Abstract

The present application relates to an expression generation method, device, computer equipment and storage medium. The method comprises: detecting an expression generation event triggered by a session message in a session page; in response to the expression generation event, displaying an expression editing page corresponding to the session message; obtaining an editing operation for the session message in the expression editing page, and generating an expression after processing the session message according to the editing operation; and adding an expression thumbnail of the expression to an expression panel. The method does not require third-party software, is simple to operate, and can quickly generate expressions.
