Composite admixture for marine concrete with impermeability and erosion resistance, and preparation method thereof

Abstract

The present invention discloses a composite admixture for marine concrete with impermeability and erosion resistance and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of concrete admixtures. The composite admixture for marine concrete with impermeability and erosion resistance includes the following components by weight: 100 parts of viscosity-enhanced modified lignocellulose nanofibres, 10–20 parts of sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate, 10–15 parts of high-efficiency water-reducing agent, and 30– 55 parts of CaFeAl-NO2 intercalation material. By utilizing viscosity-enhanced modified lignocellulose nanofibers and CaFeAl-NO2 intercalation material as primary components, along with a water-reducing agent and sodium dodecylbenzenesulfonate to improve workability, the invention not only enhances the impermeability of marine concrete but also increases its density by reducing the water-cement ratio, thereby improving both the mechanical strength and impermeability of the marine concrete.
