[0095] The buffer member 115 may be disposed on the rear surface of the plate body 111. The buffer member 115 may be disposed in the space formed between the door panel 110 and the door body 120. The buffer member 115 may be configured to prevent the impact from being transmitted to the door body 120 when the door panel 110 is impacted. In addition, the buffer member 115 may be configured to absorb the noise that may be generated in the door panel 110. The buffer member 115 may include foamed polystyrene.
[0096] Referring to Figures 3 to 6 , the fixing edges 116, 117, and 118 may include a lower edge 116, an upper edge 117, and a side edge 118. The fixing edges 116, 117, and 118 may be attached to the plate body 111 by an adhesive 108 (see Figures 8 to 10 ). The fixing edges 116, 117, and 118 may be bonded to the plate body 111 by a polyurethane reaction (PUR) bonding method. However, the fixing method of the fixing edges 116, 117, and 118 is not limited thereto. Through the fixing edges 116, 117, and 118, the door panel 110 may be firmly coupled to the door body 120 and may be easily detached from the door body 120.
[0097] Specifically, referring to Figure 4 and Figure 8 , the lower edge 116 includes a lower edge body 116a, a lower edge protrusion 116b, a lower edge groove 116c, and a lower edge cutout portion 116d. The lower edge 116 may be referred to as the first edge 116. The lower edge 116 may be disposed on the lower edge of the plate body 111.
[0098] The lower edge body 116a may extend in a substantially horizontal direction and be fixed to the lower end of the plate body 111. The lower edge body 116a may have a generally rectangular plate shape. The lower edge body 116a may be fixed to the plate body 111 by an adhesive 108.
[0099] The lower edge protrusion 116b may protrude backward from the lower edge body 116a. The lower edge protrusion 116b may be arranged such that, together with the lower edge body 116a, a lower edge groove 116c is formed. The lower edge protrusion 116b may be formed to extend backward from the lower edge body 116a by a predetermined length and then extend in a substantially vertical direction.
[0100] The lower edge groove 116c may be formed between the lower edge protrusion 116b and the lower edge body 116a. The lower edge groove 116c may accommodate the lower cap protrusion 139 of the lower door cap 136. The lower edge groove 116c may be arranged to correspond to the size and / or shape of the lower cap protrusion 139. When the lower cap protrusion 139 is inserted into the lower edge groove 116c, the lower end of the plate body 111 may be fixed to the door body 120.
[0101] The lower edge cut portion 116d may be formed at the lower edge protrusion 116b. The lower edge cut portion 116d may be arranged to separate the lower edge protrusion 116b into a plurality of parts. The plurality of parts of the lower edge protrusion 116b separated by the lower edge cut portion 116d may be arranged to be spaced apart from each other along the direction in which the lower edge protrusion 116b extends. Figure 4 One lower edge cut portion 116d is shown provided, and the number of the lower edge cut portions 116d is not limited thereto. Since the lower edge cut portion 116d separates the lower edge protrusion 116b into a plurality of parts, when the plate body 111 is deformed due to heat, the lower edge 116 can be prevented from being damaged due to the deformation force applied to the lower edge 116.
[0102] Refer to Figure 5 and Figure 9 As shown in FIGS. and, the upper edge 117 may include an upper edge main body 117a, an upper edge protrusion 117b, and an upper edge hole 117c. The upper edge 117 may be referred to as the second edge 117. The upper edge 117 may be provided on the upper edge of the plate body 111.
[0103] The upper edge main body 117a may extend in a substantially horizontal direction and be fixed to the upper end of the plate body 111. The upper edge main body 117a may have a generally rectangular plate shape. The upper edge main body 117a may be fixed to the plate body 111 by an adhesive 108.
[0104] The upper edge protrusion 117b may protrude backward from the upper edge main body 117a. The upper edge protrusion 117b may be arranged to be inserted into the upper coupling groove 132 of the upper door cap 130. The upper edge protrusion 117b may be fixed by a fixing member 134 in a state where it is inserted into the upper coupling groove 132.
[0105] The upper edge hole 117c may be formed in the upper edge protrusion 117b. The upper edge hole 117c may be arranged to allow the fixing member 134 to be inserted. The upper edge hole 117c may be formed to penetrate the upper edge protrusion 117b substantially vertically. When the fixing member 134 is inserted into the upper edge hole 117c in a state where the upper edge protrusion 117b is inserted into the upper coupling groove 132, the upper end of the plate body 111 may be fixed to the door main body 120.
[0106] The upper edge cut portion 117d may be formed at the upper edge protrusion 117b. The upper edge cut portion 117d may be arranged to separate the upper edge protrusion 117b into a plurality of parts. The plurality of parts of the upper edge protrusion 117b separated by the upper edge cut portion 117d may be arranged to be spaced apart from each other along the direction in which the upper edge protrusion 117b extends. Figure 5 Two upper edge cut portions 117d are shown provided, and the number of the upper edge cut portions 117d is not limited thereto. Since the upper edge cut portion 117d separates the upper edge protrusion 117b into a plurality of parts, when the plate body 111 is deformed due to heat, the upper edge 117 can be prevented from being damaged due to the deformation force applied to the upper edge 117.
[0107] Reference Figure 6 and Figure 10 Figure 10 , the side edge 118 may include a side edge main body 118a, a side edge protrusion 118b, and a side edge cutout portion 118d. [0130] The housing 150 can be installed on the door frame to cover the open rear side of the door frame. The housing 150 can include a first shelf support 107 on which the first door shelf 105 is installed.
[0131] Figure 11 It is a sectional view showing Figure 3 the state in which the door panel shown in is coupled to the door body. Figure 12 It shows Figure 10 the state in which the side edge of the door panel shown in is coupled to the casing of the door body. Figure 13 It is for explaining Figure 2 the process of fixing the upper end of the door panel shown in to the door body.
[0132] Reference will be made to Figures 11 to 13 describe the process of assembling the door panel 110 to the door body 120.
[0133] First, the upper door cap 130 and the lower door cap 136 are respectively coupled to the upper and lower ends of the cabinet 121 and 126 to form a door frame. The cover 140 and the housing 150 are respectively coupled to the front and rear sides of the door frame to form a door body 120. An insulator 129 is foamed inside the door body 120.
[0134] Referring to Figure 11 , the door panel 110 can be aligned such that the lower edge 116 faces the lower cap protrusion 139 of the door body 120. The door panel 110 can be positioned to extend upward and forward from the lower cap protrusion 139. The door panel 110 rotates in a state where the end of the lower cap protrusion 139 is aligned with the entrance of the lower edge groove 116c so that the lower cap protrusion 139 can be inserted into the lower edge groove 116c. Based on Figure 11 the direction shown in Figure 8 , the door panel 110 can be rotated clockwise to be first coupled to the door body 120 (as shown in
[0135] Referring to Figure 12 , when the door panel 110 rotates to be coupled to the door body 120, the side edge 118 can be coupled to the cabinets 121 and 126. The side edge 118 can be sequentially coupled to the cabinets 121 and 126 from the lower side to the upper side. Specifically, when the side edge protrusion 118b and / or the cabinet fixing part 122 is deformed when the side edge protrusion 118b contacts the cabinet fixing part 122, the side edge 118 can be coupled to the cabinets 121 and 126. When the side edge 118 is respectively coupled to the cabinets 121 and 126, an elastic force can be applied to the side edge protrusion 118b and the cabinet fixing part 122 in the direction of mutual contact.
[0136] Referring to Figure 13 , when the coupling of the side edge 118 is completed, the upper edge protrusion 117b of the upper edge 117 can be inserted into the upper coupling groove 132. When the upper edge protrusion 117b is inserted into the upper coupling groove 132, the fixing member 134 can be inserted into the upper edge hole 117c through the through opening 133. When the fixing member 134 is coupled to the through opening 133 and the upper edge hole 117c, the door panel 110 can be fixed to the upper door cap 130.
[0137] When the above process is reversed, the door panel 110 can be separated from the door body 120.
[0138] Through the above process, in the refrigerator 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the door panel 110 can be easily coupled to the door body 120 or can be easily separated from the door body 120.
[0139] Figure 14 Fig. shows an exploded perspective view of a door panel according to another embodiment of the present disclosure.
