Abstract

The olive paste mixer is a machine used in the olive oil industry for kneading olive paste. This device requires a slow shaft rotation speed to produce high-quality olive oil. The invention serves to concentrate the oil droplets on the paste residue. Our invention consists of a block of three stacked mixers; the paste is kneaded in three stages. The olive paste mixer is equipped with a 60 mm diameter shaft, its length determined by the capacity, onto which a helical screw with scrapers is mounted, along with a mechanical system for securing the shaft. It also features inspection ports for monitoring the paste and the water system. In conclusion, the olive paste mixer ensures efficient mixing by providing all the necessary conditions.
