Abstract

The present invention provides a method and device for dynamically canceling orders. The method includes: after a user confirms an order for a product, obtaining the attribute tag of the product and the attribute tag of the user; comparing the attribute tag of the product with the attribute tag of the user to obtain the attribute tag matching degree, and determining the order retention time of the order based on the attribute tag matching degree; if the order is not paid after the duration reaches or exceeds the order retention time, canceling the order and releasing the inventory of the products corresponding to the order. The dynamic order cancellation method disclosed in the present invention is used to dynamically allocate the order retention time by analyzing the attribute tag matching degree between the user and the order product, and timely release the inventory of the order products that have not been paid for a long time after the order is placed, thereby maximizing the use of the product inventory, ensuring that the product inventory is promptly transferred to the user side that actually has a purchasing demand, and improving the efficiency of product inventory conversion.
