[0056] In order to make the purpose, technical solutions and advantages of this application more clear, the following further describes this application in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain this application and are not intended to limit this application.

[0057] The containment vessel is the third safety barrier of a nuclear power plant. As a prestressed concrete structure, regular deformation measurements are required to ensure the containment structure remains in normal service. Currently, interval measurements of the containment dome's deformation require specialized technicians to use proprietary measuring instruments to measure at different points within the containment dome. The measured data are then analyzed offline to obtain the measurement results. However, using this measurement method is inconvenient due to the dim, low-light environment within the double-layer containment vessel. Furthermore, the containment dome deformation measurement location is located between 49 and 57 meters, requiring significant manpower and posing a high risk. Furthermore, the measurement accuracy is significantly affected by human factors and instrument accuracy, as the measurement frequency is very low, making it impossible to conduct trend analysis based on the test data in real time, and thus achieving real-time monitoring. Therefore, this method for measuring containment dome deformation suffers from low measurement efficiency. The present application provides a device for measuring the containment dome deformation of a nuclear power plant, aiming to address the aforementioned technical issues. The following examples will specifically illustrate the device for measuring the containment dome deformation of a nuclear power plant described in this application.

[0058] A device for measuring the deformation of the containment dome of a nuclear power plant provided in an embodiment of the present application is shown in Figure 1. The device is arranged on the containment of the nuclear power plant, and the device includes: multiple detectors 10, multiple target units 20 and a control unit 30; the multiple detectors 10 are arranged between the inner shell 401 and the outer shell 402 of the containment 40, and the multiple target units 20 are arranged on the surface of the inner shell 401 of the containment 40 facing the outer shell 402, and the control unit 30 is connected to the multiple detectors 10 respectively; the detectors 10 are used to obtain images of all target units 20 within the measurement range, and process the images to obtain position information of each target unit within the measurement range, and send the position information to the control unit 30; the control unit 30 is used to determine the deformation of the dome of the containment 40 based on the position information of each target unit 20 measured by each detector 10.

[0059] The detector 10 may be a camera, an infrared detector, or other measuring components. The detector 10 may include a sensor element and a signal processing element. The sensor element is used to obtain images of all target units 20 within the measurement range. The signal processing element is used to process the image to obtain position information of each target unit 20 within the measurement range and send the position information to the control unit 30. The detector 10 may include a detector bracket 101 for fixing the position, which is used to fix the detector 10 between the inner shell 401 and the outer shell 402 of the containment vessel 40. The detector 10 also includes a leveling component for adjusting the automatic leveling of the detector 10.

[0060] The light-emitting component of the target unit 10 can be an infrared lamp, a reflective ball or a laser and other light-emitting components. The target unit 10 is fixed on the surface of the inner shell of the containment vessel facing the outer shell by a target bracket. The target unit can be directly fixed on the surface of the inner shell of the containment vessel facing the outer shell by gluing, or it can be fixed by other methods. The specific fixing method is determined according to actual needs and is not limited in this embodiment. The fixing bracket of the target unit 20 can be adjusted in height and angle, and the fixing bracket can also be slidable. The bracket of the target unit 20 can be made of wood or other materials. The specific material used is determined according to actual needs and is not limited in this embodiment.

[0061] The control unit 30 is used to collect and store deformation measurement data of the dome of the containment vessel 40, and to display and present relevant images. The control unit 30 can be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, laptops, smart phones, tablet computers, Internet of Things devices, and portable wearable devices.

[0062] In an embodiment of the present application, the method of setting multiple detectors 10 between the inner shell 401 and the outer shell 402 of the containment shell 40 can be specifically: as shown in the top view of the dome of the containment shell 40 in Figure 2, the direction of the target unit 20 of the inner shell 401 of the containment shell 40 can be extended, and the detector 10 can be arranged in the outer shell 402 of the containment shell 40. The detector bracket 101 can be used to fix and tightly connect it between the inner shell 401 and the outer shell 402 of the containment shell 40 (refer to the position in Figure 1), specifically on the inner side of the outer shell 402 of the containment shell 40, and the detector 10 is adjusted so that the detector 10 remains horizontal, so that images of all target units 20 within the measurement range can be obtained.

[0063] When it is necessary to measure the deformation of the containment dome of a nuclear power plant, each detector 10 can first obtain images of all target units 20 within its respective measurement range. As shown in FIG2 , one detector 10 measures images of all target units in one direction of the dome's top view, that is, images of all target units in group A in FIG2 . Then, the detector 10 can perform image processing on all target images measured by steps such as denoising, edge detection, and feature extraction, and accurately obtain the position information of each target unit 20 within the measurement range. The position information is sent to the control unit 30 in the measurement device, and the control unit 30 will then obtain the position information of each target unit 10 within the measurement range. Then, based on the position information of each target unit 20 measured by each detector 10, the deformation of the containment dome can be determined. Specifically, the position information of each target unit measured by each detector can be compared with the reference position information (which can be achieved by setting a reference target, specifically, by setting a reference target at the ring beam position) to determine the deformation of the containment dome 40. Optionally, the position information of each target unit 20 measured by each detector 10 may be compared with the initial position information to determine the deformation of the dome of the containment vessel 40 .

[0064] The device for measuring the deformation of the containment dome of a nuclear power plant is installed on the containment of the nuclear power plant. The device includes: multiple detectors 10, multiple target units 20, and a control unit 30. The multiple detectors 10 are installed between the inner shell 401 and the outer shell 402 of the containment 40. The multiple target units 20 are installed on the surface of the inner shell 401 of the containment 40 facing the outer shell 402. The control unit 30 is connected to each of the multiple detectors 10. The detectors 10 are used to acquire images of all target units 20 within a measurement range, process the images, obtain position information of each target unit within the measurement range, and transmit the position information to the control unit 30. The control unit 30 is used to determine the deformation of the containment dome 40 based on the position information of each target unit 20 measured by each detector 10. In the device, because the detectors can acquire accurate images of the target units, accurate position information of the target units can be obtained by analyzing the images, thereby improving the accuracy of the measurement of the deformation of the containment dome. Compared to instruments that cannot measure in dark or dim light environments, this device, through its combination of a detector and a target unit, overcomes these limitations, saving manpower while improving measurement efficiency. Furthermore, the measuring device can acquire measurement data multiple times, enabling real-time monitoring. Trend analysis based on this data allows for early response to potentially dangerous situations.

[0065] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG2 , based on the device for measuring the deformation of the containment dome of a nuclear power plant described in the embodiment of FIG1 , the target unit 20 includes a light-emitting subunit 201, a bracket 202 and a connecting plate 203; the two ends of the bracket 202 are respectively connected to the light-emitting subunit 201 and the connecting plate 203; the connecting plate 203 is fixed on the surface of the inner shell of the containment shell facing the outer shell.

[0066] Among them, the light-emitting subunit 201 is used to emit light to the detector 10, so that the detector 10 can obtain the position information of the target unit 20. The light-emitting subunit 201 can be an infrared lamp, a reflective ball, or a light-emitting subunit such as a laser. The bracket 202 is used to adjust the height and angle of the light-emitting subunit 201. The bracket 202 can be made of wood or other materials. The specific material used is determined according to actual needs, and this embodiment does not limit this. The connecting plate 203 is used to be fixed on the surface of the inner shell 401 of the containment shell 40 facing the outer shell 402, and is used to support the light-emitting subunit 201 and the bracket 202. The connecting plate 203 can be made of wood or other materials. The specific material used is determined according to actual needs, and this embodiment does not limit this.

[0067] In the embodiment of the present application, when multiple target units 20 are arranged on the surface of the inner shell 401 of the containment vessel 40 facing the outer shell 402, the light-emitting sub-unit 201, bracket 202, and connecting plate 203 in the target unit 20 can be assembled first, and the functions of each component can be checked. Then, the position of the target unit 20 is determined, and the connecting plate 203 is then attached to the outer surface of the inner shell 401 of the containment vessel 40. In the above embodiment, the light-emitting target 20 can be adjusted in height to avoid the situation where measurement cannot be made due to the measurement position.

[0068] In one embodiment, based on the device for measuring the deformation of the containment dome of a nuclear power plant described in the embodiment of Figure 2, the multiple target units 20 include multiple first target units 204 and multiple second target units 205. The multiple first target units 204 are arranged on the surface of the inner shell 401 of the containment shell 40 facing the outer shell 402 at intervals of a first preset distance along the horizontal axis; the multiple second target units 205 are arranged on the surface of the inner shell 401 of the containment shell 40 facing the outer shell 402 at intervals of a second preset distance along the vertical axis.

[0069] The first target unit 204 is a target unit installed in a first direction in the top view of the containment dome (see the target unit 20 in the east-west direction in FIG2 ). The second target unit 205 is a target unit installed in a second direction in the top view of the containment dome (see the target unit 20 in the north-south direction in FIG2 ). The first preset distance is the distance between adjacent first target units 204. The second preset distance is the distance between adjacent second target units 205. The first preset distance and the second preset distance may be the same or different.

[0070] In the embodiment of the present application, when the target units 20 are installed, between the plurality of first target units 204, each two adjacent first target units 204 can be spaced apart along the horizontal axis on the surface of the inner shell of the containment vessel facing the outer shell at a first preset distance. Between the plurality of second target units 205, each two adjacent second target units 205 can be spaced apart along the vertical axis on the surface of the inner shell 401 of the containment vessel facing the outer shell 402 at a second preset distance. For example, as shown in FIG3 , a top view of the dome of the containment vessel 40 is shown. N target units 20 (N should be greater than 13) are arranged on the dome of the inner shell 401 of the containment vessel 40. The target units 20 can be randomly distributed or evenly distributed (at least including the center position and the radii r1, r2, and r3 in the "cross" distribution). To prevent the target units 20 from moving during the measurement of the deformation of the containment vessel dome, a target bracket 202 can be used to fix and tightly connect the surface of the inner shell 401 of the containment vessel 40 facing the outer shell 402. The position of the target bracket 202 can be adjusted so that the detector 10 at the corresponding position can obtain images of all target units 20 within the measurement range. A reference target unit 206 can also be set at the ring beam position under group A. The above embodiment can achieve multiple measurement points by setting multiple first target units 204 and second target units 205 at different positions. Combining the measurement results of different target units 20 can improve the accuracy of the measurement. By configuring multiple target units 20, more and more detailed measurement data can be obtained, allowing for deeper data and trend analysis, thereby identifying potential hazards in advance and taking appropriate measures to address them. The configuration of multiple target units 20 increases system redundancy. Even if one target unit 20 fails or experiences an anomaly, the remaining target units 20 can still provide reliable measurement data, ensuring the normal operation and accuracy of the system.

[0071] In one embodiment, based on the device for measuring the containment dome deformation of a nuclear power plant described in the embodiment of FIG. 2 , the controller 30 is further connected to each target unit 20 , and the controller 30 is further configured to control each target unit 20 to emit light according to a preset brightness value.

[0072] In the embodiment of the present application, the control unit 30 can connect each target unit 20 via a data line to control each target unit 20 to emit light according to a preset brightness value. Specifically, the light-emitting subunit 201 of each target unit 20 can be controlled to turn on or off, the brightness value of the light-emitting subunit 201 can be adjusted, and the light-emitting subunit 201 can be turned on or off by adjusting the brightness value of the light-emitting subunit 201. The above embodiment can flexibly control the light-emitting state of each target unit by connecting the control unit 30 to each target unit 20, so that it can adapt to different environments and needs.

[0073] In one embodiment, as shown in Figure 3, based on the device for measuring the deformation of the containment dome of a nuclear power plant described in the embodiment of Figure 2, a plurality of detectors 10 surround the surface of the inner shell 401 of the containment 40 facing the outer shell 402, and are arranged at a third preset distance on the surface of the outer shell 402 facing the inner shell 401 of the containment 40.

[0074] The third preset distance is the distance between adjacent detectors 10 .

[0075] In the embodiment of the present application, when installing the detectors 10, multiple detectors 10 can surround the inward surface of the containment shell 402, and each two adjacent detectors 10 can be arranged at a third predetermined distance. As shown in Figure 3, the detectors 10 are respectively arranged in four directions at the vertex of the "cross".

[0076] The above embodiment can achieve comprehensive monitoring of the deformation of the containment shell by arranging multiple detectors 10 on the surface of the inner shell of the containment shell facing the outer shell. Since each detector 20 is located at a different position, it can cover a wider area and obtain deformation data from different angles, so that more comprehensive and accurate deformation information of the containment shell dome can be obtained.

[0077] In summary of the devices for measuring the containment dome deformation of a nuclear power plant described in all the above embodiments, the present application further provides a device for measuring the containment dome deformation of a nuclear power plant, which includes: 4 detectors, 13 target units, and 1 control unit.

[0078] As shown in Figure 3, the top view of the containment dome shows how the four detectors are set: the four detectors are set in four directions at the vertices of the "cross". The four detectors are fixed to the inner side of the containment shell through detection brackets, and the components can automatically level each detector. Regarding the setting of the 13 target units: 13 target units, one is set at the middle vertex of the "cross", and three are evenly set on the other four sides. Each target unit includes a light-emitting sub-unit (light-emitting lamp bead), a bracket and a connecting plate. The two ends of the bracket are respectively connected to the light-emitting sub-unit and the connecting plate, and the connecting plate is fixed and tightly connected to the outer side of the containment inner shell by gluing. The control unit is used to collect and store deformation measurement data, and to display and present related images.

[0079] Regarding the measurement workflow and principle of the device for measuring the containment dome deformation of a nuclear power plant, reference may be made to the corresponding description of the device for measuring the containment dome deformation of a nuclear power plant described in all the aforementioned embodiments, which will not be repeated here.

[0080] Based on the above-mentioned device for measuring the containment dome deformation of a nuclear power plant, the present application further provides a method for measuring the containment dome deformation of a nuclear power plant, as shown in FIG4 . The method is described by taking the detector 10 and the control unit 30 in FIG1 as an example, and includes the following steps:

[0081] S101 , each detector in the measuring device acquires images of all target units within its respective measuring range, processes the images, obtains position information of each target unit within the measuring range, and sends the position information to a control unit in the measuring device.

[0082] The detector can be a camera, an infrared detector, or other measurement component. The target unit is used to emit light toward the detector. The control unit is used to collect and store deformation measurement data of the containment dome and display and present related images. The control unit can be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, laptops, smartphones, tablets, IoT devices, and portable wearable devices.

[0083] In an embodiment of the present application, each detector uses a suitable sensing technology (such as infrared, laser, etc.) to obtain an image of the target unit within the measurement range, and can use an image processing algorithm to process the collected image to obtain the position information of each target unit. Each detector sends the measured position information of each target unit to the control unit in the measuring device through a data line or a communication network.

[0084] S102: The control unit determines the deformation of the containment dome of the nuclear power plant according to the position information of each target unit measured by each detector.

[0085] The deformation is the change in height.

[0086] In an embodiment of the present application, after obtaining the position information of each target unit based on the above steps, the control unit can compare the position information of each target unit measured by each detector with the reference position information to determine the deformation of the containment dome. Optionally, the position information of each target unit measured by each detector can be compared with the initial position information to determine the deformation of the containment dome. Optionally, the position information of each target unit can be analyzed according to other algorithms to determine the deformation of the containment dome.

[0087] The above-mentioned method for measuring the deformation of the containment dome of a nuclear power plant uses each detector in the measuring device to obtain an image of all target units within its respective measurement range, processes the image, obtains position information of each target unit within the measurement range, and transmits this position information to a control unit in the measuring device. The control unit then determines the deformation of the containment dome of the nuclear power plant based on the position information of each target unit measured by each detector. In this method, because the detectors can obtain precise images of the target units, accurate position information of the target units can be obtained by analyzing the images, thereby improving the accuracy of the deformation measurement of the containment dome. Compared to instruments that cannot perform measurements in dark or dim light environments, this device overcomes these limitations through the combination of detectors and target units, and can improve measurement efficiency while saving manpower. In addition, measurement data can be obtained multiple times to achieve real-time monitoring, and trend analysis can be performed based on this data to address potential dangerous situations early.

[0088] In one embodiment, a specific implementation method for obtaining the deformation of the containment dome of a nuclear power plant is further provided. As shown in FIG5 , the step S102 of “determining, by the control unit, the deformation of the containment dome of the nuclear power plant based on the position information of each target unit measured by each detector” includes:

[0089] S201: Determine a reference target unit from the target units.

[0090] The reference target unit is a reference position used to determine the positions of other target units. The reference target unit is located at the ring beam position of the containment. One or more reference target units can be set.

[0091] In the embodiment of the present application, a reference target unit may be determined in advance from the target units, and the reference target unit may be set at the ring beam position of the containment vessel.

[0092] S202: Determine the deformation of the containment dome according to the position information of the reference target unit and the position information of the remaining target units.

[0093] In an embodiment of the present application, after the control unit obtains the position information of each target unit measured by each detector based on the above steps, it can calculate the two position information based on the initial position information or reference position information of the reference target unit to determine the deformation of the containment dome.

[0094] In one embodiment, a specific implementation method for obtaining the deformation of the containment dome is also provided. As shown in FIG6 , the step S202 of “determining the deformation of the containment dome based on the position information of the reference target unit and the position information of the remaining target units” includes:

[0095] S301, obtaining initial position information of the containment dome.

[0096] In the embodiment of the present application, the control unit can determine the initial position information of each target unit in the containment dome based on the position of the reference target unit and the positions of each of the remaining target units. As shown in FIG7 , the height difference between the Nth target unit in group A and the reference target unit 206 at time t0 can be determined as H(N, Ref)t0 based on the position information of the reference target and the position information of each of the remaining target units.

[0097] S302: Determine the current position information of the containment vessel according to the position information of the reference target unit and the position information of the remaining target units.

[0098] In the embodiment of the present application, after a preset time has passed, the control unit can determine the current position information of the containment vessel based on the position information of the reference target unit and the position information of the remaining target units. As shown in FIG8 , the height difference between the Nth target unit in group A and the reference target unit at time t1 can be determined as H(N, Ref)t1 based on the position information of the reference target unit and the position information of the remaining target units.

[0099] S303: Determine the deformation of the containment shell according to the initial position information and the current position information.

[0100] In an embodiment of the present application, the control unit obtains the initial position information at time t0 and the current position information at time t1 based on the above steps, and can obtain the deformation of each target unit in group A in the containment shell by performing a difference calculation. The deformation of all target units except group A can be determined through the center position of the dome (the middle position of the "cross") through mathematical formula conversion, and then the deformation of the containment shell can be determined.

[0101] Specifically, the vertical deformation of the Nth measuring point in group A at time t1 is:

[0102] ΔH(N, reference)t1=H(N, reference)t1-H(N, reference)t0

[0103] The vertical deformation at the center of the dome is:

[0104] ΔH(dome center, reference)t1=H(dome center, reference)t1-H(dome center, reference)t0

[0105] At time t1, the deformation of the Mth target unit at other locations outside the containment dome group A is:

[0106] ΔH(M, reference)t1=H(M, dome)t1-H(M, dome)t0+ΔH(dome center, reference)t1

[0107] In the above embodiment, by obtaining the initial position information of the containment dome, an accurate reference point can be established for subsequent measurement and analysis, helping to improve the accuracy of the measurement results and more accurately determine the actual deformation of the containment during deformation calculation. Furthermore, only the reference target needs to be set in one direction to measure the deformation of all target units, achieving high efficiency and saving materials.

[0108] Based on all the above method embodiments, a method for measuring the deformation of a containment dome of a nuclear power plant is further provided, as shown in FIG9 . The method includes:

[0109] S401: Each detector in the measuring device obtains images of all target units within its respective measuring range, processes the images, obtains position information of each target unit within the measuring range, and sends the position information to a control unit in the measuring device.

[0110] S402: Determine a reference target unit from the target units, where the reference target unit is located at a ring beam position of the containment vessel.

[0111] S403: Acquire initial position information of the containment dome.

[0112] S404: Determine the current position information of the containment vessel according to the position information of the reference target unit and the position information of the remaining target units.

[0113] S405: Determine the deformation of the containment shell according to the initial position information and the current position information.

[0114] The methods described in the above steps are all described in the above embodiments. Please refer to the above description for details and will not be repeated here.

[0115] In measuring the deformation of the containment dome at the nuclear power plant, the detector can capture precise images of the target unit. By analyzing the image, the precise location of the target unit can be determined, thereby improving the accuracy of the containment dome deformation measurement. Compared to instruments that cannot measure in dark or dim light environments, this device, through the combination of the detector and the target unit, overcomes these limitations, saving manpower while improving measurement efficiency. Furthermore, this method allows for multiple acquisitions of measurement data, enabling real-time monitoring. Trend analysis based on this data can be performed to address potential hazards early.
