Aniline derivatives, their preparation and their therapeutic application

Abstract

The present invention provides a novel compound of formula (I); wherein the variables Rla, Rib, R lc, R2, R3, R4, R5, R7, R8 and R9 have meanings as described in the specification. The present invention further provides a pharmaceutical composition of claimed compound alongwith pharmaceutical acceptable excipient and optionally in combination with betablockers, prostaglandins, sympathomimetic collyres, inhibitors of carbonic anhydrase, or parasympathomimetic collyres. The compound of present invention reduces the intraocular pressure in order to treat and / or prevent ocular diseases involving EP2 receptors and effective in the treatment of glaucoma. The present invention also relates to a process for preparing such novel compound and intermediate thereof.
