direct pass, unverified direct exit, or verified. Verified methods include one or more of the following: payment password verification, authentication code verification, and biometric verification.

[0120] The transmitting module 503 is further used to transmit an enhanced verification scheme to the e-wallet platform, so that the e-wallet platform can perform enhanced verification according to the enhanced verification scheme and obtain verification results.

[0121] The transmission module 503 is further used to complete the settlement in cooperation with the resource management server when the verification result indicates that the enhanced verification has been passed.

[0122] In an embodiment of the present invention, when a payment is initiated, the payment transfer platform on the payment transfer side receives a verification decision request transmitted by the electronic wallet platform based on the barcode payment function of the payment application embedded in the electronic wallet, generates a decision application request based on the verification decision request, and transmits the decision application request to the verification decision platform, which then assigns an enhanced verification method appropriate for the current payment based on the decision application request.

[0123] In some embodiments, the receiving module 501 is further used to receive transaction requests, which include a settlement identifier and an e-wallet identifier.

The settlement application identifier indicates the settlement application. The transaction request further includes a user identifier.

[0125] In some embodiments, the verification decision request includes terminal user-related information. The request generation module 502 is used to obtain user transaction-related information corresponding to the user indicated by the terminal user-related information in the settlement transfer platform, and to generate a decision request based on the verification decision request and the user transaction-related information. The decision request request includes terminal user-related information and user transaction-related information.

[0126] In some cases, terminal user-related information includes one or more items from terminal device information, terminal network environment information, account information, and terminal user usage habit information.

[0127] In some cases, user transaction-related information includes one or more of the following: transaction user information, user risk level information, and settlement information.

[0129] The receiving module 501 is further used to receive payment code requests transmitted by the e-wallet platform.

[0130] The transmitting module 503 is further used to send a payment code to the e-wallet platform in response to a payment code request, so that the e-wallet platform can provide the payment code to the e-wallet in the terminal device.

[0131] In some embodiments, a transaction request is triggered when an electronic wallet in a terminal device scans a receipt code and is transmitted to a payment transfer platform through an electronic wallet platform.

[0132] A fourth aspect of the present invention provides a payment enhancement verification device applicable to an electronic wallet platform, the electronic wallet platform including a backend server for an electronic wallet that is standard on terminal devices.

[0148] The transmitting module 601 is further used to transmit a payment code to a terminal device so that the electronic wallet in the terminal device displays the payment code.

[0149] In some embodiments, the receiving module 602 is further used to receive transaction initiation requests transmitted by terminal equipment. Transaction initiation requests are triggered when the electronic wallet in the terminal equipment scans the receipt code.
