[0045] See also Figure 1 and Figure 2 , the physiological characteristic detection system 100 of this embodiment includes a detection program 1 and a physiological characteristic detection device 2. The detection program 1 can be executed by an electronic device A. In practical applications, the electronic device A can be a smart phone, various computers, servers, etc., and the detection program 1 can be an application that can be executed by a smart phone or a computer, but is not limited to this. In one embodiment, the physiological characteristic detection device 2 can be connected to two or more electronic devices A, one of which is a mobile phone, a tablet computer, etc. of a family member of a user wearing the physiological characteristic detection device 2, and the other electronic device A is a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, etc. at a nursing station.
[0046] The physiological characteristic detection device 2 comprises: a belt 21, an electrocardiogram sensor 22, a motion sensor 23 and a processing module 24. The belt 21 is used to be fixed to the user's body. The electrocardiogram sensor 22 is arranged on the belt 21, and is used to sense the electrophysiological state of the user's heart and generate corresponding electrocardiogram sensing information 221. Figure 2 In one embodiment, the ECG sensor 22 includes two electrode sheet structures 222, a wire 223 and an electrode patch 224. The two electrode sheet structures 222 are arranged on the belt body 21. One end of the wire 223 is arranged on the belt body 21, and the other end thereof is connected to the electrode patch 224. The two electrode sheet structures 222 and the wire 223 are electrically connected to the processing module 24 (or the processor of the ECG sensor 22) respectively.
[0047] like Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown, when the user wears the belt 21 around the waist, the electrode sheet structure 222 is correspondingly attached to the two sides of the user's navel, and the electrode patch 224 is attached around the user's heart. Through the design of the electrode sheet structure 222, the wire 223 and the electrode patch 224, the electrophysiological state of the user's heart can be effectively measured, and the processing module 24 can obtain the user's average heart rate and electrocardiogram based on the electrocardiographic sensing information 221.
[0048] The motion sensor 23 is disposed on the belt 21 to sense the user's posture and generate corresponding motion sensing information 231. The processing module 24 is disposed on the belt 21 and electrically connected to the ECG sensor 22 and the motion sensor 23. The processing module 24 receives the ECG sensing information 221 and the motion sensing information 231.
[0049] The processing module 24 can communicate with the electronic device A, and can transmit the ECG sensing information 221 and the motion sensing information 231 to the electronic device A; the detection program 1 can store the ECG sensing information 221 and the motion sensing information 231 in the electronic device A, and the detection program 1 can control the electronic device A to display at least one of the ECG sensing information 221 and the motion sensing information 231.
[0050] It should be noted that the physiological characteristic detection device 2 and the electronic device A can be connected through wireless transmission technology (such as Bluetooth, In different embodiments, the physiological characteristic detection device 2 and the electronic device A may be connected to each other via a remote server.
[0051] The processing module 24 determines whether the user's posture has changed based on the multiple motion sensing information 231 received successively. When the processing module 24 determines that the user's posture has changed, the processing module 24 executes a heart rhythm monitoring program: controls the ECG sensor 22 to operate, and uses the ECG sensing information 221 transmitted by the ECG sensor 22 to determine whether the user has an irregular heart rhythm.
[0052] When the processing module 24 determines that an arrhythmia occurs, it sends an abnormal heart rhythm warning message 241 to the electronic device A; when the electronic device A receives the abnormal heart rhythm warning message 241, the detection program 1 controls the electronic device A to display the abnormal heart rhythm warning message 241, and the relevant personnel can view the content such as "the user's arrhythmia is currently detected". In addition, when the detection program 1 receives the abnormal heart rhythm warning message 241, the detection program 1 can also control the electronic device A to perform at least one of vibration, light beam emission, and predetermined sound emission (for example: arrhythmia is detected).
[0053] As described above, the physiological characteristic detection device 2 of this embodiment, through the configuration of the electrocardiogram sensor 22 and the motion sensor 23, in conjunction with the design of the heart rhythm monitoring program, can perform electrocardiogram detection on the user when the user's posture changes, thereby instantly determining whether the user has arrhythmia problems, and when arrhythmia problems are found, an abnormal heart rhythm warning message 241 is issued to assist relevant caregivers in understanding the user's immediate heart rhythm status.
[0054] In one embodiment, the motion sensor 23 is a three-axis acceleration sensor, and the motion sensing information 231 includes X-axis gravity data 2311, Y-axis gravity data 2312, and Z-axis gravity data 2313. Figure 4 The processing module 24 can determine whether the user is in a lying state, a left lying state, a right lying state or a sitting state according to the X-axis gravity data 2311, the Y-axis gravity data 2312 and the Z-axis gravity data 2313.
[0055] In actual applications, after the processing module 24 determines the current state (lying flat, lying on the left, lying on the right, or sitting up) of the user wearing the physiological characteristic detection device 2 based on the motion sensing information 231, the processing module 24 transmits the posture information 242 to the electronic device A, and the detection program 1 stores the posture information 242 in the electronic device A and controls the electronic device A to display the posture information 242.
[0056] In one embodiment, the processing module 24 may execute the turning-over monitoring program at a preset interval (e.g., 30 minutes, but not limited thereto) according to the preset turning-over schedule information 243: judging whether the user's posture has changed according to the motion sensing information 231 received within the preset time. The preset turning-over schedule information 243 may be transmitted to the processing module 24 by the electronic device A, or the physiological characteristic detection device 2 may include an input device (e.g., a button, etc.), and the user may generate the preset turning-over schedule information 243 by operating the input device. The preset turning-over schedule information 243 may include a preset time and may also include a turning direction (e.g., left turning, right turning, etc.).
[0057] When the processing module 24 executes the turning-over monitoring program and determines that the user's posture has changed based on the multiple motion sensing information 231 received successively, the processing module 24 executes the heart rhythm monitoring program; if the user has an irregular heartbeat when turning over, the relevant personnel can know it through the electronic device A.
[0058] In one embodiment, after the processing module 24 executes the turning-over monitoring program, it can also perform a recording program: the result after executing the turning-over monitoring program is recorded as the turning-over detection result information 244, and the processing module 24 can transmit the turning-over detection result information 244 to the electronic device A, and relevant personnel can view the turning-over detection result information 244 on the electronic device A to understand whether the user wearing the physiological characteristic detection device 2 turns over in a specific direction at the scheduled time.
[0059] When the processing module 24 executes the turning-over monitoring program and determines that the user's posture has not changed within the predetermined time according to the preset turning-over schedule information 243, the processing module 24 sends a non-turning-over warning message 245 to the electronic device A, and the relevant personnel can display the non-turning-over warning message 245 on the electronic device A.
[0060] In one embodiment, the processing module 24 executes a turning-over monitoring program, and when it is determined that the user's posture has changed within a predetermined time, the processing module 24 executes a timing program: the timing is started, and when the timing exceeds a preset posture maintenance time (for example, 120 minutes, but not limited thereto), a long-lying warning message 246 is transmitted to the electronic device A; the electronic device A displays the long-lying warning message 246.
[0061] After the processing module 24 executes the timing program, it can generate timing information 247, and the processing module 24 can transmit the timing information 247 to the electronic device A. The detection program 1 stores the timing information 247 in the electronic device A, and the detection program 1 can control the electronic device A to display the timing information 247; when the relevant personnel use the electronic device A that executes the detection program 1 to display the timing information 247, for example, they can view content such as "Current posture and maintenance time: lying flat for 32 minutes".
[0062] In one embodiment, when the processing module 24 executes the turning over monitoring program, the processing module 24 executes the following steps:
[0063] A state transition step: determining whether the user's posture has changed, for example, from a lying state to a right lying state or a left lying state, based on all motion sensing information 231 received within a predetermined time;
[0064] If the processing module 24 determines that the user's state has changed, the processing module 24 will use the Z-axis gravity data 2313 to calculate a turning angle θ and perform the following steps:
[0065] Turning over angle determination step: determining whether the turning over angle θ is within a preset angle range;
[0066] If the turning angle θ is determined to be beyond the preset angle range, a predetermined angle warning message 248 is issued to remind the user that the turning angle θ is not within the preset angle range. On the contrary, if the turning angle θ is determined to be within the preset angle range, the heart rate monitoring program is executed.
[0067] Specifically, the turning angle θ is the rotation angle of the XZ plane, and the sitting angle φ is the rotation angle of the ZY plane. The relationship between the turning angle θ, the sitting angle φ and the motion sensing information 231 is: X-axis gravity data = gravity constant * sinθcosφ; Y-axis gravity data = (-1) * gravity constant * sinθsinφ; Z-axis gravity data = gravity constant * cosθ.
[0068] After receiving the motion sensing information 231, the processing module 24 can use the relationship: flip angle θ = arcos (Z-axis gravity data / gravity constant) to calculate the flip angle θ, and can be used to derive the sitting angle φ. The preset angle range is, for example, between 85 and 95 degrees, which can be designed according to needs and is not limited here.
[0069] The processing module 24 not only determines whether the user performs a turning motion in a preset direction according to the preset turning schedule, but also further determines whether the turning angle of the user is within a preset angle range through the motion sensing information 231. For example, the preset turning schedule is turning 90 degrees to the left at 15:30. The processing module 24 determines whether the user performs a turning motion 90 degrees to the left by analyzing the motion sensing information 231 received between 15:25 and 15:35. If it is determined that the user does not turn to the left, or turns to the left but the turning angle does not reach 90 degrees, the processing module 24 sends a non-turning warning message 245 or a non-predetermined angle warning message 248 to the electronic device A.
[0070] In one embodiment, the processing module 24 can perform a back-slapping detection step: determine whether the user is slapped on the back according to the difference between the multiple X-axis gravity data 2311, the difference between the multiple Y-axis gravity data 2312, or the difference between the multiple Z-axis gravity data 2313 respectively included in the multiple motion sensing information 231. If the difference between the multiple X-axis gravity data 2311, the difference between the multiple Y-axis gravity data 2312, or the difference between the multiple Z-axis gravity data 2313 oscillates within a preset range, the processing module 24 determines that the user is slapped on the back, and generates a corresponding record information 249 to the electronic device A executing the detection program 1. The detection program 1 stores the record information 249 in the electronic device A, and the detection program 1 can control the electronic device A to display the record information 249. Specifically, if the processing module 24 determines that the difference between the successively received Z-axis gravity data oscillates regularly between 0g and 0.5g, the processing module 24 will determine that the user is slapped on the back. For example, if the Y-axis gravity data 2312 received by the processing module 24 is between -0.3g and -1g, and the difference between the Z-axis gravity data 2313 received by the processing module 24 is between 0g and 0.5g and oscillates regularly, it means that the user is in a left-lying state, and the medical staff is patting the user on the back; if the Y-axis gravity data 2312 received by the processing module 24 is between 0.3g and 1g, and the difference between the received Z-axis gravity data 2313 is between 0g and 0.5g and oscillates regularly, it means that the user is in a right-lying state, and the medical staff is patting the user on the back. The above only uses the regular oscillation of the Z-axis gravity data 2313 as an example of back patting judgment, but it is not limited to this. In one embodiment, when the difference between the X-axis gravity data or the Y-axis gravity data received by the processing module is between 0g and 0.5g and oscillates regularly, it can also be judged that the medical staff is patting the user on the back. Wherein, g is the gravity constant value.
[0071] The physiological characteristic detection device 2 of this embodiment can effectively detect and determine whether the user turns over in the preset direction at the preset time and whether the user is patted on the back through the motion sensor 23, the preset turning over schedule information 243, the turning over monitoring program executed by the processing module 24, the turning over angle judgment step and the back-patting detection step. In this way, it can effectively remind the relevant medical staff to turn over and pat the back of the user wearing the physiological characteristic detection device 2 on time, and when the processing module 24 executes each program and step, it will make relevant records or send relevant warning information to the electronic device A. Therefore, it will be difficult for the relevant medical staff to falsify records, and the patient's family members can simply use the electronic device A to view whether the relevant nursing staff assisted the patient in turning over and patting the back on time.
[0072] In one embodiment, the physiological characteristic detection device 2 may further include a temperature sensor 26 to sense the user's body temperature and generate corresponding temperature sensing information 261. The processing module 24 is electrically connected to the temperature sensor 26 and receives the temperature sensing information 261, and the processing module 24 can determine whether the user's body temperature exceeds a preset temperature according to the temperature sensing information 261.
[0073] When the processing module 24 determines that the user's body temperature exceeds the preset temperature based on the temperature sensing information 261, the processing module 24 will execute the heart rhythm monitoring program, and when it is determined that the user has an arrhythmia, it will issue a myocarditis warning message 250, thereby reminding relevant personnel that the user wearing the physiological characteristic detection device 2 may have a myocarditis problem.
[0074] In practical applications, the processing module 24 can transmit the temperature sensing information 261 to the electronic device A, and the detection program 1 can control the electronic device A to display the temperature sensing information 261 .
[0075] See also Figure 5 , which is a schematic diagram of the care system 200 of this embodiment. The care system 200 is applicable to long-term care institutions and medical institutions. The care system 200 includes a plurality of physiological characteristic detection devices 2 and a user operation program 3. For detailed descriptions of each physiological characteristic detection device 2, please refer to the aforementioned embodiment. The user operation program 3 is provided to an electronic device B for execution. The electronic device B is, for example, a computer of a nursing station of a long-term care institution or a medical institution, but is not limited thereto.
[0076] Each physiological characteristic detection device 2 can communicate with the electronic device B, and each physiological characteristic detection device 2 can transmit a user information 251 (for example: user name, gender, etc., data used to identify the user's identity), electrocardiographic sensing information 221, motion sensing information 231 and various information in the aforementioned embodiments to the electronic device B, and the user operation program 3 can control the electronic device B to display each user information 251 and the electrocardiographic sensing information 221 and motion sensing information 231 corresponding to each user information 251.
[0077] That is to say, when the computer (i.e., electronic device B) at the nursing station displays various information such as user information 251, electrocardiographic sensing information 221, motion sensing information 231, etc. transmitted by each physiological characteristic detection device 2, the nursing staff can directly view the patient's name (user information 251), current posture (lying flat, lying on the left, lying on the right, sitting up), electrocardiographic data (heartbeat, electrocardiogram), body temperature, the time of the last back pat, the time when the next turning over is required, etc. on the computer at the nursing station, as well as any warning information generated by the processing module 24.
