Abstract

The present invention describes a reactor with an ultrasonic acceleration mechanism. It includes a feeder connected to a pump for supplying products and reagents, as well as a discharge valve for extracting the finished product, allowing the reactor to operate in continuous or batch mode. The invention incorporates a high-frequency generator that sends an electrical signal to a transducer emitting ultrasonic waves to accelerate reactions. It also includes a double-walled container for recirculating a heating or cooling medium to control the internal temperature. A control panel with a display and buttons for adjusting operating parameters is also included, along with an integrated connection port for integration into centralized processes on a network.
