Process for raising queen bees

Abstract

The invention relates to beekeeping, in particular to a process for raising queen bees.The process, according to the invention, comprises forming a family of nurse bees by removing the queen and the combs with uncapped brood, introducing a frame with transferred larvae into the nest and feeding the nurse bees with a mixture of sugar syrup and aqueous solution of D-glucuronic acid and choline chloride, daily for 5 days, from the introduction of the frame with transferred larvae up to the capping of the qeen cells.
