Abstract

An angular scraper conveyor with a two-chain scraper traction element, including rotary and rotary-translational hinges on the drive, linear and tension pans, their middle cavities with rotary sectors between them, a hydraulic tension system, while the tension pan is made with two retractable platforms in contact with each other, the surfaces of which are made in the form of skis, each of the platforms has retractable hydraulic cylinders, tension sprockets and axles, All pans are divided by a middle side into two chambers, each of which contains traction chains with scrapers and ends designed to interact with the side and middle side of the pans in the turning zone, which increases the productivity and reliability of the conveyor.
