Abstract
The manufacturing process comprises surface treatment and joining. Surface treatment involves the formation of micro- or nano-sized surface structures on the surface of a metallic component. Joining involves the direct bonding of the metallic component and the fiber-reinforced resin component by repeatedly bonding a molten portion of the resin component to the surface of the metallic component using a mold with a press unit. This occurs while the resin component is partially melted and the press unit is moved across the surface of the metallic component, the surface of which is at 80°C or less and exhibits the surface structures.A compound with a fluorine framework is added to the resin component, wherein the joining comprises the direct joining of the metallic component and the resin component by repeatedly bonding a molten portion of the resin component to the surface of the metallic component, while the resin component containing the compound added by the addition is partially melted, wherein the metallic component has the surface structures.
