Abstract

The invention relates to construction materials, in particular to a method of obtaining an organic-mineral modifier for concrete and construction mixtures. In the claimed method, the alloy obtained from the thermal treatment of a mixture of perlite and soda in a ratio of 1:2.8 at a temperature of 9200C for 0.4 hours is mixed with water in a ratio of 1:7.5 and neutralized to pH 7.5 with 1 mol of sulfuric acid, The resulting mineral additive is mixed with an organic additive - a superplasticizer based on the sodium salt of petroleum sulfonic acids or a naphthalene sulfonate oligomer, or a hyperplasticizer based on polycarboxylate, in a ratio of organic and mineral additives of 1:0.15.
