Abstract

A device for holding a container and a lid of the container to each other is provided with a first contact location for contacting the lid, a first holding member for reversibly attaching the lid to the first contact location, a second contact location for contacting the container, wherein the second contact location lies on an imaginary circle having a centreline, and a second holding member for reversibly attaching the container to the second contact location. The first contact location and the second contact location are located at a distance from each other in a direction along the centreline and directed in the same direction. The second contact location has a length along the imaginary circle which is smaller than a circumference of the imaginary circle, preferably smaller than the diameter of the imaginary circle.
