Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to the field of optical imaging, and in particular to a light redirection mechanism and a camera unit with the light redirection mechanism and applications thereof. Background Art
[0002] The camera performance of mobile electronic devices has always been the focus of attention of consumers and manufacturers. Consumers hope to obtain camera effects comparable to those of SLR cameras on mobile electronic devices. In order to meet market demand, manufacturers have been seeking solutions on how to improve the camera performance of a camera unit of mobile electronic devices.
[0003] Currently, a factor that limits the camera performance of the camera unit of a mobile electronic device is the size of the camera unit itself. Since the space provided by the mobile electronic device itself is limited and consumers also pursue a lightweight experience, the camera unit needs to maintain a high zoom ratio while keeping the size from increasing. However, generally, the longer the focal length, the longer the required camera unit. In order to solve this problem, periscope camera modules are applied to mobile electronic devices.
[0004] The periscope camera module redirects light through a light redirection mechanism, thereby reducing the height of the entire camera module. At the same time, the entire periscope camera module can be designed with a larger effective focal length, thereby meeting consumers' demand for high zoom ratios.
[0005] That is to say, compared with the traditional telephoto camera module, the light from the object being photographed first passes through a light redirection mechanism, which usually provides a prism, and after being reflected and refracted in the light redirection mechanism, it passes through the lens and is received by a photosensitive component to form an image. How the light is processed by the light redirection mechanism greatly affects the subsequent imaging effect. For example, once the light passes through the light redirection mechanism, a large amount of light is lost, which will lead to a reduction in the amount of light entering the entire periscope camera module, resulting in poor imaging quality. Therefore, how to improve the light redirection mechanism to improve the working performance of the entire periscope camera module is an issue that needs attention. Summary of the invention

[0074] Reference Figure 1A , attached Figure 1B To Attachment Figure 4 As shown, a mobile electronic device 1000 according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention is illustrated.
[0075] The mobile electronic device 1000 comprises a camera unit 1 and an electronic device body 2, wherein the camera unit 1 is disposed in the electronic device body 2. The camera unit 1 can receive light from a photographed object to form an image.
[0076] The camera unit 1 includes a light redirection mechanism 10, a lens assembly 20 and a photosensitive component 30, wherein light passes through the light redirection mechanism 10, reaches the lens assembly 20, and is then received by the photosensitive component 30 to obtain an optical image of the object being photographed.
[0077] The light redirection mechanism 10 includes a light processing element 11, an elastic support member 12 and a redirection base 13, wherein the light processing element 11 is supported on the redirection base 13 through the elastic support member 12. The light processing element 11 has an incident surface 111, a reflection surface 112 and an exit surface 113, and the light from the photographed object enters the light processing element 11 through the incident surface 111, is then reflected by the reflection surface 112, and finally leaves the light redirection mechanism 10 through the exit surface 113 and reaches the lens assembly 20. Preferably, the light redirection mechanism 10 can make the light redirect 90 degrees before and after passing through the light redirection mechanism 10. It can be understood that after the camera unit 1 is configured in the mobile electronic device 1000, the light deflection mechanism 10, the lens assembly 20 and the photosensitive assembly 30 are respectively extended in the width direction of the mobile electronic device 1000, thereby greatly reducing the size of the camera unit 1 in the thickness direction of the mobile electronic device 1000, especially the camera unit 1 with a larger focal length.
[0078] The steering base 13 can be driven to rotate, and drive the light processing element 11 and the elastic support member 12 to rotate to change the optical path of the light in the camera unit 1. The elastic support member 12 has a certain elasticity, and is deformed when the steering base 13 rotates, and has a tendency to restore to its original state. The light processing element 11 is supported by the elastic support member 12. In other words, the elastic support member 12 can drive the light processing element 11 and the steering base 13 to return to their original positions.
[0079] The light redirection mechanism 10 further includes a housing 14, wherein the housing 14 is directly connected to the lens assembly 20, wherein the housing 14 is disposed outside the light processing element 11, the elastic support member 12 and the redirection base 13 to play a protective role and prevent dust and other pollutants from entering. The two ends of the elastic support member 12 are respectively fixedly connected to the housing 14, the redirection base 13 can rotate within a certain angle within the housing 14 and relative to the housing 14, and the light processing element 11 can rotate within a certain angle within the housing 14 and relative to the housing 14.
[0080] The steering base 13 , the light processing element 11 and the housing 14 are designed to have a certain distance therebetween, so as to provide space for the steering base 13 and the light processing element 11 to rotate.
[0081] The steering base 13 has an inclined surface 131, wherein the inclined surface 131 is used to support the elastic support member 12, the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11 and the inclined surface 131 of the steering base 13 are arranged opposite to each other, and the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11 is supported on the inclined surface 131 of the steering base 13 through the elastic support member 12. It can be understood that the structure and shape of the steering base 13 do not limit the present invention, and the steering base 13 can be a triangular prism or a plate-like structure.
[0082] The light redirection mechanism 10 has a storage space 100, wherein the storage space 100 is formed between the inclined surface 131 of the redirection base 13 and the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11. For the light processing element 11, the light first undergoes a refraction at the incident surface 111, and then enters the interior of the light processing element 11. Optionally, a pre-treatment component may be provided at the incident surface 111 of the light processing element 11, such as a coating capable of filtering specific light or a protective layer for protecting the light processing element 11. The light passes through the light processing element 11 and reaches the reflecting surface 112. On the other side of the reflecting surface 112, due to the existence of the retaining space 100, the air medium can enter the retaining space 100, so that one side of the reflecting surface 112 is an optically dense medium, and the other side is an optically sparse medium (here, the air medium), so that the light enters the optically dense medium from the optically dense medium. When the incident angle reaches a certain angle, part of the light can be totally reflected here, so that part of the light is completely reflected, and the light reflected by the reflecting surface 112 reaches the exit surface 113, leaves the light processing element 11 after being refracted once at the exit surface 113, and then reaches the lens assembly 20.
[0083] Of course, it is understandable that the storage space 100 may contain other media, and is not necessarily limited to the air medium. The storage space 100 may even be in a vacuum or near-vacuum state, as long as the two sides of the reflective surface 112 are respectively kept in a light-dense state and a light-sparse state, so that when the light reaches the storage space 100 from the light processing element 11, the refractive index of the reflective surface 112 on the light processing element 11 side is greater than the refractive index on the storage space 100 side.
[0084] It is understandable that the prism can be made of glass or resin.
[0085] Compared with the conventional light redirecting mechanism 10 , the existence of the retention space 100 enables more air medium to be retained on one side of the reflection surface 112 of the light processing element 11 , thereby facilitating total reflection of light on the reflection surface 112 .
[0086] Specifically, the elastic support member 12 has a support surface 121 , wherein the support surface 121 and the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11 are disposed face to face. The storage space 100 is formed between the elastic support member 12 and the light processing element 11 .
[0087] The supporting surface 121 has a supporting area 1211 and a non-supporting area 1212, wherein the supporting area 1211 is higher than the non-supporting area 1212, wherein the supporting area 1211 directly contacts the reflecting surface 112 of the optical processing element 11, and wherein the non-supporting area 1212 does not contact the reflecting surface 112 of the optical processing element 11.
[0088] In this example, the elastic support member 12 is designed to have a circular ring structure. More specifically, at the middle position of the elastic support member 12, the elastic support member 12 has a through hole 1240, so that the retention space 100 can be formed between the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11 and the inclined surface 131 of the turning base 13.
[0089] It is worth mentioning that the support surface 121 can be set to be uneven, so that the space between the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11 and the turning base 13 is larger and can accommodate more air medium, so as to facilitate a total reflection of the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11.
[0090] The elastic support member 12 includes an outer frame 122, at least one first position-limiting connector 123 and an inner frame 124, wherein the first position-limiting connector 123 is formed around the inner frame 124, one end of the first position-limiting connector 123 is connected to the inner frame 124, and the other end is connected to the outer frame 122. The outer frame 122 is directly connected to the outer shell 14 of the light redirection mechanism 10. The light processing element 11 is directly supported by the inner frame 124, and the supporting surface 121 is formed on the inner frame 124. When the light processing element 11 is driven by the redirection base 13 to rotate, the inner frame 124 also rotates, but is limited by the first position-limiting connector 123, because the outer frame 122 directly connected to the outer shell 14 is fixedly connected to the outer shell 14, so the rotation of the inner frame 124 is limited. In other words, the elastic support member 12 acts as a buffer for the rotation of the optical processing element 11, preventing the optical processing element 11 from rotating suddenly under the drive of the turning base 13. On the other hand, when the optical processing element 11 rotates to another angle under the drive of the turning base 13, the first position-limiting connector 123 of the elastic support member 12 is twisted and the driving force of the rotating base 13 is weakened or disappears to reset the optical processing element 11, and the inner frame 124 can return to its original position under the rotation of the first position-limiting connector 123 to restore the original state.
[0091] The light redirection mechanism 10 further includes a driving element 15, wherein the driving element 15 can drive the redirection base 13 to rotate, thereby driving the elastic support 12 and the light processing element 11 to rotate, thereby changing the propagation direction of the light. The driving element 15 is respectively arranged on the redirection base 13 and the housing 14, and generates a magnetic field when powered to drive the redirection base 13 located in the magnetic field to rotate.
[0092] Preferably, the first position-limiting connecting member 123 is configured to be formed centrally and symmetrically around the inner frame 124 , so that the first position-limiting connecting member 123 can provide a balanced force when the inner frame 124 is reset.
[0093] In the camera unit 1, the housing 14 has a light inlet 140, wherein the light inlet 140 is formed above the incident surface 111 of the light processing element 11, and light enters the light processing element 11 through the light inlet 140. After the light enters the light processing element 11, an illumination area 1121 is formed on the reflection surface 112 of the light processing element 11, i.e., the light irradiation area. The light also has a total reflection area 1122 on the reflection surface 112 of the light processing element 11. It can be understood that most of the total reflection area 1122 overlaps with the illumination area 1121 and the total reflection area 1122 is completely included in the illumination area 1121, but not all of the illumination areas 1121 are the total reflection areas 1122. Because in part of the illumination area 1121, the incident angle cannot reach the condition for total reflection, especially in the edge area of the illumination area 1121, so in the traditional camera unit 1, the edge of the image obtained may be dark.
[0094] In this example, the inner frame 124 has the through hole 1240, wherein the total reflection area 1122 of the light processing element 11 corresponds to the position of the through hole 1240, so as to provide more space in the total reflection area 1122 for retaining more air medium so that a better total reflection occurs in the total reflection area 1122 of the light processing element 11.
[0095] Furthermore, near the position of the through hole 1240, corresponding to the illumination area 1121 but not corresponding to the total reflection area 1122, the inner frame 124 is provided with a reinforced area, wherein the reinforced area has a higher reflectivity for light, so that the light in the illumination area 1121 but not in the total reflection area 1122, that is, the light that cannot be totally reflected on the reflection surface 112 of the light processing element 11, can be refracted on the reflection surface 112 and then reach the reinforced area of the inner frame 124, and the reinforced area directly reflects the light back to the light processing element 11 to supplement the amount of light entering, thereby reducing the phenomenon of dark areas appearing at the edges of the final image.
[0096] The enhancement of the reflectivity of the reinforced area of the inner frame 124 can be achieved through processes such as polishing or coating.
[0097] The through hole 1240 of the inner frame 124 may be in a square, circular, or polygonal shape.
[0098] Preferably, the through hole 1240 is formed in a circular shape, the area of the through hole 1240 is larger than the total reflection range but smaller than the illumination range, the enhanced region is formed near the position of the through hole 1240, and a certain distance is designed between the enhanced region and the reflective surface 112 so that there is space between the enhanced region and the reflective surface 112 for more air medium to remain. In other words, the projection area of the total reflection region 1122 at the position of the through hole 1240 is included in the area of the through hole 1240, and the projection area of the illumination region 1121 at the position of the through hole 1240 includes the area of the through hole 1240.
[0099] It can be understood that the reinforcement area is located in the non-support area 1212 of the support surface 121 of the elastic support member 12 .
[0100] In this example, the inner frame 124 of the elastic support member 12 is used to directly support the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11. The inner frame 124 further includes a first support frame 1241 and a second support frame 1242, wherein the first support frame 1241 is located outside the second support frame 1242 and is directly connected to the first position-limiting connector 123.
[0101] The inner frame 124 further includes at least one second position limiting connection member 1243, wherein one end of the second position limiting connection member 1243 is connected to the first support frame 1241, and the other end is connected to the second support frame 1242, that is, the second support frame 1242 is supported on the first support frame 1241 through the second position limiting connection member 1243.
[0102] Preferably, the second support frame 1242 is configured as a circular ring structure, wherein the second support frame 1242 is configured to have a higher reflectivity to supplement the amount of incoming light and improve the dark portion that appears at the edge of the image in the later stage. Optionally, the outer diameter of the circular ring corresponds to the illuminated area 1121 of the reflective surface 112, and the inner diameter of the circular ring corresponds to the total reflection area 1122 of the reflective surface 112 so that light from the illuminated area 1121 but not belonging to the total reflection area 1122 can be reflected by the circular ring, thereby playing a role in supplementing illumination around the total reflection area 1122.
[0103] It is worth mentioning that the annular second support frame 1242 can also act as an aperture, so that the lens closest to the light inlet 140 in the lens assembly 20 can be designed as a bare lens, that is, there is no need to limit the imaging range at the first lens, and a structural aperture of the lens assembly 20 can also be cancelled, thereby reducing the size of the entire lens assembly 20.
[0104] In this example, the first supporting frame 1241 forms the supporting area 1211, that is, the position of the first supporting frame 1241 protrudes from the position of the second supporting frame 1242 to form the retention space 100 in the optical processing element 11 and in the inner frame 124 except for the position of the first supporting frame 1241.
[0105] Furthermore, the light processing element 11 of the light redirecting mechanism 10 includes a light processing body 114 and at least one limiting protrusion 115 , wherein the limiting protrusion 115 is configured to extend outward from a side surface of the light processing element body 114 .
[0106] Preferably, the limiting protrusion 115 is disposed at the side position of the light processing body 114 close to the reflecting surface 112 .
[0107] The limiting protrusions 115 are matched with the rotating base so that the light processing element 11 will not slide off the inclined surface 131 of the rotating base when the rotating base rotates. Optionally, the limiting protrusions 115 located on both sides of the light processing body 114 are engaged with the turning base 13.
[0108] In this example, part of the turning base 13 extends upward through the space between the outer frame 122 and the inner frame 124 of the elastic support member 12 so that the limiting protrusion 115 from the light processing body 114 can be extended outward to connect to the turning base 13 .
[0109] When the light processing element 11 is implemented as a prism, the light processing body 114 is implemented as a prism body, and the prism includes the prism body and the limiting protrusion.

[0112] The light processing element 11 is supported by the elastic support member 12, and the elastic support member 12 is supported by the housing 14. Specifically, both ends of the elastic support member 12 are respectively connected to the housing 14. The elastic support member 12 is also supported by the steering base 13. The light steering mechanism 10 further includes the driving element 15, wherein the driving element 15 can drive the steering base 13 to rotate, thereby driving the elastic support member 12 and the light processing element 11 to rotate, thereby changing the propagation direction of the light.
[0113] The elastic support member 12 includes an outer frame 122, an inner frame 124 and at least one first limiting connection member 123, wherein the outer frame 122 is directly connected to the outer shell 14 of the light redirecting mechanism 10, and the inner frame 124 is used to support the light processing element 11, wherein the first limiting connection member 123 has a certain elasticity, and the inner frame 124 is supported on the outer frame 122 through the first limiting connection member 123.
[0114] Preferably, the shape of the inner frame 124 is set to match the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11, so that the periphery of the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11 is completely supported by the inner frame 124, while saving the installation space occupied by both as much as possible. The outer side of the inner frame 124 is set to be convex, and the convex parts are set to have the same convex height so that the light processing element 11 is stably supported on the elastic support member 12.

[0116] The inner frame 124 includes a first support frame 1241, a second support frame 1242 and at least one second position-limiting connection member 1243, wherein the area of the second support frame 1242 is smaller than that of the first support frame 1241, and the second support frame 1242 is connected to the first support frame 1241 through the second position-limiting connection. In other words, the projection area of the second support frame 1242 on the steering base 13 is included in the projection area of the first support frame 1241 on the steering base 13.
[0117] In this example, the inner frame 124 further includes a support protrusion 1244A, wherein the support protrusion 1244A is formed on the periphery of the first support frame 1241 and has a top surface, and the top surface is a plane. In other words, the support area 1211 is a continuous plane.
[0118] The light processing element 11 is supported on the top surface. That is, the supporting area 1211 of the supporting surface 121 of the elastic supporting member 12 is higher than the non-supporting area 1212, so that the retention space 100 is formed between the elastic supporting member 12 and the reflecting surface 112 of the light processing element 11, thereby retaining more air medium.
[0119] Reference Figure 5B , which is a modified embodiment of the elastic support member 12. The elastic support member 12 includes an outer frame 122, an inner frame 124 and at least one first position-limiting connector 123, wherein the outer frame 122 is directly connected to the housing 14 of the light redirection mechanism 10, and the inner frame 124 is used to support the light processing element 11, wherein the first position-limiting connector 123 has a certain elasticity, and the inner frame 124 is supported on the outer frame 122 through the first position-limiting connector 123.
[0120] Preferably, the shape of the inner frame 124 is configured to match the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11, so that the periphery of the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11 is completely supported by the inner frame 124, while saving the installation space occupied by both as much as possible. The outer side of the inner frame 124 is configured to be partially protruding, and the protruding parts are configured to have the same protruding height so that the light processing element 11 is stably supported on the elastic support member 12.
[0121] The elastic support member 12 has a support surface 121 , wherein the support surface 121 has a support area 1211 and a non-support area 1212 , wherein the support area 1211 is higher than the non-support area 1212 .
[0122] The inner frame 124 includes a first support frame 1241, a second support frame 1242 and at least one second position-limiting connection member 1243, wherein the area of the second support frame 1242 is smaller than that of the first support frame 1241, and the second support frame 1242 is connected to the first support frame 1241 through the second position-limiting connection. In other words, the projection area of the second support frame 1242 on the steering base 13 is included in the projection area of the first support frame 1241 on the steering base 13.

In this way, on the one hand, more space can be reserved between the two supporting protrusions 1244B, and on the other hand, the material of the inner frame 124 is also saved.
[0124] Preferably, when the first support frame 1241 of the inner frame 124 is a rectangle, the support protrusions 1244B are formed at four corners of the inner frame 124. In other words, the support area 1211 of the support surface 121 includes a plurality of discontinuous planes. Each plane is located at the same height to more stably support the optical processing element 11.
[0125] Reference Figure 6 FIG. 1 is another modified embodiment of the elastic support member 12 according to the above embodiment of the present invention, and further referring to FIG. Figure 1A , 1B To Attachment Figure 4 . Specifically, the light redirection mechanism 10 includes the light processing element 11, the elastic support member 12, the steering base 13 and the housing 14, the housing 14 having a light inlet 140, wherein the light processing element 11 is supported on the steering base 13, and is supported on the steering base 13 by the elastic support member 12. Further, the light processing element 11 is connected to the steering base 13 to prevent the light processing element 11 from moving relative to the steering base 13 during rotation. The elastic support member 12 is connected to the housing 14 while being supported on the steering base 13, which can, on the one hand, buffer the rotation of the light processing element 11, and on the other hand, can reset the light processing element 11 after it rotates.
[0126] The elastic support member 12 includes the outer frame 122, the inner frame 124 and at least one first position-limiting connector 123, wherein one end of the first position-limiting connector 123 is connected to the outer frame 122, and the other end is connected to the inner frame 124. The inner frame 124 is located lower than the outer frame 122 so that the light processing element 11 is supported on the outer frame 122. The inner frame 124 can provide a reflection area for the light processing element 11 to supplement the amount of light entering the light processing element 11.
[0127] The inner frame 124 includes a first supporting frame 1241, a second supporting frame 1242 and at least one second limiting connecting member 1243, wherein the second supporting frame 1242 is connected to the first supporting frame 1241 via the second limiting connecting member 1243, wherein the second supporting frame 1242 corresponds to the illumination area 1121 of the light processing element 11.
[0128] The second support frame 1242 includes a second support frame upper portion and a second support frame lower portion, wherein the second support frame lower portion is configured to have a larger area so that the second support frame lower portion can provide more reflection areas than the second support frame upper portion, thereby solving the problem of insufficient light entering the reflection surface 112 of the corresponding light processing element 11, especially the lower portion of the reflection surface.
[0129] In other words, the elastic support member 12 has a through hole 1240, wherein the through hole 1240 is located in the middle of the inner frame 124. Preferably, the entire elastic support member 12 is a centrally symmetrical structure.
[0130] The through hole 1240 is divided into an upper through hole and a lower through hole. The through hole 1240 corresponds to the circular illumination area 1121 of the light processing element 11, and the lower through hole is set to be smaller than the upper through hole, so that the part of the inner frame 124 formed in the lower through hole 1240 can reflect light in the illumination area 1121, thereby increasing the amount of light entering the lower part of the illumination area 1121.
[0131] Reference Figure 7 FIG. 1 is another modified embodiment of the elastic support member 12 according to the above embodiment of the present invention, and further referring to FIG. Figure 1A , 1B To Attachment Figure 4 .
[0132] The light redirection mechanism 10 includes the light processing element 11, the elastic support member 12, the redirection base 13 and the housing 14, wherein the elastic support member 12 is located between the light processing element 11 and the redirection base 13, the elastic support member 12 is located at an inclined position, the light processing element 11 has a reflecting surface 112, the redirection base 13 has an inclined surface 131, wherein the reflecting surface 112 corresponds to the inclined surface 131 of the redirection base 13.
[0133] The light processing element 11 is supported on the turning base 13 through the elastic support member 12. It is worth mentioning that the elastic support member 12 provides a retention space 100 so that more air medium can be retained on the other side of the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11, so that the light can be better fully reflected on one side of the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11, thereby reducing the situation where the light is refracted on the reflective surface 112 and the loss of light input is reduced.
[0134] The elastic support member 12 includes an outer frame 122 , an inner frame 124 and at least one first position-limiting connecting member 123 , wherein the outer frame 122 is directly connected to the outer shell 14 , and the inner frame 124 is supported on the outer frame 122 via the first position-limiting connecting member 123 .
[0135] In this example, the inner frame 124 is a rectangular structure with a hollow center, wherein a through hole 1240 is hollowed out in the middle of the inner frame 124 , wherein the through hole 1240 corresponds to the illumination area 1121 of the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11 .
[0136] The elastic support member 12 has a support surface 121, and the support surface 121 is formed on the inner frame 124, wherein the support surface 121 faces the reflective surface 112 of the light processing component 11. The support surface 121 has a support area 1211 and a non-support area 1212, wherein the support area 1211 is directly supported on the reflective surface 112 of the light processing component 11, and the non-support area 1212 faces the reflective surface 112 of the light processing component 11 but does not directly support the reflective surface 112 of the light processing component 11. In other words, the support area 1211 is located at a height higher than the non-support area 1212 so that the light processing component 11 is supported on the support area 1211 of the support surface 121 of the elastic support member 12. Optionally, the support area 1211 is located at the periphery of the support surface 121 to form a larger retention space 100 near the through hole 1240, thereby retaining more air medium.
[0137] Reference Figure 8 FIG. 1 is another modified embodiment of the elastic support member 12 according to the above embodiment of the present invention, and further referring to FIG. Figure 1A , 1B To Attachment Figure 4 .
[0138] The light redirection mechanism 10 includes the light processing element 11, the elastic support member 12, the redirection base 13 and the housing 14, wherein the redirection base 13 is rotatably connected to the housing 14, for example, connected to the housing 14 via a rotating shaft so that the redirection base 13 can rotate relative to the housing 14, and the redirection base 13 has an inclined surface 131, wherein the inclined surface 131 is used to support the light processing element 11, and the light processing element 11 is fixed to the redirection base 13 so that when the redirection base 13 rotates, it drives the light processing element 11 to rotate together. The elastic support member 12 is located between the light processing element 11 and the redirection base 13, and the elastic support member 12 supports the light processing element 11 on the redirection base 13.
[0139] In the process of the steering base 13 driving the optical processing element 11 to rotate, the elastic support member 12 has a certain elasticity. On the one hand, it plays a buffering role between the elastic support member 12 and the steering base 13. On the other hand, the elastic support member 12 twists with the rotation of the steering base 13 but has a tendency to restore the deformation at the same time, so that the elastic support member 12 can help the optical processing element 11 to rotate to its original position.
[0140] Specifically, the elastic support member 12 includes an outer frame 122, at least one first limiting connection member 123 and an inner frame 124, wherein the outer frame 122 is directly connected to the outer shell 14, and the inner frame 124 is connected to the outer frame 122 through the first limiting connection member 123, thereby being supported by the outer shell 14. That is to say, when the steering base 13 drives the elastic support member 12 to rotate, the inner frame 124 of the elastic support member 12 rotates together with the steering base 13, while the outer frame 122 directly connected to the outer shell 14 hardly rotates. The first limiting connecting member 123 is twisted or deformed as the inner frame 124 rotates. The force driving the steering base 13 to rotate not only needs to overcome the gravity of the steering base 13 itself, but also needs to overcome the force from the elastic support member 12. In addition, during the resetting process of the optical processing element 11 and the steering base 13, the elastic support member 12 can provide a force to help the optical processing element 11 and the steering base 13 to quickly reset.
[0141] In this example, the inner frame 124 is configured as a sheet-like structure, and the peripheral position of the inner frame 124 is configured to be higher than the middle position of the inner frame 124 so that the light processing element 11 is supported at the peripheral position of the inner frame 124 to form the retention space 100 between the elastic support member 12 and the light processing element 11 to retain more air medium. Alternatively, a portion of the peripheral position of the inner frame 124 is configured to be higher than the middle position of the inner frame 124 so that the light processing element 11 is supported at a portion of the peripheral position of the inner frame 124 so that the retention space 100 is formed between the elastic support member 12 and the light processing element 11 to retain more air medium.
[0142] Specifically, the elastic support member 12 has a support surface 121, and the support surface 121 is formed on the inner frame 124, wherein the support surface 121 faces the reflective surface 112 of the light processing component 11.
[0143] Optionally, the shape of the inner frame 124 may be a triangle, a circle, or a polygon.
[0144] Optionally, the area of the inner frame 124 is not less than the area of the reflective surface 112 of the optical processing element 11 so that the optical processing element 11 is completely supported by the inner frame 124. In other words, the projection area of the reflective surface 112 on the inner frame 124 is included in the area of the inner frame 124.
[0145] It is worth mentioning that the illumination area 1121 of the inner frame 124 corresponding to the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11 is configured to have a higher reflectivity to reflect the light passing through the reflective surface 112 back to the light processing element 11, thereby achieving the purpose of supplementing the amount of incoming light.
[0146] Reference Fig.9A and 9B FIG. 1 is another modified embodiment of the elastic support member 12 according to the above embodiment, and further referring to FIG. Figure 1A , 1B To Attachment Figure 4 .
[0147] The light redirection mechanism 10 includes the light processing element 11, the elastic support member 12, the redirection base 13 and the housing 14, wherein the redirection base 13 is rotatably connected to the housing 14, for example, connected to the housing 14 via a rotating shaft so that the redirection base 13 can rotate relative to the housing 14, and the redirection base 13 has an inclined surface 131, wherein the inclined surface 131 is used to support the light processing element 11, and the light processing element 11 is fixed to the redirection base 13 so that when the redirection base 13 rotates, it drives the light processing element 11 to rotate together. The elastic support member 12 is located between the light processing element 11 and the redirection base 13, and the elastic support member 12 supports the light processing element 11 on the redirection base 13.
[0148] In the process of the steering base 13 driving the optical processing element 11 to rotate, the elastic support member 12 has a certain elasticity.
[0149] Specifically, the elastic support member 12 includes an outer frame 122, at least one first limiting connection member 123 and an inner frame 124, wherein the outer frame 122 is directly connected to the outer shell 14, and the inner frame 124 is connected to the outer frame 122 through the first limiting connection member 123, thereby being supported by the outer shell 14.
[0150] A middle position of the inner frame 124 is configured to be recessed downward, wherein the middle position of the inner frame 124 corresponds to the illumination area 1121 of the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11 .
[0151] For the light reaching the optical processing element 11, the incident angle of some of the light is less than a certain angle, and semi-reflection occurs at the reflective surface 112 of the optical processing element 11, that is, a portion of the light will pass through the reflective surface 112 and enter the elastic support member 12. The inwardly recessed portion of the inner frame 124 corresponds to an illuminated area 1121 of the reflective surface 112 of the optical processing element 11, so that the light passes through the reflective surface 112 and reaches the elastic support member 12. Since the reflective surface provided by the elastic support member 12 is a curved surface, the light has a tendency to converge after being reflected by the elastic support member 12, which is conducive to obtaining a better imaging quality later. Once the reflective surface provided by the elastic support member 12 is a plane, refer to the attached Fig. 9B As shown, a light ray A enters and reaches the reflective surface 112 of the optical processing element 11, and the light ray A can be directly reflected on the reflective surface 112, and then leaves the optical processing element 11 as a light ray A'. Part of the optical ray A passes through the reflective surface 112, and then reflects on the non-supporting area 1212 of the supporting surface 121 of the elastic supporting member 12, and enters the optical processing element 11 again, and finally leaves the optical processing element 11 as a light ray A''', so that the light ray A''' is diverged relative to the light ray A'.
[0152] It is worth mentioning that the recessed inner frame 124 can also form a larger space to accommodate a larger air medium.
[0153] Specifically, the elastic support member 12 has a support surface 121, and the support surface 121 is formed on the inner frame 124, wherein the support surface 121 faces the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11, and the light can be reflected by the support surface 121 of the elastic support member 12 after passing through the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11. The support surface 121 has a support area 1211 and a non-support area 1212, wherein the support area 1211 is directly supported on the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11, and the non-support area 1212 faces the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11 but does not directly support the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11. In other words, the support area 1211 is located at a height higher than the non-support area 1212 so that the light processing element 11 is supported on the support area 1211 of the support surface 121 of the elastic support member 12. Optionally, the support area 1211 is located at the periphery of the support surface 121 to form a larger retention space 100 near the through hole 1240, thereby retaining more air medium.
[0154] It is worth mentioning that the non-support area 1212 is configured to have a recessed curved surface. When a light ray A enters and reaches the reflective surface 112 of the optical processing element 11, the light ray A may be directly reflected on the reflective surface 112, and then leave the optical processing element 11 as a light ray A'. Part of the optical ray A passes through the reflective surface 112, and then is reflected on the non-support area 1212 of the support surface 121 of the elastic support member 12, enters the optical processing element 11 again, and then leaves the optical processing element 11 as a light ray A''. When the non-support area 1212 is a plane, the light ray A that finally leaves the optical processing element 11 will become an optical A'''. In other words, the recessed non-support area 1212 makes the light ray A' and the light ray A'' obtained after being processed by the optical processing element have a tendency to converge, which is beneficial to subsequent imaging.
[0155] It can be understood that the concave direction of the concave non-supporting area 1212 is along the direction away from the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11 .
[0156] More specifically, the inner frame 124 has a reflective surface, wherein the reflective surface and the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11 are arranged opposite to each other, and the reflective surface is formed in the non-supporting area 1212 of the supporting surface 121. The reflective surface is used to reflect the light from the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11 back to the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11. The reflective surface is set as an inwardly concave curved surface, and the periphery of the reflective surface is higher than the middle position of the reflective surface. It is understandable that the middle position of the reflective surface can be uneven, such as wavy, but the middle position is still lower than the periphery position of the reflective surface.
[0157] Reference Fig.10 FIG. 1 is another modified embodiment of the elastic support member 12 according to the above embodiment, and further referring to FIG. Figure 1A , 1B To Attachment Figure 4 .
[0158] The light redirection mechanism 10 includes the light processing element 11, the elastic support member 12, the steering base 13 and the housing 14, wherein the light processing element 11, the elastic support member 12 and the steering base 13 are accommodated in the housing 14, wherein the steering base 13 is rotatably connected to the housing 14 in a drivable manner, wherein the light processing element 11 is connected to the steering base 13 so as to be driven by the steering base 13 to rotate together when the steering base 13 is driven, and the elastic support member 12 is located between the light processing element 11 and the steering base 13.
[0159] The elastic support member 12 has a support surface 121 , and the support surface 121 faces the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11 . When the light processing element 11 is supported on the elastic support member 12 , part of the reflective surface 112 is directly supported on the support surface 121 .
[0160] In the process of the steering base 13 driving the optical processing element 11 to rotate, the elastic support member 12 has a certain elasticity.
[0161] Specifically, the elastic support member 12 includes an outer frame 122, at least one first limiting connection member 123 and an inner frame 124, wherein the outer frame 122 is directly connected to the outer shell 14, and the inner frame 124 is connected to the outer frame 122 through the first limiting connection member 123, thereby being supported by the outer shell 14. That is to say, when the steering base 13 drives the elastic support member 12 to rotate, the inner frame 124 of the elastic support member 12 rotates together with the steering base 13, while the outer frame 122 directly connected to the outer shell 14 hardly rotates. The first limiting connector 123 is twisted or deformed as the inner frame 124 rotates, and the force driving the steering base 13 to rotate not only needs to overcome the gravity of the steering base 13 itself, but also needs to overcome the force from the elastic support member 12, and during the resetting of the optical processing element 11 and the steering base 13, the elastic support member 12 can provide a force to help the optical processing element 11 and the steering base 13 to quickly re-set. The supporting surface 121 is formed on the inner frame 124.
[0162] The inner frame 124 has a through hole 1240, and the through hole 1240 is located at a middle position of the inner frame 124, wherein the area of the through hole 1240 is set to be larger than the illumination area 1121 of the reflection surface 112 of the light processing element 11, so that the light passing through the reflection surface 112 of the light processing element 11 cannot be reflected by the inner frame 124, thereby reducing the influence of stray light on the imaging quality of the camera unit 1. In other words, the projection area of the illumination area 1121 of the reflection surface 112 of the light processing element 11 at the position of the through hole 1240 is included in the area of the through hole 1240.
[0163] Furthermore, at least a portion of the support surface 121 near the through hole 1240 is painted black or has a rougher surface to reduce the amount of stray light from the vicinity that enters the reflective surface 112 of the light processing element 11 and affects the final imaging effect.
[0164] Optionally, the inclined surface 131 of the turning base 13 corresponding to the illumination area 1121 is at least partially painted black or has a large roughness to prevent stray light formed by partial reflection of the inclined surface 131 of the turning base 13 from reaching the reflecting surface 112 of the light processing element 11 and affecting subsequent imaging effects.
[0165] In another example of the present invention, the middle position of the inner frame 124 is not formed with the through hole 1240, and the influence on the later imaging effect can be reduced by blackening the middle position of the inner frame 124 or increasing the roughness. In this example, blackening refers to coating or applying a material with a high absorption rate of light of a specific wavelength.
