DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0022] [1. Information notification system notifies delivery time period]
[0023] Reference Figure 1 The manner of the delivery time period notification of the information notification system 10 of the present embodiment will be described. Figure 1 The user U of the vehicle 1 is shown to get out of the vehicle 1 parked at a parking space of the own house 700. The vehicle 1 corresponds to the mobile body of the present disclosure, and the prescribed place of the own house 700 corresponds to the prescribed place of the present disclosure.
[0024] The information notification system 10 is mounted on the vehicle 1, and communicates with the user terminal 150, the vehicle management server 600, and the delivery management server 610 via the communication network 500. The user terminal 150 is a portable communication terminal such as a smartphone, a mobile phone, a tablet terminal, or the like. The user terminal 150 can also directly communicate with the vehicle 1 without going through the communication network 500 by Bluetooth (registered trademark) or the like in a situation close to the vehicle 1.
[0025] The vehicle management server 600 manages the usage of the vehicle 1 by acquiring the information of the traveling condition and the maintenance of the vehicle 1 from the vehicle 1 by communicating with the vehicle 1. The delivery management server 610 communicates with the user terminal 150, the information notification system 10, other communication terminals not shown, and the like, and accepts the change of the scheduled date and time of the delivery work or the reception work that has been commissioned, and the like, and arranges the delivery work and the reception work.
[0026] A schedule application 151 that notifies the user U of a time at which an event is scheduled to be performed, and the like is installed in the user terminal 150. In addition, a delivery application 152 that receives a delivery job, a reception job, a change in the scheduled date and time of a delivery job or a reception job that has been commissioned, and the like in accordance with an operation by the user U is installed in the user terminal 150. The delivery application 152 accesses the delivery management server 610 and commissions arrangement of a delivery job, a reception job, a change in the scheduled date and time, and the like that has been received.
[0027] The information notification system 10 identifies that the user U approaches the vehicle 1, that the user U performs an unlock operation of the door of the vehicle 1, and the like as behavior that is presumed to be that the user U is going to get in the vehicle 1, the details of which will be described later. Then, the information notification system 10, when identifying behavior that is presumed to be that the user U is going to get in the vehicle 1, communicates with the delivery management server 610 or the user terminal 150, and identifies whether or not there is a recent scheduled job that is a delivery job or a reception job at the own house 700 that is scheduled to be performed within a recent prescribed time (for example, within 2 hours from the current time).
[0028] In addition, the information notification system 10, when there is a recent scheduled job, displays a delivery guide screen 200 that shows the content of the recent scheduled job (in this case, guidance of arrival of the goods and a delivery time period) on the touch panel 90 (corresponding to the output device of the present disclosure) that the vehicle 1 is provided with. In the delivery guide screen 200, a change reception button 210, 211 that receives an instruction to change the delivery time period, and a non-change reception button 212 that receives an instruction not to change the delivery time period are displayed.
[0029] The user U, by visually confirming the delivery guide screen 200 displayed on the touch panel 90 at a time of getting in the vehicle 1, can identify that the recent goods are to be delivered, and can perform a response of canceling going out, returning home before the delivery time period, changing the delivery time period, and the like. By these responses, it is possible to prevent a situation in which the goods are delivered to the own house 700 when the user U is not present and the goods cannot be handed over to the user U.

In addition, to the information notification system 10, images of the interior of the vehicle 1 taken by the front seat camera 45 and the rear seat camera 46 are input.
[0041] Further, to the information notification system 10, detection signals of the side brake switch 52a, the door touch sensor 53, the power switch 54, the shift switch 55a, the seat belt switches 60 to 64, the seat occupancy sensors 70 to 74, the door switches 80 to 84, and the lock detection signals of each door 2 to 5 and the tailgate 6 based on the door lock sensors (not shown) provided in the door lock mechanisms 100 to 104 are input.
[0042] In addition, to the information notification system 10, a touch position detection signal of the touch panel 90, a speed detection signal of the speed sensor 120, and information of the current position (latitude, longitude) of the vehicle 1 detected by the navigation device 140 are input.
[0043] According to the control signals output from the information notification system 10, the display of the screen of the touch panel 90, the sound (sound guidance, ringing sound, and the like) output from the speaker 91, the operation (locking, unlocking) of the door lock mechanisms 100 to 104, and the like are controlled. In addition, the information notification system 10 communicates with the vehicle ECU 141, and via the communication unit 130, communicates with the vehicle management server 600, the delivery management server 610, the user terminal 150, and the like.
[0044] The processor 20 functions as the job scheduled date and time identifying section 21, the mobile body position identifying section 22, the user behavior identifying section 23, the recent scheduled job notifying section 24, and the job scheduled date and time change coping section 25 by reading in and executing the information notification program 31 stored in the memory 30. The processing performed by the job scheduled date and time identifying section 21 corresponds to the job scheduled date and time identifying step in the information notification method of the present disclosure, the processing performed by the mobile body position identifying section 22 corresponds to the mobile body position identifying step in the information notification method of the present disclosure. The processing performed by the user behavior identifying section 23 corresponds to the user behavior identifying step in the information notification method of the present disclosure, the processing performed by the recent scheduled job notifying section 24 corresponds to the recent job notifying step in the information notification method of the present disclosure. The processing performed by the job scheduled date and time change coping section 25 corresponds to the job scheduled date and time change coping step in the information notification method of the present disclosure.
[0045] The job scheduled date and time identifying section 21 acquires information on the delivery to the own house 700 from the delivery management server 610 or the user terminal 150, and identifies the scheduled date and time of the delivery job to the own house 700. The mobile body position identifying section 22 identifies the position of the vehicle 1 by acquiring information on the current position of the vehicle 1 detected by the navigation device 140.
[0046] The user behavior identifying section 23 identifies the behavior of the user U on the basis of the captured images of the surroundings of the vehicle 1 captured by the front camera 40, the right side camera 41, the left side camera 42, and the rear camera 43, the captured images of the vehicle cabin of the vehicle 1 captured by the front seat camera 45 and the rear seat camera 46, the detection signals of the side brake switch 52a, the door touch sensor 53, the power switch 54, the shift switch 55a, the seat belt switch 60, the seat occupancy sensor 70, the door switch 80, and the lock detection signal of the right front door 2 detected by the door lock sensor (not shown) provided to the door lock mechanism 100, and the like.
[0047] In this embodiment, the user behavior recognition unit 23 identifies user U's approach to vehicle 1 based on images captured around vehicle 1, unlocking operation of the right front door 3 (driver's side door) based on the door touch sensor 53, change of the side brake from the side brake switch 52a to the non-operating state (brake off state), power switch 54's on operation, change of the seat sensor 70 from the off detection state (not seated detection state) to the on detection state (seat-in detection state), and change of the seat belt switch 60 from off to on, etc., to identify behaviors presumed to indicate that user U intends to ride in vehicle 1. Alternatively, the user behavior recognition unit 23 may also identify the date and time when user U uses vehicle 1 to leave based on event information of user U registered in the timetable application 151, thereby identifying behaviors presumed to indicate that user U intends to ride in vehicle 1.
[0048] When the mobile location identification unit 22 identifies that vehicle 1 is located at user's home 700 and the user behavior identification unit 23 identifies behavior that is presumed to be user U's intention to ride vehicle 1, the recent scheduled operation notification unit 24 identifies whether there is a recent scheduled operation. In this embodiment, the recent scheduled operation is a delivery operation that is scheduled to be delivered to user U's home 700 within the most recent specified time.
[0049] In the case of a recently scheduled job, the recently scheduled job notification unit 24 displays a delivery guidance screen 200 on the touch panel 90 (see reference). Figure 1 Alternatively, notification of a recently scheduled task can be given via sound output from speaker 91 (equivalent to the output device of this disclosure) instead of displaying on touch panel 90. Alternatively, notification of a recently scheduled task can be given via both displaying on touch panel 90 and sound output from speaker 91.
[0050] The work schedule date and time change response department 25 responds to changes by clicking on the change acceptance buttons 210 and 211 (see reference) displayed on the delivery guidance screen 200. Figure 1 The user U can change the delivery time slot by touching the change acceptance button 210, 211 and the delivery guide screen 200 that displays the change acceptance button 212, which is equivalent to the scheduled date and time change screen of this disclosure. For example, when the user U touches the change acceptance button 210, the job scheduled date and time change response unit 25 sends the information requesting the change of the delivery time slot from "14:00~16:00" to "16:00~18:00" to the express management server 610. As a result, the express management server 610 performs the change processing of the scheduled date and time for the delivery job to the user U's home.
[0051] Furthermore, when communication is established between the information notification system 10 and the user terminal 150, information regarding changes to the entrusted delivery time period can also be sent to the express management server 610 via the user terminal 150.
[0052] [4. Notification processing of the most recent bookings at travel times]
[0053] according to Figure 4 The flowchart shown illustrates the processing of the most recently scheduled operation, which notifies user U of the time they will be taking vehicle 1. The following is an explanation... Figure 1 As shown, this describes the situation where, when user U leaves home 700 via vehicle 1, a delivery to home 700 is notified as the most recently scheduled delivery.
[0054] exist Figure 4 In step S1, the most recent scheduled job notification unit 24 determines whether the location of vehicle 1 identified by the mobile body location identification unit 22 is the user U's home 700. Then, if the location of vehicle 1 is the user U's home 700, the most recent scheduled job notification unit 24 causes the process to proceed to step S2, and if the location of vehicle 1 is not the user U's home 700, the determination process of step S1 is repeated.
[0055] In step S2, as described above, the user behavior recognition unit 23 recognizes the behavior of user U. In the next step S3, the recent scheduled job notification unit 24 determines whether the user behavior recognition unit 23 has identified behavior that is presumed to indicate that user U intends to ride in vehicle 1. Then, if the recent scheduled job notification unit 24 recognizes behavior that is presumed to indicate that user U intends to ride in vehicle 1, the process proceeds to step S4; if it does not recognize behavior that is presumed to indicate that user U intends to ride in vehicle 1, the process proceeds to step S1.
[0056] In step S4, the job scheduling date and time recognition unit 21 accesses the delivery management server 610 to recognize the scheduled date and time of the delivery job to user U's home 700. Furthermore, if communication is established between vehicle 1 and user terminal 150, the job scheduling date and time recognition unit 21 can also obtain information about the delivery job to user U's home 700 from the delivery application 152 on user terminal 150 to recognize the scheduled date and time of the delivery job. Thus, by performing the processing after step S4 before user U boards vehicle 1, the display of the delivery guidance screen 200 on the touch panel 90 in step S6 (described later) can be performed quickly, avoiding delays after user U boards vehicle 1.
[0057] In the next step S5, the recent scheduled work notification section 24 judges whether there is a recent scheduled work in the delivery work whose scheduled date and time is recognized by the work scheduled date and time recognition section 21, the recent scheduled work being a delivery work scheduled to be performed within the nearest prescribed time. Then, the recent scheduled work notification section 24 causes the process to proceed to step S6 when there is a recent scheduled work, and to step S8 when there is no recent scheduled work.
[0058] In step S6, the recent scheduled work notification section 24 displays the delivery guide screen 200 (see FIG. 12) on the touch panel 90. In the next step S7, the work scheduled date and time change coping section 25 judges whether there is a change operation of the delivery time zone based on the change acceptance button 210, 211. Figure 1
[0059] Also, the work scheduled date and time change coping section 25 causes the process to proceed to step S10 when there is a change operation of the delivery time zone, and to step S8 when there is no change operation of the delivery time zone. In step S10, the work scheduled date and time change coping section 25 transmits information of the change of the consigned delivery time zone to the delivery management server 610. Thereby, in the delivery management server 610, processing of changing the scheduled time zone in which the delivery work is performed is performed.
[0060] Through the processing of steps S6 to S7 and step S10, the user U can easily change the delivery time zone by the touch operation of the change acceptance button 210, 211 of the delivery guide screen 200 without performing a cumbersome operation of opening the delivery application 152 in the user terminal 150 to change the delivery time zone.
[0061] [5. Other Embodiments]
[0062] In the above embodiment, the four-wheeled vehicle 1 is exemplified as the moving body of the present application, but the present application can be applied to various moving bodies such as two-wheeled vehicles, flying bodies, and ship bodies.
[0063] In the above embodiment, the user U's own house 700 is exemplified as the prescribed place of the present disclosure, but is not limited thereto, and can be a place where the user U stops the moving body to get on and off the moving body. [0064] In the above embodiment, the work scheduled date and time change coping section 25 is provided, and the change of the work scheduled date and time can be easily performed, but the work scheduled date and time change coping section 25 can be omitted.
[0065] In the above-described embodiment, the example in which the information notification system 10 is mounted on the vehicle 1 is shown, but the information notification system 10 can also be constituted by the vehicle management server 600. In this case, the computer constituting the vehicle management server 600 functions as the work scheduled date and time recognition section 21, the mobile body position recognition section 22, the user behavior recognition section 23, the nearest scheduled work notification section 24, and the work scheduled date and time change coping section 25 by executing a program corresponding to the information notification program 31. Then, the vehicle management server 600 recognizes the position of the vehicle 1 and the behavior of the user U on the basis of the captured image of the camera and the detection information of the sensor transmitted from the vehicle 1, acquires the information of the delivery work from the delivery management server 610, and recognizes the scheduled date and time of the delivery work to the own house 700. In addition, the vehicle management server 600 transmits the information of the delivery guide screen 200 to the vehicle 1, and causes the delivery guide screen 200 to be displayed on the touch panel 90 of the vehicle 1.
[0066] Alternatively, the work scheduled date and time recognition section 21, the mobile body position recognition section 22, the user behavior recognition section 23, the nearest scheduled work notification section 24, and the work scheduled date and time change coping section 25 can also be allocated to the vehicle 1 and the vehicle management server 600, and the information notification system 10 can be constituted.
[0067] In addition, in order to easily understand the application, Figure 3 is a schematic diagram showing the functional structure of the information notification system 10 according to the main processing content, and the structure constituting the information notification system 10 can also be constituted by other divisions. In addition, the processing of each constituent element can be executed by one hardware unit, or can be executed by a plurality of hardware units. In addition, Figure 4 The processing of each constituent element shown can be executed by one program, or can be executed by a plurality of programs.
