[0002] Hot melt adhesive is a new type of adhesive, which is a synthetic resin mainly composed of thermoplastic elastomer. When it encounters high temperature (100-200℃), it begins to melt into liquid. When it returns to normal temperature, it returns to solid. This glue does not contain any solvent, is non-toxic, fast-drying, has simple production process, low cost, less equipment investment for customers, is easy to use, has high production efficiency, and is widely used in food packaging and furniture industries.
[0003] Due to environmental protection requirements, more and more food packaging is changed from plastic packaging to paper packaging, including copper plate paper, kraft paper, corrugated paper, and laminated packaging paper. The EVA system hot melt adhesive originally used in the industry is short of upstream EVA material, and the price fluctuates sharply, resulting in gradually rising cost and lack of competitiveness. In addition, the EVA system hot melt adhesive has poor adhesion effect with laminated materials, and has poor low-temperature adhesion performance with various materials such as kraft paper, copper plate paper, corrugated paper, laminated packaging paper, non-woven fabric, and cotton fabric.
