This specification provides an information display method and apparatus. The method includes: determining the examination items involved in an already obtained medical qualification; wherein the medical qualification corresponds to a consultation time; wherein the medical qualification indicates that diagnostic services can be obtained during the consultation time; displaying examination provider information that can provide the examination results of the examination items before the consultation time; wherein the examination provider information indicates a medical institution that can perform the examination items on the user. By displaying the examination provider information that can provide the examination results of the examination items involved in the medical qualification before the consultation time, the user can obtain the examination results required for diagnosis in advance before the consultation, which can shorten the consultation cycle and improve consultation efficiency to a certain extent.
