[0039] <Embodiment 1>
[0040] Hereinafter, an embodiment 1 of the present application will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0041] The information processing system 1 of the embodiment 1 of the present application is provided with: an information processing device 100 carried by a user who purchases a commodity, as shown in Figure 1
[0042] In addition, the information processing system 1 is provided with: an information processing device 310 provided in a sales shop SH1 which sells a commodity, and manages the inventory of the commodity sold by the sales shop SH1; and an information processing device 320 provided in a sales shop SH2, and manages the inventory of the commodity sold by the sales shop SH2.
[0043] Further, the information processing system 1 is further provided with a mobile device 400 used by a worker of the sales shop SH2, which carries the commodity sold by the sales shop SH2 from the sales shop SH2 to a receiving place where the mobile device 900 receives the commodity. The worker of the sales shop SH1 does not use a mobile device to carry the commodity sold by the sales shop SH1, so the information processing device 200 provided in the information processing system 1 controls the mobile device 900 to receive the commodity sold by the sales shop SH1 at the sales shop SH1.
[0044] The information processing device 100 of the user is a smartphone, and is provided with a CPU (Central Processing Unit) 101, a RAM (Random Access Memory) 102, a ROM (Read Only Memory) 103a, a flash memory 103b, a short-range wireless communication circuit 104a, a long-range wireless communication circuit 104b, a voice communication circuit 104c, a video card 105a, a display device 105b, an input device 105c, a position measurement circuit 106, a speaker 109a, and a microphone 109b as hardware, as shown in Figure 2
[0045] The CPU 101 of the information processing device 100 performs the overall control of the information processing device 100 by executing a program saved in the ROM 103a or the flash memory 103b. The RAM 102 temporarily stores data as a processing object when the CPU 101 executes the program.
[0046] The ROM 103a and the flash memory 103b of the information processing apparatus 100 store various programs. In addition, the flash memory 103b also stores various data used for executing the programs or tables for holding the data. The information processing apparatus 100 can have a hard disk instead of the flash memory 103b.
[0047] The short-range wireless communication circuit 104a of the information processing apparatus 100 is a NIC (Network Interface Card) that performs data communication using electric waves in a short distance of several meters to several tens of meters in accordance with a communication standard such as BLE (Bluetooth (registered trademark) Low Energy). The long-range wireless communication circuit 104b is a NIC that performs data communication using electric waves in a long distance of several kilometers with a base station not illustrated that is connected to the Internet IN in accordance with a communication standard such as LTE (Long Term Evolution) and 5G (5th Generation). In this way, the long-range wireless communication circuit 104b of the information processing apparatus 100 performs data communication with the information processing apparatuses 200, 310, and 320, and the mobile devices 400 and 900 that are connected to the Internet IN. The sound communication circuit 104c performs sound communication using electric waves with the base station not illustrated.
[0048] The video card 105a of the information processing apparatus 100 reproduces an image based on a digital signal output from the CPU 101, and outputs an image signal representing the reproduced image. The display apparatus 105b is an EL (Electroluminescence) display that displays an image in accordance with the image signal output from the video card 105a. The information processing apparatus 100 can have a PDP (Plasma Display Panel) or an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) instead of the EL display. The input apparatus 105c is any one or more of a touch panel and a button for inputting a signal corresponding to an operation of a user.
[0049] The position measuring circuit 106 of the information processing apparatus 100 is a QZSS (Quasi-Zenith Satellite System) circuit. The position measuring circuit 106 receives a signal emitted from a quasi-zenith satellite, measures latitude, longitude, and altitude indicating the position of the information processing apparatus 100 on the basis of the received signal, and outputs a signal indicating the measured latitude, longitude, and altitude. The information processing apparatus 100 can also be a GPS (Global Positioning System) circuit that receives a GPS signal emitted from a GPS satellite, measures latitude, longitude, and altitude indicating the position of the information processing apparatus 100 on the basis of the received GPS signal, instead of a QZSS circuit.
[0050] The speaker 109a of the information processing apparatus 100 outputs sound in accordance with a signal output by the CPU 101, and the microphone 109b outputs a signal indicating sound around the information processing apparatus 100.
[0051] The user carrying the information processing apparatus 100 moves to a position at which the mobile device 900 carrying the purchased commodity is able to communicate with the short-range wireless communication circuit 104a of the information processing apparatus 100, and performs an operation for purchasing the commodity on the information processing apparatus 100. When the input device 105c of the information processing apparatus 100 outputs a signal corresponding to the operation, the CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100 starts to execute a purchase process as shown in FIG. 6. Figure 3
[0052] When the purchase process is started to be executed, the CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100 performs control to pair the short-range wireless communication circuit 104a of the information processing apparatus 100 with the mobile device 900 (step S01). Thereafter, the CPU 101 outputs a transmission request to the short-range wireless communication circuit 104a to request transmission of information related to the mobile device 900 with the mobile device 900 as a destination.
[0053] In the present embodiment, the information related to the mobile device 900 includes a body ID (Identification) "900" for identifying the mobile device 900, performance information indicating the performance of the mobile device 900, position information indicating the position of the mobile device 900 in terms of latitude, longitude, and altitude, and a communication address assigned to the mobile device 900. In addition, the performance of the mobile device 900 includes the movement performance of the mobile device 900. Further, the mobile device 900 is an unmanned ground vehicle, and the movement performance of the mobile device 900 includes the travel performance of the mobile device 900, which is indicated by the travel speed that the mobile device 900 can achieve. In the present embodiment, the travel performance of the mobile device 900 is indicated by the maximum travel speed of the mobile device 900, but is not limited thereto and can be indicated by the average travel speed of the mobile device 900.
[0054] When the short-range wireless communication circuit 104a of the information processing apparatus 100 receives the information related to the mobile device 900 from the mobile device 900, the CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100 acquires the information from the short-range wireless communication circuit 104a. Thereafter, the CPU 101 acquires the body ID "900" of the mobile device 900, the performance information, the position information, and the communication address that are associated with the information processing apparatus 100 as a result of the pairing being established, on the basis of the acquired information (step S02).
[0055] In the present embodiment, the mobile device 900 that is associated with the information processing apparatus 100 is also associated with the user who carries the information processing apparatus 100 via the information processing apparatus 100. Therefore, hereinafter, the mobile device 900 will be referred to as the mobile device 900 that is associated with the user.
[0056] In the present embodiment, the pairing between the information processing apparatus 100 and the mobile device 900 being established means that the encryption key to be used for communication is exchanged between the information processing apparatus 100 and the mobile device 900, but is not limited thereto and can mean the exchange and storage of the encryption key. Therefore, in the present embodiment, when the pairing between the information processing apparatus 100 and the mobile device 900 is established, the information processing apparatus 100 can acquire various information from the mobile device 900 in the above-described manner while preventing a third party from knowing the content of the information to be communicated. Further, when the pairing between the information processing apparatus 100 and the mobile device 900 is established, the information processing apparatus 100 can transmit a control command to the mobile device 900 while preventing a third party from knowing the control content, and thus, for example, can control the action or state of the mobile device 900 including movement. In this case, the mobile device 900 can act in accordance with the control command or change the state when the control command is received.
[0057] After the step S02 is executed, the CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100 causes the display apparatus 105b to display a message prompting input of authentication information including a user ID identifying the user and a password set in advance by the user. When the user operating the input apparatus 105c of the information processing apparatus 100 in view of the message, the input apparatus 105c outputs a signal corresponding to the operation. The CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100 acquires the authentication information of the user on the basis of the signal (step S03). Next, the CPU 101 outputs an authentication request including the acquired authentication information to the long-distance wireless communication circuit 104b with the information processing apparatus 200 as a destination, requesting authentication of the user (step S04).
[0058] When the long-distance wireless communication circuit 104b of the information processing apparatus 100 transmits the authentication request to the information processing apparatus 200, and no success report informing success of the authentication is received from the information processing apparatus 200 after a predetermined time elapses, the CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100 determines that the authentication has failed (step S05; No). Thereafter, the CPU 101 causes the display apparatus 105b to display a message with the main point of the authentication failure, and ends execution of the purchase process.
[0059] On the other hand, when the long-distance wireless communication circuit 104b of the information processing apparatus 100 transmits the authentication request, and the success report is received before a predetermined time elapses, the CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100 determines that the authentication has succeeded (step S05; Yes).
[0060] Next, the CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100 generates a transmission request for a list page which is a web page listing product information of products (hereinafter, referred to as purchasable products) that can be purchased. Thereafter, the CPU 101 outputs the generated transmission request to the long-distance wireless communication circuit 104b with the information processing apparatus 200 as a destination (step S06). In the present embodiment, the product information related to the purchasable products is a product number indicating a kind of the purchasable products, but is not limited thereto, and can be information indicating a name of the kind of the purchasable products, or a combination of information indicating the product number and information indicating the name.
[0061] When the long-distance wireless communication circuit 104b of the information processing apparatus 100 receives the product information list page from the information processing apparatus 200, the CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100 acquires the list page from the long-distance wireless communication circuit 104b, and causes the acquired list page to be displayed on the display apparatus 105b (step S07).
[0062] The user who recognizes the list page performs an operation of selecting the product information of one product to be purchased, on the information processing apparatus 100, from the product information described in the list page. When the input device 105c of the information processing apparatus 100 outputs a signal corresponding to the operation, the CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100 acquires the selected product information on the basis of the signal (step S08).
[0063] Subsequently, the CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100 generates a transmission request for transmitting a product page which is a web page describing the explanation of the product related to the product information selected by the user (hereinafter, referred to as a selected product). The product page describes not only the explanation of the selected product but also the required time for the mobile device 900 associated with the user to carry the selected product to the specified place designated by the user in advance.
[0064] Accordingly, the CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100 appends the user ID for identifying the user, the product information selected by the user, the body ID "900" of the mobile device 900 associated with the user, the performance information, the position information, and the communication address to each other, to the generated transmission request, and outputs the transmission request to the long distance wireless communication circuit 104b with the information processing apparatus 200 as a destination (step S09).
[0065] When the long distance wireless communication circuit 104b of the information processing apparatus 100 receives the product page describing the required time from the information processing apparatus 200, the CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100 acquires the product page from the long distance wireless communication circuit 104b. Next, the CPU 101 notifies the user of the required time described in the product page by causing the display device 105b to display the acquired product page (step S10).
[0066] The user who recognizes the explanation of the selected product and the required time described in the product page performs an operation for causing the list page to be displayed again (hereinafter, referred to as a redisplay operation) if the user does not recognize the required time or has not decided to purchase the selected product. In contrast, the user performs an operation for recognizing and purchasing (hereinafter, simply referred to as a purchase operation) if the user recognizes the required time and decides to purchase the selected product. In the present embodiment, the user purchases one selected product for simplicity of explanation, but the present embodiment is not limited to this.
[0067] When the input device 105c of the information processing apparatus 100 outputs a signal corresponding to the redisplay operation, the CPU 101 determines that the required time is not recognized or the selected product is not decided to be purchased (step SIl; No). Subsequently, the CPU 101 redisplay the list page by repeatedly performing the processes from step S06.
[0068] In contrast, when the input device 105c of the information processing apparatus 100 outputs a signal corresponding to a purchase operation, the CPU 101 determines that the required time is acknowledged and the purchase of the selected product has been decided (step Sll; Yes). Thereafter, the CPU 101 outputs a sale request to the long distance wireless communication circuit 104b with the information processing apparatus 200 as a destination, the sale request being a report that the required time is acknowledged and also a request to sell the selected product (step S12), and ends the execution of the purchase process.
[0069] The information processing apparatus 200 that receives the sale request from the information processing apparatus 100 is a server provided in a business office BO of a broker that mediates the sale of products. The information processing apparatus 200 is provided with a CPU 201, a RAM 202, a ROM 203a, a hard disk 203b, a data communication circuit 204a, a video card 205a, a display device 205b, and an input device 205c as hardware as shown in FIG. 2. In the present embodiment, the information processing apparatus 200 is provided with one CPU 201, but can be provided with a plurality of CPUs. In addition, the information processing apparatus 200 can be provided with a plurality of RAMs and a flash memory. Figure 4
[0070] The CPU 201, the RAM 202, the ROM 203a, the data communication circuit 204a, the video card 205a, and the display device 205b of the information processing apparatus 200 have the same configuration and functions as the CPU 101, the RAM 102, the ROM 103a, the long distance wireless communication circuit 104b, the video card 105a, and the display device 105b of the information processing apparatus 100 shown in FIG. 1. Figure 2
[0071] The hard disk 203b of the information processing apparatus 200 stores various programs, various data used when the various programs are executed, and tables in which data is saved. The information processing apparatus 200 can be provided with a flash memory instead of the hard disk 203b.
[0072] The input device 205c of the information processing apparatus 200 is any one or more of a keyboard, a mouse, a touch pad, and a button, and inputs a signal corresponding to an operation of a worker of the broker.
[0073] When the data communication circuit 204a of the information processing apparatus 200 receives an authentication request from the information processing apparatus 100, the CPU 201 of the information processing apparatus 200 authenticates a user who operates the information processing apparatus 100 based on the authentication request, and when the authentication is successful, executes a sale mediation process of the broker that mediates the sale of products as shown in FIG. 3. Thus, the CPU 201 acquires authentication information from the authentication request as shown in FIG. 4. Figure 5 Figure 6 The acquisition section 210 and the authentication section 220 that performs authentication based on the acquired authentication information function as shown.
[0074] Further, the CPU 201 of the information processing apparatus 200 functions as a reception section 230 that receives a transmission request including product information related to a selection product that a user can purchase and that is selected by the user, and performance information indicating the performance of the mobile device 900 associated with the user.
[0075] In the present embodiment, the reception by the information processing apparatus 200 means obtaining received information from the data communication circuit 204a. Further, the acquisition by the information processing apparatus 200 means obtaining information by a method different from the reception, for example, including: obtaining information included in the received information; obtaining information stored in the hard disk 203b; and obtaining information based on a signal output from the input device 205c.
[0076] Further, the CPU 201 of the information processing apparatus 200 functions as a specification section 240 that specifies, based on the performance information included in the received transmission request, a required time required for the mobile device 900 to carry the selection product related to the received product information to a specified place designated by the user in advance. Further, the CPU 201 functions as a notification section 250 that notifies the user of the specified required time. Further, the CPU 201 functions as a control section 260 that controls the mobile device 900 to carry the selection product to the specified place in the specified required time when a sales request that requests the sale of the selection product is received through the data communication circuit 204a.
[0077] The hard disk 203b of the information processing apparatus 200 functions as an information storage section 290 that stores information used when performing a sales mediation process. The information storage section 290 stores, in advance, for example, Figure 7 a user table that stores, in advance, information related to a user. The user table stores, in advance, a plurality of records each of which stores, in advance, a user ID that identifies a user, information indicating a password set in advance by the user, and information indicating a specified place in the form of an address, in a corresponding manner.
[0078] Further, the information storage section 290 of the information processing apparatus 200 stores, in advance, for example, Figure 8The shown sales store table pre-stores information related to the sales stores SH1 and SH2 that sell the goods. The sales store table pre-stores a plurality of records. In this embodiment, for simplicity of explanation, the case where the first record pre-stores, in a corresponding manner, the sales store ID "SH1" for identifying the sales store SH1, information indicating the location of the sales store SH1 in terms of an address, and a string "NULL" indicating that the mobile device is not used by the staff of the sales store SH1, and information indicating the loading time required for the staff of the sales store SH1 to load the goods into the mobile device 900, is exemplified as a specific example, and the following description is given.
[0079] In this embodiment, the loading time of the sales store SH1 is the average of the time required for the staff of the sales store SH1 to load the goods into the mobile device 900 in the past. However, the loading time is not limited to this, but can be the maximum of the time required for the staff of the sales store SH1 to load the goods into the mobile device 900 in the past, and the optimum value can be determined by experiment by those skilled in the art.
[0080] In addition, in the second record of the sales store table in this embodiment, the sales store ID "SH2" for identifying the sales store SH2, information indicating the location of the sales store SH2 in terms of an address, the body ID "400" of the mobile device 400 used by the staff of the sales store SH2, performance information indicating the performance of the mobile device 400, and information indicating the loading time required for the staff of the sales store SH2 to load the goods into the mobile device 400 are pre-stored in a corresponding manner.
[0081] In this embodiment, the loading time of the sales store SH2 is the average of the time required for the staff of the sales store SH2 to load the goods into the mobile device 400 in the past. However, the loading time is not limited to this, but can be the maximum of the time required for the staff of the sales store SH2 to load the goods into the mobile device 400 in the past, and the optimum value can be determined by experiment by those skilled in the art.
[0082] In addition, the information storage section 290 of the information processing apparatus 200 pre-stores, for example, Figure 9 The shown goods table pre-stores information related to the goods sold by the sales stores SH1 and SH2. The goods table pre-stores a plurality of records, and each record pre-stores, in a corresponding manner, goods information related to the goods, the sales store ID "SH1" or "SH2" for identifying the sales store SH1 or SH2 that sells the goods, and a stock flag indicating whether the sales store SH1 or SH2 has the stock of the goods.
[0083] When the execution of the goods loading program is started Figure 5When the sales intermediary processing is started, the reception unit 230 of the information processing apparatus 200 receives the authentication request received from the information processing apparatus 100. Next, the acquisition unit 210 acquires the authentication information from the received authentication request (step S21). Next, the acquisition unit 210 acquires the information indicating the password corresponding to the user ID included in the authentication information from the user table (step S22). After that, the authentication unit 220 determines that the user authentication has failed when it is determined that the password indicated by the information acquired from the user table does not match the password indicated by the information included in the authentication information (step S22; No), and ends the execution of the sales intermediary processing. Figure 7
[0084] On the other hand, when the authentication unit 220 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines that the passwords match, it determines that the user authentication has succeeded (step S22; Yes), and outputs a success report indicating the success of the authentication to the data communication circuit 204a with the information processing apparatus 100 as the destination (step S23).
[0085] After that, when the data communication circuit 204a of the information processing apparatus 200 receives the list page transmission request, the reception unit 230 of the information processing apparatus 200 receives the received transmission request (step S24). Next, the acquisition unit 210 of the information processing apparatus 200 acquires one or more pieces of product information corresponding to the inventory mark indicating that there is inventory from the product table (step S25). The inventory product is a product that the user can purchase, and thus the specification unit 240 generates a list page recording a list of the acquired one or more pieces of product information. Next, the specification unit 240 outputs the generated list page to the data communication circuit 204a with the information processing apparatus 100 as the destination (step S26). Figure 9
[0086] After that, when the data communication circuit 204a of the information processing apparatus 200 receives the transmission request, the reception unit 230 receives the received transmission request, which is a request to transmit a product page of a product related to the product information selected by the user who viewed the list page, i.e., a selected product (step S27). Next, the information processing apparatus 200 executes the product page generation processing as shown in FIG. 8, and generates the product page requested to be transmitted (step S28). Figure 10
[0087] When the product page generation processing is started, the specification unit 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 acquires the product information selected by the user from the received transmission request (step S41), and acquires the product table from the product table DB 202 (step S42). Figure 9 From the product table, the specification unit 240 selects one or more pieces of store ID corresponding to the acquired product information and the inventory mark indicating that there is inventory (step S42). Thus, the store ID of the store where the selected product can be sold is selected because the selected product is in inventory.
[0088] Thereafter, when the specific unit 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines that there is an unattended sales store ID among the one or more sales store IDs selected (step S43; YES), the unattended sales store ID is attended (step S44). In the present embodiment, in order to simplify the explanation, a case where the sales store ID "SH1" for identifying the sales store SH1 is attended is exemplified, and the following explanation is made.
[0089] Thereafter, the information processing apparatus 200 executes the required time specifying process shown in Figure 11 , that is, specifies a required time required for the mobile device 900 to carry the product sold in the sales store SH1 (hereinafter referred to as an attended sales store) identified by the attended sales store ID (hereinafter referred to as an attended sales store ID) "SH1" to the specified place designated by the user (step S45). In the present embodiment, the required time required for the mobile device 900 to carry the product to the specified place means a time from when the mobile device 900 departs from the sales store and starts to move toward the receiving place to when the mobile device 900 arrives at the specified place designated by the user after the product is received at the receiving place, and does not mean a time from when the mobile device 900 departs from the receiving place to when the mobile device 900 arrives at the specified place.
[0090] When the required time specifying process is started to be executed, the acquisition unit 210 of the information processing apparatus 200 acquires, from the transmission request accepted in step S27 of Figure 5 , position information indicating a position of the mobile device 900 associated with the user in terms of latitude, longitude, and altitude, and performance information of the mobile device 900 (step S51).
[0091] Next, the acquisition unit 210 of the information processing apparatus 200 acquires, from the sales store table of Figure 8 , position information indicating a position of the attended sales store SH1 in terms of address, and information indicating latitude, longitude, and altitude, which are stored in the information storage unit 290 in advance in association with the acquired position information (step S52). Thus, the position information indicating the position of the attended sales store SH1 in terms of latitude, longitude, and altitude can be acquired.
[0092] Thereafter, the acquisition unit 210 of the information processing apparatus 200 acquires the body ID "NULL" corresponding to the attended sales store ID "SH1" from the sales store table (step S53), and determines that the value "NULL" of the acquired body ID indicates that there is no mobile device used by the staff of the attended sales store SH1 (step S54; NO). Thereafter, the specific unit 240 determines the position of the attended sales store SH1 as the receiving place where the mobile device 900 receives the product (step S55).
[0093] After that, the specifying section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 reads out, for example, from the information storage section 290, an unillustrated partial path table that stores information on a partial path that the road or the like through which the mobile device 900 can move. The partial path table stores a plurality of records in advance, each of which stores, in a corresponding manner, the latitude, the longitude, and the altitude of a start node of an edge that is a partial path, the latitude, the longitude, and the altitude of an end node of the edge, and information indicating the distance of the edge.
[0094] Next, the specifying section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 uses the position of the mobile device 900, the start nodes and the end nodes of the plurality of edges, and the latitude, the longitude, and the altitude indicating the position of the reception place, for example, to execute a path search algorithm such as Dijkstra's algorithm. Thus, the specifying section 240 determines the shortest overall path (hereinafter referred to as a first path) from the position of the mobile device 900 to the reception place by combining the partial paths. Next, the specifying section 240 generates information indicating the position of a plurality of nodes included in the first path in terms of latitude, longitude, and altitude, information indicating the order of arrival of the plurality of nodes, and information indicating the first path.
[0095] After that, the acquisition section 210 of the information processing apparatus 200 acquires the user ID from the transmission request received in step S27 of the process of FIG. 8, and acquires the information indicating the specified place corresponding to the acquired user ID in the user table of the information processing apparatus 200. Figure 5 Figure 7 Next, the acquisition section 210 acquires the information indicating the latitude, the longitude, and the altitude that the information storage section 290 stores in advance in correspondence with the acquired information. Thus, the position information indicating the specified place in terms of latitude, longitude, and altitude can be acquired. Next, the specifying section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines the shortest overall path (hereinafter referred to as a second path) from the reception place to the specified place based on the position information of the reception place at which the mobile device 900 receives the product and the position information of the specified place specified by the user, and generates information indicating the determined second path.
[0096] In this way, the specifying section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines the paths including the first path from the position of the mobile device 900 to the reception place and the second path from the reception place to the specified place, and the movement path (step S56) through which the mobile device 900 moves to carry the product.
[0097] After that, the specifying section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 specifies the movement time required for the mobile device 900 to move to the reception place by dividing the distance of the first path from the position of the mobile device 900 to the reception place by the maximum speed indicated by the performance information of the mobile device 900.
[0098] Next, the acquisition section 210 of the information processing apparatus 200 acquires information indicating the loading time corresponding to the attention sales store ID "SH1" from the sales store table of FIG. 6. Thereafter, the specifying section 240 specifies the movement time required for the mobile device 900 to move from the reception location to the specified location based on the distance of the second path from the reception location to the specified location specified by the user and the performance information of the mobile device 900. Figure 8
[0099] Next, the specifying section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 calculates the sum of the movement time required for the mobile device 900 to move to the reception location, the loading time required for the staff to load the goods into the mobile device 900 at the reception location, and the movement time required for the mobile device 900 to move from the reception location to the specified location. Thus, the specifying section 240 ends the execution of the required time specifying process after specifying the required time from when the mobile device 900 departs and starts moving until the mobile device 900 carries the goods received at the reception location and arrives at the specified location (step S57).
[0100] After the execution of the required time specifying process in step S45, the information processing apparatus 200 repeatedly executes the process from step S43. In this embodiment, for the sake of simplicity, a case where the sales store ID "SH2" for identifying the sales store SH2 is not attended and the sales store ID "SH2" is attended will be exemplified as a specific example, and the following description will be made. Figure 10 In step S43, the specifying section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 attends to the sales store ID "SH2" not attended when it is determined that the sales store ID "SH2" not attended exists (step S43; Yes). Thereafter, the information processing apparatus 200 executes the required time specifying process of FIG. 6 to specify the required time required for the mobile device 900 to carry the goods sold by the sales store SH2 to the specified location (step S45).
[0101] Figure 11 When the execution of the required time specifying process is started, the information processing apparatus 200 executes the processes of steps S51 to S53 (steps S51 to S53). Thus, the information processing apparatus 200 acquires the position information of the sales store SH2 corresponding to the sales store ID "SH2" and the body ID "400" from the sales store table of FIG. 6. Thereafter, the specifying section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines that the value "400" of the acquired body ID indicates that there is a mobile device used by the staff of the sales store SH2 and the used mobile device is the mobile device 400 (step S54; Yes).
[0102] When the execution of the required time specifying process is started, the information processing apparatus 200 executes the processes of steps S51 to S53 (steps S51 to S53). Figure 8
[0103] Next, the acquisition section 210 of the information processing apparatus 200 acquires the performance information of the mobile device 400 corresponding to the attention store ID "SH2" from the store table (step S58). Next, the specifying section 240 determines the reception place where the mobile device 900 receives the goods carried by the mobile device 400 from the attention store SH2, based on the performance information of the mobile device 900 and the mobile device 400, according to the required time from when the mobile device 900 departs and starts moving until the mobile device 900 reaches the specified place after receiving the goods received at the reception place. In this embodiment, in order to simplify the explanation, the case where the mobile device 400 is parked at the attention store SH2 at the time when the required time specifying process is started to be executed is exemplified as a specific example, and the following explanation is made.
[0104] In this embodiment, it is explained that the specifying section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines the reception place to be the place where the required time is the shortest, but it is not limited thereto. The specifying section 240 can also give an order to the plurality of reception places where the mobile device 900 can receive the goods carried by the mobile device 400 in order from short to long in the required time, and select one place from one or a plurality of places where the order given is higher than the order of reservation, for example, based on a software random number, or based on a predetermined rule, and determine the selected place as the reception place.
[0105] Therefore, the acquisition section 210 of the information processing apparatus 200 acquires the position information indicating the positions of the reception places expressed by the latitude, the longitude, and the altitude, which are stored in advance in the plurality of information storage sections 290. Next, the specifying section 240 specifies the equation indicating the smallest sphere containing the position of the mobile device 900 and the position of the attention store SH2, based on the latitude, the longitude, and the altitude indicating the position of the mobile device 900, and the latitude, the longitude, and the altitude indicating the position of the attention store SH2. Thereafter, the specifying section 240 specifies one or a plurality of position information indicating the reception places located inside the surface of the sphere from the one or a plurality of position information acquired, based on the equation specified. In this way, the position information is specified for one or a plurality of reception places located between the position of the attention store SH2 and the position of the mobile device 900, respectively. In this embodiment, the reception places include, for example, roads and parking lots where the mobile device 400 and the mobile device 900 can be parked, but it is not limited thereto.
[0106] After that, the specifying unit 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines that there is an unattended place within the place capable of receiving indicated by each of the acquired one or more pieces of position information (step S59; YES), and attends to one of the unattended places. Next, the specifying unit 240 determines a first path as the shortest overall path from the position of the mobile device 900 to the attended place, i.e., the attended place, using the partial path table, and generates information indicating the first path. In addition, the specifying unit 240 determines a second path as the shortest overall path from the attended place to the specified place, and generates information indicating the second path. After that, the specifying unit 240 determines a movement path of the mobile device 900 including the first path and the second path.
[0107] Also, the specifying unit 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines the shortest overall path (hereinafter, referred to as a third path) from the attended sales store SH2 where the mobile device 400 is parked to the attended place (step S60), and generates information indicating the determined third path.
[0108] After that, the specifying unit 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 specifies the movement time required for the mobile device 900 to move to the attended place, on the basis of the distance of the first path from the position of the mobile device 900 to the attended place and the performance information of the mobile device 900 associated with the user. Next, the specifying unit 240 specifies the time required for the mobile device 400 to carry the goods to the attended place.
[0109] The acquisition unit 210 of the information processing apparatus 200 acquires information indicating the loading time corresponding to the attended sales store ID "SH2" from the sales store table. Figure 8 After that, the specifying unit 240 specifies the movement time required for the mobile device 400 to move to the attended place, on the basis of the distance of the third path from the attended sales store SH2 to the attended place and the performance information of the mobile device 400 of the attended sales store SH2. Next, the specifying unit 240 specifies the time required for the goods to be carried to the attended place by adding the loading time indicated by the acquired information to the movement time required for the mobile device 400 to move to the attended place.
[0110] After that, the specifying unit 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 specifies either the time required for the goods to be carried to the attended place or the movement time required for the mobile device 900 to move to the attended place as the time required until the goods can be received, whichever is longer.
[0111] Subsequently, the acquisition unit 210 of the information processing device 200 acquires information from the information storage unit 290 indicating the receiving time required for the mobile device 900 to receive the goods transported by the mobile device 400. In this embodiment, the receiving time is the average time previously required for the mobile device 900 to receive goods. However, the receiving time is not limited to this; it can also be the maximum value previously required for the mobile device 900 to receive goods. The optimal value can be determined by those skilled in the art through experimentation or based on the design of the mobile device 900 and the mobile device 400.
[0112] Next, the specific unit 240 of the information processing device 200 determines the travel time required for the mobile device 900, which has received the goods, to move from the location of interest to the designated location based on the distance of the second path from the location of interest to the designated location and the performance information of the mobile device 900.
[0113] Then, the determination unit 240 of the information processing device 200 adds the receiving time and the movement time required for the mobile device 900 to move to the designated location to the time required to receive the goods. Thus, the determination unit 240 determines the time required from the time the mobile device 900 departs and begins to move until the mobile device 900 carries the goods received at the receiving location and arrives at the designated location (step S61). Afterwards, the information processing device 200 repeatedly executes the above process starting from step S59.
[0114] In step S59, when it is determined that there are no unattended receiving locations (step S59; no), the specific unit 240 of the information processing device 200 determines the receiving location with the shortest required time as the receiving location for the mobile device 900 to receive goods from the mobile device 400 (step S62), and ends the execution of the required time specific processing.
[0115] exist Figure 10 After performing the time-specific processing in step S45, the information processing device 200 repeatedly performs the processing from step S43 onwards. At this time, when the specific unit 240 of the information processing device 200 determines that there are no unfollowed sales store IDs (step S43; no), it determines, among the sales stores identified by the selected sales store IDs, one sales store (hereinafter referred to as the supplying sales store) to provide goods to the user based on one or more required times specified in step S45 (step S46).
[0116] In the present embodiment, the specifying unit 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines one of the sales shops for which the shortest required time has been specified as the supply sales shop, but is not limited thereto. The specifying unit 240 can also assign an order to the sales shops identified by the one or more sales shop IDs drawn in step S42 in order from the shortest to the longest of the required times that have been specified, and select one sales shop from among the one or more sales shops for which the order is higher than the order of the reservation, for example, on the basis of a software random number, or on the basis of a predetermined rule, and determine the selected one sales shop as the supply sales shop.
[0117] In the present embodiment, in order to simplify the explanation, the case in which the sales shop SH1 is determined as the supply sales shop that provides the user with the product is taken as a specific example, and the following explanation is given.
[0118] After the process of step S46 is executed, the acquisition unit 210 of the information processing apparatus 200 acquires a product page that is a web page on which the product information acquired in step S41 is stored in advance in correspondence with the information storage unit 290, and on which an explanation of the product related to the product information is described. Next, the notification unit 250 of the information processing apparatus 200 generates a product page on which an explanation of the selected product selected by the user and the required time are described, by adding information indicating the shortest required time to the product page (step S47). Thereafter, the notification unit 250 ends the product page generation process.
[0119] In Figure 5 After the product page generation process of step S28 is executed, the notification unit 250 of the information processing apparatus 200 outputs the product page on which the required time is described to the data communication circuit 204a with the information processing apparatus 100 as the destination (step S29). Thereby, the notification unit 250 notifies the user who carries the information processing apparatus 100 of the required time.
[0120] Thereafter, when the data communication circuit 204a of the information processing apparatus 200 receives a list page transmission request other than a sales request, the control unit 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines that the required time is not approved, or that the selected product is not requested to be sold (step S30; No). Thereafter, the information processing apparatus 200 repeats the processes from step S24.
[0121] In contrast to this, when the data communication circuit 204a of the information processing apparatus 200 receives a sales request, the control unit 260 determines that the required time is approved, and that the selected product is requested to be sold (step S30; Yes). Thereafter, the acquisition unit 210 acquires the body ID "900" of the mobile device 900 associated with the user from the transmission request received in step S27 (step S31).
[0122] Next, the control unit 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 generates a message that includes Figure 10the body ID "900" of the mobile device 900, requests the sale of the product related to the product information, and delivers the sold product to the mobile device 900 identified by the body ID "900" (hereinafter, referred to as a delivery request). Thereafter, the control section 260 outputs the delivery request to the data communication circuit 204a with the information processing device 310 as a transmission destination corresponding to the supply sales shop SH1 as a shop corresponding to the sales shop decided to provide the product (step S32).
[0123] The transmission destination corresponding to the supply sales shop SH1 is not limited to the information processing device 310, and for example, can be an email address of a staff member of the supply sales shop SH1 including a shop manager of the supply sales shop SH1. In this case, the information processing device 310 is, for example, a smartphone, and can be carried by the staff member, and receives the delivery request transmitted with the email address as a destination from a mail server not shown from inside or outside of the supply sales shop SH1. In addition, the transmission destination corresponding to the supply sales shop SH1 can be, for example, an application executed by the information processing device 310 carried by the staff member of the supply sales shop SH1.
[0124] The information processing device 310 of the sales shop SH1 displays the product information and the body ID "900" included in the delivery request when receiving the delivery request. The staff member of the sales shop SH1 who recognizes the display of the information processing device 310, for example, finds the product related to the displayed product information from a warehouse, and after performing settlement for selling the found product, waits for the arrival of the mobile device 900 identified by the displayed body ID "900". In the present embodiment, the sale of one selected product is described for simplicity of explanation, but is not limited thereto.
[0125] After the process of step S32 is executed, the information processing device 200 executes a mobile control process as shown in Figure 12 , and controls the mobile device 900 so as to carry the sold product to the designated place at the required time specified (step S33).
[0126] When the mobile control process is started to be executed, the acquisition section 210 of the information processing device 200 acquires the communication address of the mobile device 900 from the transmission request received in step S27 of Figure 5 (step S71).
[0127] Next, the control section 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 generates a movement command including information indicating the first path from the position of the mobile device 900 to the reception site, and commands the mobile device 900 to move along the first path at the highest speed. Thereafter, the control section 260 outputs the generated movement command to the data communication circuit 204a with the communication address of the mobile device 900 with which the user is associated as the destination (step S72).
[0128] The mobile device 900 starts moving upon receipt of the movement command, and travels along the first path at the highest speed to the sales shop SH1 as the reception site. When the mobile device 900 reaches the sales shop SH1, the staff of the sales shop SH1 judges that the body ID "900" displayed on the mobile device 900 coincides with the body ID "900" displayed on the information processing apparatus 310. Next, the staff loads the sold goods onto the mobile device 900, and performs an operation of transmitting a reception completion report notifying of completion of reception of the goods to the mobile device 900. The mobile device 900 transmits the reception completion report in accordance with the operation.
[0129] After the process of step S72 is performed, the specific section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 judges whether the staff of the supply sales shop SH1 who is not decided to be the sales shop that provides the goods uses the mobile device by performing the same process as that of step S54 of the information processing apparatus 310 (step S73; No). Figure 11
[0130] Next, the control section 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 judges whether the mobile device 900 completes reception of the goods (step S74). At this time, when the data communication circuit 204a of the information processing apparatus 200 does not receive the reception completion report from the mobile device 900, the control section 260 judges that the reception is not completed (step S74; No). Thereafter, the control section 260 repeatedly performs the process of step S74 after a predetermined time elapses.
[0131] In contrast, the control section 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 judges that the reception of the goods by the mobile device 900 is completed when the reception completion report is received (step S74; Yes). Thereafter, the control section 260 generates a lock command commanding locking of the storage 920 in which the received goods are stored. Next, the control section 260 generates a movement command including information indicating a second path from the reception site to a specified site specified by the user, and commands movement along the second path at the highest speed. Thereafter, the control section 260 outputs the generated lock command and the movement command to the data communication circuit 204a with the communication address of the mobile device 900 as the destination (steps S75 and S76).
[0132] Upon receiving the lock command and the movement command, the mobile device 900 locks the storage 920 and starts moving, and travels at the highest speed along the second path to the designated place. Thereafter, the mobile device 900 sends a arrival report to the information processing apparatus 200 when it arrives at the designated place.
[0133] After executing the process of step S76, the control section 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines whether the mobile device 900 has arrived at the designated place (step S77). At this time, when the data communication circuit 204a of the information processing apparatus 200 has not received the arrival report, the control section 260 determines that the mobile device 900 has not arrived at the designated place (step S77; No). Thereafter, the control section 260 repeatedly executes the process of step S77 after sleeping for a predetermined time.
[0134] In contrast, upon receiving the arrival report, the control section 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines that the mobile device 900 has arrived at the designated place (step S77; Yes), and ends the execution of the movement control process.
[0135] After executing the movement control process in step S33, Figure 5 After executing the movement control process in step S33, the notification section 250 of the information processing apparatus 200 generates a password for the product reception, for example, using a software random number. Thereafter, a conveyance completion notification including the generated password is output to the data communication circuit 204a with the information processing apparatus 100 carried by the user as the destination, which notifies the conveyance completion of the product to the designated place and the use of the password for the product reception (step S34).
[0136] When the long distance wireless communication circuit 104b provided in the information processing apparatus 100 of the user receives the conveyance completion notification, the CPU 101 causes the conveyance completion notification to be displayed on the display apparatus 105b. In the present embodiment, it is described that the first user who is the user carrying the information processing apparatus 100 visually recognizes the message, and the first user moves to the designated place by himself or herself, but the present embodiment is not limited thereto. The first user can also communicate the password included in the message to a second user such as a family member, or a cohabitant, or a friend, a lover, or an acquaintance to whom the first user gives the product, and instruct the second user to move to the designated place and receive the product.
[0137] Thereafter, the first user performs an operation of inputting the password, that is, authentication information, to the mobile device 900 parked at the designated place. The mobile device 900 transmits the authentication information to the information processing apparatus 200 in accordance with the operation.
[0138] The information processing apparatus 200 performs the same processing as the processing of steps S21 and S22 after receiving the authentication information from the mobile device 900 (steps S35 and S36). Thereby, the password as the authentication information is acquired, and the authentication section 220 determines that the authentication has failed when the acquired password does not match the password of the conveyance completion notification (step S36; No). After that, the information processing apparatus 200 repeats the processing from step S35.
[0139] The mobile device 900 determines that the authentication has failed even when a predetermined time elapses after the authentication request is transmitted, and a lock release command to release the storage 920 is not received from the information processing apparatus 200, and displays a message indicating that the authentication has failed. The first user who sees the message performs the operation of inputting the authentication information to the mobile device 900 again, and the mobile device 900 transmits the authentication information again in accordance with the operation.
[0140] In step S36, the authentication section 220 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines that the authentication has succeeded when the acquired password matches the password of the conveyance completion notification (step S36; Yes). After that, the control section 260 outputs the lock release command to release the storage 920 to the data communication circuit 204a with the mobile device 900 as the destination (step S37), and ends the execution of the sales mediation processing.
[0141] The mobile device 900 releases the storage 920 in which the product is stored when the lock release command is received, and the first user receives the product from the storage 920.
[0142] The information processing apparatus 310 provided in the sales shop SH1 and the information processing apparatus 320 provided in the sales shop SH2 each have a CPU, a RAM, a ROM, a hard disk, a data communication circuit, a video card, a display apparatus, and an input apparatus, which are not shown, as hardware. The configuration and functions of the hardware provided in the information processing apparatuses 310 and 320 are the same as those of the information processing apparatus 200 shown in Figure 4 The configuration and functions of the hardware provided in the information processing apparatuses 310 and 320 are the same as those of the information processing apparatus 200 shown in
[0143] The mobile device 400 of the sales shop SH2 has the same configuration and functions as the mobile device 900 associated with the first user. The mobile device 900 has a chassis 910 having a plurality of wheels including wheels 901 and 902 as shown in Figure 13
[0144] The storage 920 of the mobile device 900 has one storage box 921. The storage box 921 has one floor, a top plate, and a back plate, and two side plates, not shown, and has a box body that forms a space enclosed by these plates and open at the front. At the opening of the box body, a door frame 921b that receives a door 921a is provided. The door 921a has a fixing pin 921c as a door latch, and the door frame 921b has an impact piece 921d as a seat for the fixing pin 921c.
[0145] The door 921a of the storage 920 of the mobile device 900 also has a motor, not shown, that, according to a signal output from the information processing device 990 of the mobile device 900, inserts the fixing pin 921c into the impact piece 921d, thereby locking the door 921a. The motor, according to a signal output from the information processing device 990, pulls the fixing pin 921c out of the impact piece 921d, thereby unlocking the door 921a.
[0146] The mobile device 900 also has a LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) sensor 931 provided on the front surface of the chassis 910, and a LiDAR sensor, not shown, provided on the rear surface of the chassis 910.
[0147] The front surface LiDAR sensor 931 of the mobile device 900, in a case where the front direction of the mobile device 900 is used as a reference direction, irradiates laser light in a plurality of directions included in a range where the azimuth angle from the reference direction is -90 degrees to +90 degrees and the elevation angle from the front direction of the mobile device 900 is -90 degrees to +90 degrees. The front surface LiDAR sensor 931 receives reflected light of the irradiated laser light, and measures the distance to a plurality of reflection points where the laser light is reflected, based on the time from the irradiation of the laser light to the reception of the reflected light. Next, the front surface LiDAR sensor 931 calculates the coordinate values of a three-dimensional coordinate system using the center point of the mobile device 900 as the origin, with respect to the plurality of reflection points, based on the irradiation direction of the laser light and the measured distances. Thereafter, the front surface LiDAR sensor 931 outputs the calculated coordinate values of the plurality of reflection points to the information processing device 990 of the mobile device 900.
[0148] The rear surface LiDAR sensor of the mobile device 900, in a case where the rear direction of the mobile device 900 is used as a reference direction, irradiates infrared laser light in a plurality of directions included in a range where the azimuth angle from the reference direction is -90 degrees to +90 degrees and the elevation angle from the rear direction of the mobile device 900 is -90 degrees to +90 degrees. In addition, the rear surface LiDAR sensor calculates the coordinate values of the mobile device 900 in a three-dimensional coordinate system with respect to a plurality of reflection points of the irradiated laser light, and outputs the calculated coordinate values of the plurality of reflection points to the information processing device 990 of the mobile device 900.
[0149] The reason why the front surface LiDAR sensor 931 and the rear surface LiDAR sensor of the mobile device 900 output coordinate values of a plurality of reflection points to the information processing apparatus 990 is, for example, to avoid obstacles and the like and to specify the coordinate values and the sizes of the objects in all directions using the mobile device 900 as a reference in a three-dimensional space.
[0150] The mobile device 900 further includes a camera 940 disposed on the front surface of the storage compartment 920, and the optical axis and the angle of view are adjusted so as to be able to capture the front of the mobile device 900. The camera 940 captures the front of the mobile device 900 in accordance with a control signal output from the information processing apparatus 990 of the mobile device 900, and outputs an image signal representing an image obtained by the capturing to the information processing apparatus 990.
[0151] The information processing apparatus 990 of the mobile device 900 includes a CPU 991, a RAM 992, a ROM 993a, a flash memory 993b, a short-range wireless communication circuit 994a, a long-range wireless communication circuit 994b, a video card 995a, a display device 995b, an input device 995c, a position measurement circuit 996, an input / output port 998, and a drive circuit 999 as hardware as shown in FIG. 9. Figure 14
[0152] The configuration and functions of the CPU 991, the RAM 992, the ROM 993a, the flash memory 993b, the short-range wireless communication circuit 994a, the long-range wireless communication circuit 994b, the video card 995a, the display device 995b, the input device 995c, and the position measurement circuit 996 of the mobile device 900 are the same as those of the CPU 101, the RAM 102, the ROM 103a, the flash memory 103b, the short-range wireless communication circuit 104a, the long-range wireless communication circuit 104b, the video card 105a, the display device 105b, the input device 105c, and the position measurement circuit 106 of the information processing apparatus 100.
[0153] The input / output port 998 of the mobile device 900 is connected to the cable not shown which is connected to the front surface LiDAR sensor 931 and the rear surface LiDAR sensor via the cable not shown. The input / output port 998 inputs a signal representing the coordinate values output from the front surface LiDAR sensor 931 and the rear surface LiDAR sensor to the CPU 991.
[0154] Further, the input / output port 998 of the mobile device 900 is connected to the camera 940 via a cable not shown, and inputs a control signal output from the CPU 991 to the camera 940 and inputs an image signal output from the camera 940 to the CPU 991.
[0155] The drive circuit 999 of the mobile device 900 is connected to a cable not shown connected to a motor not shown for rotating a plurality of wheels. The drive circuit 999 rotates the plurality of wheels by driving the motor in accordance with a control signal output from the CPU 991.
[0156] Further, the drive circuit 999 of the mobile device 900 is connected to a cable connected to a motor not shown for pulling out or inserting the fixing pin 921c provided to the door 921a from or into the striker 921d, and drives the motor in accordance with a signal output from the CPU 991.
[0157] When the long distance wireless communication circuit 994b of the mobile device 900 receives a mobile command containing information indicating a first path from the position of the mobile device 900 to a receiving place and commanding movement along the first path at the highest speed, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 executes the movement processing shown below in order to move in accordance with the mobile command. Figure 15
[0158] When the movement processing is started, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 acquires the mobile command from the long distance wireless communication circuit 994b (step S91), and acquires information indicating the first path from the acquired mobile command (step S92).
[0159] Subsequently, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 specifies the latitude, longitude and altitude of the mobile device 900 based on a signal output from the position measuring circuit 996 in order to cause the mobile device 900 to travel along the first path. The CPU 991 generates a control signal for traveling at the highest speed in order to reduce the difference between the specified latitude, longitude and altitude and the latitude, longitude and altitude of the node reached earliest among the plurality of nodes not yet reached included in the first path. Subsequently, the CPU 991 outputs the generated control signal to the drive circuit 999 (step S93), and the drive circuit 999 rotates the plurality of wheels in accordance with the control signal.
[0160] After that, when the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 determines that the receiving place as the end point has not been reached because all of the one or more nodes included in the first path have not been reached (step S94; No), the process is repeated from step S93. In contrast, when the CPU 991 determines that the end point has been reached because all of the one or more nodes included in the first path have been reached (step S94; Yes), the CPU 991 outputs a control signal for stopping at the receiving place as the end point to the drive circuit 999 (step S95). After that, the CPU 991 outputs a report of the arrival to the long-distance wireless communication circuit 994b with the information processing apparatus 200 as the destination (step S96), and ends the execution of the mobile process.
[0161] When the mobile device 900 arrives at the sales shop SH1 as the receiving place, the goods are loaded into the storage 920 of the mobile device 900 by the staff of the sales shop SH1. After that, when the input device 995c of the mobile device 900 operated by the staff outputs a signal corresponding to the operation, the CPU 991 outputs a report of the completion of the reception to the long-distance wireless communication circuit 994b with the information processing apparatus 200 as the destination.
[0162] After that, when the long-distance wireless communication circuit 994 of the mobile device 900 receives a lock command that commands the locking of the storage 920, the CPU 991 outputs a control signal for causing the fixing bolt 921c to be inserted into the striker 921d to the drive circuit 999, and thus causes a not-illustrated motor to lock the door 921a of the storage 920. Next, when the long-distance wireless communication circuit 994b of the mobile device 900 receives a movement command that commands the movement to the specified place specified by the first user at the highest speed, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 executes the mobile process illustrated again. Figure 15 According to the movement command, the mobile device 900 moves to the specified place at the highest speed and stops at the specified place.
[0163] After that, when the input device 995c of the mobile device 900 operated by the first user who arrived at the specified place outputs a signal corresponding to the operation, the CPU 991 acquires authentication information as a password on the basis of the signal. Next, the CPU 991 outputs an authentication request including the acquired authentication information to the long-distance wireless communication circuit 994b with the information processing apparatus 200 as the destination.
[0164] The CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 determines that the authentication has failed when the unlock command for unlocking the storage 920 is not received even after a predetermined time elapses after the long distance wireless communication circuit 994b transmits the authentication request. Thereafter, the CPU 991 does not unlock the storage 920, but displays a message indicating that the authentication has failed in the display device 995b. In contrast, when the unlock command is received before a predetermined time elapses after the authentication request is transmitted, the CPU 991 outputs a control signal for causing the fixed bolt 921c to be pulled out of the striker 921d to the drive circuit 999, thereby unlocking the door 921a of the storage 920. The first user receives the goods from the storage 920 that has been unlocked.
[0165] According to these configurations, the information processing system 1 includes the reception unit 230 that receives the product information indicating the goods purchasable by the first user and the performance information indicating the performance of the mobile device 900 associated with the first user. In addition, the information processing system 1 includes the specification unit 240 that specifies the required time required for the mobile device 900 to carry the goods associated with the received product information to the specified place specified by the first user, on the basis of the received performance information. Thus, the information processing system 1 can specify the required time required for the mobile device 900 to carry the goods to the specified place specified by the first user with high accuracy on the basis of the performance information of the mobile device 900. In addition, the information processing system 1 is difficult to predict and grasp the performance of the mobile device 900 associated with the first user because the information processing system 1 does not include the mobile device 900, but can specify the required time with high accuracy as long as the performance of the mobile device 900 associated with the first user is received, regardless of the performance of the mobile device 900.
[0166] In addition, according to these configurations, the information processing system 1 further includes the notification unit 250 that notifies the first user of the required time. Thus, the information processing system 1 can notify the first user of the specified required time with high accuracy, and thus can improve the convenience of the first user.
[0167] Further, according to these configurations, the mobile device 900 is held by the first user. The performance of the mobile device 900 held by the individual is assumed to be various, and the information processing system 1 can specify the required time with high accuracy on the basis of the received performance as long as the performance of the mobile device 900 is received, regardless of the performance of the mobile device 900.
[0168] <Example 1>
[0169] In Example 1, it is described that the first user who carries the information processing apparatus 100 holds the mobile device 900, and the mobile device 900 is associated with the first user, but the holding mode and the mode of the association are not limited to this.
[0170] For example, the first user holds the mobile device 900 in common with one or more second users who are family members or cohabitants of the first user, and the mobile device 900 can also be associated with one or more of the first user and the one or more second users.
[0171] In addition, for example, the first user holds the mobile device 900 in common with one or more second users who are friends, lovers, or acquaintances of the first user, and the mobile device 900 can also be associated with one or more of the first user and the one or more second users.
[0172] In addition, for example, the first user holds the mobile device 900 in common with one or more third users who are different from the first user and reside in an apartment in which the first user resides or an office building in which the first user works, and the mobile device 900 can also be associated with one or more of the first user and the one or more third users.
[0173] In addition, for example, the first user and one or more of the third users who are different from the first user and reside in a predetermined area in which the first user resides or commutes to or from work or school, or commute to or from work or school, can be associated with the mobile device 900 through a sales intermediary. The predetermined area can be, for example, an administrative district or an area predetermined by the sales intermediary.
[0174] According to these configurations, the mobile device 900 is associated with a plurality of users including the first user. Therefore, the information processing system 1 can accurately specify the desired time regardless of the body performance of the mobile device 900 as long as the information processing system 1 receives the body performance of the mobile device 900 associated with the plurality of users.
[0175] <Example 1 Variation 2>
[0176] In Example 1, it is described that the first user who carries the information processing apparatus 100 holds the mobile device 900, but this is not limiting. For example, the first user can also be authorized to use the mobile device 900 from a holder of the mobile device 900 by signing a lease contract with the holder, and temporarily use the mobile device 900 during the authorized period.
[0177] In addition, in Embodiment 1, it is explained that the mobile device 900 is associated with the information processing device 100 of the first user because of the establishment of the pairing, and therefore is also associated with the first user who carries the information processing device 100 via the information processing device 100. However, in the present variation, the mobile device 900 is associated with the first user who carries the information processing device 100 because of the establishment of the lease contract, and therefore is also associated with the first user who carries the information processing device 100 by the unillustrated lease system that associates the information processing device 100 that transmitted the contract request with the mobile device 900 that is leased.
[0178] The information processing device 100 of the present variation acquires information indicating the lease conditions based on a signal output from the input device 105c of the information processing device 100 operated by the first user when starting the unillustrated purchase process. The lease conditions include, for example, the start time, the end time, and the equivalent remuneration for the lease during the period of the lease of the mobile device 900. Thereafter, the CPU 101 of the information processing device 100 outputs a contract request including information indicating the acquired lease conditions and requesting the conclusion of the lease contract to the long-distance wireless communication circuit 104b with the unillustrated lease system as the destination.
[0179] The unillustrated lease system is provided with an unillustrated information processing device having the same configuration and functions as those of the information processing device 200. When the unillustrated data communication circuit provided in the information processing device of the lease system receives the contract request, the unillustrated CPU decides to lease the mobile device 900 according to the lease conditions indicated by the information included in the contract request. Next, the unillustrated CPU of the information processing device associates the communication address of the information processing device 100 with the body ID "900" of the mobile device 900 as the identification information of the information processing device 100, and saves it to the unillustrated hard disk. Thereafter, the CPU of the information processing device outputs a contract establishment report informing the establishment of the lease contract to the unillustrated data communication circuit with the information processing device 100 as the destination.
[0180] When the long-distance wireless communication circuit 104b of the information processing device 100 receives the contract establishment report, the CPU 101 performs the same processing as the processing of steps S02 to S12 of Figure 3 Thereby, the information processing device 100 receives and displays the product page including the product information selected by the first user and the performance information of the mobile device 900 associated with the first user, and the like, and the explanation of the selected product and the required time related to the product information after transmitting the transmission request that requests the transmission of the product page. Thereafter, the information processing device 100 ends the execution of the purchase process after transmitting the sale request when judging that the required time written in the displayed product page is recognized by the first user and the purchase of the product has been decided.
[0181] Assuming that the mobile device 900 whose body performance is rented and associated with the first user has various performances, the information processing system 1 can specify the required time with high accuracy based on the accepted body performance, regardless of the body performance of the mobile device 900 associated with the first user, as long as the body performance of the mobile device 900 is accepted.
[0182] <Example 1 Variation 3>
[0183] In Example 1, a case where the sales shop SH1 that does not use the mobile device is determined as the supply sales shop for the first user is exemplified as a specific example, but is not limited thereto. In this variation, a case where the sales shop SH2 that uses the mobile device 400 is determined as the supply sales shop is exemplified as a specific example.
[0184] The mobile device 900 of this variation has a robot arm 980 provided on the upper surface of the storage 920 as shown in FIG. 9A, so as to receive the goods from the mobile device 400. The robot arm 980 is a vertical multi-joint robot hand having a driving circuit that drives a not-shown motor according to a control signal output from the information processing device 990 of the mobile device 900, and a two-jaw type gripper 981 that is opened and closed in parallel by the motor. Figure 16
[0185] The robot arm 980 of the mobile device 900 has a camera 982 mounted on the gripper 981, whose optical axis and angle of view are adjusted so that the gripper 981 tip is included in the camera range, a plurality of joint structures that can be moved by a not-shown motor, and a plurality of arm portions 983 that can be moved with the joint structure as the center. The gripper 981 is not limited to the two-jaw type, and can have more than three claws, or can have a plurality of fingers instead of two claws.
[0186] The camera 982 provided to the robot arm 980 of the mobile device 900 is a digital stereo camera that performs imaging according to a signal output from the information processing device 990 of the mobile device 900, and outputs an image signal representing two images having parallax to the information processing device 990. The reason for outputting such a signal to the information processing device 990 is that the information processing device 990 is to specify the position coordinates and dimensions of the goods in the three-dimensional space as the gripping object of the gripper 981 based on the parallax of the two images.
[0187] The input / output port 998 of the mobile device 900 of this variation is connected to the robot arm 980 via a not-shown cable, and inputs a control signal output from the CPU 991 to the robot arm 980. In addition, the input / output port 998 inputs an image signal output from the camera 982 provided to the robot arm 980 to the CPU 991.
[0188] The information processing apparatus 200 of this variant example executes the processes of steps S21 to S32 (steps S21 to S32) when it starts to execute the sales mediation process of Figure 5 Thus, the information processing apparatus 200 generates a delivery request to request the delivery of the product to the mobile device 900, which includes the product information related to the product requested to be sold and the body ID "900" of the mobile device 900 that receives the product, and transmits the generated delivery request to the transmission destination corresponding to the sales shop SH2, i.e., the information processing apparatus 320. The transmission destination corresponding to the sales shop SH2 is not limited to the information processing apparatus 320, but can be an email address of a staff member of the sales shop SH2, the information processing apparatus 320 is a smartphone carried by the staff member, and the delivery request transmitted to the email address can be received inside or outside the sales shop SH2. In addition, the transmission destination corresponding to the sales shop SH2 can be an application executed by the information processing apparatus 320.
[0189] The information processing apparatus 320 of the sales shop SH2 displays the product information and the body ID "900" included in the delivery request when it receives the delivery request. The staff member of the sales shop SH2 who recognizes the display of the information processing apparatus 320, for example, finds the product related to the displayed product information from a warehouse, performs settlement for the sale, and loads the product into an unillustrated storage provided in the mobile device 400 of the sales shop SH2, and performs an operation to input the displayed body ID "900" to the mobile device 400.
[0190] When the unillustrated input device of the mobile device 400 outputs a signal corresponding to the operation, the unillustrated PC of the mobile device 400 acquires the body ID "900" based on the signal. Thereafter, the CPU of the mobile device 400 outputs a loading completion report to the data communication circuit to inform that the loading of the product delivered to the mobile device 900 identified by the body ID "900" is completed, with the information processing apparatus 200 as the destination.
[0191] After the process of step S32 is executed, the information processing apparatus 200 executes the mobile control process shown in Figure 12 , and controls the movement of the mobile device 400 of the sales shop SH2 and the mobile device 900 associated with the first user (step S33).
[0192] When the mobile control processing is started, the information processing apparatus 200 executes the processing of steps S71 and S72 (steps S71 and S72). Thereby, the information including the information indicating the first path from the position of the mobile device 900 to the reception point decided as the intermediate position of the position of the mobile device 900 and the position of the sales shop SH2, and the movement command commanding to move along the first path at the highest speed is transmitted to the mobile device 900.
[0193] The mobile device 900 starts moving when receiving the movement command, travels along the first path at the highest speed to the reception point, and transmits the arrival report to the information processing apparatus 200 when arriving at the reception point.
[0194] After executing the step S72, the information processing apparatus 200 judges that there is the mobile device used by the staff of the sales shop SH2 and the used mobile device is the mobile device 400 by executing the same processing as the step S54 of Figure 11 The control section 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 judges whether or not the loading of the goods to the mobile device 400 of the sales shop SH2 is completed (step S78). At this time, when the data communication circuit 204a of the information processing apparatus 200 does not receive the loading completion report from the mobile device 400, the control section 260 judges that the loading is not completed (step S78; No). After that, the control section 260 repeatedly executes the processing of the step S78 after the predetermined time of sleep.
[0195] On the contrary, the control section 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 judges that the loading of the goods to the mobile device 400 is completed when receiving the loading completion report (step S78; Yes). Next, the control section 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 outputs the movement command including the information indicating the third path from the sales shop SH2 to the reception point, and commanding to move along the third path at the highest speed to the data communication circuit 204a with the mobile device 400 as the destination (step S79).
[0196] The mobile device 400 starts moving when receiving the movement command, travels along the third path at the highest speed, stops at the reception point when arriving at the reception point, and transmits the arrival report to the information processing apparatus 200. After that, the CPU of the mobile device 400 causes the display apparatus not shown to display the body ID "900" of the mobile device 900.
[0197] After the execution of step S79, the control section 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines whether the mobile device 400 of the sales shop SH2 and the mobile device 900 associated with the first user have arrived at the reception place (step S80). At this time, when the data communication circuit 204a of the information processing apparatus 200 has not received an arrival report from the mobile device 400 or the mobile device 900, the control section 260 determines that the mobile device 400 or the mobile device 900 has not arrived at the reception place (step S80; No). After that, the control section 260 repeatedly executes the process of step S80 after a predetermined time of sleep.
[0198] In contrast, when the control section 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 receives an arrival report from the mobile device 400 and the mobile device 900, it determines that the mobile device 400 and the mobile device 900 have arrived at the reception place (step S80; Yes). After that, the control section 260 outputs, to the data communication circuit 204a, a reception command that commands the mobile device 400 of the sales shop SH2 to receive the goods, with the mobile device 900 associated with the first user as the destination (step S81).
[0199] When the mobile device 900 receives the reception command, it uses the robot arm 980 to receive the goods from the mobile device 400 showing the body ID "900" of the mobile device 900 among one or more mobile devices parked at the reception place, and loads the received goods into the storage 920. After that, the mobile device 900 transmits a reception completion notification that informs of the completion of the reception of the goods to the information processing apparatus 200.
[0200] After the execution of step S81, the control section 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines whether the reception of the goods is completed (step S82). At this time, when the data communication circuit 204a of the information processing apparatus 200 has not received a reception completion report, the control section 260 determines that the reception of the goods is not completed (step S82; No). After that, the control section 260 repeatedly executes the process of step S82 after a predetermined time of sleep.
[0201] In contrast, when the control section 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 receives a reception completion report, it determines that the reception of the goods is completed (step S82; Yes). After that, the control section 260 outputs, to the mobile device 900, a lock-up command that commands the mobile device 900 to lock up, and a movement command that commands movement to a specified place, by executing the same processes as steps S75 and S76 (steps S83 and S84).
[0202] Next, the control section 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 outputs, to the data communication circuit 204a, a movement command that commands the mobile device 400 of the sales shop SH2 to move back to the sales shop SH2 by retracing the third path from the sales shop SH2 to the reception place, with the mobile device 400 of the sales shop SH2 as the destination (step S85).
[0203] The mobile device 900 associated with the first user locks the storage 920 and travels at the highest speed along the second path from the reception place to the designated place after receiving the lock command and the move command. The mobile device 400 of the sales shop SH2 returns to the sales shop SH2 from the reception place when receiving the move command.
[0204] After executing the step S85, the control section 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 ends the execution of the move control processing when judging that the mobile device 900 has arrived at the designated place (step S77; Yes).
[0205] When the long distance wireless communication circuit not shown which the mobile device 400 of the present variation example has receives the move command output in the step S79 of the information processing apparatus 200, the CPU not shown of the mobile device 400 executes the move processing shown in Figure 12 . By this, the mobile device 400 stores the goods and moves along the third path to the reception place at the highest speed. Figure 15
[0206] In addition, when the long distance wireless communication circuit 994b of the mobile device 900 of the present variation example receives the move command output in the step S72 of the information processing apparatus 200, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 executes the move processing shown in Figure 12 . By this, the mobile device 900 moves along the first path to the reception place at the highest speed. Figure 15
[0207] After that, when the long distance wireless communication circuit 994b of the mobile device 900 receives the reception command output in the step S81 of the information processing apparatus 200, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 executes the reception processing shown in Figure 12 . Figure 17
[0208] When starting the execution of the reception processing, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 executes the processing of outputting a signal commanding the imaging of the imaging device 940 whose optical axis and angle of view are adjusted to be able to take the front of the mobile device 900. Next, the CPU 991 detects an image area corresponding to the mobile device parked at the reception place in an image (hereinafter, referred to as an imaging image) shown in a signal output from the imaging device 940, for example, by performing template matching. A template used in the template matching is previously saved in the flash memory 993b of the mobile device 900.
[0209] At this time, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 makes the optical axis of the imaging device 940 change when the image area corresponding to the mobile device is not detected, and thus executes the process of outputting a control signal that makes one or more of the plurality of wheels rotate to the drive circuit 999. After that, the CPU 991 repeatedly executes the process from the process of outputting a signal that commands the imaging of the imaging device 940.
[0210] In contrast, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900, when the image area corresponding to the mobile device is detected, executes, for example, an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) process in the detected image area, thereby detecting a character string displayed on the mobile device. At this time, the CPU 991 repeatedly executes the process from the process of outputting a control signal to make the optical axis of the imaging device 940 change when the character string detected from the image area does not match the body ID "900" of the mobile device 900.
[0211] In contrast, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900, when the character string detected from the image area matches the body ID "900" of the mobile device 900, determines that the image area corresponds to the mobile device 400 of the sales shop SH2. After that, the CPU 991 calculates a coordinate value indicating the position of the mobile device 400 based on the position of the image area in the captured image and the direction of the optical axis of the imaging device 940 (step S101). In the present embodiment, the coordinate value calculated by the CPU 991 is a coordinate value of a three-dimensional coordinate system using the center point of the mobile device 900 as the origin, but is not limited thereto.
[0212] After that, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 generates a control signal that makes the optical axis of the imaging device 982 provided to the robot arm 980 change to be able to capture the mobile device 400 based on the calculated coordinate value of the mobile device 400. Next, the CPU 991 outputs the generated control signal and a signal that commands the imaging to the imaging device 982 of the robot arm 980.
[0213] Next, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 acquires two captured images based on the signal output from the imaging device 982, and calculates a coordinate value indicating the position and shape of a door not shown provided to the mobile device 400 based on the parallax of the two acquired captured images. After that, the CPU 991 outputs a control signal for making the captured door open to the robot arm 980 based on the calculated coordinate value. The robot arm 980 opens the door of the mobile device 400 according to the control signal.
[0214] Next, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 outputs a control signal for unlocking the door 921a of the storage 920 provided in the mobile device 900 to the drive circuit 999 (step S102).
[0215] After that, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 acquires coordinate values indicating the position and shape of the door 921a provided in the storage 920 of the mobile device 900 from the flash memory 993b. After that, the CPU 991 outputs a control signal for opening the door 921a to the robot arm 980 on the basis of the acquired coordinate values. The robot arm 980 opens the door 921a of the mobile device 900 in accordance with the control signal.
[0216] After that, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 generates a control signal for changing the optical axis of the imaging device 982 provided in the robot arm 980 to be able to image the opening and the inside of the storage after the door is opened, on the basis of the coordinate values indicating the position of the door of the storage of the mobile device 400 before the door is opened. Next, the CPU 991 outputs the generated control signal and a control signal for commanding imaging to the robot arm 980. After that, the CPU 991 acquires two pieces of imaging images on the basis of a signal output from the imaging device 982, and calculates coordinate values indicating the position and shape of the goods stored in the case of the storage provided in the mobile device 400 on the basis of the parallax of the two pieces of acquired imaging images. Next, the CPU 991 outputs a control signal for picking up the goods stored in the storage provided in the mobile device 400 of the sales shop SH2 and taking out the goods to the robot arm 980 on the basis of the calculated coordinate values (step S103). The robot arm 980 takes out the goods from the mobile device 400 in accordance with the control signal.
[0217] After that, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 generates a control signal for changing the optical axis of the imaging device 982 provided in the robot arm 980 to be able to image the opening and the inside of the case of the storage 920 provided in the mobile device 900, on the basis of the coordinate values acquired from the flash memory 993b. Next, the CPU 991 outputs the generated control signal and a control signal for commanding imaging to the robot arm 980. After that, the CPU 991 calculates coordinate values indicating the position and shape of the opening of the case and the depth of the case on the basis of the parallax of two pieces of imaging images acquired on the basis of a signal output from the imaging device 982. Next, the CPU 991 outputs a control signal for loading the goods taken out from the mobile device 400 to the storage 920 of the mobile device 900 from the opening on the basis of the calculated coordinate values and the depth to the robot arm 980 (step S104). The robot arm 980 loads the taken-out goods to the mobile device 900 associated with the first user in accordance with the control signal.
[0218] After that, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 outputs a control signal that causes the robot arm 980 to open the door of the mobile device 400 and to close the door 921a of the mobile device 900 to the robot arm 980. Next, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 outputs a reception completion report to the long distance wireless communication circuit 994b with the information processing apparatus 200 as a destination after the step S105 (step S106), and ends the execution of the reception processing.
[0219] After that, when the long distance wireless communication circuit 994b of the mobile device 900 receives the mobile command output in the step S84 of the information processing apparatus 200, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 executes the moving processing of the information processing apparatus 200. Thus, the mobile device 900 stores the goods received at the reception place, and moves at the highest speed along the second path from the reception place to the specified place specified by the first user. Figure 12 Figure 15 After that, when the long distance wireless communication circuit 994b of the mobile device 900 receives the mobile command output in the step S84 of the information processing apparatus 200, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 executes the moving processing of the information processing apparatus 200. Thus, the mobile device 900 stores the goods received at the reception place, and moves at the highest speed along the second path from the reception place to the specified place specified by the first user.
[0220] In addition, when the not-illustrated long distance wireless communication circuit provided in the mobile device 400 receives the mobile command output in the step S85 of the information processing apparatus 200, the not-illustrated CPU of the mobile device 400 executes the moving processing of the information processing apparatus 200. Thus, the mobile device 400 returns from the reception place to the sales shop SH2. Figure 12 Figure 15 In addition, when the not-illustrated long distance wireless communication circuit provided in the mobile device 400 receives the mobile command output in the step S85 of the information processing apparatus 200, the not-illustrated CPU of the mobile device 400 executes the moving processing of the information processing apparatus 200. Thus, the mobile device 400 returns from the reception place to the sales shop SH2.
[0221] <Example 1, Change Example 4>
[0222] In the change example 3 of the example 1, the mobile device 900 associated with the first user uses the robot arm 980 shown in FIG. 9A to take out the goods from the storage of the mobile device 400 of the sales shop SH2, and loads the taken-out goods to the storage 920 of the mobile device 900. Figure 16
[0223] However, not limited to this, the mobile device 400 of the sales shop SH2 can also be provided with a not-illustrated robot arm having the same configuration and function as the robot arm 980. In this case, the mobile device 400 can also use the not-illustrated robot arm to take out the goods from the storage of the mobile device 400, and load the taken-out goods to the storage 920 of the mobile device 900.
[0224] In addition, it can also be that the mobile device 400 uses the not-illustrated robot arm to take out the goods from the storage of the mobile device 400, and the mobile device 900 uses the robot arm 980 to receive the goods from the robot arm of the mobile device 400, and load the received goods to the storage 920 of the mobile device 900.
[0225] <Example 1, Change Example 5>
[0226] In Embodiment 1, the specific section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 specifies the required time that the mobile device 900 needs to carry the goods to the specified place, but is not limited thereto. The specific section 240 of the present variation specifies the arrival time at which the goods arrive at the specified place by being carried by the mobile device 900.
[0227] In the present embodiment, the time is expressed by day, hour, and minute, but is not limited thereto. The time can be expressed by day, hour, minute, and second, by day and hour, or by day. In addition, the time can be expressed by hour, minute, and second, by hour and minute, or by hour.
[0228] Therefore, the CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100 of the present variation executes the purchase processing, which is not shown. When the purchase processing, which is not shown, starts to be executed, the web page, which is the list page, that records the list of the goods information of the goods that can be purchased is displayed by executing the same processing as the steps S01 to S07 of the information processing apparatus 200. Figure 3
[0229] Next, the CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100 generates a transmission request that requests transmission of the goods page that records the description of the selected goods related to the goods information selected by the first user and the arrival time at which the selected goods arrive at the specified place by being carried by the mobile device 900. Thereafter, the CPU 101 executes the processing of outputting the generated transmission request to the long distance wireless communication circuit 104b with the information processing apparatus 200 as the destination.
[0230] Thereafter, when the long distance wireless communication circuit 104b of the information processing apparatus 100 receives the goods page that records the arrival time from the information processing apparatus 200, the CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100 acquires the goods page that records the arrival time from the long distance wireless communication circuit 104b. Next, the CPU 101 notifies the first user of the arrival time by causing the acquired goods page to be displayed on the display apparatus 105b.
[0231] The first user who recognizes the arrival time does not recognize the arrival time or does not decide to purchase the selected goods, and thus performs a redisplay operation for redisplaying the list page to the information processing apparatus 100. When the input apparatus 105c of the information processing apparatus 100 outputs a signal corresponding to the redisplay operation, the CPU 101 determines that the arrival time is not recognized or the selected goods are not decided to be purchased. Thereafter, the CPU 101 repeatedly executes the processing from the same processing as the step S06.
[0232] On the other hand, if the first user acknowledges the arrival time and decides to purchase the selected product, the first user performs a purchase operation on the information processing apparatus 100. When the input device 105c of the information processing apparatus 100 outputs a signal corresponding to the purchase operation, the CPU 101 determines that the arrival time is acknowledged and the selected product is decided to be purchased. Thereafter, the CPU 101 outputs a sale request to the long distance wireless communication circuit 104b, which is a report that the arrival time is acknowledged and a request to sell the selected product, to the information processing apparatus 200 as a destination, and ends the execution of the purchase process.
[0233] The information processing apparatus 200 of the present variation example receives a transmission request to transmit a product page on which the description of the selected product and the arrival time are recorded, by performing the same process as the processes of steps S21 to S27, when the sale mediation process, not shown, is started to be executed. Thereafter, the information processing apparatus 200 executes a product page generation process, not shown.
[0234] When the product page generation process, not shown, is started to be executed, the information processing apparatus 200 executes the same processes as the processes of steps S41 to S44 of Figure 10 . Thus, the information processing apparatus 200 focuses on the unattended sales shop SH1 or SH2 among the one or more sales shops in which the selected product is in stock. Thereafter, the information processing apparatus 200 executes the required time specifying process shown in Figure 11 , with respect to the focused sales shop SH1 or SH2. Thereafter, the acquisition section 210 of the information processing apparatus 200 acquires, for example, a system time managed by an OS (Operating System). Next, the acquisition section 210 acquires information indicating a time required from the transmission of the product page on which the arrival time is recorded to the reception of the sale request, from the information storage section 290.
[0235] In the present embodiment, the time required from the transmission of the product page to the reception of the sale request is an average of times required until the reception of the sale request from the information processing apparatus 100 after the transmission of the product page to the information processing apparatus 100 of the first user. However, the time required from the transmission of the product page to the reception of the sale request is not limited thereto, and can be an average of times required until the reception of the sale request after the transmission of the product page to information processing apparatuses each carried by a plurality of users including or not including the first user, and the optimum value can be determined by experiments by those skilled in the art.
[0236] Thereafter, the specifying section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 adds the specified required time and the time required from the transmission of the product page to the reception of the sale request to the acquired system time. Thus, the arrival time at which the product sold at the focused sales shop SH1 or SH2 is carried by the mobile device 900 to arrive at the specified location is specified.
[0237] Thereafter, the information processing apparatus 200 repeatedly executes the process from the same process as step S43 onward. Figure 10 Next, when the specific section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines that there is no unattended sales store, it decides a supply sales store that provides the goods to the first user based on one or more arrival times that are specified for one or more sales stores, respectively.
[0238] In the present embodiment, the specific section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 decides one of the sales stores that has the earliest arrival time as the supply sales store, but is not limited thereto. The specific section 240 can also assign an order to the one or more sales stores that have selected the goods stock in order from the earliest to the latest arrival time that has been specified, and select one sales store from one or more sales stores for which the assigned order is higher than the order of the reservation, for example, based on a software random number, or based on a predetermined rule, and decide the selected one sales store as the supply sales store that provides the goods to the first user.
[0239] Thereafter, the notification section 250 of the information processing apparatus 200 generates a goods page that records the arrival time by adding information indicating the earliest arrival time to the goods page for the selected goods. Thereafter, the notification section 250 ends the execution of the goods page generation process.
[0240] After the execution of the goods page generation process, the notification section 250 of the information processing apparatus 200 outputs the goods page that records the arrival time to the data communication circuit 204a with the information processing apparatus 100 as the destination. Thereby, the notification section 250 notifies the first user who carries the information processing apparatus 100 of the arrival time.
[0241] Thereafter, when the data communication circuit 204a of the information processing apparatus 200 receives a list page transmission request, but not a sales request, the control section 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines that the arrival time is not acknowledged, or that the selection of the goods is not requested to be sold. Thereafter, the information processing apparatus 200 repeatedly executes the process from the same process as step S24 onward. Figure 5
[0242] In contrast thereto, when the data communication circuit 204a of the information processing apparatus 200 receives a sales request, the control section 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines that the arrival time is acknowledged, and that the selection of the goods is requested to be sold. Thereafter, the information processing apparatus 200 ends the execution of the sales mediation process after controlling the mobile device 900, or the mobile devices 400 and 900 to deliver the goods to the designated place at the acknowledged arrival time by executing the same process as the process of steps S31 to S37.
[0243] Based on these configurations, the information processing system 1 includes a receiving unit 230, which receives product information related to goods that a first user can purchase, and performance information representing the physical performance of the mobile device 900 associated with the first user. Furthermore, the information processing system 1 includes a specifying unit 240, which, based on the received performance information, specifies the arrival time of the goods related to the received product information when they are transported by the mobile device 900 to a designated location. Therefore, the information processing system 1 can accurately specify the arrival time of the goods when they are transported by the mobile device 900 to a designated location based on the performance information of the mobile device 900.
[0244] Furthermore, based on these configurations, the information processing system 1 also includes a notification unit 250 that notifies the first user of the arrival time. Therefore, the information processing system 1 can notify the first user of the specified arrival time with high accuracy, thereby improving the convenience for the first user.
[0245] <Example 6 of Variation 1>
[0246] In Example 1, it is described that the information processing device 200 is installed at the business premises BO of a middleman selling intermediaries, and performs operations such as... Figure 5 The sales intermediary process is illustrated. Furthermore, it is explained that information processing device 310 is installed in sales store SH1 and manages the inventory of goods sold by sales store SH1, and information processing device 320 is installed in sales store SH2 and manages the inventory of goods sold by sales store SH2. Moreover, it is explained that mobile device 400 is used by staff of sales store SH2 to move goods sold by sales store SH2 to a receiving location where mobile device 900 receives the goods.
[0247] However, this is not the only variation. In this variation, the information processing device 200 is installed at a sales location (not shown) of a retailer selling goods, and performs sales processing (not shown) for the sold goods. Furthermore, in this variation, the information processing device 310 is installed in a warehouse ST1 (not shown) used by the retailer, and manages the inventory of goods stored in warehouse ST1. The information processing device 320 is installed in a warehouse ST2 (not shown) used by the retailer, and manages the inventory of goods stored in warehouse ST2. Furthermore, in this variation, the mobile device 400 is used by staff at warehouse ST2 to move goods stored in warehouse ST2 to a receiving location.
[0248] Therefore, the information storage unit 290 of the information processing apparatus 200 in this variation example pre-stores information such as... Figure 18The illustrated warehouse table pre-stores information related to the warehouses ST1 and ST2 in which the goods are stored. The warehouse table pre-stores a plurality of records. In this modification example, the first record pre-stores, in a corresponding manner, a warehouse ID "ST1" for identifying the warehouse ST1, information indicating the location of the warehouse ST1, a body ID indicating "NULL" for a mobile device not used by the staff of the warehouse ST1, and information indicating the loading time required for the staff of the warehouse ST1 to load the goods into the mobile device 900.
[0249] In addition, in the second record of the warehouse table in this modification example, a warehouse ID "ST2" for identifying the warehouse ST2, information indicating the location of the warehouse ST2, a body ID "400" of the mobile device 400 used by the staff of the warehouse ST2, performance information of the mobile device 400, and information indicating the loading time required for the staff of the warehouse ST2 to load the goods into the mobile device 400 are pre-stored in a corresponding manner.
[0250] In addition, the information storage section 290 of the information processing apparatus 200 pre-stores, as shown in Figure 19 the illustrated goods table, information related to the goods sold in the warehouses ST1 and ST2. The goods table pre-stores a plurality of records, and each record pre-stores, in a corresponding manner, goods information related to the goods, a warehouse ID for identifying the warehouse ST1 or ST2 in which the goods are stored, and an inventory flag indicating whether the goods are in stock in the warehouse ST1 or ST2.
[0251] When the unillustrated sales processing is started, the information processing apparatus 200 accepts a transmission request for transmitting a list page by performing the same processing as steps S21 to S24 of Figure 5 Next, the acquisition section 210 of the information processing apparatus 200 acquires, from the goods table of Figure 19 one or a plurality of pieces of goods information corresponding to the inventory flag indicating that the goods are in stock, and the specification section 240 outputs, to the data communication circuit 204a, a list page recording a list of the one or a plurality of pieces of goods information that have been acquired, with the information processing apparatus 100 as the destination.
[0252] Thereafter, the information processing apparatus 200 accepts a transmission request for transmitting a goods page by performing the same processing as steps S27 and S28 of Figure 5 the unillustrated goods page generation processing is performed.
[0253] When the information processing apparatus 200 starts the goods page generation processing, the acquisition section 210 acquires goods information related to the selected goods by performing the same processing as step S41 of Figure 10 Next, the specification section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 outputs, to the data communication circuit 204a, a goods page recording the acquired goods information, with the information processing apparatus 100 as the destination.Figure 19 The product table, the selected one or more warehouse IDs are associated with the acquired product information and the stock marker indicating that there is stock.
[0254] After that, the information processing device 200 determines whether there is an unattended warehouse ID among the selected one or more warehouse IDs by performing the same process as step S43. Figure 10 In this variation, in order to simplify the description, the case where the warehouse ID "ST1" for identifying the warehouse ST1 has already been attended is exemplified as a specific example, and the following description is made.
[0255] After that, the information processing device 200 performs a required time specifying process not shown, that is, specifies the required time required to move the product stored in the warehouse (hereinafter referred to as an attended warehouse) ST1 identified by the attended warehouse ID (hereinafter referred to as an attended warehouse ID) "ST1" to the specified place specified by the first user.
[0256] When the required time specifying process is started, the information processing device 200 acquires the position information and the performance information of the mobile device 900 associated with the first user by performing the same process as step S51. Figure 11 Next, the acquisition unit 210 of the information processing device 200 acquires the position information corresponding to the attended warehouse store ID "ST1" from the warehouse table shown in Figure 18
[0257] After that, the acquisition unit 210 of the information processing device 200 acquires the body ID "NULL" corresponding to the attended warehouse ID "ST1" from the warehouse table shown in Figure 18 After that, the acquisition unit 210 determines that the value "NULL" of the acquired body ID indicates that there is no mobile device used by the staff of the attended warehouse ST1. Next, the specifying unit 240 of the information processing device 200 determines the position of the attended warehouse ST1 as the reception place of the product received by the mobile device 900 by performing the same process as step S55.
[0258] After that, the specifying unit 240 of the information processing device 200 determines the movement path of the mobile device 900 based on the position information of the attended warehouse ST1 and the position information of the mobile device 900 by performing the same process as step S56. Next, the acquisition unit 210 acquires the position information of the attended warehouse ST1 from the warehouse table shown in Figure 18 The system retrieves information from the warehouse table indicating the loading time corresponding to the warehouse ID "ST1". Then, the selection unit 240 performs the same process as in step S57, determining the required time for the mobile device 900 to move the goods from warehouse ST1 to the designated location based on the determined movement path distance, the maximum speed shown in the performance information of the mobile device 900, and the loading time of warehouse ST1. Afterwards, the information processing device 200 completes the time selection process.
[0259] After performing the required time-specific processing, from with Figure 10 Starting from step S43, the same process is repeated. In this embodiment, for the sake of simplicity, the warehouse ID "ST2" used to identify warehouse ST2 is not being monitored, but rather being monitored, is used as a specific example for the following explanation.
[0260] The information processing device 200 determines that there is an unattended warehouse ID "ST2", pays attention to the unattended warehouse ID "ST2", and performs the required time specific processing (not shown) again to specify the required time to move the goods of the attended warehouse ST2 to the designated location.
[0261] When the time-specific processing required for the specified period begins to be executed, the information processing device 200 performs the corresponding... Figure 11 The same processing steps S51 to S54 are performed. Thus, the information processing device 200... Figure 18 The warehouse table obtains the corresponding location information and machine ID "400" for the warehouse ID "ST2" and the machine ID "400". It is determined that the obtained machine ID value "400" indicates that the mobile device is used by the staff of the warehouse ST2 and the mobile device used is mobile device 400.
[0262] Next, the information processing device 200 performs the same process as in step S58 to obtain the performance information of the mobile device 400 corresponding to the interested warehouse ID "ST2" from the warehouse table. Next, the information processing device 200 performs the same process as in steps S59 to S62. Thus, the information processing device 200 obtains the performance information of the mobile device 400 corresponding to the interested warehouse ID "ST2" from the warehouse table. Figure 18 The information processing unit 200 retrieves information from the warehouse table indicating the loading time corresponding to the warehouse ID "ST2". Next, based on the location information of the warehouse ST2 and the mobile device 900, the performance information of the mobile devices 900 and 400, and the loading time information, the information processing unit 200 determines the receiving location with the shortest time required for the mobile device 900 to receive the goods moved from the warehouse ST2 by the mobile device 400. Afterwards, the information processing unit 200 completes the time-specific processing.
[0263] After that, the information processing apparatus 200 executes the same process as that of step S43 when it is determined that there is no warehouse ID that is not of interest by executing the same process as that of step S43. Figure 10
[0264] In the present embodiment, in order to simplify the explanation, a case where the warehouse ST1 is decided as the providing warehouse for the first user is exemplified as a concrete example, and the following explanation is made.
[0265] After that, the information processing apparatus 200 determines that the required time is recognized and the product is requested to be sold by executing the same process as that of steps S29 to S31 of Figure 5 After that, the information processing apparatus 200 generates a delivery request including the selected product information and the body ID "900" of the mobile device 900, and requests the product associated with the product information to be delivered to the mobile device 900 identified by the body ID "900". After that, the control section 260 outputs the delivery request to the data communication circuit 204a with the information processing apparatus 310 as the transmission destination corresponding to the providing warehouse ST1. The transmission destination corresponding to the providing warehouse ST1 is not limited to the information processing apparatus 310, but can be an email address of a worker of the providing warehouse ST1, and the information processing apparatus 310 can be a smartphone carried by the worker, and the delivery request transmitted with the email address as the destination can be received inside or outside the providing warehouse ST1. In addition, the transmission destination corresponding to the providing warehouse ST1 can be an application executed by the information processing apparatus 310.
[0266] When the information processing apparatus 310 receives the delivery request, it displays the product information included in the delivery request and the body ID "900". The worker of the providing warehouse ST1 who recognizes the display of the information processing apparatus 310 finds the product associated with the displayed product information from the providing warehouse ST1, and waits for the mobile device 900 identified by the displayed body ID "900" to arrive.
[0267] After that, the information processing apparatus 200 executes the same process as that of steps S33 to S37. Thereby, the information processing apparatus 200 performs control to move the mobile device 900 to the reception site. Next, the information processing apparatus 200 ends the sales process after performing control to store the received product by the mobile device 900 receiving the product from the worker of the warehouse ST1 at the reception site and moving to the designated site.
[0268] Example 1
[0269] In Example 1, it is explained that the specifying section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines the sales shop SH1 in which the required time for the mobile device 900 to carry the selected product to the specified place is the shortest among the one or more sales shops in which the inventory of the selected product exists in association with the product information selected by the first user, as the supply sales shop that supplies the product to the first user. In addition, in the modified example 6 of Example 1, it is explained that the specifying section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines the warehouse ST1 in which the required time for the mobile device 900 to carry the selected product to the specified place is the shortest among the one or more warehouses in which the inventory of the selected product exists, as the supply warehouse that supplies the product to the first user.
[0270] However, not limited thereto, Example 1 and the modified example 6 of Example 1 can be combined. Therefore, the information storage section 290 of the information processing apparatus 200 of the present modified example, which is a combination of Example 1 and the modified example 6 of Example 1, stores M records that store information related to sales shops and N records that store information related to warehouses (where M and N are integers of 0 or more that satisfy M+N≥1).
[0271] The M records respectively store, in a corresponding manner, a sales shop ID that is identification information for identifying a sales shop, and product information related to a product sold by the sales shop. The N records respectively store, in a corresponding manner, a warehouse ID that is identification information for identifying a warehouse, and product information related to a product stored in the warehouse.
[0272] In addition, the specifying section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 of the present modified example extracts one or more pieces of identification information that correspond to the product information received by the reception section 230 from the information storage section 290. In addition, the specifying section 240 specifies the required time for the mobile device 900 to carry a product sold by a sales shop or a product stored in a warehouse, which is identified by the one or more pieces of extracted identification information, to the specified place. Therefore, the information processing system 1 can specify the required time with respect to a product that is sold or stored in one or more sales shops or warehouses.
[0273] The M records stored in the information storage section 290 of this variant example each hold, in a corresponding manner, a sales store ID that is identification information for identifying a sales store, product information related to a product sold by the sales store, and a stock flag indicating whether the sales store has stock of the product. In addition, the N records each hold, in a corresponding manner, a warehouse ID that is identification information for identifying a warehouse, product information related to a product stored in the warehouse, and a stock flag indicating whether the warehouse has stock of the product. The specifying section 240 of this variant example extracts, from the information storage section 290, one or more pieces of identification information that correspond to the product information accepted by the acceptance section 230 and the stock flag indicating that there is stock. Thus, the information processing system 1 can specify one or more sales stores and warehouses that have stock of the product with respect to the required time.
[0274] The specifying section 240 of this variant example decides, among the sales stores or warehouses identified by the extracted one or more pieces of identification information, one sales store or warehouse that provides the product to the first user based on the one or more specified required times. In addition, the specifying section 240 decides the sales store or warehouse that has the shortest specified required time as the sales store or warehouse that provides the product to the first user. Thus, the information processing system 1 can shorten the required time for the mobile device 900 to carry the product to the specified location specified by the first user, and thus can improve the carrying efficiency of the mobile device 900 and the convenience of the first user. The delivery efficiency of the mobile device 900 is, for example, indicated by the number of products that the mobile device 900 can carry to the specified location per unit time, but is not limited thereto.
[0275] The information processing system 1 of this variant example is further provided with a data communication circuit 204a that transmits the body ID "900" for identifying the mobile device 900 to the information processing apparatus 310 or 320 that is the transmission destination corresponding to the decided one sales store or warehouse. Thus, the information processing system 1 can cause the mobile device 900 to carry the product to the specified location even if the specified location specified by the first user is not transmitted to the transmission destination corresponding to the sales store or warehouse, as long as the staff of the sales store or warehouse loads the product into the mobile device 900 identified by the transmitted body ID "900". Thus, the information processing system 1 can suppress leakage of personal information of the first user including the specified location of the first user. In addition, the address of the specified location is, in many cases, indicated by the address of the first user or by a combination of the address and the name of the first user, and thus the information processing system 1 can suppress leakage of personal information including the address and the name of the first user.
[0276] The specific section 240 of this variation example further determines a movement path including a first path from the position of the mobile device 900 to a receiving location at which the product is received, and a second path from the receiving location to the specified location, and specifies the required time based on the determined movement path. In addition, the receiving location is a location between the position of the sales shop or the warehouse determined to provide the product to the first user and the position of the mobile device 900. Thus, the information processing system 1 can specify a shorter required time than when the receiving location is the position of the sales shop or the warehouse.
[0277] Variation Example 8 of Embodiment 1
[0278] In Variation Example 5 of Embodiment 1, it is explained that the specific section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 specifies the arrival time at which the product is carried to the specified location by the mobile device 900. In addition, in Variation Example 7 of Embodiment 1, it is explained that the specific section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines the sales shop or the warehouse that requires the shortest required time to carry the selected product to the specified location as the supply sales shop or the supply warehouse that provides the product to the first user.
[0279] However, not limited thereto, Variation Example 5 of Embodiment 1 and Variation Example 7 of Embodiment 1 can be combined. The specific section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 of this variation example that is a combination of Variation Example 5 of Embodiment 1 and Variation Example 7 of Embodiment 1 determines the sales shop or the warehouse that has the earliest arrival time at which the selected product is carried to the specified location by the mobile device 900 as the supply sales shop or the supply warehouse that provides the product to the first user.
[0280] Variation Example 9 of Embodiment 1
[0281] In Embodiment 1, it is explained that the information processing system 1 has the mobile device 400. In addition, in Embodiment 1, it is explained that the mobile device 400 is used by the staff of the sales shop SH2 to carry the product sold by the sales shop SH2 from the sales shop SH2 to the receiving location, but is not used by the staff of the sales shop SH1 to carry the product sold by the sales shop SH1.
[0282] However, not limited thereto, the information processing system 1 can not have the mobile device 400. In addition, not limited thereto, the information processing system 1 can have the mobile device 400 and a mobile device not illustrated. In this case, the mobile device not illustrated can be used by the staff of the sales shop SH1 to carry the product sold by the sales shop SH1 from the sales shop SH1 to the receiving location, and the mobile device 400 can be used by the staff of the sales shop SH2 to carry the product sold by the sales shop SH2 from the sales shop SH2 to the receiving location.

In addition, the receivable place can also be a lobby of the apartment, the office building, the hotel, the commercial facility, or the public facility, and can also be a garden, a parking lot, or a park of the detached house, the apartment, the office building, the hotel, the commercial facility, or the public facility.
[0285] In addition, in Embodiment 1, it is described that the mobile device 400 is parked at the receivable place after arriving at the receivable place, and the mobile device 900 is parked at the receivable place or the designated place after arriving at the receivable place or the designated place, but is not limited thereto. The mobile device 400 can also travel around or to and fro at the receivable place at a speed lower than a predetermined speed after arriving at the receivable place, and the mobile device 900 can also travel around or to and fro at the receivable place or the designated place at a speed lower than a predetermined speed after arriving at the receivable place or the designated place.

The configuration and functions of these hardware provided in the information processing apparatus 590 of the mobile device 500 are the same as those of the hardware provided in the information processing apparatus 990 of the mobile device 900. Figure 14 The configuration and functions of the hardware provided in the information processing apparatus 990 of the mobile device 900 shown are the same as those of the hardware provided in the information processing apparatus 590 of the mobile device 500.
[0302] The drive circuit of the mobile device 500 is connected to a cable not shown connected to a motor not shown that rotates the propellers 511 to 514, respectively. The drive circuit drives the motor not shown that rotates the propellers 511 to 514 according to a signal output from the CPU.
[0303] The data communication circuit of the mobile device 500, when receiving a movement command transmitted from the information processing apparatus 200, causes the CPU of the mobile device 500 to execute movement processing not shown so as to cause the mobile device 500 to move according to the movement command.
[0304] When the movement processing is started to be executed, the CPU of the mobile device 500 executes the same as Figure 15the same processes as steps S91 to S95. Thus, the movement command is acquired, information indicating the third path from the sales shop SH2 to the reception place is acquired from the movement command, and control signals for takeoff and straight flight at the highest speed along the third path are sequentially output to the drive circuit. The drive circuit drives the motors that rotate the propellers 511 to 514 in accordance with the control signals
[0305] After that, when the CPU of the mobile device 500 judges that the destination has been reached, the CPU outputs a control signal for landing at the reception place as the destination to the drive circuit. After that, the CPU of the mobile device 500 outputs a report of arrival to the long-distance wireless communication circuit by performing the same processes as step S96, and ends the execution of the movement processing.
[0306] In Embodiment 1 and this modified example, the mobile device 900 is described as a ground traveling vehicle, but is not limited thereto. The mobile device 900 can also be an unmanned aerial vehicle having the same configuration and functions as those of the mobile device 500.
[0307] Thus, the mobility of the mobile device 900 of this modified example includes the flight performance of the mobile device 900, and the flight performance of the mobile device 900 is indicated by the flight speed that the mobile device 900 can achieve. [0315] Variation Example 15 of Embodiment 1
[0316] In Variation Example 14 of Embodiment 1, the mobile device 500 is described as having the storage compartment 520 on the lower surface of the information processing apparatus 590 to store the goods, but is not limited thereto. The mobile device 500 of the present variation example has the first surrounding holding frame 521a and the second surrounding holding frame 521b as shown in FIG. 21 on the lower surface of the information processing apparatus 590 to surround and hold the goods. Figure 21
[0317] The first surrounding holding frame 521a of the mobile device 500 surrounds and holds four sides of one side of a rectangular parallelepiped-shaped carton that packages a product, and the second surrounding holding frame 521b surrounds and holds four sides of a side (hereinafter referred to as a second surrounding holding side) that faces the side (hereinafter referred to as a first surrounding holding side) surrounded and held by the first surrounding holding frame 521a.
[0318] In addition, the mobile device 500 of the present variation example is provided with rails 522a and 522b on the lower surface of the information processing apparatus 590, the rails 522a and 522b are provided so as to extend in the normal line direction of the first surrounding holding side and the second surrounding holding side of the product, suspend and hold the first surrounding holding frame 521a and the second surrounding holding frame 521b, and take the direction of movement of the first surrounding holding frame 521a and the second surrounding holding frame 521b as the direction in which the rails 522a and 522b are provided so as to extend.
[0319] Further, the mobile device 500 is provided with a motor not shown that moves the first surrounding holding frame 521a and the second surrounding holding frame 521b in directions in which they approach each other in accordance with the control of the information processing apparatus 590, thereby causing the first surrounding holding frame 521a and the second surrounding holding frame 521b to surround and hold a product. The motor not shown moves the first surrounding holding frame 521a and the second surrounding holding frame 521b in directions in which they move away from each other in accordance with the control of the information processing apparatus 590, thereby causing the first surrounding holding frame 521a and the second surrounding holding frame 521b to release a product that is being surrounded and held.
[0320] A drive circuit not shown of the mobile device 500 drives a motor not shown that moves the first surrounding holding frame 521a and the second surrounding holding frame 521b in accordance with a signal output from a CPU not shown.
[0321] The mobile device 900 can also be provided with a first surrounding holding frame and a second surrounding holding frame not shown, rails, and a motor not shown that moves the first surrounding holding frame and the second surrounding holding frame along the rails. [0322] <Example 1, Variation Example 16>
[0323] In Example 1, it is described that the specified place is specified in advance by the first user who purchases a product, but the timing at which the first user specifies the specified place can be any timing as long as it is before the execution of the sales intermediary processing shown in Figure 5
[0324] Furthermore, the designated location is not limited to the location designated by the first user before the sales intermediary processing is executed; it can also be the location designated by the first user during the sales intermediary processing. Therefore, the CPU 101 of the first user's information processing device 100 only needs to acquire information indicating the designated location designated by the first user as an address based on the signal output by the input device 105c corresponding to the first user's operation. Figure 3 In step S09, a sending request for a product page containing the acquired information is output to the information processing device 200. The acquisition unit 210 of the information processing device 200 only needs to... Figure 5 In step S27, the processing of the product page sending request will retrieve information indicating the specified location as an address.
[0325] The designated location could be, for example, the entrance to the apartment where the first user resides, or the entrance to the apartment where the second user resides, such as a friend who received a gift from the first user. Any location that can accommodate the mobile device 900 can be used.
[0326] <Example 17 of Variation of Example 1>
[0327] In Example 1, mobile devices 400 and 900 are described as unmanned ground vehicles. Furthermore, in Variation 14 of Example 1, mobile devices 500 and 900 are described as unmanned aerial vehicles. However, mobile devices 400, 500, and 900 do not necessarily have to be unmanned; any object that moves autonomously, except under the control of the information processing device 200, can carry people.
[0328] <Example 18 of the variation of Example 1>
[0329] In Example 1, it was described that the information processing apparatus 200 includes an information storage unit 290, but it is not limited thereto. In this variation, the information processing apparatus 200 does not include an information storage unit 290. The information processing apparatus 200 in this variation is, for example, a NAS (Network Attached Storage), and is connected via the Internet IN to an information storage device (not shown) that has the same function as the information storage unit 290, and uses the information stored in the information storage device to perform... Figure 5 The sales intermediary process is shown. The information processing system 1 in this variation example may or may not have an information storage device.
[0330] <Example 19 of Variation of Example 1>
[0331] In Embodiment 1, it is described that the information processing system 1 includes an information processing device 200. Furthermore, in Embodiment 1, the CPU 201 of the information processing device 200 executes... Figure 5 Sales intermediary processing,Figure 10 the product page generation processing of Figure 11 the required time specifying processing of Figure 12 the movement control processing of Figure 6 the acquisition section 210, the authentication section 220, the reception section 230, the specifying section 240, the notification section 250, and the control section 260 shown in FIG. 2 function. In addition, the hard disk 203b of the information processing apparatus 200 is described as functioning as the information storage section 290.
[0332] However, the information processing system 1 is not limited thereto, and can not include the information processing apparatus 200. In this case, Figure 5 the sales intermediary processing of Figure 10 the product page generation processing of Figure 11 the required time specifying processing of Figure 12 the movement control processing of Thus, the CPU 201 of the information processing apparatus 200 can not function as the acquisition section 210, the authentication section 220, the reception section 230, the specifying section 240, the notification section 250, and the control section 260, but can function as a function section corresponding to these function sections, which is not shown, by the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900 or the CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100. In addition, the hard disk 203b of the information processing apparatus 200 can not function as the information storage section 290, but can function as a function section corresponding to the information storage section 290, which is not shown, by the flash memory 993b of the mobile device 900 or the flash memory 103b of the information processing apparatus 100.
[0333] In addition, the sales intermediary processing of Figure 5 the product page generation processing of Figure 10 the required time specifying processing of Figure 11 the movement control processing of Figure 12 the CPU 201 of the information processing apparatus 200, the CPU 991 of the mobile device 900, and the CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100.
[0334] <Embodiment 2>
[0335] In Embodiment 1, the information processing apparatus 200 mediates the sale of a selected product related to the product information selected by the first user, but is not limited thereto. In the information processing apparatus 200 of this embodiment, the sale of a first product related to the product information selected by the first user and a second product that is a different kind of product from the first product and can be carried to a specified place by the mobile device 900 within a required time needed for the mobile device 900 to carry the first product to the specified place or within a time longer than the required time by a predetermined time. In this embodiment, the time includes the time and a time shorter than the time. Hereinafter, regarding the same configuration as in Embodiment 1, the same symbols as those used in Embodiment 1 are used for description, but mainly the differences from Embodiment 1 are described.
[0336] In this embodiment, the information processing apparatus 100 operated by the first user performs a purchase process as shown in Figure 22 to purchase the first product and the second product. When the purchase process is started to be performed, the CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100 performs the same process as the process of steps S01 to S07 of Figure 3 (step S111 to S117). Thereby, the information processing apparatus 100 receives and displays the first list page recording the list of product information of products that can be purchased from the information processing apparatus 200.
[0337] Next, the information processing apparatus 100 performs the same process as the process of steps S08 to S10 (steps S118 to S120). Thereby, the information processing apparatus 100 acquires product information related to the first product that the first user is interested in purchasing by viewing the first list page. After that, the information processing apparatus 100 transmits a transmission request for transmitting a product page including the acquired product information related to the first product and recording the explanation of the first product and the required time needed for the mobile device 900 to carry the first product to the specified place to the information processing apparatus 200. After that, the information processing apparatus 100 displays the received product page when the product page of the first product is received from the information processing apparatus 200.
[0338] The first user who views the explanation of the first product and the required time recorded in the product page performs an operation for redisplaying the first list page (hereinafter, referred to as a first redisplay operation) to the information processing apparatus 100 without acknowledging the required time. When the input device 105c of the information processing apparatus 100 outputs a signal corresponding to the first redisplay operation, the CPU 101 determines that the required time is not acknowledged (step S121; No), and repeats the process from step S116.
[0339] In contrast, when the first user acknowledges the required time and decides to purchase the first product, the first user performs a purchase operation on the information processing apparatus 100. When the input device 105c of the information processing apparatus 100 outputs a signal corresponding to the purchase operation, the CPU 101 determines that the required time is acknowledged and that the first product has been decided to be purchased (step S121; Yes, and step S122; Yes). Thereafter, the CPU 101 outputs a sales request including the product information on the first product, a report that the required time for the first product is acknowledged, and a request to sell the first product, by performing the same processing as the processing of step S12 of the sales processing (step S129), and ends the execution of the sales processing. Figure 3
[0340] In contrast, when the first user acknowledges the required time but does not decide to purchase the first product and leaves the first product as it is because of the study of the second product, the first user performs an operation (hereinafter referred to as a list display operation) for displaying a second list page on which a list of sales shops that sell the second product is recorded, on the information processing apparatus 100. When the input device 105c of the information processing apparatus 100 outputs a signal corresponding to the list display operation, the CPU 101 determines that the required time is acknowledged and that the first product has not been decided to be purchased (step S121; Yes, and step S122; No).
[0341] Next, the CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100 outputs a request (hereinafter referred to as a second list page transmission request) for transmitting the second list page to the long distance wireless communication circuit 104b, the request being a report that the required time is acknowledged and a request to transmit the second list page, with the information processing apparatus 200 as a destination (step S123). When the long distance wireless communication circuit 104b transmits the transmission request to the information processing apparatus 200, and receives the second list page from the information processing apparatus 200, the CPU 101 acquires the second list page from the long distance wireless communication circuit 104b, and causes the acquired second list page to be displayed on the display device 105b (step S124).
[0342] The first user who views the second list page performs an operation on the information processing apparatus 100, in which the first user selects a combination of product information on the second product to be studied for purchase and a sales shop ID "SH1" or "SH2" of the sales shop SH1 or SH2 that sells the second product, from among the combinations of the product information and the sales shop ID recorded on the second list page. When the input device 105c of the information processing apparatus 100 outputs a signal corresponding to the operation, the CPU 101 of the information processing apparatus 100 acquires the combination of the product information and the sales shop ID "SH1" or "SH2" selected on the basis of the signal (step S125).
[0343] Next, the CPU 101 of the information processing device 100 generates a transmission request to send a webpage (hereinafter referred to as the product page of the second product), the webpage containing a combination of product information selected by the first user and the store ID "SH1" or "SH2", and describing the second product sold by the store SH1 or SH2. Then, the CPU 101 outputs the generated transmission request to the long-distance wireless communication circuit 104b with the information processing device 200 as the destination (step S126).
[0344] Subsequently, when the long-distance wireless communication circuit 104b of the information processing device 100 sends a transmission request to the information processing device 200, and the information processing device 200 receives the product page of the second product, the CPU 101 acquires the received product page of the second product and displays the acquired product page on the display device 105b (step S127).
[0345] When a first user, having viewed the description of the second product listed on the product page, does not decide to purchase the second product, the information processing device 100 performs an operation to redisplay the second list page (hereinafter referred to as the second redisplay operation). When the input device 105c of the information processing device 100 outputs a signal corresponding to the second redisplay operation, the CPU 101 determines that the user has not decided to purchase the second product (step S128; No). Afterwards, the CPU 101 redisplays the second list page by repeatedly executing the aforementioned process from step S123 onwards.
[0346] In contrast, when the first user decides to purchase both the first and second items, they perform a purchase operation on the information processing device 100. When the input device 105c of the information processing device 100 outputs a signal corresponding to the purchase operation, the CPU 101 determines that the purchase of the first and second items has been decided (step S128; Yes). Afterwards, the CPU 101 generates a sales request containing product information related to the first item, product information related to the second item, and the store ID "SH1" or "SH2" of the store selling the second item, requesting the sale of both the first and second items. Next, the CPU 101 outputs the generated sales request to the data communication circuit 204a, with the information processing device 200 as the destination (step S129), and ends the purchase processing.
[0347] In this variation, the information processing device 200 performs the sale of the first and second products as an intermediary. Figure 23 The sales intermediary process is shown. When the sales intermediary process begins, the information processing device 200 performs the corresponding... Figure 5The information processing apparatus 200 specifies the required time for the mobile device 900 to carry the first product to the specified place, and transmits the product page including the specified required time to the information processing apparatus 100.
[0348] Next, when the data communication circuit 204a of the information processing apparatus 200 receives a transmission request requiring transmission of the first list page, instead of a sales request, the control section 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines that the required time for the first product is not approved (step S140; No). Thereafter, the information processing apparatus 200 repeats the processing from step S134.
[0349] In contrast, when the data communication circuit 204a of the information processing apparatus 200 receives a sales request including product information of the first product but not including product information of the second product, the control section 260 determines that the required time for the first product is approved, and the first product is requested to be sold (step S140; Yes, and step S141; Yes). Thereafter, the information processing apparatus 200 ends execution of the sales mediation processing by performing the same processing as steps S31 to S37 of the information processing apparatus 400 (steps S149 to S155) after the mobile device 900 or the mobile device 400 and the mobile device 900 have been controlled to carry the sold first product to the specified place within the specified required time. Figure 5
[0350] In contrast, when the data communication circuit 204a of the information processing apparatus 200 receives a transmission request requiring transmission of the second list page, instead of a sales request, the control section 260 determines that the required time for the first product is approved, but the first product is not requested to be sold but is reserved because the second product is researched for purchase (step S140; Yes, and step S141; No).
[0351] Thereafter, the reception section 230 of the information processing apparatus 200 receives the transmission request received by the data communication circuit 204a (step S142). Next, the information processing apparatus 200 executes the list page generation processing shown in FIG. 14 (step S143) to generate the second list page. Figure 24
[0352] When the list page generation processing is started to be executed, the specification section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 generates a web page on which no product information and no sales shop ID are recorded as the second list page.
[0353] Next, the acquisition section 210 of the information processing apparatus 200 acquires the second list page from the web server 300 (step S144). Figure 9 The product table acquires one or more sales shop IDs that correspond to the inventory marker indicating that there is inventory (step S161). Next, when the specifying unit 240 determines that there is an unattended sales shop ID among the one or more sales shop IDs that have been acquired (step S162; Yes), one of the unattended sales shop IDs is attended (step S163). In the present embodiment, in order to simplify the explanation, a case in which the sales shop ID "SH1" for identifying the sales shop SH1 is attended is exemplified as a specific example, and the following explanation is given.
[0354] After that, the specifying unit 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines whether the supply sales shop that was decided to be the sales shop that supplies the first product to the first user in step S46 is the same sales shop as the attended sales shop SH1 identified by the attended sales shop ID "SH1" (step S164). In the present embodiment, in order to simplify the explanation, a case in which the sales shop SH1 is decided to be the supply sales shop that supplies the first product to the first user is exemplified as a specific example, and the following explanation is given. Figure 10
[0355] At this time, the specifying unit 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines that the attended sales shop SH1 and the supply sales shop SH1 are the same sales shop because the attended sales shop ID "SH1" coincides with the sales shop ID "SH1" for identifying the supply sales shop SH1 (step S164; Yes). Therefore, the specifying unit 240 determines that the product that is in inventory in the attended sales shop SH1 can be carried to the mobile device 900 together with the first product within the required time for the first product. Thus, the specifying unit 240 determines that the product that is in inventory in the attended sales shop SH1 is the second product.
[0356] The reason for making such a determination is that, in the present embodiment, the loading time required for the staff of the sales shop SH1 to load only the first product to the mobile device 400 and the loading time required for the staff of the sales shop SH1 to load not only the first product but also a product of a different kind from the first product to the mobile device 400 are identical. However, there can be a difference between the loading time for only the first product and the loading time for the first product and the product of a different kind from the first product. In this case, the predetermined time is set to a time longer than the difference in the loading times, and the product that is in inventory in the attended sales shop SH1 can be carried to the mobile device 900 together with the first product within a time longer than the required time for the first product by the predetermined time, and therefore the specifying unit 240 can determine that the product is the second product. The difference in the loading times can be an average of the differences measured in the past, or can be a maximum value of the differences measured in the past, and the optimal value of the predetermined time can be determined by experiments by those skilled in the art.
[0357] After that, the acquisition unit 210 of the information processing apparatus 200 acquires the product table from the product table DB 300. Figure 9 the product table, acquires one or more pieces of product information different from the product information associated with the first product and corresponding to the store ID "SH1" of the store of interest SH1 and the inventory flag indicating that there is inventory. Next, the specifying unit 240 combines the one or more pieces of product information acquired with the store ID of interest and appends them to the second list page (step S171).
[0358] Thereafter, the information processing apparatus 200 repeatedly performs the processing from step S162. In the present embodiment, for the sake of simplicity, the case where the store ID "SH2" for identifying the store SH2 is not of interest and the store ID "SH2" is made of interest is exemplified as a specific example, and the following description is made.
[0359] In step S162, the specifying unit 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines that there is the store ID "SH2" that is not of interest (step S162; Yes), and makes the store ID "SH2" of interest (step S163). Next, the specifying unit 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines that the store of interest SH2 and the supply store SH1 are different stores because the store ID "SH2" of interest and the store ID "SH1" of the supply store SH1 are different (step S164; No).
[0360] Thereafter, the information processing apparatus 200 determines that the worker of the store of interest SH2 uses the mobile device and determines that the mobile device used is the mobile device 400 by performing the same processing as the processing of steps S53 and S54 of the information processing apparatus 100 (steps S165 and S166). Figure 11 Figure 8 Thereafter, the information processing apparatus 200 acquires the location information and the performance information corresponding to the store ID "SH2" of the store of interest SH2 from the store table of the information processing apparatus 100 (step S167).
[0361] Thereafter, the specifying unit 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines the third path of the mobile device 400 from the store of interest SH2 to the receiving location of the first product by performing the same processing as the processing of step S60 of the information processing apparatus 100 (step S168). Figure 11
[0362] Next, the acquisition section 210 of the information processing apparatus 200 acquires information indicating the loading time corresponding to the attention sales store ID "SH2". Thereafter, the specifying section 240 specifies the movement time required for the mobile device 400 to move to the reception location based on the performance information of the mobile device 400 and the distance of the 3rd path. Next, the specifying section 240 specifies the carrying time required for carrying the goods of the attention sales store SH2 to the reception location by adding the loading time indicated by the acquired information to the movement time of the mobile device 400 (step S169).
[0363] Next, the specifying section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines whether or not the length of the carrying time required for carrying the goods of the attention sales store SH2 to the reception location is equal to or shorter than the length of the movement time required for the mobile device 900 associated with the 1st user to move to the reception location (step S170). At this time, the specifying section 240 determines that the mobile device 900 can carry the goods in stock in the attention sales store SH2 to the specified location at the same time as the required time of the 1st goods, or within a time longer than the required time of the 1st goods by a predetermined time, when determining that the length of the carrying time of the attention sales store SH2 is equal to or shorter than the length of the movement time of the mobile device 900 (step S170; Yes). Thus, the specifying section 240 determines that the goods in stock in the attention sales store SH2 are the 2nd goods.
[0364] The reason for making such a determination is that, in the present embodiment, the predetermined time is set in advance to be a time longer than the time required for the staff of the sales store SH1 serving as the reception location to take out the goods of the sales store SH2 from the mobile device 400. When there is a difference in the loading time, it is only necessary to set the predetermined time in advance to be a time longer than the difference in the loading time, and longer than the time required for taking out. The time required for taking out can be an average value of the time required for the staff to take out the goods of the sales store SH2 in the past, or can be a maximum value, and the optimal value of the predetermined time can be determined by experiment by those skilled in the art.
[0365] That is, the reason for making such a determination is that, as long as the mobile device 400 storing the goods of the attention sales store SH2 reaches the reception location before the mobile device 900 reaches the reception location of the 1st goods, the staff of the sales store SH1 serving as the reception location can take out the goods of the attention sales store SH2 from the mobile device 400 before a predetermined time elapses after the mobile device 900 reaches the reception location. Therefore, as long as the staff loads the taken-out goods together with the 1st goods to the mobile device 900, the required time required for carrying the goods together with the 1st goods is only a time longer than the required time required for carrying only the 1st goods by a time equal to or shorter than the predetermined time.
[0366] In addition, as long as the mobile device 400 reaches the receiving location before the mobile device 900 reaches the receiving location, and the worker can take out the goods of the sales shop SH2 of interest from the mobile device 400, the worker can store the first goods and the goods of the sales shop SH2 of interest in the mobile device 900 immediately after the mobile device 900 reaches. Therefore, the required time for the transfer of the goods and the first goods is the same as the required time for the transfer of only the first goods.
[0367] After that, the acquisition section 210 of the information processing apparatus 200 acquires one or more pieces of goods information other than the goods information of the first goods, which corresponds to the sales shop ID "SH2" of the sales shop SH2 of interest and the inventory marker indicating the inventory, from the goods table of the sales shop SH2 of interest. Figure 9 Next, the specification section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 combines the one or more pieces of goods information acquired with the sales shop ID "SH2" of interest with each other, and appends the combined goods information to the second list page (step S171). After that, the information processing apparatus 200 repeatedly executes the above-described processing from step S162.
[0368] In step S170, the specification section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines that it is impossible to cause the mobile device 900 to transfer the goods of the sales shop SH2 of interest to the specified location within a time that is longer than the required time of the first goods by a predetermined time, when the transfer time length of the sales shop SH2 of interest is longer than the movement time length of the mobile device 900 (step S170; No). After that, the information processing apparatus 200 repeatedly executes the above-described processing from step S162.
[0369] In step S162, the specification section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 ends the execution of the list page generation processing when there is no sales shop ID of non-interest (step S162; No).
[0370] In step S143 of the information processing apparatus 200, the list page generation processing is executed. Figure 23 After the list page generation processing in step S143 of the information processing apparatus 200, the information processing apparatus 200 executes the same processing as steps S26 to S29 of the information processing apparatus 100 (steps S144 to S147). Thus, the information processing apparatus 200 transmits the second list page to the information processing apparatus 100. After that, the information processing apparatus 200 transmits the goods page of the second goods on which the explanation of the goods information selected by the first user is described, in response to a transmission request for the transmission of the goods page. Figure 5
[0371] In the present embodiment, in order to simplify the explanation, a case in which a transmission request for the transmission of the goods page of the second goods sold by the sales shop SH2 is received is exemplified as a specific example, and the following explanation is made.
[0372] After that, when the data communication circuit 204a of the information processing apparatus 200 receives the transmission request of the second list page, instead of the sales request, the control section 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines that the second product is not requested to be sold (step S148; No). After that, the information processing apparatus 200 repeats the processing from step S142.
[0373] In contrast to this, when the data communication circuit 204a of the information processing apparatus 200 receives the sales request including the product information of the first product, the product information of the second product, and the sales shop ID "SH2" of the sales shop SH2 that sells the second product, the control section 260 determines that the first product and the second product are requested to be sold (step S148; Yes). After that, the information processing apparatus 200 acquires the body ID "900" of the mobile device 900 associated with the first user by performing the same processing as the processing of step S31 of the information processing apparatus 300 (step S149). Figure 5
[0374] Next, the control section 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 generates a delivery request including the product information of the first product and the body ID "900" of the mobile device 900 that receives the first product, requests to sell the first product and deliver the first product to the mobile device 900. After that, the control section 260 outputs the generated delivery request to the data communication circuit 204a with the information processing apparatus 320 of the supply sales shop SH1 that is decided to provide the first product to the first user as a destination.
[0375] In addition, the control section 260 of the information processing apparatus 200 generates a delivery request including the product information of the second product and the body ID "900" of the mobile device 900 that receives the second product. Next, the control section 260 outputs the generated delivery request to the data communication circuit 204a with the information processing apparatus 320 as a transmission destination corresponding to the sales shop SH2 identified by the sales shop ID "SH2" included in the sales request as a destination (step S150).
[0376] The information processing apparatus 310 of the sales shop SH1, when receiving the delivery request, displays the product information of the first product and the body ID "900" included in the delivery request. The staff of the sales shop SH1 who recognizes the display of the information processing apparatus 310, for example, finds the first product from a warehouse, performs settlement for the sale, and waits for the arrival of the mobile device 900.
[0377] When the information processing apparatus 320 of the sales shop SH2 receives the delivery request, it displays the product information of the second product and the body ID "900" included in the delivery request. After the staff member of the sales shop SH2 who sees the display of the information processing apparatus 320 finds the second product and performs settlement, the second product is loaded into an unillustrated storage provided in the mobile device 400 of the sales shop SH2, and the mobile device 400 is operated to input the body ID "900". The mobile device 400 displays the body ID "900" in response to the operation and transmits a loading completion report to the information processing apparatus 200.
[0378] After the process of step S150 is executed, the information processing apparatus 200 of the present embodiment executes an unillustrated movement control process to control the mobile devices 400 and 900 so that they carry the first and second products to the designated place within a required time or within a time longer than the required time by a predetermined time (step S151).
[0379] When the movement control process is started, the information processing apparatus 200 causes the mobile device 900 associated with the first user to display the body ID "900" and move at the highest speed to the sales shop SH1 as the receiving place by executing the same processes as those of steps S71 and S72. Figure 12
[0380] Next, when the information processing apparatus 200 determines that the loading of the second product into the mobile device 400 is completed by executing the same processes as those of steps S73, S78, and S79, it causes the mobile device 400 to display the body ID "900" and move at the highest speed to the receiving place.
[0381] When the mobile device 400 arrives at the sales shop SH1 as the receiving place, the staff member of the sales shop SH1 determines whether the body ID "900" displayed on the mobile device 400 coincides with the body ID "900" displayed on the information processing apparatus 310. Next, when the staff member determines that these body IDs "900" coincide, the staff member takes out the second product from the mobile device 400. In addition, when the mobile device 900 arrives at the sales shop SH1, it is determined whether the body ID "900" displayed on the mobile device 900 coincides with the body ID "900" displayed on the information processing apparatus 310. Next, when the staff member determines that these body IDs "900" coincide, the staff member loads the first and second products into the mobile device 900 and operates the mobile device 900 to transmit a reception completion report that notifies that the loading of the first product and the reception of the second product have been completed. The mobile device 900 transmits the reception completion report in response to the operation.
[0382] After performing the same process as in step S79, when the information processing device 200 determines that the loading of the first item and the receipt of the second item are completed by performing the same process as in steps S82 and S83, it locks the storage compartment 920 of the mobile device 900. Next, the information processing device 200 performs the same process as in steps S84, S85, and S77 to return the mobile device 400 to the sales store SH2, and after moving the mobile device 900 to a designated location at maximum speed, it ends the execution of the movement control process (not shown).
[0383] In execution Figure 23 After the processing in step S151, the information processing device 200 executes the... Figure 5 The same process is followed by steps S34 to S37 (steps S152 to S155). After the first and second products are delivered to the first user, the sales intermediary process ends.
[0384] Based on these configurations, the information processing system 1 includes a data communication circuit 204a, which sends the required time for the specified first product to the information processing device 100 used by the first user. Furthermore, when the data communication circuit 204a receives a report confirming the required time for the first product and a request to send a second list page, the selection unit 240 selects a second product that can be transported by the mobile device 900 to a designated location within the required time for the first product or a predetermined time longer than the required time for the first product. Additionally, the data communication circuit 204a of the information processing device 200 sends a second list page containing product information related to the specified second product to the information processing device 100. Therefore, the information processing system 1 can send product information related to the second product that can be transported to a designated location by the mobile device 900 to the information processing device 100 without lengthening the approved required time, or only by extending the approved required time by a predetermined time or less. Therefore, for example, compared to sending the required time for the first product to the information processing device 100, and then sending product information related to the product that extends the required time by a longer time than the predetermined time, the information processing system 1 can improve the convenience for the first user using the information processing device 100.
[0385] Based on these configurations, the information processing system 1 includes a control unit 260. After the data communication circuit 204a receives a sales request for the sale of the first and second products, the control unit 260 controls the mobile device 900 to transport the first and second products to a designated location within the time required for the first product, or within a predetermined time longer than the time required for the first product. Therefore, the information processing system 1 can improve the transport efficiency of the mobile device 900.
[0386] <Example 1 of Variation 2 of Example 2>
[0387] In Example 2, the case of a first user deciding to purchase a first product sold by sales store SH1 and a second product sold by sales store SH2 was used as a specific example for explanation. However, in this modified example, the case of a first user deciding to purchase both the first and second products sold by sales store SH1 will be used as a specific example for explanation.
[0388] Therefore, in this variation, the information processing device 200 receives a sales request from the information processing device 100 used by the first user, which includes product information of the first product, product information of the second product, and the store ID "SH1" of the store SH1 selling the second product. Next, the information processing device 200 determines that the first product and the second product of the store SH1 are requested to be sold (step S148; Yes).
[0389] Subsequently, the information processing device 200 executes the... Figure 5 The same process as step S31 (step S149) is followed to obtain the device ID "900" of the mobile device 900 associated with the first user. Next, the control unit 260 of the information processing device 200 generates a delivery request, which includes product information of the first product, product information of the second product, and the device ID "900" of the mobile device 900 receiving the first and second products, requesting the sale of the first and second products and delivery to the mobile device 900. Afterwards, the control unit 260 outputs the generated delivery request to the data communication circuit 204a (step S150), with the information processing device 310 as the destination, which corresponds to the sales store SH1 selling the first and second products.
[0390] When the information processing device 310 of the sales store SH1 receives the delivery request, it displays the product information of the first product, the product information of the second product, and the device ID "900" contained in the delivery request. Upon seeing the display on the information processing device 310, the staff of the sales store SH1, for example, finds the first and second products from the warehouse, performs the settlement for the sale, and waits for the arrival of the mobile device 900.
[0391] After the process of step S150 is executed, the information processing apparatus 200 of the present embodiment executes Figure 12 the movement control process shown in FIG. 17 to control the mobile device 900 to carry the first and second goods to the specified place within the required time (step S151).
[0392] When the movement control process is started to be executed, the information processing apparatus 200 causes the mobile device 900 to display the body ID "900" and move at the highest speed to the reception place by executing the processes of steps S71 to S73 of the process shown in FIG. 16 (steps S71 to S73). When the mobile device 900 reaches the sales shop SH1 as the reception place, the staff of the sales shop SH1 judges whether the body ID "900" displayed by the mobile device 900 coincides with the body ID "900" displayed by the information processing apparatus 310. The staff loads the first and second goods to the mobile device 900 when judging that these IDs coincide. Figure 12
[0393] After the process of step S73 is executed, the information processing apparatus 200 causes the mobile device 900 to move at the highest speed to the specified place specified by the first user by executing the processes of steps S74 to S77 (steps S74 to S77). Thereafter, the information processing apparatus 200 ends to execute the movement control process.
[0394] After the process of step S151 is executed, the information processing apparatus 200 ends to execute the sales intermediary process after the first and second goods are delivered to the first user by executing the same processes as the processes of steps S34 to S37 of the process shown in FIG. 12 (steps S152 to S155). Figure 23 Figure 5 <Implementation Example 2 of Embodiment 2>
[0395] In Embodiment 2, the case where the sales shop SH1 is decided as the supply sales shop which provides the first good to the first user in step S46 of the process shown in FIG. 14 is exemplified as a concrete example and is described. However, in the present variation example, the case where the sales shop SH2 is decided as the supply sales shop which provides the first good to the first user is exemplified as a concrete example and is described.
[0396] In Embodiment 2, the case where the sales shop SH1 is decided as the supply sales shop which provides the first good to the first user in step S46 of the process shown in FIG. 14 is exemplified as a concrete example and is described. However, in the present variation example, the case where the sales shop SH2 is decided as the supply sales shop which provides the first good to the first user is exemplified as a concrete example and is described. Figure 10 When the list page generation process shown in FIG. 18 is started to be executed, the information processing apparatus 200 of the present variation example causes one of the sales shops which are not focused to be focused among the sales shops which have stock by executing the processes of steps S161 to S163 (steps S161 to S163). In the present variation example, the case where the sales shop ID "SH1" for identifying the sales shop SH1 is focused is exemplified as a concrete example and is described below for the purpose of simplifying the description.
[0397] Figure 24 When the list page generation process shown in FIG.
[0398] Thereafter, the specifying section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 determines that the attention sales shop SH1 and the supply sales shop SH2 are different sales shops because the attention sales shop ID "SH1" does not match the sales shop ID "SH2" of the supply sales shop SH2 determined to be the sales shop that provides the first user with the first product (step S164; No).
[0399] Next, the information processing apparatus 200 determines that the worker of the attention sales shop SH1 does not use the mobile device by performing the same processing as the processing of steps S53 and S54 of Figure 11 Therefore, the specifying section 240 determines that the mobile device 900 that carries the first product sold by the sales shop SH2 cannot carry the product in stock in the attention sales shop SH1 to the specified place unless the required time for the first product is extended for a time longer than the predetermined time. Thus, the specifying section 240 determines that the product in stock in the attention sales shop SH1 is the second product.
[0400] Thereafter, the information processing apparatus 200 repeatedly performs the processing from step S162. In step S162, the specifying section 240 of the information processing apparatus 200 ends the execution of the list page generation processing when it determines that there is no unattended sales shop ID (step S162; No).
[0401] <Example 2, Variation 3>
[0402] In Example 2, it is described that when the mobile device 400 of the sales shop SH2 arrives at the sales shop SH1 as the reception place, the worker of the sales shop SH1 takes out the second product stored in the mobile device 400 and loads the taken-out second product to the mobile device 900 with which the first user is associated, but the present application is not limited to this.
[0403] The mobile device 900 can also be provided with the mechanical arm 980 described in Variation Example 3 of Embodiment 1, and use the mechanical arm 980 to take out the second item from the mobile device 400 that has arrived at the sales shop SH1 serving as the reception location, and load the taken-out second item into the storage 920 of the mobile device 900. In this case, the predetermined time can be set to a time longer than a reloading time required for the mobile device 900 to take out the second item from the mobile device 400 using the mechanical arm 980 and load the taken-out second item into the storage 920 of the mobile device 900 in order to reload the items. The reloading time can be an average value of times required for the mobile device 900 to reload the items in the past, or can be a maximum value, and an optimum value of the predetermined time can be determined by experiment by those skilled in the art.
[0404] In addition, the mobile device 400 can also be provided with a not-illustrated mechanical arm, and when arriving at the sales shop SH1 serving as the reception location, use the mechanical arm 980 to take out the second item from the mobile device 400 and load the taken-out second item into the storage 920 of the mobile device 900, not being limited thereto.
[0405] Variation Example 4 of Embodiment 2
[0406] In Embodiment 2, it is described that the information processing system 1 is not provided with a mobile device used by the staff of the sales shop SH1, and thus the reception location of the first item sold by the sales shop SH1 and the second item sold by the sales shop SH2 is determined to be the sales shop SH1. In addition, in Embodiment 2, it is described that the staff of the sales shop SH1 takes out the second item of the sales shop SH2 stored in the mobile device 400 after the mobile device 400 of the sales shop SH2 arrives at the sales shop SH1 serving as the reception location, and loads the taken-out second item and the first item of the sales shop SH1 into the mobile device 900 associated with the first user.
[0407] However, not being limited thereto, the information processing system 1 can be provided with a not-illustrated mobile device used by the staff of the sales shop SH1, and determine the reception location of the first item of the sales shop SH1 and the second item of the sales shop SH2 to be a location between the sales shops SH1 and SH2 and a specified location specified by the first user. In this case, the mobile device 900 can also be provided with the mechanical arm 980 described in Variation Example 3 of Embodiment 1, and use the mechanical arm 980 to take out the first item from the mobile device of the sales shop SH1 that has arrived at the reception location, and load the taken-out first item into the storage 920 of the mobile device 900. In addition, in this case, the mobile device 900 can also use the mechanical arm 980 to take out the second item from the mobile device 400 of the sales shop SH2 that has arrived at the reception location, and load the taken-out second item into the storage 920 of the mobile device 900.
[0408] <Example 2-5>
[0409] Example 2-5 of Example 1, which specifies the arrival time at which the product is carried to the specified place by the mobile device 900, is combined with Example 2. Thus, the information processing system 1 of the present variation example, which is a combination of Example 1-5 and Example 2, has the data communication circuit 204a that transmits the arrival time of the first product, which has been specified, to the information processing device 100 used by the first user. In addition, the specifying section 240 of the information processing device 200 specifies the second product that can be carried together with the first product to the specified place by the mobile device 900 at the arrival time of the first product, or at a time that is a predetermined time later than the arrival time of the first product, after the data communication circuit 204a receives the report that the arrival time of the first product is acknowledged, and the second list transmission request that is the request to transmit the second list. In addition, the data communication circuit 204a of the information processing device 200 transmits the second list including the product information on the second product, which has been specified, to the information processing device 100. Thus, the information processing system 1 can transmit the product information on the product that can be carried to the specified place by the mobile device 900 to the information processing device 100 without delaying the acknowledged arrival time, or with a delay of a time that is a predetermined time or less. Thus, for example, compared to a case where the product information on the product whose arrival time is delayed by a time that is longer than the predetermined time is transmitted to the information processing device 100 after the required time of the first product is transmitted to the information processing device 100, the information processing system 1 can improve the convenience of the first user who uses the information processing device 100.
[0410] According to these configurations, the information processing system 1 has the control section 260 that controls the mobile device 900 to carry the first product and the second product to the specified place at the arrival time of the first product, or at a time that is a predetermined time later than the arrival time of the first product, after the data communication circuit 204a receives the sales request that requests the sales of the first product and the second product. Thus, the information processing system 1 can improve the carrying efficiency of the mobile device 900.
[0411] <Example 2-6>
[0412] In Example 2, the sales of the first product and the second product, which is a different kind of product from the first product and can be carried to the specified place by the mobile device 900 within a required time at which the mobile device 900 carries the first product to the specified place, or a time that is a predetermined time longer than the required time, are mediated in the information processing device 200 in association with the product information selected by the first user.
[0413] However, the information processing apparatus 200 can also mediate the sale of the first product and the second product to the Kth product, which are different kinds of products from the first product and can be carried to a specified place by the mobile device 900 within the required time for the first product or a predetermined time longer than the required time (where K is a natural number of 3 or more).
