Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a sun visor bracket assembled in an assembly hole. Background Art
[0002] For example, a vehicle is equipped with a sun visor for protecting the eyes of the occupants from sunlight and the like. In this sun visor, shafts protruding from both ends in the long dimension direction thereof are rotatably held detachably on a sun visor bracket assembled on the vehicle inner wall, and are rotated and arranged in front of the occupant's field of view during use.
[0003] As a sun visor bracket for holding the shaft of the above-described sun visor, the following sun visor bracket is described in Patent Document 1 below. The sun visor bracket includes a main body portion and legs inserted into an assembly hole and fixed thereto. The main body portion has a base portion, a holding portion for detachably holding the shaft, and an insertion portion for supporting the shaft. The legs are arranged on the side of the main body portion opposite to the insertion portion, and have a first engaging piece that engages with the assembly hole and a pair of second engaging pieces that cooperate with the first engaging piece and engage with the assembly hole. The first engaging piece is formed to be able to flex inward with the tip side of the leg as a fulcrum, and has a release portion that protrudes outward from its free end side.
[0004] When removing the above-described sun visor bracket from the assembly hole, first, the release portion is pressed to flex the first engaging piece inward. After releasing the engagement with the assembly hole, the engagement between the assembly hole and the second engaging piece is released, whereby the sun visor bracket can be removed from the assembly hole.

[0008] Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0009] In the case of the sun visor bracket of Patent Document 1 above, the engagement state between the first engaging piece and the assembly hole is released by pressing the release portion. However, in this state, the second engaging piece is in a state of being engaged with the assembly hole. Therefore, although the leg is gradually pulled out from the assembly hole to flex the second engaging piece and release the engagement with the assembly hole, it is sometimes difficult to disengage from the assembly hole when the second engaging piece is difficult to flex.
[0010] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a sun visor bracket that can be easily removed from an assembly hole.
[0011] Solutions to the Problems
[0012] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a sun visor bracket which is assembled in an assembly hole and detachably holds the shaft of the sun visor. The sun visor bracket is characterized in that it has: a base portion having a holding portion for holding the shaft; and leg portions inserted into the assembly hole and fixed. The leg portions have a first wall portion and a second wall portion which are respectively erected from the base portion and arranged opposite to each other. The first wall portion has a first engaging piece which is formed to be flexibly deformable across a slit and engages with the assembly hole. An unlocking portion for releasing the engagement between the first engaging piece and the assembly hole is provided on the first engaging piece. On the second wall portion, there are provided: a pair of second engaging pieces whose base ends are connected to the top side in the erected direction of the second wall portion and are configured to be flexibly deformable and engage with the assembly hole; and a standing wall which is arranged between the pair of second engaging pieces and extends in the erected direction of the second wall portion. A groove portion which extends in the erected direction of the second wall portion and thins the second wall portion is formed between each second engaging piece and the standing wall of the second wall portion.
[0013] Advantages of the Invention
[0014] According to the present invention, when removing the sun visor bracket from the assembly hole, the unlocking portion is pressed in. After releasing the engagement between the first engaging piece and the assembly hole, the leg portions are gradually pulled out from the assembly hole, causing the pair of second engaging pieces to flexibly deform and release the engagement with the assembly hole. At this time, since a groove portion which extends in the erected direction of the second wall portion and thins the second wall portion is formed between each second engaging piece and the standing wall of the second wall portion, the pair of second engaging pieces can be easily flexibly deformed in the direction approaching the second wall portion and also in the direction of approaching each other. Therefore, the engagement between the pair of second engaging pieces and the assembly hole can be easily released, and the sun visor bracket can be easily removed from the assembly hole. [0028] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the sun visor bracket of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0029] As Figure 1 shown, the sun visor bracket 10 of this embodiment is used to be assembled to the inner wall of the vehicle via a rectangular assembly hole 2 formed in the vehicle panel 1, and rotatably holds the shaft 5 detachably. The shaft 5 protrudes from both ends in the long dimension direction of a sun visor (not shown). A decorative member 3 is overlapped and disposed on the surface side of the vehicle panel 1. A rectangular insertion hole 4 larger than the assembly hole 2 of the vehicle panel 1 is formed in the decorative member 3.
[0030] As Figure 2 shown, the sun visor bracket 10 in this embodiment has: a base portion 20 having a holding portion 21 for detachably holding the shaft 5 of the sun visor; and a leg portion 30 inserted into the assembly hole 2 and fixed.
[0031] The base portion 20 has a peripheral wall 22 and a bottom portion 23 (refer to Figure 4 ), and has a bottomed frame shape extending long in one direction, and is disposed to abut against the surface side of the decorative member 3 (refer to Figure 8)。It should be noted that, as Figure 6 shown, a notch portion 22a in a substantially "C" shape is formed at one end in the long dimension direction of the base portion 20.
[0032] It should be noted that, in the following description, as Figure 4 shown, the direction along the long dimension direction of the base portion 20 is defined as the long dimension direction A, and the direction orthogonal to the long dimension direction A of the base portion 20 is defined as the width direction B for explanation.
[0033] As Figure 5 shown, the holding portion 21 extends in a substantially "C" shape from a portion near one end in the long dimension direction A of the base portion 20, and detachably holds the shaft 5 of the sun visor. An insertion portion 25 for supporting the shaft 5 of the sun visor is provided inside the holding portion 21.
[0034] In addition, as Figure 5 shown, the pressing piece 27 extends from the other end side in the long dimension direction A of the base portion 20 in a shape bent toward the insertion portion 25, and the pressing piece 27 becomes a portion that elastically abuts against the outer periphery of the shaft 5 of the sun visor to prevent detachment and suppress loosening of the shaft 5 (refer to Figure 8 ).
[0035] The leg portion 30 has a first wall portion 31 and a second wall portion 32 that are respectively erected from the base portion 20 and are disposed opposite to each other.
[0036] As Figure 2 , Figure 4 shown, the leg portion 30 in this embodiment has: a first wall portion 31, disposed on one end side in the long dimension direction A of the base portion 20, extending along the width direction B of the base portion 20; and a second wall portion 32, disposed on the other end side in the long dimension direction A of the base portion 20, extending along the width direction B of the base portion 20, and the two wall portions 31, 32 are disposed parallel to each other. In addition, the leg portion 30 has a pair of side wall portions 33, 33 that connect the opposing end portions of the two wall portions 31, 32 to each other. It should be noted that the above-mentioned wall portions 31, 32, 33, 33 are erected from the bottom portion 23 of the base portion 20 (refer to Figure 8 ). As a result, the leg portion 30 becomes a substantially rectangular frame shape that is open at the top side in the erected direction and has an internal space 34 inside.
[0037] In addition, as Figure 4 shown, the base end portion side of the first wall portion 31 and the peripheral wall 22 of the base portion 20 are connected by connecting portions 36, 36, the base end portion side of the second wall portion 32 and the peripheral wall 22 of the base portion 20 are connected by connecting portions 37, 37, and the base end portion side of each side wall portion 33 and the peripheral wall 22 of the base portion 20 are connected by connecting portions 38, 38, so as to maintain the rigidity of the leg portion 30.
[0038] In addition, the first wall portion 31 has a first engaging piece 41 that is formed to be flexibly deformable across the slit 41a and engages with the fitting hole 2, and a releasing portion 43 that can release the engagement between the first engaging piece 41 and the fitting hole 2 is provided on the first engaging piece 41.
[0039] Specifically, as Figure 6 shown, a slit 41a is formed in the first wall portion 31. The slit 41a communicates with the notch portion 22a of the base portion 20 and is substantially "U" shaped. The first engaging piece 41 is provided on the first wall portion 31 so as to be flexibly deformable across the slit 41a. For the first engaging piece 41, its base end portion is connected to the top end portion side in the standing direction of the first wall portion 31, and the first engaging piece 41 can be flexibly deformed in a direction approaching / separating from the second wall portion 32 (refer to Figure 8 and Figure 12 ). In addition, for the first engaging piece 41, the outer surface on the base end portion side thereof becomes an inclined surface that protrudes outward as it approaches the base portion 20, and an engaging portion 42 that is inclined in such a manner that the height gradually decreases from the most protruding portion of the inclined surface is formed. The engaging portion 42 becomes the portion that engages with the inner peripheral edge of the fitting hole 2 (refer to Figure 8 ).
[0040] In addition, as Figure 8 shown, at the free end portion of the first engaging piece 41 on the side opposite to the base end portion, the releasing portion 43 extends outward from the side opposite to the second wall portion 32. The releasing portion 43 is disposed within the notch portion 22a of the peripheral wall 22 of the base portion 20 and does not protrude from the outer peripheral surface of the base portion 20 (refer to Figure 6 and Figure 8 ). Therefore, the releasing portion 43 is a structure that is not easily pressed by a finger or the like from the outside of the base portion 20. When pressing the releasing portion 43, as Figure 8 shown, for example, a pressing tool 7 such as a flathead screwdriver is used to press.
[0041] Then, when pressing the releasing portion 43 from the surface side of the decorative member 3 in a direction approaching the second wall portion 32 from the state where the engaging portion 42 of the first engaging piece 41 engages with the inner peripheral edge of the fitting hole 2 (refer to Figure 8 ), as Figure 12 shown, the first engaging piece 41 moves and is flexibly deformed within the inner space 34 of the leg portion 30 via the releasing portion 43, and the engaging portion 42 disengages from the inner peripheral edge of the fitting hole 2, and the engagement of the first engaging piece 41 of the fitting hole 2 is released.
[0042] On the other hand, as Figure 2As shown, on the second wall portion 32, there are provided: a pair of second engaging pieces 45, 45, whose base ends are connected to the top side in the standing direction of the second wall portion 32, are configured to be flexibly deformable, and engage with the fitting hole 2; and a standing wall 50, disposed between the pair of second engaging pieces 45, 45, and extending in the standing direction of the second wall portion.
[0043] As Figure 2 , Figure 5 , Figure 8 and so on show, for the second engaging piece 45, its base end is connected to the top side in the standing direction on the outer surface side of the second wall portion 32, and the second engaging piece 45 extends obliquely outwardly toward the base portion 20 side. It should be noted that the "outer surface side" of the above-mentioned second wall portion 32 refers to the side of the second wall portion 32 opposite to the opposing surface of the first wall portion 31. The same applies in the following description. In addition, on the outer surface of the free end side of each second engaging piece 45, opposite to the base end, there is provided an engaging portion 46 that engages with the inner peripheral edge of the fitting hole 2 (refer to Figure 8 ).
[0044] Moreover, as Figure 2 , Figure 5 , Figure 8 and so on show, at positions close to the second wall portion 32 in the pair of side wall portions 33, 33 constituting the leg portion 30, a substantially "U"-shaped slit 48a is formed, and substantially triangular temporary holding pieces 48, 48 that can flex toward the inner space 34 of the leg portion 30 are provided on both sides of the slit 48a. At one end of each temporary holding piece 48, there is provided an engaging portion 48b.
[0045] And, the engaging portion 48b of each temporary holding piece 48 engages with the inner peripheral edge of the insertion hole 4 of the decorative member 3, and the base portion 20 abuts against the peripheral edge on the surface side of the insertion hole 4, whereby the sun visor bracket 10 is temporarily held by the decorative member 3.
[0046] In addition, as Figure 2 , Figure 4 show, a standing wall 50 extending in the standing direction of the second wall portion 32 is provided between the pair of second engaging pieces 45, 45 on the outer surface side of the second wall portion 32. The standing wall 50 in this embodiment is a substantially long plate shape whose top outer surface is cut in a conical shape, and extends from the bottom 23 of the base portion 20 to the top in the standing direction of the second wall portion 32.
[0047] Moreover, a groove portion 51 extending in the standing direction of the second wall portion 32 and making the second wall portion 32 a thin wall is formed between each second engaging piece 45 and the standing wall 50 of the second wall portion 32.
[0048] As Figure 2 , Figure 4 andFigure 7 As shown, the groove portion 51 in this embodiment is substantially in a "C" shape, and is disposed on the inner edge of the base end portion of each second engaging piece 45 on the outer surface side of the second wall portion 32, and extends respectively to a length reaching the bottom 23 of the base portion 20. In addition, as Figure 7 shown, the width W1 of the groove portion 51 (in the direction along the width direction B) is formed to be narrower than the interval W2 (in the direction along the width direction B) between the standing wall 50 and the second engaging piece 45.
[0049] In addition, by forming the groove portions 51, 51 as described above, as Figure 7 shown, the thickness T2 of the connecting portion 44 between the base end portion of the second engaging piece 45 and the side portion in the width direction B of the second wall portion 32 is formed to be thicker than the thickness T1 of the portion where the groove portion 51 of the second wall portion 32 is formed. It should be noted that the connecting portion 44 is substantially in a quadrangular prism shape wider (larger in the direction along the width direction B) than the groove portion 51 (refer to Figure 7 ).
[0050] Then, by providing the groove portion 51 as described above, after the engagement between the first engaging piece 41 and the fitting hole 2 is released in a state where the sun visor bracket 10 is fitted in the fitting hole 2, when the leg portion 30 is removed from the fitting hole 2 and gradually pulled out from the fitting hole 2 (a scheme of slowly applying a pulling load to the second engaging piece 45), the second engaging piece 45 is easily flexed and deformed. In addition, by providing the groove portion 51, when a strong force such as an impact force acts from the outside in a state where the sun visor bracket 10 is fitted in the fitting hole 2 (a scheme in which a load for suddenly pulling out the second engaging piece 45 acts), the second engaging piece 45 is intentionally made to be easily damaged. These effects will be described later.
[0051] It should be noted that, as the groove portion 51, for example, it may also be substantially in a "U" shape, substantially in a "V" shape, etc., and there is no particular limitation. In addition, the formation position of the groove portion is not particularly limited, but it is preferably disposed along the inner edge on the base end portion side of the second engaging piece 45. Moreover, the formation range of the groove portion (the range along the standing direction of the standing wall) is not particularly limited, but it is preferably within the range where the base end portion of the second engaging piece 45 is provided.
[0052] In addition, as Figure 2 shown, a wide portion 53 that is configured to be able to abut against the inner periphery of the fitting hole 2 is provided on the base end portion side of the standing wall 50 (refer to Figure 9 ).
[0053] The wide portion 53 in this embodiment has the following shape, that is, on the top side in the protruding direction of the standing wall 50 from the second wall portion 32 (the position farthest from the outer surface of the second wall portion 32 in a top view as Figure 7 shown), and, as Figure 2 , Figure 3As shown, on the base end side in the standing direction, it has a rib-shaped protruding shape toward a pair of second engaging pieces 45, 45. As a result, as Figure 2 , Figure 3 shown, the width of the wide portion 53 (the length along the width direction B) becomes wider on the top end side in the standing direction. Moreover, the wide portion 53 extends from the bottom 23 of the base portion 20.
[0054] In addition, as Figure 2 , Figure 4 shown, the base end side of the standing wall 50 and the peripheral wall 22 of the base portion 20 are connected by a connecting portion 55 to maintain the rigidity of the standing wall 50.
[0055] Moreover, as Figure 4 , Figure 7 shown, ribs 57, 57 are respectively erected at positions on the inner surface side (opposing surface side) of a pair of side wall portions 33, 33 constituting the leg portion 30 and close to the second wall portion 32. By means of these ribs 57, 57, the rigidity and impact resistance of the pair of side wall portions 33, 33 are improved.
[0056] And, as Figure 4 , Figure 7 shown, a stopper wall 60 is provided on the sun visor bracket 10. The stopper wall 60 connects a pair of side wall portions 33, 33, and restricts the flexural deformation of the second engaging piece 45 toward the first wall portion 31 in a state where the engagement between the second engaging piece 45 and the fitting hole 2 is released. In addition, the stopper wall 60 is provided with a concave receiving portion 65 having tapered side surfaces. When the first engaging piece 41 flexurally deforms toward the second wall portion 32, as Figure 13 shown, the first engaging piece 41 is guided to the center of the stopper wall 60.
[0057] As Figure 7 shown, in this embodiment, the portions on the inner surface side (opposing surface side) of a pair of side wall portions 33, 33 close to the first wall portion 31 are connected by the stopper wall 60. Figure 8 shows the rotation locus K of the first engaging piece 41. The stopper wall 60 of this embodiment is disposed in the middle of the rotation locus K. Specifically, it is disposed between the first wall portion 31 and a substantially "U"-shaped slit 48a forming the temporary holding piece 48.
[0058] In addition, the stopper wall 60 has: a central portion 61 disposed at the center of the stopper wall and extending in parallel with the first wall portion 31; a pair of inclined portions 62, 62 that extend obliquely from both sides of the central portion 61 in a manner that gradually approaches the first wall portion 31; and a pair of connecting portions 63, 63 that extend in parallel with the first wall portion 31 from the tip ends in the extending direction of the inclined portions 62, 62 and are respectively connected to the pair of side wall portions 33, 33. The inner side surfaces (the surfaces on the side of approaching each other) of the pair of inclined portions 62, 62 are conical. And, the concave receiving portion 65 is formed by the pair of inclined portions 62, 62 and the central portion 61 disposed between them. In the top view as shown in Figure 7 , the concave receiving portion 65 is a concave receiving portion that is recessed on the side of the first wall portion 31 and has a conical shape on both sides thereof.
[0059] It should be noted that the shapes and structures of the respective components (the base portion, the leg portion, the first engaging piece, the second engaging piece, etc.) of the sun visor bracket 10 described above are merely examples, and the present embodiment is not limited to the above shapes and structures.
[0060] Next, a method of using the sun visor bracket 10 having the above-described configuration will be described.
[0061] First, as shown in Figure 1 , the leg portion 30 of the sun visor bracket 10 is inserted into the insertion hole 4 from the surface side of the decorative member 3. Then, the first engaging piece 41, the second engaging pieces 45, 45, and the temporary holding pieces 48, 48 are pressed against the inner periphery of the insertion hole 4, pass through the insertion hole 4 while being bent inward, and when the respective pieces 41, 45, 48 are disengaged from the inner side of the insertion hole 4 and elastically return, the engaging portion 48b of the temporary holding piece 48 engages with the inner peripheral edge of the insertion hole 4, and the base portion 20 abuts against the peripheral edge on the surface side of the insertion hole 4, thereby temporarily holding the sun visor bracket 10 on the decorative member 3.
[0062] As described above, in a state where the sun visor bracket 10 is temporarily held on the decorative member 3 and the tip end side of the leg portion 30 protrudes from the inner side of the insertion hole 4, it is pressed together with the decorative member 3 toward the vehicle panel 1 side, and the leg portion 30 of the sun visor bracket 10 is inserted into the fitting hole 2 from the surface side of the vehicle panel 1. Then, the first engaging piece 41, the second engaging pieces 45, 45, and the temporary holding pieces 48, 48 are pressed against the inner periphery of the fitting hole 2 and bent inwardly. When the engaging portion 42 of the first engaging piece 41 and the engaging portions 46 of the respective second engaging pieces 45 pass through the fitting hole 2, the first engaging piece 41 and the respective second engaging pieces 45 are elastically returned and engage with the inner peripheral edge of the fitting hole 2 (refer to Figure 8 ), and, the temporary holding piece 48 is bent inwardly and held in a state of abutting against the inner periphery of the fitting hole 2. As a result, as shown in Figure 8As shown, in a state where the vehicle panel 1 and the decorative member 3 are clamped by the base portion 20 that abuts against the insertion hole 4 of the decorative member 3, the first engaging piece 41 that engages with the inner peripheral edge of the fitting hole 2, and the pair of second engaging pieces 45, 45, and the soft decorative member 3 is slightly flattened, the sun visor bracket 10 can be assembled to the fitting hole 2. It should be noted that in this state, as Figure 9 shown, the wide portion 53 provided on the base end side of the vertical wall 50 can abut against the inner periphery of the fitting hole 2.
[0063] Then, the shaft 5 of the sun visor is inserted into the holding portion 21 through the open insertion portion 25. As a result, the pressing piece 27 elastically abuts against the outer periphery of the shaft. In a state where its looseness is suppressed, the shaft 5 is rotatably held by the holding portion 21 in a detachable manner, and the sun visor can be fixed relative to the vehicle panel 1 and the decorative member 3.
[0064] Furthermore, when it is necessary to remove the sun visor bracket 10 from the fitting hole 2 of the vehicle panel 1 for reasons such as part replacement, maintenance, recycling, etc., as Figure 8 shown, for example, a pressing tool 7 such as a flathead screwdriver is used to press the release portion 43 in a direction approaching the second wall portion 32 from the surface side of the decorative member 3. Then, as Figure 12 shown, the first engaging piece 41 moves in the inner space 34 of the leg portion 30 via the release portion 43 and flexes and deforms in a direction approaching the second wall portion 32. As a result, the engaging portion 42 disengages from the inner peripheral edge of the fitting hole 2, and the engagement of the first engaging piece 41 with the fitting hole 2 can be released.
[0065] And, in this embodiment, as Figure 4 , Figure 7 etc. shown, a stop wall 60 is provided. The stop wall 60 connects the pair of side wall portions 33, 33, and in a state where the engagement between the first engaging piece 41 and the fitting hole 2 is released, it restricts the flexural deformation of the first engaging piece 41 toward the second wall portion 32 side. The stop wall 60 is provided with a concave receiving portion 65 having tapered sides on both sides. When the first engaging piece 41 flexes and deforms toward the second wall portion 32 side, the concave receiving portion 65 guides the first engaging piece 41 to the center of the stop wall 60.
[0066] Therefore, when the first engaging piece 41 is flexed and deformed by pressing the release portion 43 with the pressing tool 7, as Figure 12 shown, even if the release portion 43 is pressed excessively, the first engaging piece 41 will abut against the stop wall 60. Therefore, the further flexural deformation of the first engaging piece 41 can be restricted. As a result, the plastic deformation of the first engaging piece 41 can be prevented.
[0067] In addition, when the release portion 43 is pressed with the pressing tool 7, as Figure 4As shown by the arrow F1, although it is ideal to press the release portion 43 straightly toward the second wall portion 32, sometimes it may be pressed obliquely as shown by the arrows F2 and F3. In this case, the first engaging piece 41 will deviate from the central position of the stopper wall 60 and flexurally deform while bending. However, as shown by Figure 13 , the first engaging piece 41 can be guided by the concave receiving portions 65 with tapered side surfaces on both sides (here, guided by the tapered inner side surfaces of the inclined portion 62) so that the first engaging piece 41 is located at the center of the stopper wall 60, and the flexural deformation of the first engaging piece 41 can be reliably restricted. Figure 4 As shown by the arrows F2 and F3, sometimes it may be pressed obliquely. In this case, the first engaging piece 41 will deviate from the central position of the stopper wall 60 and flexurally deform while bending. Figure 13 As shown, the first engaging piece 41 can be guided by the concave receiving portions 65 with tapered side surfaces on both sides (here, guided by the tapered inner side surfaces of the inclined portion 62) so that the first engaging piece 41 is located at the center of the stopper wall 60, and the flexural deformation of the first engaging piece 41 can be reliably restricted.
[0068] Moreover, since the concave receiving portions 65 with tapered side surfaces on both sides are provided in the stopper wall 60, the rigidity of the stopper wall 60 itself can be improved (compared with the structure without the concave receiving portions, the rigidity of the stopper wall 60 is increased).
[0069] In addition, the stopper wall 60 is provided to be close to the first wall portion 31 and far from the second wall portion 32. Therefore, it can be configured not to hinder the ease of deformation of the second wall portion 32 described later, and the strength of the pair of side wall portions 33, 33 can be improved.
[0070] If we return to the description of the process of removing the sun visor bracket 10 from the fitting hole, as described above, the engaging portion 42 disengages from the inner peripheral edge of the fitting hole 2 and remains in a state where the engagement of the first engaging piece 41 with respect to the fitting hole 2 is released. And, as shown by the arrow F4, the base portion 20 is rotated in a direction away from the surface side of the decorative member 3, and the leg portion 30 is gradually pulled out from the fitting hole 2 starting from one end side (the first wall portion 31, the first engaging piece 41 side) in the long dimension direction A. Figure 8 As shown by the arrow F4, the base portion 20 is rotated in a direction away from the surface side of the decorative member 3, and the leg portion 30 is gradually pulled out from the fitting hole 2 starting from one end side (the first wall portion 31, the first engaging piece 41 side) in the long dimension direction A.
[0071] At this time, in the sun visor bracket 10, as shown by Figure 2 , Figure 4 , Figure 7 , grooves 51 are formed between the respective second engaging pieces 45 of the second wall portion 32 and the standing wall 50, which extend in the standing direction of the second wall portion 32 and make the second wall portion 32 a thin wall. Therefore, as shown by Figure 10 , the pair of second engaging pieces 45, 45 can be easily flexurally deformed in the direction approaching the second wall portion 32 and can also be easily flexurally deformed in the direction of approaching each other. Figure 2 Figure 4 Figure 7 Grooves 51 are formed between the respective second engaging pieces 45 of the second wall portion 32 and the standing wall 50, which extend in the standing direction of the second wall portion 32 and make the second wall portion 32 a thin wall. Figure 10 As shown, the pair of second engaging pieces 45, 45 can be easily flexurally deformed in the direction approaching the second wall portion 32 and can also be easily flexurally deformed in the direction of approaching each other.
[0072] Here, as shown by Figure 10 Figure 10 As shown, the thin-walled portions of the groove portions 51, 51 formed in the second wall portion 32 are slightly bent obliquely inward so as to approach the first wall portion 31 (that is, both side portions of the second wall portion 32 are bent and deformed in a direction approaching each other), and a pair of second engaging pieces 45, 45 are bent and deformed obliquely inward in a direction closer to the outer surface side of the second wall portion 32 and in a direction approaching each other with the standing wall 50 interposed therebetween.
[0073] As a result, the amount of engagement of the engaging portion 46 of the second engaging piece 45 with respect to the fitting hole 2 can be reduced, and the engagement between the pair of second engaging pieces 45, 45 and the fitting hole 2 can be easily released. Therefore, it is easy to pull out the leg portion 30 from the fitting hole 2 and easy to remove the sun visor bracket 10 from the fitting hole 2.
[0074] It should be noted that, as described above, a pair of second engaging pieces 45, 45 are easily bent and deformed in a direction closer to the second wall portion 32 and are also easily bent and deformed in a direction approaching each other. Therefore, the following effects can also be obtained: the amount of engagement of the engaging portion 46 with respect to the fitting hole 2 can be easily ensured, and the sun visor bracket 10 can be stably assembled to the fitting hole 2.
[0075] In addition, in this embodiment, as Figure 4 , Figure 7 shown, each groove portion 51 is formed on the outer surface side of the second wall portion 32. Therefore, when the sun visor bracket 10 is removed from the fitting hole 2, as Figure 10 shown, the second wall portion 32 is bent and deformed in such a manner that both side portions approach each other and approach the first wall portion 31. Therefore, a pair of second engaging pieces 45, 45 can be easily bent and deformed in a direction approaching each other.
[0076] Moreover, in this embodiment, as Figure 2 , Figure 4 shown, each groove portion 51 is disposed along the inner edge on the base end side of the second engaging piece 45, and as Figure 7 shown, the width W1 of each groove portion 51 is formed to be narrower than the interval W2 between the standing wall 50 and the second engaging piece 45. Therefore, a reduction in the strength of the second wall portion 32 can be prevented, and a pair of second engaging pieces 45, 45 can be more easily bent and deformed.
[0077] In addition, in this embodiment, as Figure 9 shown, a wide portion 53 that can abut against the inner periphery of the fitting hole 2 is provided on the base end side of the standing wall 50. Therefore, when an impact force acts from the outside in a state where the sun visor bracket 10 is assembled to the fitting hole 2, the impact force can be easily received, breakage of the standing wall 50 can be prevented, and the sun visor bracket 10 is less likely to come off from the fitting hole 2.
[0078] Furthermore, when the sun visor bracket 10 is assembled in the assembly hole 2, a strong force such as an impact force may sometimes act on the sun visor bracket 10. For example, as shown by the arrow in Figure 11 , the impact force may sometimes act on the tip side in the protruding direction of the holding portion 21 from an obliquely outer side. At this time, a load far greater than the pulling load when removing the sun visor acts. In this case, in the sun visor bracket 10, as shown in Figure 11 , the base end portions of the respective second engaging pieces 45 slightly protrude from the tip end portion in the standing direction of the leg portion 30, and the inner surface sides of the respective second engaging pieces 45 are flexed and deformed so as to approach the second wall portion 32, but are not easily flexed and deformed in the approaching direction.
[0079] Therefore, it is possible to intentionally cause the respective second engaging pieces 45 to be easily damaged (since shear stress acts concentratedly on the base end portion side of the second engaging piece 45 for a short time, it is easily damaged), and it is possible to easily detach the sun visor bracket 10 from the assembly hole 2. It should be noted that in this embodiment, as described above, the respective groove portions 51 are respectively formed on the outer surface side of the second wall portion 32 and are respectively arranged along the inner edge on the base end portion side of the second engaging piece 45, and the width W1 is formed to be narrower than the interval W2 between the standing wall 50 and the second engaging piece 45. Therefore, as described above, when a strong external force such as an impact force acts, the respective second engaging pieces 45 are more likely to be damaged.
[0080] In addition, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modified embodiments can be implemented within the scope of the gist of the present invention, and such embodiments are also included in the scope of the present invention.
