Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] This application claims priority to Chinese Patent Application No. 202210531048.X, entitled "HINGE MECHANISM AND FOLDABLE DEVICE," filed with the State Intellectual Property Office of China on May 16, 2022, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.

[0002] TECHNICAL FIELD Embodiments of the present application relate to the field of electronic device technology, and in particular to hinge mechanisms and foldable devices. [Background technology]

[0003] With the development of screen technology, flexible displays are increasingly being used in electronic devices. Foldable devices with flexible displays (e.g., electronic devices such as foldable mobile phones, foldable tablets, or foldable computers) are expected to maintain a good appearance when folded and unfolded, with a reliable and easy-to-use operating experience.

[0004] The foldable device includes a flexible display, two housings, and a hinge mechanism. The hinge mechanism may be folded and unfolded. The two housings are fastened to either side of the hinge mechanism and configured to mount and support the flexible display. The two housings and the flexible display mounted to the housings may be folded and unfolded together with the hinge mechanism. In the process of using the foldable device, the flexible display needs to be frequently folded together with the foldable device for a long period of time. As a result, the lifespan of the flexible display is shortened.

[0005] Therefore, how to design the hinge mechanism to ensure that the flexible display is not pulled during the folding process is currently an urgent problem to be solved. Summary of the Invention

[0006] The embodiments of the present application provide a hinge mechanism and a foldable device. Based on the structural design of the foldable assembly with the hinge mechanism, a display-accommodating space that is expanded at the end and used to fold the flexible display can be formed, and the formed display-accommodating space is large, has a stable shape, and has a small tolerance, so that the risk of damage to the flexible display during the folding process can be reduced. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] According to a first aspect of the present application, there is provided a hinge mechanism including a main shaft assembly, a folding assembly, and a support assembly. The folding assembly can rotate relative to the main shaft assembly so that the hinge mechanism can be switched between an unfolded state and a folded state. The folding assembly includes guide rod arms, support arms, and connecting frames. The guide rod arms include a first guide rod arm and a second guide rod arm. The support arms include a first support arm and a second support arm. The connecting frames include a first connecting frame and a second connecting frame. The first guide rod arm, the first support arm, and the first connecting frame are located on one side of the main shaft assembly. The second guide rod arm, the second support arm, and the second connecting frame are located on the other side of the main shaft assembly. One end of the first support arm is rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly, and the other end of the first support arm is rotatably connected to the first connecting frame via a first arc-shaped sliding groove and a first arc-shaped arm slidably fitted into the first arc-shaped sliding groove. The first arc-shaped sliding groove and the first arc-shaped arm are respectively disposed on the other end of the first support arm and the first connecting frame. One end of the first guide rod arm is rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly, and the other end of the first guide rod arm is slidably connected to the first connecting frame. The rotation axis about which the first support arm rotates relative to the main shaft assembly and the rotation axis about which the first guide rod arm rotates relative to the main shaft assembly are different and parallel to each other. One end of the second support arm is rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly, and the other end of the second support arm is rotatably connected to the second connecting frame via a second arc-shaped sliding groove and a second arc-shaped arm slidably fitted into the second arc-shaped sliding groove. The second arc-shaped sliding groove and the second arc-shaped arm are disposed on the other end of the second support arm and the second connecting frame. One end of the second guide rod arm is rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly, and the other end of the second guide rod arm is slidably connected to the second connecting frame. The axis of rotation about which the second support arm rotates relative to the main shaft assembly is different from the axis of rotation about which the second guide rod arm rotates relative to the main shaft assembly and are parallel to each other. The support assemblies include a first support plate and a second support plate positioned on either side of the main shaft assembly and configured to support a flexible display. The first support plate is fastened to the first support arm on the same side as the first support plate, and the second support plate is fastened to the second support arm on the same side as the second support plate. When the first connection frame and the second connection frame rotate toward each other, the first connection frame and the second connection frame slide away from the first guide rod arm and the second guide rod arm, respectively, and the first support arm and the second support arm rotate relative to the first connection frame and the second connection frame, respectively, causing the ends of the first support plate and the second support plate that are closer to the main shaft assembly to move separately away from the main shaft assembly. When the hinge mechanism is in the folded state, the surface of each of the first and second support plates used to support the flexible display is at an acute angle to the main shaft assembly, and the first and second support plates and the main shaft assembly together enclose a display-receiving space.

[0008] According to the hinge mechanism of the present application, the main shaft assembly, the first support arm, the first guide rod arm, and the first connecting frame form a guide rod mechanism, and the main shaft assembly, the second support arm, the second guide rod arm, and the second connecting frame form a guide rod mechanism. The first support plate and the second support plate are fastened to the first support arm and the second support arm, respectively, and can rotate together with the first support arm and the second support arm, respectively. When the hinge mechanism is switched to a folding state, a display receiving space can be formed between the first support plate and the second support plate, which is expanded at the end and used to fold the flexible display. The first support plate is rigidly coupled to the first support arm, and the rotation angle of the first support plate matches the rotation angle of the first support arm. The second support plate is rigidly coupled to the second support arm, and the rotation angle of the second support plate matches the rotation angle of the second support arm. This reduces the tolerance of the included angle between the first support plate and the second support plate, which is caused by instability of the relative position between the first support plate and the first support arm and the relative position between the second support plate and the second support arm. In addition, because the movement of the first support plate only needs to be controlled by the rotation of the first support arm, and the movement of the second support plate only needs to be controlled by the rotation of the second support arm, the control chain for controlling the movement of the first support plate and the second support plate is shortened. This helps to more accurately control the movement of the first support plate and the second support plate. In addition, since the angle between the first support plate and the second support plate is more stable and has a smaller tolerance, the shape of the formed display accommodating space is more stable and the risk of damage to the flexible display can be reduced. In addition, the first connecting frame is rotatably connected to the first support arm via the first arc-shaped sliding groove and the first arc-shaped arm, and the rotation axis about which the first connecting frame rotates relative to the first support arm is located outside the first connecting frame and the first support arm.The second connection frame is rotatably connected to the second support arm via the second arc-shaped sliding groove and the second arc-shaped arm, and the rotation axis around which the second connection frame rotates relative to the second support arm is located outside the second connection frame and the second support arm. When the hinge mechanism is switched to the folded state, the end of the first support arm connected to the first connection frame and the end of the second support arm connected to the second connection frame approach each other, thereby increasing the rotation angle of the first support arm and the first support plate fastened to the first support arm, and the rotation angle of the second support arm and the second support plate fastened to the second support arm. In this way, the included angle between the first support plate and the second support plate is increased, and the display-accommodating space formed between the first support plate, the second support plate, and the main shaft assembly is increased. When the mating relationships between the first guide rod arm, the second guide rod arm, the first support arm, the second support arm, and the main shaft assembly remain unchanged, and the mating relationships between the first guide rod arm, the second guide rod arm, the first connecting frame, and the second connecting frame remain unchanged, the display accommodating space can be increased without disposing a rotatable connecting structure in which the first support plate and the first support arm rotate relative to each other and the second support plate and the second support arm rotate relative to each other. Therefore, the hinge mechanism has a simple structure and is convenient to assemble.

[0009] In one possible embodiment, when the first connecting frame and the second connecting frame rotate toward each other, the first arc-shaped arm slides clockwise along the first arc-shaped sliding groove, and the second arc-shaped arm slides counterclockwise along the second arc-shaped sliding groove.

The first constraint structure is configured to constrain the movement trajectory of the end of the first minor support plate remote from the first support plate. The second constraint structure is configured to constrain the movement trajectory of the end of the second minor support plate remote from the second support plate. When the hinge mechanism is switched from the unfolded state to the folded state, the end of the first minor support plate connected to the first support plate and the end of the second minor support plate connected to the second support plate move separately in a direction away from the main shaft assembly. In addition, as the first minor support plate and the second minor support plate rotate relative to the first support plate and the second support plate, respectively, the end of the first minor support plate away from the first support plate and the end of the second minor support plate away from the second support plate rotate relative to the main shaft assembly under the constraints of the first constraint structure and the second constraint structure, respectively, and move toward opposite sides of the main shaft assembly. When the hinge mechanism is in the folded state, the surfaces of the first minor support plate and the second minor support plate used to support the flexible display form an obtuse angle with respect to the main shaft assembly. The first minor support plate, the second minor support plate, the first support plate, the second support plate, and the main shaft assembly together enclose a display-receiving space.

[0020] In one possible embodiment, when the hinge mechanism is switched from the unfolded state to the folded state, the angle through which the first secondary support plate rotates relative to the main shaft assembly is smaller than the angle through which the first connecting frame rotates relative to the main shaft assembly, and the angle through which the second secondary support plate rotates relative to the main shaft assembly is smaller than the angle through which the second connecting frame rotates relative to the main shaft assembly.

Alternatively / in addition, the second constraint structure includes a second torsion spring and a second limiting portion disposed on the main shaft assembly. The second torsion spring is disposed between the second secondary support plate and the second support plate. The second torsion spring is configured to provide a force for rotating the second secondary support plate toward the second support portion. When the hinge mechanism is switched from the unfolded state to the folded state, the second limiting portion is configured to allow the second secondary support plate to rotate relative to the second support plate in a direction away from the second support portion.

[0023] In one possible embodiment, the first constraint structure includes a first sliding shaft disposed at an end of the first secondary support plate remote from the first support plate and a first track slot disposed in the main shaft assembly. Alternatively / in addition, a second track slot is provided in the main shaft assembly. An end of the second track slot that is closer to the central axis of the main shaft assembly is open. An end of the second track slot that is farther from the central axis of the main shaft assembly is sealed. The end of the second track slot that is closer to the central axis of the main shaft assembly is used for the second sliding shaft to move in and out. The flexible display 100 may include a first display area 110, a second display area 120, and a third display area 130 connected in series. The first display area 110 is fastened to the first housing 210, and the third display area 130 is fastened to the second housing 220. The first display area 110 and the third display area 130 may be fastened to each other by adhesive or the like, and the hinge mechanism 300 is configured to support the second display area 120. The flexible display 100 may be configured to display images and may be used as a virtual keyboard for inputting information.

[0036] For example, the flexible display 100 may be an organic light emitting diode display, an active matrix organic light emitting diode display, an active matrix organic light emitting diode display, a mini light emitting diode display, a micro light emitting diode display, a micro organic light emitting diode display, or a quantum dot light emitting diode display.

[0037] See Figures 1 and 2. In this embodiment of the present application, the hinge mechanism 300 may be switched between an unfolded state and a folded state. When the hinge mechanism 300 is in the unfolded state, the first housing 210, the second housing 220, and the flexible display 100 may be unfolded. In this case, the first housing 210 and the second housing 220 may be at an angle of approximately 180° (some deviation is allowed, for example, 165°, 177°, or 185°), the second display area 120 of the flexible display 100 may be unfolded, and the first display area 110 and the third display area 130 may be in the same plane (some deviation is allowed). When the hinge mechanism 300 is in the folded state, the first housing 210, the second housing 220, and the flexible display 100 may be folded. In this case, the first housing 210 and the second housing 220 may be completely folded parallel to each other (some deviations may be allowed), or the second display area 120 of the flexible display 100 may be folded and deformed, and the first display area 110 and the third display area 130 may be folded parallel to each other (some deviations may be allowed). Of course, the hinge mechanism 300 also has intermediate states in the process of switching between the unfolded state and the folded state. The hinge mechanism 300 may be switched between the unfolded state and the folded state, causing the first housing 210, the second housing 220, and the flexible display 100 to move accordingly to fold or unfold the foldable device.

[0038] It should be noted that the foldable device may include one hinge mechanism 300, one first housing 210, and one second housing 220, which are separately fastened to opposite sides of the hinge mechanism 300. The first housing 210 and the second housing 220 may be stacked by rotating them toward each other, or may be rotated away from each other until they are flush with each other (some misalignment is allowed). In this case, the foldable device may be folded into two layers.

[0039] Alternatively, the foldable device may include two or more first housings 210 arranged in parallel, with one second housing 220 disposed between two adjacent first housings 210, and each first housing 210 connected to the adjacent second housing 220 by using one hinge mechanism 300. In this case, the foldable device may be folded into three or more layers. For example, the foldable device may include two first housings 210 and one second housing 220. The second housing 220 is disposed between the two first housings 210. Two sides of the second housing 220 are rotatably connected to one first housing 210 by separately using one hinge mechanism 300. The two first housings may be rotated toward each other relative to the stacked second housing 220, or alternatively rotated away from each other relative to the second housing 220 so as to be flush with the second housing 220 (some misalignment is permitted). In this case, the foldable device may be folded into three layers.

[0040] FIG. 3 is a schematic diagram of another foldable device according to an embodiment of the present application in an unfolded state.

[0041] As shown in FIG. 3 , the hinge mechanism 300 includes a main shaft assembly 310 and a foldable assembly 320. The foldable assembly 320 is connected to the main shaft assembly 310. The foldable assembly 320 can rotate relative to the main shaft assembly 310 so that the hinge mechanism 300 can be switched between an unfolded state and a folded state. Opposite sides of the foldable assembly 320 are fastened to the first housing 210 and the second housing 220, respectively, on either side of the hinge mechanism 300. It will be appreciated that connections configured to fasten the first housing 210 to the second housing 220 are disposed on the foldable assembly 320. The portions of the foldable assembly 320 located on either side of the main shaft assembly 310 can rotate relative to the main shaft assembly 310, thereby allowing the foldable assembly 320 to be folded and unfolded. In this case, the hinge mechanism 300 can be switched between a folded state and an unfolded state.

[0042] To prevent the flexible display 100 from expanding or contracting, the foldable assembly 320 of the hinge mechanism 300 may be extended or contracted in the rotation process so that the length of the foldable assembly 320 varies depending on the state of the hinge mechanism 300. Specifically, in the process of folding the foldable device, the foldable assembly 320 of the hinge mechanism 300 is continuously extended, causing the first housing 210 and the second housing 220 fastened to both sides of the foldable assembly 320 to move continuously away from the main shaft assembly 310. In this way, the risk of the flexible display 100 being compressed can be reduced. In the process of unfolding the foldable device, the foldable assembly 320 of the hinge mechanism 300 is continuously shortened, causing the first housing 210 and the second housing 220 fastened to both sides of the foldable assembly 320 to move continuously closer to the main shaft assembly 310. In this way, the risk of the flexible display 100 being stretched can be reduced.

[0043] FIG. 4 is a schematic diagram of a foldable device in the prior art in a folded state.

[0044] 4, in a conventional hinge mechanism 300a, the flexible display 100 may be supported by using two movable support plates 331a, each located on either side of a main shaft assembly 310a, and the two movable support plates 331a are movably mounted on a foldable assembly 320a. For example, one end of the movable support plate 331a may be rotatably connected to an end of the foldable assembly 320a that is remote from the main shaft assembly 310a, and the other end of the movable support plate 331a may be slidably connected to an end of the foldable assembly 320a that is closer to the main shaft assembly 310a, or may be slidably connected to the main shaft assembly 310a. In addition, the movable support plate 331a may rotate relative to the end of the foldable assembly 320a that is closer to the main shaft assembly 310a, or may rotate relative to the main shaft assembly 310a. The relative position and included angle between the movable support plate 331a and the foldable assembly 320a are changed by rotation and extension and contraction of the foldable assembly 320a during the unfolding and folding processes, so that after the hinge mechanism 300a is folded, a display accommodating space expanded at the end can be formed between the movable support plate 331a on both sides of the main shaft assembly 310a and the main shaft assembly 310a.

[0045] However, when the movable support plate 331a and the foldable assembly 320a are movably attached, a gap between the movable support plate 331a and the foldable assembly 320a causes the position of the movable support plate 331a to become unstable, resulting in a tolerance in the included angle between the two movable support plates 331a. In addition, when the hinge mechanism 300a switches between the folded state and the unfolded state, the extension and contraction of the foldable assembly 320a needs to be controlled by the rotation of the foldable assembly 320a. The movement of the movable support plate 331a, which is movably attached to the foldable assembly 320a, needs to be controlled by the extension and contraction and rotation of the foldable assembly 320a. In other words, when the movement of the movable support plate 331a needs to be controlled, the extension and contraction of the foldable assembly 320a is first controlled by the rotation of the foldable assembly 320a, and then the movement of the movable support plate 331a is controlled by the extension and contraction of the foldable assembly 320a and the rotation of the foldable assembly 320a. In this way, it is difficult to control the length of the control chain of the movable support plate 331a movably attached to the foldable assembly 320a and the position of the movable support plate 331a during the movement process. As a result, the angle between the two movable support plates 331a is unstable and has a large tolerance. This makes the shape of the display accommodating space unstable and increases the risk of damaging the flexible display.

[0046] Figure 5 is a schematic diagram of a hinge mechanism in an unfolded state according to an embodiment of the present application, Figure 6 is a schematic diagram of a hinge mechanism in a folded state according to an embodiment of the present application, and Figure 7 is a schematic diagram of a flexible display folded when the hinge mechanism is in a folded state according to an embodiment of the present application.

[0047] To solve the aforementioned problems, one embodiment of the present application provides a hinge mechanism 300 including a main shaft assembly 310, a folding assembly 320, and a support assembly 330, as shown in FIGS. 5 to 7 and 3. The folding assembly 320 can rotate relative to the main shaft assembly 310 so that the hinge mechanism 300 can be switched between an unfolded state and a folded state. The folding assembly 320 includes guide rod arms, support arms, and connecting frames. The guide rod arms include a first guide rod arm 325 and a second guide rod arm 326. The support arms include a first support arm 323 and a second support arm 324. The connecting frames include a first connecting frame 321 and a second connecting frame 322. The first guide rod arm 325, the first support arm 323, and the first connecting frame 321 are distributed on one side of the main shaft assembly 310. The second guide rod arm 326, the second support arm 324, and the second connecting frame 322 are distributed on the other side of the main shaft assembly 310. One end of the first support arm 323 is rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310, and the other end of the first support arm 323 is rotatably connected to the first connecting frame 321 via a first arc-shaped sliding groove 341 and a first arc-shaped arm 343 that slidably fits into the first arc-shaped sliding groove 341. The first arc-shaped sliding groove 341 and the first arc-shaped arm 343 are disposed on the other end of the first support arm 323 and the first connecting frame 321. One end of the first guide rod arm 325 is rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310, and the other end of the first guide rod arm 325 is slidably connected to the first connecting frame 321. The axis of rotation about which the first support arm 323 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310 and the axis of rotation about which the first guide rod arm 325 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310 are different and parallel to each other. One end of the second support arm 324 is rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310, and the other end of the second support arm 324 is rotatably connected to the second connecting frame 322 via a second arc-shaped sliding groove 342 and a second arc-shaped arm 344 that slidably fits into the second arc-shaped sliding groove 342. The second arc-shaped sliding groove 342 and the second arc-shaped arm 344 are disposed on the other end of the second support arm 324 and the second connecting frame 322. One end of the second guide rod arm 326 is rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310, and the other end of the second guide rod arm 326 is slidably connected to the second connecting frame 322. The rotation axis about which the second support arm 324 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310 and the rotation axis about which the second guide rod arm 326 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310 are different from but parallel to each other. The support assembly 330 includes a first support plate 332 and a second support plate 333, each positioned on either side of the main shaft assembly 310, and configured to support the flexible display 100. The first support plate 332 is fastened to a first support arm 323 on the same side as the first support plate 332, and the second support plate 333 is fastened to a second support arm 324 on the same side as the second support plate 333. When the first connection frame 321 and the second connection frame 322 rotate toward each other, the first connection frame 321 and the second connection frame 322 slide in directions away from the first guide rod arm 325 and the second guide rod arm 326, respectively, and the first support arm 323 and the second support arm 324 rotate relative to the first connection frame 321 and the second connection frame 322, respectively, causing the ends of the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333 that are closer to the main shaft assembly 310 to move separately in directions away from the main shaft assembly 310. When the hinge mechanism 300 is in the folded state, the surfaces of the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333 that are used to support the flexible display 100 form an acute angle with the main shaft assembly 310.The first support plate 332, the second support plate 333, and the main shaft assembly 310 together enclose a display-receiving space.

[0048] FIG. 8 is a simplified diagram of the main shaft assembly, the first guide rod arm, the first support arm, and the first connecting frame of the hinge mechanism connected together according to an embodiment of the present application.

[0049] 8 , the main shaft assembly 310, the first support arm 323, the first guide rod arm 325, and the first connecting frame 321 form a guide rod mechanism. Similarly, the main shaft assembly 310, the second support arm 324, the second guide rod arm 326, and the second connecting frame 322 form a guide rod mechanism. The first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333 are fastened to the first support arm 323 and the second support arm 324, respectively, and can rotate together with the first support arm 323 and the second support arm 324, respectively. When the hinge mechanism 300 is switched to the folding state, a display accommodating space can be formed between the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333, which is expanded at the end and used to fold the flexible display 100. The first support plate 332 is strongly connected to the first support arm 323, and the rotation angle of the first support plate 332 matches the rotation angle of the first support arm 323, and the second support plate 333 is strongly connected to the second support arm 324, and the rotation angle of the second support plate 333 matches the rotation angle of the second support arm 324, thereby reducing the tolerance of the included angle between the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333, which is caused by the instability of the relative position between the first support plate 332 and the first support arm 323 and the instability of the relative position between the second support plate 333 and the second support arm 324. In addition, because the movement of the first support plate 332 only needs to be controlled by rotating the first support arm 323, and the movement of the second support plate 333 only needs to be controlled by rotating the second support arm 324, the control chain for controlling the movement of the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333 is shortened. This helps to more accurately control the movement of the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333. In addition, because the angle between the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333 is more stable and has a smaller tolerance, the shape of the formed display accommodating space is more stable, and the risk of damage to the flexible display 100 can be reduced. In addition, the first connection frame 321 is rotatably connected to the first support arm 323 via the first arc-shaped sliding groove 341 and the first arc-shaped arm 343, and the rotation axis about which the first connection frame 321 rotates relative to the first support arm 323 is located outside the first connection frame 321 and the first support arm 323. The second connection frame 322 is rotatably connected to the second support arm 324 via the second arc-shaped sliding groove 342 and the second arc-shaped arm 344, and the rotation axis about which the second connection frame 322 rotates relative to the second support arm 324 is located outside the second connection frame 322 and the second support arm 324. When the hinge mechanism 300 is switched to the folded state, the end of the first support arm 323 connected to the first connection frame 321 and the end of the second support arm 324 connected to the second connection frame 322 approach the middle, so that the rotation angle of the first support arm 323 and the first support plate 332 fastened to the first support arm 323, and the rotation angle of the second support arm 324 and the second support plate 333 fastened to the second support arm 324 can be increased. In this way, the angle between the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333 is increased, and the display-accommodating space formed between the first support plate 332, the second support plate 333 and the main shaft assembly 310 is increased. When the mating relationships among the first guide rod arm 325, the second guide rod arm 326, the first support arm 323, the second support arm 324, and the main shaft assembly 310 remain unchanged, and the mating relationships among the first guide rod arm 325, the second guide rod arm 326, the first connecting frame 321, and the second connecting frame 322 remain unchanged, the display accommodating space can be increased without disposing a rotatable connecting structure in which the first support plate 332 and the first support arm 323 rotate relative to each other, and the second support plate 333 and the second support arm 324 rotate relative to each other. Therefore, the hinge mechanism 300 has a simple structure and is convenient to assemble.

[0050] In the following, specific embodiments will be used to describe the implementation of the hinge mechanism 300 provided in the embodiment of the present application.

[0051] 3 , in this embodiment of the present application, the hinge mechanism 300 includes a main shaft assembly 310, a foldable assembly 320, and a support assembly 330. The foldable assembly 320 can rotate relative to the main shaft assembly 310 such that the hinge mechanism 300 can be switched between an unfolded state and a folded state. It will be understood that the foldable assembly 320 can be folded or unfolded relative to the main shaft assembly 310 and is configured to fasten the first housing 210 to the second housing 220. The support assembly 330 is attached to the foldable assembly 320 and is configured to support the flexible display 100.

[0052] 5 and 6, the folding assembly 320 includes guide rod arms, support arms, and connecting frames. The guide rod arms include a first guide rod arm 325 and a second guide rod arm 326. The support arms include a first support arm 323 and a second support arm 324. The connecting frames include a first connecting frame 321 and a second connecting frame 322. The first guide rod arm 325, the first support arm 323, and the first connecting frame 321 are located on one side of the main shaft assembly 310. The second guide rod arm 326, the second support arm 324, and the second connecting frame 322 are located on the other side of the main shaft assembly 310. The rotation axis about which the first support arm 323 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310 and the rotation axis about which the first guide rod arm 325 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310 are different from but parallel to each other. One end of the second guide rod arm 326 is rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310, and the other end of the second guide rod arm 326 is slidably connected to the second connecting frame 322.The axis of rotation about which the second support arm 324 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310 and the axis of rotation about which the second guide rod arm 326 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310 are different and parallel to each other.

[0053] It will be understood that the end of the first connection frame 321 remote from the first support arm 323 is fastened to the first housing 210, and the end of the second connection frame 322 remote from the second support arm 324 is fastened to the second housing 220.

[0054] It should be noted that the first arc-shaped sliding groove 341 may be provided on the first support arm 323, and the first arc-shaped arm 343 may be arranged on the first connecting frame 321. Alternatively, the first arc-shaped arm 343 may be arranged on the first support arm 323, and the first arc-shaped sliding groove 341 may be arranged on the first connecting frame 321. The second arc-shaped sliding groove 342 may be provided on the second support arm 324, and the second arc-shaped arm 344 may be arranged on the second connecting frame 322. Alternatively, the second arc-shaped arm 344 may be arranged on the second support arm 324, and the second arc-shaped sliding groove 342 may be arranged on the second connecting frame 322.

[0055] For example, the first arc-shaped sliding groove 341 is provided on the first support arm 323, and the first arc-shaped arm 343 is arranged on the first connecting frame 321, the second arc-shaped sliding groove 342 is provided on the second support arm 324, and the second arc-shaped arm 344 is arranged on the second connecting frame 322.

[0056] It will be understood that each of the first arc-shaped sliding groove 341 and the second arc-shaped sliding groove 342 may be a 1 / 4 arc groove, a 1 / 3 arc groove, a 1 / 2 arc groove, etc. The first arc-shaped arm 343 and the second arc-shaped arm 344 may be a 1 / 4 arc arm, a 1 / 3 arc arm, a 1 / 2 arc arm, etc. The shapes and positions of the first arc-shaped sliding groove 341, the second arc-shaped sliding groove 342, the first arc-shaped arm 343, and the second arc-shaped arm 344 may be adjusted based on the actual circumstances of the application scenario.

[0057] Each groove wall of the first arc-shaped slide groove 341 may be of an integral structure. In this way, the assembly tolerance of the first arc-shaped slide groove 341 can be reduced. The first arc-shaped slide groove 341 may alternatively be formed by assembling a first mechanical component having an arc-shaped recess and a second mechanical component having an arc-shaped protrusion. The arc-shaped recess of the first mechanical component and the arc-shaped protrusion of the second mechanical component are spaced apart to define the first arc-shaped slide groove 341. In this way, the formation of the first arc-shaped slide groove 341 is facilitated.

[0058] The second arc-shaped slide groove 342 may be disposed relative to the first arc-shaped slide groove 341. Each side groove wall of the second arc-shaped slide groove 342 may also be of an integral structure. In this manner, the assembly tolerance of the second arc-shaped slide groove 342 can be reduced. The second arc-shaped slide groove 342 may also be formed by assembling a third mechanical component having an arc-shaped recess and a fourth mechanical component having an arc-shaped protrusion. The arc-shaped recess of the third mechanical component and the arc-shaped protrusion of the fourth mechanical component are spaced apart to define the second arc-shaped slide groove 342. In this manner, the second arc-shaped slide groove 342 can be easily formed.

[0059] The rotation axis around which the first connection frame 321 rotates about the first support arm 323 is located on the outer side of the side of each of the first connection frame 321 and the first support arm 323 that faces the flexible display 100. The rotation axis around which the second connection frame 322 rotates about the second support arm 324 is located on the outer side of the side of each of the second connection frame 322 and the second support arm 324 that faces the flexible display 100.

[0060] 8, the main shaft assembly 310, the first support arm 323, the first guide rod arm 325, and the first connecting frame 321 form a guide rod mechanism. In the process of rotating the first support arm 323 and the first guide rod arm 325 relative to the main shaft assembly 310, the first connecting frame 321 may be rotationally driven, and the first connecting frame 321 may slide along the first guide rod arm 325 to change the distance between the rotation axis around which the first connecting frame 321 rotates around the main shaft assembly 310 and the rotation axis around which the first guide rod arm 325 rotates around the main shaft assembly 310. 8, in the process of switching the hinge mechanism 300 to the folded state, the first guide rod arm 325 and the first support arm 323 both rotate clockwise in FIG. 8, and the first connection frame 321 slides in a direction away from the rotation axis about which the first guide rod arm 325 rotates around the main shaft assembly 310. In the process of switching the hinge mechanism 300 to the unfolded state, the first guide rod arm 325 and the first support arm 323 both rotate counterclockwise in FIG. 8, and the first connection frame 321 slides in a direction toward the rotation axis about which the first guide rod arm 325 rotates around the main shaft assembly 310.

[0061] Similar to the aforementioned fitting relationship and movement principle between the main shaft assembly 310 and the first support arm 323, the first guide rod arm 325, and the first connecting frame 321, the main shaft assembly 310, the second support arm 324, the second guide rod arm 326, and the second connecting frame 322 form a guide rod mechanism. In the process of the second support arm 324 and the second guide rod arm 326 rotating relative to the main shaft assembly 310, the second connecting frame 322 may be rotationally driven, and the second connecting frame 322 may slide along the second guide rod arm 326 to change the distance between the rotation axis around which the second connecting frame 322 rotates around the main shaft assembly 310 and the rotation axis around which the second guide rod arm 326 rotates around the main shaft assembly 310. In the process of the hinge mechanism 300 being switched to the folded state, the second guide rod arm 326 and the first guide rod arm 325 rotate toward each other, the second support arm 324 and the first support arm 323 rotate toward each other, and the second connecting frame 322 and the first connecting frame 321 rotate toward each other.

[0062] 7 , in this embodiment of the present application, the support assembly 330 includes a first support plate 332 and a second support plate 333, which are respectively positioned on either side of the main shaft assembly 310 and configured to support the flexible display 100. The first support plate 332 is fastened to a first support arm 323 on the same side as the first support plate 332, and the second support plate 333 is fastened to a second support arm 324 on the same side as the second support plate 333.

[0063] It will be appreciated that the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333 may be connected by adhesive, welding, or using fasteners, or may be fastened to the first support arm 323 and the second support arm 324, respectively, by integral molding, etc.

[0064] In some embodiments of the present application, the ends of each of the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333 that are closest to the main shaft assembly 310 may extend toward the central axis of the main shaft assembly 310 to a position that ensures only a gap for rotation of the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333. In this case, a triangular display-accommodating space is formed between the first support plate 332, the second support plate 333, and the main shaft assembly 310 of the hinge mechanism 300 in the folded state.

[0065] Of course, in some embodiments of the present application, the space used to support another structure of the flexible display 100 may also be secured between the ends of each of the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333 that are closer to the main shaft assembly 310.

[0066] In the embodiment of the present application, when the first connection frame 321 and the second connection frame 322 rotate toward each other, the first connection frame 321 and the second connection frame 322 slide in directions away from the first guide rod arm 325 and the second guide rod arm 326, respectively, and the first support arm 323 and the second support arm 324 rotate relative to the first connection frame 321 and the second connection frame 322, respectively, so that the ends of the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333 that are closer to the main shaft assembly 310 move separately in directions away from the main shaft assembly 310. When the hinge mechanism 300 is in the folded state, the surfaces of the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333 that are used to support the flexible display 100 form an acute angle with the main shaft assembly 310. The first support plate 332, the second support plate 333, and the main shaft assembly 310 together enclose a display-receiving space.

[0067] It will be understood that when the hinge mechanism 300 is in a folded state, the included angle between the surface of each of the first connection frame 321 and the second connection frame 322 facing the flexible display 100 and the main shaft assembly 310 may be a right angle (some deviation is permissible) or an obtuse angle.

[0068] In this manner, the main shaft assembly 310, the first support arm 323, the first guide rod arm 325, and the first connecting frame 321 form a guide rod mechanism. The main shaft assembly 310, the second support arm 324, the second guide rod arm 326, and the second connecting frame 322 form a guide rod mechanism.

[0069] It will be understood that the foldable assembly 320 may include one connecting frame group, or two or more connecting frame groups distributed in the axial direction of the main shaft assembly 310. The support arms and guide rod arms are arranged corresponding to the connecting frames, and the number of support arms, guide rod arms, and connecting frames is the same.

[0070] The first support arms 323 and the second support arms 324 in the same support arm group may be distributed symmetrically on both sides of the main shaft assembly 310, or may be distributed alternately in the axial direction of the main shaft assembly 310. The first guide rod arms 325 and the second guide rod arms 326 in the same guide rod arm group may be distributed symmetrically on both sides of the main shaft assembly 310, or may be distributed alternately in the axial direction of the main shaft assembly 310.

[0071] For example, the first support arm 323 and the second support arm 324 in the same support arm group are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the main shaft assembly 310, the first guide rod arm 325 and the second guide rod arm 326 in the same guide rod arm group are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the main shaft assembly 310, and the first connecting frame 321 and the second connecting frame 322 in the same connecting frame group are symmetrically distributed on both sides of the main shaft assembly 310. In this way, the hinge mechanism 300 drives the first housing 210 and the second housing 220 connected to both sides of the hinge mechanism 300 to switch between the folded state and the unfolded state more stably.

[0072] 9 is a schematic diagram of a flexible display folded when another hinge mechanism is in a folded state according to an embodiment of the present application. FIG. 10 is an enlarged view of A in FIG.

[0073] 9 and 10, in some embodiments of the present application, the foldable assembly 320 includes two guide rod arm groups, two support arm groups, and two connection frame groups. The guide rod arm groups, support arm groups, and connection frame groups are disposed one at each end of the axial direction of the main shaft assembly 310. In this manner, the main shaft assembly 310 can be more securely connected to the support assembly 330 and the first and second housings 210 and 220 on both sides.

[0074] It will be understood that the guide rod arms, support arms, and connecting frames at each end of the main shaft assembly 310 may be assembled to the main shaft assembly 310 in the assembly manner described above, and the details will not be repeated here.

[0075] In some embodiments of the present application, when the first connecting frame 321 and the second connecting frame 322 rotate toward each other, the first arc-shaped arm 343 slides clockwise along the first arc-shaped sliding groove 341, and the second arc-shaped arm 344 slides counterclockwise along the second arc-shaped sliding groove 342. In this way, a large included angle is obtained by rotating the first support arm 323 and the second support arm 324, and a display accommodating space that is expanded at the end is formed between the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333 fastened to the first support arm 323 and the second support arm 324 and the main shaft assembly 310. In addition, the formed display accommodating space is large.

[0076] In some embodiments of the present application, when the first connection frame 321 and the second connection frame 322 rotate toward each other, the angle by which the first connection frame 321 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310 is smaller than the angle by which the first support arm 323 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310, and the angle by which the second connection frame 322 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310 is smaller than the angle by which the second support arm 324 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310. In this way, when the hinge mechanism 300 is switched to the folded state, the included angle between the first support arm 323 and the second support arm 324 is larger than the included angle between the first connection frame 321 and the second connection frame 322, thereby forming a display-accommodating space that is expanded at the ends between the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333 fastened to the first support arm 323 and the second support arm 324 and the main shaft assembly 310. In addition, the formed display-accommodating space is large.

[0077] In some embodiments of the present application, the first support plate 332 may have a multi-segment structure. The first support plate 332 includes a plurality of first sub-boards. The plurality of first sub-boards of the first support plate 332 are assembled and fastened sequentially in the axial direction of the main shaft assembly 310. Each first sub-board is configured to support the flexible display 100, and at least one first sub-board is fastened to the first support arm 323. In this manner, the elongated first support plate 332 is easy to manufacture, which helps reduce manufacturing costs.

[0078] Of course, in some other examples, the first support plate 332 may alternatively be a one-piece structure, thereby reducing assembly errors when assembling multiple first sub-boards.

[0079] In some embodiments of the present application, the second support plate 333 includes a plurality of second sub-boards. The plurality of second sub-boards of the second support plate 333 are assembled and fastened sequentially in the axial direction of the main shaft assembly 310. Each second sub-board is configured to support the flexible display 100, and at least one second sub-board is fastened to the second support arm 324. In this manner, the elongated second support plate 333 is easy to manufacture, which helps reduce manufacturing costs.

[0080] Of course, in some other examples, the second support plate 333 may alternatively be of a one-piece structure, thereby reducing assembly errors when assembling multiple second sub-boards.

[0081] In some embodiments of the present application, the first support plate 332 and the first support arm 323 are of an integral structure, which can reduce assembly errors when assembling the first support plate 332 and the first support arm 323, thereby more accurately controlling the position of the first support plate 332, reducing angle tolerances, and forming a more stable display accommodating space.

[0082] It should be noted that when the first support plate 332 has a multi-segment structure, the first sub-board fastened to the first support arm 323 and the first support arm 323 may be of an integral structure.

[0083] In some embodiments of the present application, the second support plate 333 and the second support arm 324 are of an integral structure, which can reduce assembly errors when assembling the second support plate 333 and the second support arm 324, thereby more accurately controlling the position of the second support plate 333, reducing angle tolerances, and forming a more stable display accommodating space.

[0084] It should be noted that when the second support plate 333 has a multi-segment structure, the second sub-board fastened to the second support arm 324 and the second support arm 324 may be of an integral structure.

[0023] Figure 11 is a schematic diagram of a first guide rod arm, a first connecting frame, and a first support arm connected to a main shaft assembly when the hinge mechanism is in an unfolded state according to an embodiment of the present application. Figure 12 is a schematic diagram of a first guide rod arm, a first connecting frame, and a first support arm connected to a main shaft assembly when the hinge mechanism is in a folded state according to an embodiment of the present application. Figure 13 is a schematic diagram of a first support plate of a hinge mechanism according to an embodiment of the present application. Figure 14 is a schematic diagram of another foldable device according to an embodiment of the present application in an unfolded state.

[0086] 11 to 14 , in some embodiments of the present application, a first positioning post 351 is disposed on the first support arm 323, and a first positioning hole 358 corresponding to the first positioning post 351 is provided in the first support plate 332. The first positioning post 351 extends into the corresponding first positioning hole 358 so that the first support arm 323 and the first support plate 332 are positioned. In this way, the first support plate 332 is accurately attached to a predetermined position on the first support arm 323, thereby improving assembly efficiency.

[0087] Referring to the assembly relationship between the first support arm 323 and the first support plate 332, in some embodiments of the present application, a second positioning post 352 is disposed on the second support arm 324, and a second positioning hole 359 corresponding to the second positioning post 352 is provided in the second support plate 333. The second positioning post 352 extends into the corresponding second positioning hole 359 so that the second support arm 324 and the second support plate 333 are positioned. In this way, the second support plate 333 is accurately attached to a predetermined position on the second support arm 324, thereby improving assembly efficiency.

[0088] In some embodiments of the present application, the first support arm 323 is fastened to the first support plate 332 by using first plate body fasteners 361. It will be appreciated that the first support arm 323 is provided with first mounting holes 357 that correspond one-to-one with the first plate body fasteners 361 and are configured to mount the corresponding first plate body fasteners 361, and the first support plate 332 is provided with second mounting holes 363 through which the corresponding first plate body fasteners 361 extend, and the first support arm 323 is fastened to the first support plate 332 by using the first plate body fasteners 361. In this manner, assembly of the first support plate 332 and the first support arm 323 is facilitated.

[0089] In some embodiments of the present application, the first support arm 323 may be detachably connected to the first support plate 332 by using a first plate body fastener 361. In this way, it is convenient to replace the first support plate 332.

[0090] In some embodiments of the present application, the second support plate 333 is fastened to the second support plate 333 by using second plate body fasteners 362. It will be appreciated that the second support arm 324 is provided with third mounting holes that correspond one-to-one with the second plate body fasteners 362 and are configured to attach the corresponding second plate body fasteners 362, and the second support plate 333 is provided with fourth mounting holes through which the corresponding second plate body fasteners 362 extend, and the second support arm 324 is secured to the second support plate 333 by using the second plate body fasteners 362. In this manner, assembly of the second support plate 333 and the second support arm 324 is facilitated.

[0091] In some embodiments of the present application, the second support arm 324 may be detachably connected to the second support plate 333 by using a second plate body fastener 362. In this way, it is convenient to replace the second support plate 333.

[0092] In some embodiments of the present application, the first support arm 323 is fastened to the first support plate 332 by using at least two first plate body fasteners 361, and the at least two first plate body fasteners 361 and the first positioning post 351 are not on the same line. In this way, the first support plate 332 and the first support arm 323 are more securely connected and less likely to loosen.

[0093] For example, three first plate body fasteners 361 distributed in the shape of an isosceles triangle are fastened to the fastening surface of the first support arm 323. The bottom edge of the isosceles triangle is parallel to the axial direction of the main shaft assembly 310, and the first positioning post 351 is disposed at the apex of the isosceles triangle and positioned outside the isosceles triangle. The first positioning post 351 and the two first plate body fasteners 361 at the bottom edge of the isosceles triangle form another isosceles triangle. In this way, the stability of the connection between the first support plate 332 and the first support arm 323 can be further improved.

[0094] 15 to 17 are schematic views of a first support arm of another hinge mechanism according to an embodiment of the present application from three different angles of view, Fig. 18 is a schematic view of a first support plate of another hinge mechanism according to an embodiment of the present application, and Fig. 19 is a schematic view of another foldable device according to an embodiment of the present application in an unfolded state.

[0095] 15 to 19 , for example, two first plate body fasteners 361 are fastened to the fastening surface of the first support arm 323. The two first plate body fasteners 361 and the first positioning post 351 are distributed in the shape of an isosceles triangle, and the connecting line between the centers of the two first plate body fasteners 361 is the bottom edge of the isosceles triangle and is parallel to the axial direction of the main shaft assembly 310. In this way, the narrow first support plate 332 is securely fastened to the first support arm 323.

[0096] Referring to the assembly relationship between the first support arm 323 and the first support plate 332, in some embodiments of the present application, the second support arm 324 is fastened to the second support plate 333 by using at least two second plate body fasteners 362, and the at least two second plate body fasteners 362 and the second positioning post 352 are not on the same line. In this way, the second support plate 333 and the second support arm 324 are more securely connected and less likely to loosen.

[0097] For example, three second plate body fasteners 362 distributed in the shape of an isosceles triangle are fastened to the fastening surface of the second support arm 324. The bottom edge of the isosceles triangle is parallel to the axial direction of the main shaft assembly 310, and the second positioning post 352 is disposed at the apex of the isosceles triangle and positioned outside the isosceles triangle. The second positioning post 352 and the two second plate body fasteners 362 at the bottom edge of the isosceles triangle form another isosceles triangle. In this way, the stability of the connection between the second support plate 333 and the second support arm 324 can be further improved.

[0098] For example, two second plate body fasteners 362 are fastened to the fastening surface of the second support arm 324. The two second plate body fasteners 362 and the second positioning posts 352 are distributed in the shape of an isosceles triangle, and the connecting line between the centers of the two second plate body fasteners 362 is the bottom edge of the isosceles triangle and is parallel to the axial direction of the main shaft assembly 310. In this way, the narrow second support plate 333 is securely fastened to the second support arm 324.

[0099] 11, 12, and 15 to 17, in some embodiments of the present application, first arc-shaped sliding grooves 341 are provided at both axial ends of the main shaft assembly 310 of the first support arm 323, and two first arc-shaped arms 343 slidably fitted into the two first arc-shaped sliding grooves 341, respectively, are disposed on the first connection frame 321. The first support arm 323 is rotatably connected to the first connection frame 321 via the two first arc-shaped sliding grooves 341 at both ends and the two first arc-shaped arms 343 slidably assembled into the two first arc-shaped sliding grooves 341. In this way, the first support arm 323 is stably rotatably connected to the first connection frame 321, and it is relatively easy to provide the first arc-shaped sliding grooves 341 at the ends of the first support arm 323, thereby facilitating manufacturing.

[0100] The second support arm 324 may be disposed relative to the first support arm 323. In some embodiments of the present application, second arc-shaped sliding grooves 342 are provided on both axial ends of the main shaft assembly 310 of the second support arm 324, and two second arc-shaped arms 344 slidably fitted into the two second arc-shaped sliding grooves 342, respectively, are disposed on the second connection frame 322. The second support arm 324 is rotatably connected to the second connection frame 322 via the two second arc-shaped sliding grooves 342 on both ends and the two second arc-shaped arms 344 slidably assembled in the two second arc-shaped sliding grooves 342. In this way, the second support arm 324 is stably and rotatably connected to the second connecting frame 322, and it is relatively easy to provide the second arc-shaped sliding groove 342 at the end of the second support arm 324, thereby facilitating manufacturing.

[0101] In some embodiments of the present application, the first support arm 323 and the second support arm 324 may alternatively be rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310 around an imaginary axis located outside the main shaft assembly 310. The rotation axis about which the first support arm 323 rotates around the main shaft assembly 310 is located outside the sides of each of the first support arm 323 and the main shaft assembly 310 that face the flexible display 100. The rotation axis about which the second support arm 324 rotates around the main shaft assembly 310 is located outside the sides of each of the second support arm 324 and the main shaft assembly 310 that face the flexible display 100. In this way, the rotation axis about which the first support arm 323 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310 and the rotation axis about which the first guide rod arm 325 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310 are located at two different positions that are parallel to each other. In addition, since the axis of rotation about which the second support arm 324 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310 and the axis of rotation about which the second guide rod arm 326 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310 are arranged at two different positions parallel to each other, the size of the main shaft assembly 310 can be reduced.

[0102] In some embodiments of the present application, the first support arm 323 is rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310 via a third arc-shaped sliding groove 345 and a third arc-shaped arm 347 that slidably fits into the third arc-shaped sliding groove 345. The third arc-shaped sliding groove 345 and the third arc-shaped arm 347 are disposed on the first support arm 323 and the main shaft assembly 310. In this manner, the rotation axis about which the first support arm 323 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310 does not need to occupy the position of the first support arm 323 and the main shaft assembly 310, and there is no need to dispose a physical connecting shaft by increasing the size of the first support arm 323 and the main shaft assembly 310. This can reduce the space occupied by disposing a physical connecting shaft and the limitation on the angle at which the first support arm 323 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310. In addition, the first support arm 323 is securely connected to the main shaft assembly 310, and the connection structure between the first support arm 323 and the main shaft assembly 310 can be fully hidden, which improves the integration and use experience of the hinge mechanism 300.

[0103] It will be understood that the third arc-shaped sliding groove 345 may be provided on the first support arm 323, and the third arc-shaped arm 347 may be disposed on the main shaft assembly 310. Alternatively, the third arc-shaped arm 347 may be disposed on the first support arm 323, and the third arc-shaped sliding groove 345 may be provided on the main shaft assembly 310. For example, the third arc-shaped sliding groove 345 is provided on the main shaft assembly 310, and the third arc-shaped arm 347 is disposed on the first support arm 323.

[0104] The third arc-shaped sliding groove 345 may be a 1 / 4 arc groove, a 1 / 3 arc groove, a 1 / 2 arc groove, etc. The third arc-shaped arm 347 may be a 1 / 4 arc groove, a 1 / 3 arc groove, a 1 / 2 arc groove, etc. The shapes and positions of the third arc-shaped sliding groove 345 and the third arc-shaped arm 347 may be adjusted based on the actual conditions of the application scenario.

[0105] Each side groove wall of the third arc-shaped sliding groove 345 may be of an integral structure. In this manner, the assembly tolerance of the third arc-shaped sliding groove 345 can be reduced. The third arc-shaped sliding groove 345 may alternatively be formed by assembling a fifth mechanical component having an arc-shaped recess and a sixth mechanical component having an arc-shaped protrusion. The arc-shaped recess of the fifth mechanical component and the arc-shaped protrusion of the sixth mechanical component are spaced apart to define the third arc-shaped sliding groove 345. In this manner, the third arc-shaped sliding groove 345 can be easily formed. It should be noted that when the third arc-shaped sliding groove 345 is provided on the main shaft assembly 310, the sixth mechanical component may be further configured to support the flexible display 100.

[0106] In some embodiments of the present application, the first support arm 323 may alternatively be rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310 through the use of a physical connecting shaft.

[0107] For the assembly relationship between the second support arm 324 and the main shaft assembly 310, refer to the assembly relationship between the first support arm 323 and the main shaft assembly 310. In some embodiments of the present application, the second support arm 324 is rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310 via a fourth arc-shaped sliding groove 346 and a fourth arc-shaped arm 348 that slidably fits into the fourth arc-shaped sliding groove 346. The fourth arc-shaped sliding groove 346 and the fourth arc-shaped arm 348 are disposed on the second support arm 324 and the main shaft assembly 310. In this manner, the rotation axis about which the second support arm 324 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310 does not need to occupy the position of the second support arm 324 and the main shaft assembly 310, and a physical connecting shaft does not need to be disposed by increasing the size of the second support arm 324 and the main shaft assembly 310. This can reduce the space occupied by arranging a physical connecting shaft and the restriction on the angle at which the second support arm 324 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310. In addition, the second support arm 324 is securely connected to the main shaft assembly 310, and the connecting structure between the second support arm 324 and the main shaft assembly 310 can be fully hidden, thereby improving the integration and use experience of the hinge mechanism 300.

[0108] It will be appreciated that the fourth arc-shaped sliding groove 346 may be provided on the second support arm 324, and the fourth arc-shaped arm 348 may be disposed on the main shaft assembly 310. Alternatively, the fourth arc-shaped arm 348 may be disposed on the second support arm 324, and the fourth arc-shaped sliding groove 346 may be provided on the main shaft assembly 310. For example, the fourth arc-shaped sliding groove 346 may be provided on the main shaft assembly 310, and the fourth arc-shaped arm 348 may be disposed on the second support arm 324.

[0109] The fourth arc-shaped sliding groove 346 may be a 1 / 4 arc groove, a 1 / 3 arc groove, a 1 / 2 arc groove, etc. The fourth arc-shaped arm 348 may be a 1 / 4 arc groove, a 1 / 3 arc groove, a 1 / 2 arc groove, etc. The shapes and positions of the fourth arc-shaped sliding groove 346 and the fourth arc-shaped arm 348 may be adjusted based on the actual circumstances of the application scenario.

[0110] Each side groove wall of the fourth arc-shaped sliding groove 346 may be integrally formed. In this manner, the assembly tolerance of the fourth arc-shaped sliding groove 346 can be reduced. The fourth arc-shaped sliding groove 346 may alternatively be formed by assembling a seventh mechanical component having an arc-shaped recess and an eighth mechanical component having an arc-shaped protrusion. The arc-shaped recess of the seventh mechanical component and the arc-shaped protrusion of the eighth mechanical component are spaced apart to define the fourth arc-shaped sliding groove 346. In this manner, the fourth arc-shaped sliding groove 346 is easily formed. Note that when the fourth arc-shaped sliding groove 346 is provided on the main shaft assembly 310, the eighth mechanical component may be further configured to support the flexible display 100. The sixth and eighth mechanical components may be integrally formed. The fifth and seventh mechanical components may be integrally formed.

[0111] In some embodiments of the present application, the second support arm 324 may alternatively be rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310 through the use of a physical connecting shaft.

[0112] 5, 6, 11, and 12, in some embodiments of the present application, the first connecting frame 321 is slidably connected to the first guide rod arm 325 via a first linear sliding groove 355 and a first sliding block 353 that slidably fits into the first linear sliding groove 355. The first linear sliding groove 355 and the first sliding block 353 are disposed on the first connecting frame 321 and the first guide rod arm 325.

[0113] It will be understood that the first linear sliding groove 355 may be provided on the first connecting frame 321, and the first sliding block 353 slidably assembled in the first linear sliding groove 355 may be disposed on the first guide rod arm 325. Alternatively, the first linear sliding groove 355 may be provided on the first guide rod arm 325, and the first sliding block 353 slidably assembled in the first linear sliding groove 355 may be disposed on the first connecting frame 321. The cross sections of the first linear sliding groove 355 and the first sliding block 353, which are perpendicular to the sliding directions of the first linear sliding groove 355 and the first sliding block 353, correspond to each other. The cross sections may be trapezoidal, triangular, "cross," "T," or other shapes. For example, the cross section of the first linear sliding groove 355 is "T" shaped.

[0114] In some embodiments of the present application, the second connecting frame 322 is slidably connected to the second guide rod arm 326 via a second linear sliding groove 356 and a second sliding block 354 that slidably fits into the second linear sliding groove 356. The second linear sliding groove 356 and the second sliding block 354 are disposed on the second connecting frame 322 and the second guide rod arm 326.

[0115] It will be understood that the second linear sliding groove 356 may be provided on the second connecting frame 322, and the second sliding block 354 slidably assembled in the second linear sliding groove 356 may be disposed on the second guide rod arm 326. Alternatively, the second linear sliding groove 356 may be provided on the second guide rod arm 326, and the second sliding block 354 slidably assembled in the second linear sliding groove 356 may be disposed on the second connecting frame 322. The cross sections of the second linear sliding groove 356 and the second sliding block 354, which are perpendicular to the sliding directions of the second linear sliding groove 356 and the second sliding block 354, correspond to each other. The cross sections may be trapezoidal, triangular, "cross," "T," or other shapes. For example, the cross section of the second linear sliding groove 356 is "T" shaped.

[0116] In some embodiments of the present application, the first guide rod arm 325 is rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310 by using a first connecting shaft 410 disposed on the main shaft assembly 310. In this manner, the position of the axis of rotation about which the first guide rod arm 325 rotates around the main shaft assembly 310 is known, and because a portion of the surface of the first guide rod arm 325 is not obstructed by the main shaft assembly 310, another structure is disposed on a portion of the surface of the first guide rod arm 325.

[0117] It will be appreciated that when the folding assembly 320 includes multiple guide rod arm groups, the first connecting shaft 410 connected to the first guide rod arm 325 in the multiple guide rod arm groups is coaxial. The multiple coaxial first connecting shafts 410 may be a head-to-tail connected unitary structure or may be spaced apart in a segmented structure.

[0118] It should be noted that the first connecting shaft 410 may be rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310, and the first guide rod arm 325 may be transmission-connected to the first connecting shaft 410 by using a structure such as a surface or a spline. Alternatively, the first guide rod arm 325 and the first connecting shaft 410 may have an interference fit structure or may be integrally formed. The first connecting shaft 410 may alternatively be fastened to the main shaft assembly 310, and the first guide rod arm 325 may be rotatably connected to the corresponding first connecting shaft 410.

[0119] In some embodiments of the present application, the first guide rod arm 325 may alternatively be rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310 via an arc-shaped sliding groove and an arc-shaped arm that slidably fit together.

[0120] Of course, in some embodiments of the present application, when the foldable assembly 320 includes multiple guide rod arm groups, some of the first guide rod arms 325 may be rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310 by using a first connecting shaft 410 arranged on the main shaft assembly 310, and some of the first guide rod arms 325 may be rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310 via arc-shaped sliding grooves and arc-shaped arms that slidably fit into each other, provided that the rotation axes around which all of the first guide rod arms 325 rotate relative to the main shaft assembly 310 are coaxial.

[0121] In some embodiments of the present application, the second guide rod arm 326 is rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310 by using a second connecting shaft 420 disposed on the main shaft assembly 310. In this manner, the position of the axis of rotation about which the second guide rod arm 326 rotates around the main shaft assembly 310 is known, and because a portion of the surface of the second guide rod arm 326 is not obstructed by the main shaft assembly 310, another structure is disposed on a portion of the surface of the second guide rod arm 326.

[0122] It will be appreciated that when the folding assembly 320 includes multiple guide rod arm groups, the second connecting shaft 420 connected to the second guide rod arm 326 in the multiple guide rod arm groups is coaxial. The multiple coaxial second connecting shafts 420 may be a head-to-tail connected unitary structure or may be spaced apart and segmented.

[0123] It should be noted that the second connecting shaft 420 may be rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310, and the second guide rod arm 326 may be transmission-connected to the second connecting shaft 420 by using a surface or spline-like structure. Alternatively, the second guide rod arm 326 and the second connecting shaft 420 may have an interference fit structure or may be integrally formed. The second connecting shaft 420 may alternatively be fastened to the main shaft assembly 310, and the second guide rod arm 326 may be rotatably connected to the corresponding second connecting shaft 420.

[0124] In some embodiments of the present application, the second guide rod arm 326 may alternatively be rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310 via an arc-shaped sliding groove and an arc-shaped arm that slidably fit together.

[0125] Of course, in some embodiments of the present application, when the foldable assembly 320 includes multiple guide rod arm groups, some of the second guide rod arms 326 may be rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310 by using second connecting shafts 420 arranged on the main shaft assembly 310, and some of the second guide rod arms 326 may be rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310 via arc-shaped sliding grooves and arc-shaped arms that slidably fit into each other, provided that the rotation axes around which all of the second guide rod arms 326 rotate relative to the main shaft assembly 310 are coaxial.

[0126] 5 to 7 and 10 to 12 , in some embodiments of the present application, a first avoidance groove 311 and a second avoidance groove 312 are provided in the main shaft assembly 310. The first avoidance groove 311 is used to rotate the first support plate 332, and the groove wall of the first avoidance groove 311 is an arcuate surface extending along the rotation path of the end of the first support plate 332 that is closer to the main shaft assembly 310. The second avoidance groove 312 is used to rotate the second support plate 333, and the groove wall of the second avoidance groove 312 is an arcuate surface extending along the rotation path of the end of the second support plate 333 that is closer to the main shaft assembly 310. The end of the first support plate 332 that is closer to the main shaft assembly 310 lap-fits with the groove wall of the first avoidance groove 311 to restrict movement of the first support plate 332 toward the main shaft assembly 310. The end of the second support plate 333 that is closest to the main shaft assembly 310 wraps around the groove wall of the second avoidance groove 312, restricting the second support plate 333 from moving toward the main shaft assembly 310.

[0127] In this way, tolerances in the movement trajectories of the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333, such as tolerances due to the gap required to rotate the first support arm 323 fastened to the first support plate 332 and the gap required to rotate the second support arm 324 fastened to the second support plate 333, can be reduced, thereby making the operation of the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333 more stable.

[0128] FIG. 20 is a schematic diagram of a flexible display being folded when another hinge mechanism is in a folded state according to an embodiment of the present application.

[0129] As shown in FIGS. 20 and 18 , in some examples, a first arc-shaped lap joint portion 373 corresponding to the groove wall of the first avoidance groove 311 is disposed on the first support plate 332. The first arc-shaped lap joint portion 373 is lap-jointed to the groove wall of the first avoidance groove 311 and may slide along the groove wall of the first avoidance groove 311. The first arc-shaped lap joint portion 373 presses against the groove wall of the first avoidance groove 311, restricting movement of the first support plate 332 toward the main shaft assembly 310. In this way, the lap joint surface between the first arc-shaped lap joint portion 373 and the groove wall of the first avoidance groove 311 is large, thereby improving the restraining effect against rotation of the first support plate 332 and making the operation of the first support plate 332 more stable.

[0130] In some examples, a second arc-shaped lap joint portion 374 corresponding to the groove wall of the second avoidance groove 312 is disposed on the second support plate 333. The second arc-shaped lap joint portion 374 is lap-jointed to the groove wall of the second avoidance groove 312 and may slide along the groove wall of the second avoidance groove 312. The second arc-shaped lap joint portion 374 presses against the groove wall of the second avoidance groove 312, restricting movement of the second support plate 333 toward the main shaft assembly 310. In this way, since the lap joint surface between the second arc-shaped lap joint portion 374 and the groove wall of the second avoidance groove 312 is large, the restraining effect against rotation of the second support plate 333 can be improved, and the operation of the second support plate 333 can be more stable.

[0131] Figure 21 is an exploded view of another foldable device according to an embodiment of the present application in an unfolded state. Figure 22 is a simplified diagram of a first guide rod arm, a first connecting frame, and a first support arm connected to a main shaft assembly when another hinge mechanism is in an unfolded state according to an embodiment of the present application. Figure 23 is a schematic diagram of a flexible display folded when another hinge mechanism is in a folded state according to an embodiment of the present application. Figure 24 is an enlarged view of B in Figure 23.

[0132] 21 to 24 and 20 , in some embodiments of the present application, the support assembly 330 is located on a side of the main shaft assembly 310 facing the flexible display 100 and further includes a first minor support plate 334 and a second minor support plate 335 configured to support the flexible display 100. An end of the first minor support plate 334 is rotatably connected to an end of the first support plate 332 facing the main shaft assembly 310, and an end of the second minor support plate 335 is rotatably connected to an end of the second support plate 333 facing the main shaft assembly 310. The hinge mechanism 300 further includes a first constraint structure and a second constraint structure. The first constraint structure is configured to constraint the movement trajectory of the end of the first minor support plate 334 that is away from the first support plate 332. The second restraining structure is configured to restrain the movement trajectory of the end of the second sub-support plate 335 that is remote from the second support plate 333 .

[0133] When the hinge mechanism 300 is switched from the unfolded state to the folded state, the end of the first sub-support plate 334 connected to the first support plate 332 and the end of the second sub-support plate 335 connected to the second support plate 333 move separately in a direction away from the main shaft assembly 310. In addition, because the first sub-support plate 334 and the second sub-support plate 335 rotate relative to the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333, respectively, the end of the first sub-support plate 334 away from the first support plate 332 and the end of the second sub-support plate 335 away from the second support plate 333 rotate relative to the main shaft assembly 310 under the constraints of the first and second constraint structures and move toward opposite sides of the main shaft assembly 310, respectively. When the hinge mechanism 300 is in the folded state, the surface of each of the first minor support plate 334 and the second minor support plate 335 used to support the flexible display 100 is at an obtuse angle to the main shaft assembly 310. The first minor support plate 334, the second minor support plate 335, the first support plate 332, the second support plate 333, and the main shaft assembly 310 together enclose a display-receiving space.

[0134] It should be noted that when the support assembly 330 includes a first secondary support plate 334 and a second secondary support plate 335, a gap is formed between the first secondary support plate 334 and the second secondary support plate 335 to allow movement of the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333.

[0135] It will be appreciated that when the hinge mechanism 300 is in the folded state, the second display region 120 of the flexible display 100 clamped to the hinge mechanism 300 is folded to form a drop-shaped structure, and that the drop-shaped structure may also be formed between the first support plate 332, the second support plate 333, the first minor support plate 334, the second minor support plate 335, and the main shaft assembly 310. It should be noted that the drop-shaped structure formed after the second display region 120 is folded includes a first inclined segment away from the main shaft assembly 310 and a second inclined segment closer to the main shaft assembly 310. The end of the first inclined segment that is closer to the main shaft assembly 310 is connected to the end of the second inclined segment that is farther from the main shaft assembly 310. The first inclined segment is gradually folded toward the middle from the end closer to the main shaft assembly 310 to the end farther from the main shaft assembly 310. The second inclined segment is gradually folded toward the middle, from the end closest to the main shaft assembly 310 to the end farther from the main shaft assembly 310. The first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333 may support both sides of the first inclined segment of the drop-shaped structure formed after the second display region 120 is folded. The first minor support plate 334 and the second minor support plate 335 may support both sides of the second inclined segment of the drop-shaped structure formed after the second display region 120 is folded. In this way, the shape of the folded second display region 120 is more convenient to control, and the risk of damage to the flexible display 100 caused by an unstable shape of the second display region 120 during folding can be reduced.

[0136] In some embodiments of the present application, when the hinge mechanism 300 is switched from the unfolded state to the folded state, the angle by which the first sub-support plate 334 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310 is smaller than the angle by which the first connection frame 321 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310, and the angle by which the second sub-support plate 335 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310 is smaller than the angle by which the second connection frame 322 rotates relative to the main shaft assembly 310. In this way, when the hinge mechanism 300 is switched to the folded state, the opening angle of the ends of each of the first sub-support plate 334 and the second sub-support plate 335 remote from the main shaft assembly 310 is larger than the opening angle of the ends of each of the first connection frame 321 and the second connection frame 322 remote from the main shaft assembly 310, and as a result, the first support plate 332 and the second support plate 333 form a drop-shaped display accommodating space with the main shaft assembly 310. This helps to effectively support the portion of the folded flexible display 100 that is close to the main shaft assembly 310 by using the first minor support plate 334 and the second minor support plate 335 .

[0137] 18, 20, and 24, in some embodiments of the present application, the first support portion 371 is disposed at an end of the first support plate 332 that faces the main shaft assembly 310, and the first support portion 371 is configured to support the first minor support plate 334 when the hinge mechanism 300 is switched to the unfolded state. In this way, when the hinge mechanism 300 is in the unfolded state, the first support portion 371 enables the first minor support plate 334 to be stably positioned at a preset position and can stably support the flexible display 100.

[0138] The second support plate 333 may be designed relative to the structure of the first support plate 332. In some embodiments of the present application, the second support portion 372 is disposed at an end of the second support plate 333 that faces the main shaft assembly 310, and is configured to support the second minor support plate 335 when the hinge mechanism 300 is switched to the unfolded state. In this way, when the hinge mechanism 300 is in the unfolded state, the second support portion 372 enables the second minor support plate 335 to be stably positioned at a preset position and can stably support the flexible display 100.

[0139] Fig. 25 is a schematic diagram of another hinge mechanism in which a first support plate and a first sub-support plate are connected by using a torsion spring according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 26 is a cross-sectional view taken along line aa in Fig. 23.

[0140] 25 and 26 , in some embodiments of the present application, the first constraint structure includes a first torsion spring 733. The first torsion spring 733 is disposed between the first secondary support plate 334 and the first support plate 332, and is configured to provide a force for rotating the first secondary support plate 334 toward the first support portion 371. When the hinge mechanism 300 is in the deployed state, the first secondary support plate 334 presses against the first support portion 371 due to the acting force of the first torsion spring 733. The first constraint structure further includes a first limiter 751 disposed on the main shaft assembly 310. When the hinge mechanism 300 is switched from the unfolded state to the folded state, the first limiting portion 751 is configured to allow the first secondary support plate 334 to rotate relative to the first support plate 332 in a direction away from the first support portion 371. In this way, the movement trajectory of the end of the first secondary support plate 334 that is away from the first support plate 332 can be constrained by using the first torsion spring 733, thereby reducing the risk of the first secondary support plate 334 randomly swinging relative to the main shaft assembly 310 and the first support plate 332.

[0141] It will be understood that the first torsion spring 733 always applies a force to the first sub-support plate 334 to rotate it toward the first support portion 371. In the process of switching the hinge mechanism 300 from the unfolded state to the folded state, when driven by the first support plate 332, the first sub-support plate 334 rotates first. After rotating to the first limit portion 751, the first sub-support plate 334 presses against the first limit portion 751, and the first support plate 332 continues to rotate. The first limit portion 751 allows the first sub-support plate 334 to rotate in a direction away from the first support portion 371 relative to the first support plate 332, and the first sub-support plate 334 presses against the position where the first limit portion 751 is located. As a result, the surface of the first sub-support plate 334 used to support the flexible display 100 forms an obtuse angle with the main shaft assembly 310. The first support plate 332 continues to rotate to a position where the surface used to support the flexible display 100 is at an acute angle with respect to the main shaft assembly 310 to further tighten the first torsion spring 733. The torque of the first torsion spring 733 generated when the hinge mechanism 300 is in the unfolded state is less than the torque of the first torsion spring 733 generated when the hinge mechanism 300 is in the folded state.

[0142] It should be noted that a first pressing portion 753 corresponding to the first limiting portion 751 is disposed on the first secondary support plate 334. When the first secondary support plate 334 is driven by the first support plate 332 to rotate to the first limiting portion 751, the first pressing portion 753 presses the first limiting portion 751. One or more first torsion springs 733 may be disposed between the first support plate 332 and the first secondary support plate 334. A first mounting post 731 for mounting the first torsion springs 733 may be disposed on the first support plate 332. The first torsion springs 733 are sleeved onto the first mounting post 731, and both ends of the first torsion springs 733 are connected to the first support plate 332 and the first secondary support plate 334, respectively, using a fastening structure.

[0143] In some embodiments of the present application, the second constraint structure includes a second torsion spring 734. The second torsion spring 734 is disposed between the second secondary support plate 335 and the second support plate 333, and is configured to provide a force for rotating the second secondary support plate 335 toward the second support portion 372. When the hinge mechanism 300 is in the unfolded state, the second secondary support plate 335 presses the second support portion 372 by the acting force of the second torsion spring 734. The second constraint structure further includes a second limiting portion 752 disposed on the main shaft assembly 310. When the hinge mechanism 300 is switched from the unfolded state to the folded state, the second limiting portion 752 is configured to allow the second secondary support plate 335 to rotate in a direction away from the second support portion 372 relative to the second support plate 333. In this way, the movement trajectory of the end of the second secondary support plate 335 that is away from the second support plate 333 can be constrained by using the second torsion spring 734, thereby reducing the risk of the second secondary support plate 335 swinging randomly relative to the main shaft assembly 310 and the second support plate 333.

[0144] It will be understood that the second torsion spring 734 always applies a force to the second minor support plate 335 to rotate toward the second support portion 372. When the hinge mechanism 300 is switched from the unfolded state to the folded state, the second minor support plate 335 rotates first when driven by the second support plate 333. After rotating to the second limit portion 752, the second minor support plate 335 presses against the second limit portion 752, and the second support plate 333 continues to rotate. The second limit portion 752 allows the second minor support plate 335 to rotate in a direction away from the second support portion 372 relative to the second support plate 333, and the second minor support plate 335 presses against the position where the second limit portion 752 is located. As a result, the surface of the second minor support plate 335 used to support the flexible display 100 forms an obtuse angle with the main shaft assembly 310. The second support plate 333 continues to rotate to a position where the surface used to support the flexible display 100 is at an acute angle with respect to the main shaft assembly 310 to further tighten the second torsion spring 734. The torque of the second torsion spring 734 generated when the hinge mechanism 300 is in the unfolded state is less than the torque of the second torsion spring 734 generated when the hinge mechanism 300 is in the folded state.

[0145] It should be noted that the second secondary support plate 335 has a second pressing portion 754 disposed thereon, which corresponds to the second limiting portion 752. When the second secondary support plate 335 is driven by the second support plate 333 to rotate to the second limiting portion 752, the second pressing portion 754 presses the second limiting portion 752. One or more second torsion springs 734 may be disposed between the second support plate 333 and the second secondary support plate 335. Second mounting posts 732 for mounting the second torsion springs 734 may be disposed on the second support plate 333. The second torsion springs 734 are sleeved onto the second mounting posts 732, and both ends of the second torsion springs 734 are connected to the second support plate 333 and the second secondary support plate 335, respectively, using fastening structures.

[0146] Figure 27 is a schematic view of a first minor support plate of another hinge mechanism according to an embodiment of the present application. Figure 28 is a schematic view of a main shaft assembly of another hinge mechanism according to an embodiment of the present application. Figure 28 is a schematic view of a main shaft assembly of another hinge mechanism according to an embodiment of the present application from one angle of view. Figure 29 is a schematic view of a main shaft assembly of another hinge mechanism according to an embodiment of the present application from another angle of view. Figure 30 is a cross-sectional view taken along line bb in Figure 29.

[0147] 27 to 30 and 26 , in some embodiments of the present application, the first restraining structure includes a first sliding shaft 741 disposed at an end of the first secondary support plate 334 away from the first support plate 332, and a first track slot 743 disposed on the main shaft assembly 310. The first sliding shaft 741 is oriented in the axial direction of the main shaft assembly 310, and the first sliding shaft 741 extends into and slidably fits within the first track slot 743. In addition, the first sliding shaft 741 can rotate within the first track slot 743. In this way, in the process of the first sliding shaft 741 moving relative to the main shaft assembly 310, the movement trajectory of the end of the first secondary support plate 334 that is remote from the first support plate 332 may be constrained so that the slot wall of the first track slot 743 presses against the first sliding shaft 741, so that the first secondary support plate 334 moves based on a preset movement trajectory. This can reduce the risk of the first secondary support plate 334 swinging randomly relative to the main shaft assembly 310 and the first support plate 332.

[0148] It should be noted that, in the process of switching the hinge mechanism 300 to the folding state, the first support arm 323 drives the first support plate 332 to rotate in the folding direction. In the process of rotating in the folding direction, the first support plate 332 moves the first secondary support plate 334 in the folding direction. The first sliding shaft 741 presses against a slot wall on one side of the first track slot 743, so that the end of the first secondary support plate 334, which is away from the first support plate 332, moves along the first track slot 743 in the folding direction, and the first secondary support plate 334 rotates around the first sliding shaft 741 in the folding direction. When the surface of the first support plate 332 used to support the flexible display 100 rotates so that it forms an acute angle with respect to the main shaft assembly 310, the surface of the first sub-support plate 334 used to support the flexible display 100 is driven to rotate so that it forms an obtuse angle with respect to the main shaft assembly 310. In the process of switching the hinge mechanism 300 to the unfolded state, the first support arm 323 drives the first support plate 332 to rotate in the unfolding direction. In the process of rotating in the unfolding direction, the first support plate 332 moves the first sub-support plate 334 in the unfolding direction. The first sliding shaft 741 presses against the slot wall on the other side of the first track slot 743, so that the end of the first sub-support plate 334 away from the first support plate 332 moves along the first track slot 743 in the unfolding direction, and the first sub-support plate 334 rotates around the first sliding shaft 741 in the unfolding direction. When the surface of the first support plate 332 that is used to support the flexible display 100 is rotated to the unfolded position, the surface of the first sub-support plate 334 that is used to support the flexible display 100 is rotated to the unfolded position. In this case, the surface of the first support plate 332 that is used to support the flexible display 100 and the surface of the first sub-support plate 334 that is used to support the flexible display 100 are on the same plane (some deviation is allowed).

[0149] The first track slot 743 may be an arc-shaped slot, a straight slot, an irregularly curved slot, etc. In practical application, the shape of the first track slot 743 may be adjusted based on the movement trajectory of the corresponding first sliding shaft 741. For example, the first track slot 743 is an arc-shaped slot.

[0150] It will be appreciated that the first sliding shaft 741 may be disposed on the first minor support plate 334, and the first track slot 743 may be provided on the main shaft assembly 310. Alternatively, the first track slot 743 may be provided on the first minor support plate 334, and the first sliding shaft 741 may be disposed on the main shaft assembly 310. For example, the first sliding shaft 741 is disposed on the first minor support plate 334, and the first track slot 743 is provided on the main shaft assembly 310.

[0151] When the first sliding shaft 741 is placed on the first secondary support plate 334, the first sliding shaft 741 may be fastened to the first secondary support plate 334 by using a first extension arm 710 extending from a side of the first secondary support plate 334 that returns onto the flexible display 100, so as to form a space between the first secondary support plate 334 and the main shaft assembly 310 for the first secondary support plate 334 to move in. An end face of the first sliding shaft 741 is fastened to a side wall of the first extension arm 710. The main shaft assembly 310 is provided with a third avoidance groove 313 for the first extension arm 710 to move in, and a first track slot 743 is provided in the groove wall of the third avoidance groove 313 on the axial side of the main shaft assembly 310.

[0152] In some examples, the first support arm 323 is rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310 via two third arc-shaped sliding grooves 345 and two third arc-shaped arms 347 that are distributed at intervals in the axial direction of the main shaft assembly 310. The first track slot 743 is located between the third arc-shaped sliding groove 345 close to the first avoidance groove 311 and the third avoidance groove 313.

[0153] In some embodiments of the present application, the second restraining structure includes a second sliding shaft 742 disposed at an end of the second secondary support plate 335 away from the second support plate 333, and a second track slot 744 disposed on the main shaft assembly 310. The second sliding shaft 742 is oriented in the axial direction of the main shaft assembly 310, and the second sliding shaft 742 extends into and slidably fits within the second track slot 744. In addition, the second sliding shaft 742 can rotate within the second track slot 744. In this way, in the process of the second sliding shaft 742 moving relative to the main shaft assembly 310, the movement trajectory of the end of the second secondary support plate 335 that is remote from the second support plate 333 may be constrained so that the slot wall of the second track slot 744 presses against the second sliding shaft 742, and as a result, the second secondary support plate 335 moves based on a preset movement trajectory. This can reduce the risk of the second secondary support plate 335 randomly swinging relative to the main shaft assembly 310 and the second support plate 333.

[0154] It should be noted that, in the process of switching the hinge mechanism 300 to the folding state, the second support arm 324 drives the second support plate 333 to rotate in the folding direction. In the process of rotating in the folding direction, the second support plate 333 moves the second secondary support plate 335 in the folding direction. The second sliding shaft 742 presses against a slot wall on one side of the second track slot 744, so that the end of the second secondary support plate 335, which is away from the second support plate 333, moves along the second track slot 744 in the folding direction, and the second secondary support plate 335 rotates around the second sliding shaft 742 in the folding direction. When the surface of the second support plate 333 used to support the flexible display 100 rotates so that it forms an acute angle with respect to the main shaft assembly 310, the surface of the second sub-support plate 335 used to support the flexible display 100 is driven to rotate so that it forms an obtuse angle with respect to the main shaft assembly 310. In the process of switching the hinge mechanism 300 to the unfolded state, the second support arm 324 drives the second support plate 333 to rotate in the unfolded direction. In the process of rotating in the unfolded direction, the second support plate 333 moves the second sub-support plate 335 in the unfolded direction. The second sliding shaft 742 presses against the slot wall on the other side of the second track slot 744, so that the end of the second sub-support plate 335 away from the second support plate 333 moves along the second track slot 744 in the unfolded direction, and the second sub-support plate 335 rotates around the second sliding shaft 742 in the unfolded direction. When the surface of the second support plate 333 that is used to support the flexible display 100 is rotated to the unfolded position, the surface of the second sub-support plate 335 that is used to support the flexible display 100 is rotated to the unfolded position. In this case, the surface of the second support plate 333 that is used to support the flexible display 100 and the surface of the second sub-support plate 335 that is used to support the flexible display 100 are on the same plane (some deviation is allowed).

[0155] The second track slot 744 may be an arc-shaped slot, a straight slot, an irregularly curved slot, etc. In practical application, the shape of the second track slot 744 may be adjusted based on the movement trajectory of the corresponding second sliding shaft 742. For example, the second track slot 744 is an arc-shaped slot.

[0156] It will be appreciated that the second sliding shaft 742 may be disposed on the second minor support plate 335 and the second track slot 744 may be provided on the main shaft assembly 310. Alternatively, the second track slot 744 may be provided on the second minor support plate 335 and the second sliding shaft 742 may be disposed on the main shaft assembly 310. For example, the second sliding shaft 742 is disposed on the second minor support plate 335 and the second track slot 744 is provided on the main shaft assembly 310.

[0157] When the second sliding shaft 742 is placed on the second secondary support plate 335, the second sliding shaft 742 may be fastened to the second secondary support plate 335 by using a second extension arm 720 extending from a side of the second secondary support plate 335 that returns onto the flexible display 100, so as to form a space between the second secondary support plate 335 and the main shaft assembly 310 for the second secondary support plate 335 to move in. An end face of the second sliding shaft 742 is fastened to a side wall of the second extension arm 720. The main shaft assembly 310 is provided with a fourth avoidance groove 314 for the second extension arm 720 to move in, and a second track slot 744 is provided in the groove wall of the fourth avoidance groove 314 on the axial side of the main shaft assembly 310.

[0158] In some examples, the second support arm 324 is rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310 via two fourth arc-shaped sliding grooves 346 and two fourth arc-shaped arms 348 that are distributed at intervals in the axial direction of the main shaft assembly 310. The second track slot 744 is located between the fourth arc-shaped sliding groove 346 near the second avoidance groove 312 and the fourth avoidance groove 314.

[0159] In some embodiments of the present application, the first track slot 743 is provided in the main shaft assembly 310, and the end of the first track slot 743 that is closer to the central axis of the main shaft assembly 310 is open, and the end of the first track slot 743 that is farther from the central axis of the main shaft assembly 310 is sealed. The end of the first track slot 743 that is closer to the central axis of the main shaft assembly 310 is used for the first sliding shaft 741 to move in and out. It is convenient to assemble the first sliding shaft 741 to the first track slot 743 in this manner.

[0160] In some embodiments of the present application, the second track slot 744 is provided in the main shaft assembly 310, and the end of the second track slot 744 that is closer to the central axis of the main shaft assembly 310 is open, and the end of the second track slot 744 that is farther from the central axis of the main shaft assembly 310 is sealed. The end of the second track slot 744 that is closer to the central axis of the main shaft assembly 310 is used for the second sliding shaft 742 to move in and out. In this manner, it is convenient to assemble the first sliding shaft 741 to the first track slot 743.

[0161] In some examples, the first sliding shaft 741 and the second sliding shaft 742 are disposed symmetrically about the central axis of the main shaft assembly 310. Correspondingly, the first track slot 743 and the second track slot 744 are disposed symmetrically about the central axis of the main shaft assembly 310. The end of the first track slot 743 that is closer to the central axis of the main shaft assembly 310 communicates with the end of the second track slot 744 that is closer to the central axis of the main shaft assembly 310. In this manner, the end of the first track slot 743 that is closer to the main shaft assembly 310 and the end of the second track slot 744 that is closer to the central axis of the main shaft assembly 310 may at least partially overlap. The first track slot 743 and the second track slot 744 share a single opening, and the first sliding shaft 741 and the second sliding shaft 742 may be separately attached to the first track slot 743 and the second track slot 744 by using the same opening. This reduces the size of the main shaft assembly 310.

[0162] In some embodiments of the present application, when the hinge mechanism 300 is in the folded state, the first sliding shaft 741 presses against the end of the first track slot 743 that is remote from the central axis of the main shaft assembly 310, thereby limiting the angle of rotation of the first minor support plate 334. In this manner, the first sliding shaft 741 is used as the first pressing portion 753, and the end of the first track slot 743 that is remote from the central axis of the main shaft assembly 310 is used as the first limiting portion 751. The end of the first track slot 743 may press against the first sliding shaft 741 to limit the movement position of the end of the first minor support plate 334 that is remote from the first support plate 332 during the folding process of the hinge mechanism 300. Since the first restricting portion 751 and the first pressing portion 753 do not need to be separately arranged, the structure of the main shaft assembly 310 is simple and the size of the main shaft assembly 310 is reduced.

[0163] It will be appreciated that the first restraining structure may include the first torsion spring 733 but not the first sliding shaft 741 and the first track slot 743, or may include the first sliding shaft 741 and the first track slot 743 but not the first torsion spring 733, or may include the first torsion spring 733 and further include the first sliding shaft 741 and the first track slot 743. The first torsion spring 733, the first sliding shaft 741, and the first track slot 743 may all restrain the movement trajectory of the end of the first minor support plate 334 that is remote from the first support plate 332. When the first restraining structure includes the first torsion spring 733 and further includes the first sliding shaft 741 and the first track slot 743, the restraining effect on the first sub-support plate 334 is good, the angle tolerance of the first sub-support plate 334 is small, and the position of the first sub-support plate 334 is stable, which helps to protect the flexible display 100.

[0164] When the first restraining structure includes the first torsion spring 733 but does not include the first sliding shaft 741 and the first track slot 743, the first extension arm 710 may be disposed on the first secondary support plate 334, and the third avoidance groove 313 may be provided on the main shaft assembly 310. In this case, the first extension arm 710 may be used as the first pressing portion 753, and a groove wall of the third avoidance groove 313 that is perpendicular to the axial direction of the main shaft assembly 310 and away from the central axis of the main shaft assembly 310 may be used as the first limiting portion 751. The first extension arm 710 may be configured to press the groove wall of the third avoidance groove 313, causing the first secondary support plate 334 to rotate relative to the first support plate 332 in a direction away from the first support portion 371.

[0165] In some embodiments of the present application, when the hinge mechanism 300 is in the folded state, the second sliding shaft 742 presses against the end of the second track slot 744 that is remote from the central axis of the main shaft assembly 310, thereby limiting the angle of rotation of the second minor support plate 335. In this manner, the second sliding shaft 742 is used as the second pressing portion 754, and the end of the second track slot 744 that is remote from the central axis of the main shaft assembly 310 is used as the second limiting portion 752. The end of the second track slot 744 may press against the second sliding shaft 742 to limit the movement position of the end of the second minor support plate 335 that is remote from the second support plate 333 during the folding process of the hinge mechanism 300. Since the second restricting portion 752 and the second pressing portion 754 do not need to be separately arranged, the structure of the main shaft assembly 310 is simple and the size of the main shaft assembly 310 is reduced.

[0166] It will be appreciated that the second restraining structure may include the second torsion spring 734 but not the second sliding shaft 742 or the second track slot 744, or may include the second sliding shaft 742 and the second track slot 744 but not the second torsion spring 734, or may include the second torsion spring 734 and further include the second sliding shaft 742 and the second track slot 744. The second torsion spring 734, the second sliding shaft 742, and the second track slot 744 may all restrain the movement trajectory of the end of the second minor support plate 335 that is remote from the second support plate 333. When the second restraining structure includes the second torsion spring 734 and further includes the second sliding shaft 742 and the second track slot 744, the restraining effect on the second minor support plate 335 is good, the angle tolerance of the second minor support plate 335 is small, and the position of the second minor support plate 335 is stable, which helps to protect the flexible display 100.

[0167] When the second restraining structure includes the second torsion spring 734 but does not include the second sliding shaft 742 and the second track slot 744, the second extension arm 720 may be disposed on the second secondary support plate 335, and the fourth avoidance groove 314 may be provided on the main shaft assembly 310. In this case, the second extension arm 720 may be used as the second pressing portion 754, and a groove wall of the fourth avoidance groove 314 that is perpendicular to the axial direction of the main shaft assembly 310 and away from the central axis of the main shaft assembly 310 may be used as the second limiting portion 752. The second extension arm 720 may be configured to press the groove wall of the fourth avoidance groove 314, causing the second secondary support plate 335 to rotate relative to the second support plate 333 in a direction away from the second support portion 372.

[0168] 18 and 27 , in some embodiments of the present application, an end of the first support plate 332 that faces the main shaft assembly 310 is rotatably connected to the first minor support plate 334 by using a first elastic snap fit 375 and a first pin shaft 336 that is snap-fitted to and rotatably engages with the first elastic snap fit 375. The first elastic snap fit 375 and the first pin shaft 336 are disposed on the end of the first support plate 332 that faces the main shaft assembly 310 and the first minor support plate 334. In this way, the first support plate 332, which has a small thickness, is rotatably connected to the first minor support plate 334, and assembly between the first support plate 332 and the first minor support plate 334 is convenient.

[0169] It will be appreciated that the first resilient snap fit 375 may be disposed on the first support plate 332 and the first pin shaft 336 may be disposed on the first minor support plate 334. Alternatively, the first pin shaft 336 may be disposed on the first support plate 332 and the first resilient snap fit 375 may be disposed on the first minor support plate 334.

[0170] In some examples, a first groove for attaching the first pin shaft 336 and allowing the first pin shaft 336 to rotate is provided on a side of the first arc-shaped lap joint portion 373 away from the first avoidance groove 311. The first elastic snap fit 375 is disposed in the first arc-shaped lap joint portion 373 and is configured to restrict the first pin shaft 336 from rotating within the first groove. A portion between the first elastic snap fit 375 and an end of the first arc-shaped lap joint portion 373 that is closer to the main shaft assembly 310 may be used as the first support portion 371. In this manner, the strength of the joint to which the first pin shaft 336 is rotatably connected can be improved, and the structure of the first support plate 332 can be simplified.

[0171] In some embodiments of the present application, the end of the second support plate 333 facing the main shaft assembly 310 is rotatably connected to the second minor support plate 335 by using a second elastic snap fit 376 and a second pin shaft 337 that is snap-fitted to and rotatably engages with the second elastic snap fit 376. The second elastic snap fit 376 and the second pin shaft 337 are disposed on the end of the second support plate 333 facing the main shaft assembly 310 and the second minor support plate 335. In this way, the second support plate 333 having a small thickness is rotatably connected to the second minor support plate 335, and assembly between the second support plate 333 and the second minor support plate 335 is convenient.

[0172] It will be appreciated that the second resilient snap fit 376 may be disposed on the second support plate 333 and the second pin shaft 337 may be disposed on the second minor support plate 335. Alternatively, the second pin shaft 337 may be disposed on the second support plate 333 and the second resilient snap fit 376 may be disposed on the second minor support plate 335.

[0173] In some examples, a second groove for attaching the second pin shaft 337 and allowing the second pin shaft 337 to rotate is provided on a side of the second arc-shaped lap joint portion 374 away from the second avoidance groove 312. A second elastic snap fit 376 is disposed in the second arc-shaped lap joint portion 374 and configured to restrict the second pin shaft 337 from rotating within the second groove. A portion between the second elastic snap fit 376 and the end of the second arc-shaped lap joint portion 374 that is closer to the main shaft assembly 310 may be used as the second support portion 372. In this manner, the strength of the joint to which the second pin shaft 337 is rotatably connected can be improved, and the structure of the second support plate 333 can be simplified.

[0174] In some embodiments of the present application, the first minor support plate may have a multi-segment structure. The first minor support plate 334 includes a plurality of third sub-boards. The plurality of third sub-boards of the first minor support plate 334 are assembled and fastened sequentially in the axial direction of the main shaft assembly 310. Each third sub-board is configured to support a flexible display 100, and an end of at least one third sub-board is rotatably connected to an end of the first support plate 332 that faces the main shaft assembly 310. In this manner, the elongated first minor support plate 334 is easy to manufacture, which helps reduce manufacturing costs.

[0175] Of course, in some examples, the first sub-support plate 334 may alternatively be a one-piece structure, thereby reducing assembly errors when assembling multiple third sub-boards.

[0176] In some embodiments of the present application, the second minor support plate may have a multi-segment structure. The second minor support plate 335 includes a plurality of fourth sub-boards. The plurality of fourth sub-boards of the second minor support plate 335 are assembled and fastened sequentially in the axial direction of the main shaft assembly 310. Each fourth sub-board is configured to support a flexible display 100, and an end of at least one fourth sub-board is rotatably connected to an end of the second support plate 333 that faces the main shaft assembly 310. In this manner, the elongated second minor support plate 335 is easy to manufacture, which helps reduce manufacturing costs.

[0177] Of course, in some examples, the second sub-support plate 335 may alternatively be a one-piece structure, thereby reducing assembly errors when assembling multiple fourth sub-boards.

[0178] Figure 31 is a schematic diagram of the joint between the main shaft assembly and the foldable assembly when another hinge mechanism is in an unfolded state according to an embodiment of the present application. Figure 32 is another schematic diagram of the joint between the main shaft assembly and the foldable assembly when another hinge mechanism is in an unfolded state according to an embodiment of the present application. Figure 33 is a schematic diagram of the support assembly removed when another hinge mechanism is in a folded state according to an embodiment of the present application.

[0179] 31 to 33 and 5, the folding assembly 320 further includes a synchronization structure so that the portions of the folding assembly 320 on both sides of the main shaft assembly 310 can move synchronously in the process of switching the hinge mechanism 300 between the folded state and the unfolded state. In an embodiment of the present application, the synchronization structure is used to enable the portions of the folding assembly 320 on both sides of the main shaft assembly 310 to move synchronously.

[0180] For example, an end of the first guide rod arm 325 is rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310 using a first connecting shaft 410. An end of the second guide rod arm 326 is rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310 using a second connecting shaft 420. The synchronization structure includes a first gear 510 disposed at the end where the first guide rod arm 325 is connected to the first connecting shaft 410, and a second gear 520 disposed at the end where the second guide rod arm 326 is connected to the second connecting shaft 420. The rotation axis of the first gear 510 is coaxial with the first connecting shaft 410, and the rotation axis of the second gear 520 is coaxial with the second connecting shaft 420, and the first gear 510 is connected to the second gear 520.

[0181] In some examples, the synchronization structure further includes a force transmission gear group 530 disposed between the first gear 510 and the second gear 520. The force transmission gear group 530 includes an even number of sequentially engaged force transmission gears 531. The force transmission gear 531 closest to the first gear 510 is engaged with the first gear 510, and the force transmission gear 531 closest to the second gear 520 is engaged with the second gear 520.

[0182] It should be noted that each force transmission gear 531 may be rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310 by using a gear connection shaft 532 that is parallel to the axial direction of the main shaft assembly 310. The gear connection shaft 532 may be rotatably connected to the main shaft assembly 310. The force transmission gear 531 may be connected to the corresponding gear connection shaft 532 by using a structure such as a surface or a spline. The force transmission gear 531 and the corresponding gear connection shaft 532 may alternatively have an interference fit structure or may be integrally formed. The gear connection shaft 532 may alternatively be fastened to the main shaft assembly 310, and the force transmission gear 531 is rotatably connected to the corresponding gear connection shaft 532.

[0183] It will be understood that the gear connection shaft 532 is located between the first connection shaft 410 and the second connection shaft 420. In this manner, the sizes of the first gear 510 and the second gear 520 can be reduced, which helps to reduce the thickness of the hinge mechanism 300.

[0184] It will be appreciated that when multiple connecting frames, guide rod arms, and support arms are present, one or more groups of synchronizing structures may be arranged. The number of synchronizing structures may be the same as or different from the number of guide rod arms. In some examples, the synchronizing structures correspond one-to-one with the guide rod arms.

[0185] FIG. 34 is an exploded view of another hinge mechanism according to an embodiment of the present application.

[0186] 34 and 5, the hinge mechanism 300 has a damping effect or self-hovering capability in the unfolded state, the folded state, and in the process of switching between the two states. In some embodiments of the present application, the hinge mechanism 300 further includes a damping assembly 600. The damping assembly 600 is configured to provide a damping force to the foldable assembly 320 to prevent the foldable assembly 320 from rotating.

[0187] In some examples, the damping assembly 600 includes a fastening base 610 and an elastic pressing assembly 620, which are respectively disposed at both axial ends of the guide rod arm group on the main shaft assembly 310. A first cam 630 is disposed on an end of the first gear 510 at the end of the first guide rod arm 325 that faces the elastic pressing assembly 620, a second cam 640 is disposed on an end of the second gear 520 at the end of the second guide rod arm 326 that faces the elastic pressing assembly 620, and a third cam 650 corresponding to the first cam 630 and a fourth cam 660 corresponding to the second cam 640 are disposed on the ends of the elastic pressing assembly 620 that face the first guide rod arm 325 and the second guide rod arm 326. The elastic pressing assembly 620 is configured to press the third cam 650 against the end face of the first gear 510 on which the first cam 630 is disposed, and to press the fourth cam 660 against the end face of the second gear 520 on which the second cam 640 is disposed. In addition, the fastening base 610 tightly presses the first gear 510 and the second gear 520 together, so that the engaged convex and concave portions of the first cam 630 and the third cam 650 press against each other, and the engaged convex and concave portions of the second cam 640 and the fourth cam 660 press against each other, providing a damping force to prevent rotation of the first gear 510 and the second gear 520.

[0188] It should be noted that the surfaces of the first cam 630 and the third cam 650, where the engaged convex and concave portions are pressed against each other to provide a damping force preventing rotation of the first gear 510, are inclined. When the first gear 510 rotates under an external force, the convex portions of the first cam 630 and the third cam 650 slide outward from the concave portions, allowing the third cam 650 to move along the axis of the main shaft assembly 310; after the external force is removed, the first gear 510 and the first guide rod arm 325 remain in their current positions. It should be noted that the surfaces of the second cam 640 and the fourth cam 660, where the engaged convex and concave portions are pressed against each other to provide a damping force preventing rotation of the second gear 520, are inclined. When second gear 520 rotates under an external force, the convex portions of second cam 640 and fourth cam 660 slide outward from the concave portions, allowing fourth cam 660 to move along the axis of main shaft assembly 310. After the external force is removed, second gear 520 and second guide rod arm 326 are maintained in their current states. In this way, when there is no external force, foldable assembly 320 and hinge mechanism 300 can self-hover.

[0189] It will be appreciated that when multiple connecting frames, guide rod arms, and support arms are present, one or more damping assemblies 600 may be arranged. The number of damping assemblies 600 may be the same as or different from the number of guide rod arms. In some examples, the damping assemblies 600 correspond one-to-one with the guide rod arms.

[0190] In some examples, the elastic pressing assembly 620 includes a pressure rod 621, a spring 622, and a fastening member 623. The third cam 650 and the fourth cam 660 are disposed on the pressure rod 621. Both ends of the spring 622 press against the pressure rod 621 and the fastening member 623, respectively. The fastening member 623 is configured to be fixedly connected to the main shaft assembly 310. It should be noted that one end of each of the first connecting shaft 410, the second connecting shaft 420, and the gear connecting shaft 532 may be mounted to the main shaft assembly 310 by using a fastening member 623, the spring 622 may be sleeved on the outside of the gear connecting shaft 532, the pressure rod 621 may be slidably connected to the first connecting shaft 410, the second connecting shaft 420, and the gear connecting shaft 532, and the first connecting shaft 410, the second connecting shaft 420, and the gear connecting shaft 532 may be used as guide rods for sliding the pressure rod 621. A circlip 670 configured to limit axial movement of the gear connecting shaft 532 on the main shaft assembly 310 may further be disposed on the fastening member 623 so that the gear connecting shaft 532 may be rotatably attached to the fastening member 623.
