Abstract

The present invention discloses a slotting milling head with a pre-slit function, which relates to the technical field of slotting machines and includes a drive motor, a housing, a drive gear, a transmission gear, a sun gear shaft, a right planetary carrier, a right planetary gear, a right cutting drum, a right cutting saw blade, a right inner gear ring, a left planetary carrier, a left planetary gear, a left cutting drum, a left cutting saw blade, and a left inner gear ring. The drive motor is connected to the drive gear via a key, the transmission gear is meshed with the drive gear, the sun gear shaft is meshed with the transmission gear, and the left planetary carrier and the left planetary gear are rotationally connected via a bearing. The present invention uses the right cutting saw blade and the left cutting saw blade to perform high-speed slotting, and uses the left cutting drum and the right cutting drum to cut slots at low speed. The milling head integrates the cutting saw blade, and the disturbance to the surrounding rock of the tunnel during the slotting process is small, which solves the problem that the existing milling head causes large disturbance to the surrounding rock of the tunnel, and the two sides of the slotted groove are irregular, resulting in a large workload for later construction.
