Abstract

This invention refers to a security and authentication device, which consists of a capsule placed on vehicle license plates. It contains a radio-frequency identification (RFID) chip connected to an antenna, with an anti-tamper mechanism that prevents transfer to another plate or object and disables the device by rendering it inoperable. The RFID chip allows for contactless identification and authentication of the license plate via radio frequency signals. This device ensures the uniqueness and integrity of vehicle license plates, protecting them against cloning, counterfeiting, and alteration, and has the features to prevent vehicle identification impersonation.
