3,4-dihydro-2,7-naphthyridine-1,6(2h,7h)-diones as mek inhibitors

Abstract

Provided herein, in part, are compounds of Formula I and Formula II and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. Such compounds can inhibit MEK activity, thereby affecting biological functions, and may be useful for treating a subject having a MEK-associated tumor. Also provided herein are solid forms of 8-((2-fluoro-4-(methylthio)phenyl)amino)-2-(2-hydroxyethoxy)-7-methyl-3,4-dihydro-2,7-naphthyridine-1,6(2H,7H)-dione. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions and medicaments comprising compounds of any of the formulas described herein and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, which may be useful for treating a subject having a MEK-associated tumor, alone or in combination with additional anticancer therapies.Also provided herein are methods for preparing compounds, pharmaceutically acceptable salts, and pharmaceutical compositions according to any of the formulas described herein and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, as well as methods of using the foregoing.
