Manufacturing method of a non-flammable lightweight block formed from a fireproof structure

Abstract

The present application relates to a preparation method of a non flammable lightweight block formed from a non-flammable structure using a neutralization gypsum and a non-flammable lightweight block prepared thereby, wherein a light non-flammable block is prepared using neutralization gypsum that is prepared to recycle by-product gypsum as a by-product generated in the phosphate fertilizer manufacturing process or flue gas desulfurization process, thereby readily consuming the by product gypsum discharged every year, enabling several blocks to be prepared once, and facilitating curing of a block including the neutralization gypsum.
