[001] The present invention is situated within the fields of dermatology, aesthetics and therapy, with specific applications in subdermal treatments and cutaneous biostimulation procedures. [002] Existing methods in the state of the art include the use of microneedling to create channels in the skin, increasing permeability for the introduction of bioactive substances. In addition, calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) is widely used as a biostimulator to promote collagen production, traditionally applied by subcutaneous injection. Despite these approaches, the effective penetration of active substances is limited by natural skin barriers, such as the extracellular matrix, and by the size of CaHA particles, which are typically around 40 microns, making direct absorption by the dermis unfeasible.

[003] The identified technical problem is related to the low efficiency in the intradermal distribution of biostimulating substances, such as CaHA, through conventional techniques. The present invention solves this problem by integrating the application of hyaluronidase, microneedling, and a nano-hydroxyapatite solution with reduced particles to provide greater intradermal penetration and direct stimulation of dermal cells. This approach overcomes natural absorption barriers and enhances the biostimulating effect of CaHA, promoting more effective and uniform skin rejuvenation. [004] The invention consists of a cutaneous biostimulation method that integrates three main steps: (1) application of a hyaluronidase solution diluted in saline solution (1,000 units in 2 ml), capable of modifying the extracellular matrix, facilitating the permeation of substances; (2) microneedling in cutaneous regions to create penetration channels and remove natural barriers; (3) topical application of nano hydroxyapatite, with particles reduced to 3 microns, reconstituted in saline solution (3 ml, concentration of 30 mg)

[005] Microneedling techniques designed to create channels for substances to penetrate the skin are widely used. However, the absorption of these substances can be limited by two main factors: the size of the particles that need to pass through the skin and the coagulated blood generated by the procedure, which can hinder penetration.

[006] Applying hyaluronidase after microneedling significantly improves skin permeability, allowing for more effective penetration of substances. There are even published scientific studies demonstrating the effectiveness of this approach for drug delivery.

[007] The protocol promotes the uniform distribution of CaHA in the dermis, directly stimulating collagen production by dermal cells. The integration of the steps allows overcoming the skin's natural barriers and maximizing the efficiency of the biostimulation. Claims

1 / 2 CLAIMS 1. DERMAL BIOSTIMULATION METHOD COMBINING MICRONEEDLING, HYALURONIDASE AND NANO HYDROXYAPATITE FOR DERMAL BIOSTIMULATION, characterized by comprising the steps of: (i) applying a solution containing 1,000 units of hyaluronidase diluted in 2 ml of saline solution to the entire treated area; (ii) performing microneedling to create channels in the skin, removing part of the hyaluronic acid and improving the permeability of the extracellular matrix; and (iii) topical application of a calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) solution with particles of approximately 3 microns, reconstituted in 3 ml of saline solution at a concentration of 30 mg / ml, aiming at uniform intradermal distribution and direct stimulation of collagen production.

A DERMAL BIOSTIMULATION METHOD COMBINING MICRONEEDLING, HYALURONIDASE AND NANO HYDROXYAPATITE FOR DERMAL BIOSTIMULATION, according to claim 1, characterized in that the hyaluronidase solution acts on the depolymerization of hyaluronic acid, promoting the relaxation of the extracellular matrix and facilitating the penetration of the applied substances.

A DERMAL BIOSTIMULATION METHOD COMBINING MICRONEEDLING, HYALURONIDASE AND NANO HYDROXYAPATITE FOR DERMAL BIOSTIMULATION, according to claim 1, characterized by using microneedling as a technique to create permeation channels in the skin, overcoming the barrier of the stratum corneum and increasing the area and depth of penetration of the substances.

DERMAL BIOSTIMULATION METHOD COMBINING MICRONEEDLING, HYALURONIDASE AND NANO HYDROXYAPATITE FOR DERMAL BIOSTIMULATION, according to claim 1, characterized by the topical application of the nanostructured calcium hydroxyapatite solution directly onto the channels created by microneedling, allowing its direct penetration into the dermis.

A DERMAL BIOSTIMULATION METHOD COMBINING MICRONEEDLING, HYALURONIDASE AND NANO HYDROXYAPATITE FOR DERMAL BIOSTIMULATION, according to claim 1, characterized by promoting intradermal stimulation of collagen production in an efficient manner, comparable to traditional subcutaneous application, but with greater precision in acting on dermal cells.
